I supplied a difficult custom order... It was done in record time and was absolutely perfect. The food was spectacular. I ordered a 1/4 pound hamburger and it was delicious. The fries, as well, were exactly as Id hoped. Slightly crunchy on the outside, hot and wonderful on the inside. The employees were helpful and polite. I had a great experience!

I just wwent to dairy queen my food was cold and both of my sundaes had hardly anything in them. The girl told me thats just the way they were. Well you employee just cost you a customer. And we usually spend 30 dollars . And we have had issues before. And no onion rings wt. I wont be back.

Workers gave me a blizzard that was spilling out as she tipped it over and still handed it to me and i got melted ice cream all over my car because i had a melted blizzard. they were also talking in the drive thru window as i was waiting for them to take my card

Got our orders wrong twice. This is not the first time it has happened. The children in there need some serious training from a actual adult who knows what they are doing. Got two blizzards, drove 3 minutes to home and they were so melted you could drink it with a straw. Step up your game or step down so someone who knows what they are doing can come in and make it better.

Ice cream is as great as usual, took a little long to take my order though which might I add I was the only one there. Had multiple workers look at me and run off before one finally took my order.

Not a bad DQ at all here. They are always pretty fast and always friendly. One of the fastest I been to in the area in general. The ice cream is good quality. I havent had the food but Ive heard it is very good there. I would definitely recommend this DQ for someone looking for a salty, savory, or sweet snack.

This Dairy Queen is one of the best but for the first time ever they didnt get the order quite right. We had to ask for our drink and my sandwich didnt have the extras on it that they always provide. I am thinking they might have gotten my sandwich mixed up with another. But it was good. And since it was a drive thru and I am from out of town I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I would definitely go there again. I have eaten there several times before with my grandkids.

I have eaten here several times and for the most part I have gotten good service and the food has been decent fast food (though you do have to wait for quite a while for the food here, much longer than most Dairy Queens). The last couple of times have been a rather negative experience.I got food here last night from the drive through and had to go in to have an order corrected. This is not a huge deal but by the time that the employees had communicated the problem to the cooks I had waited an additional 5 minutes (this is in addition to the 5 or so minutes I waited at the window after ordering). By the time I got my food everything was cold. There was also no apology for the mistake rather it was a here you go with a little bit of a sneer.The time before that I had a very simple order but the person on the microphone for the drive through left the mic open and could not hear my order. I on the other hand was able to hear everything that was being said in the store. I was able to hear the people in the store ask each other why I had not ordered where the response was a maybe the dude is an idiot. I told him he could order when he was ready. He hasnt said a word. After the young lady figured out the problem I was able to order and they still got the order wrong. Had to remake my order.I know that the people who are working here are mostly high school students but it seems to me that the training is lacking. The service here has never been great but this is a significant decline.In addition they have also put a sign in their window that says they accept tips. Tips for what?This would be a Dairy Queen that I would avoid if you can. Plenty of other fast food places in Canton to get food that you are just going to regret eating in 10 minutes.

Service was good. The bacon on my burger could have been crispier and my daughters grilled cheese was only golden brown on one side (it was still toasted enough for her.) She loves going so we will be back.

Every time we stop at Dairy Queen, there is always a long wait in the drive thru. Our ice cream is ALWAYS melted even if we get lucky and there is nobody ahead of us. Last time I came here, I had a blizzard melted all over my car by the time I got home... & let me mention I live like 30 seconds away. 🤦🏻‍♀️ they never fail to disappoint when it comes to drive thru.

They refused to try not to put strawberry 🍓 in my shake now no problem before they cant just put ladle in so the liquid can ease over the edge of ladle instead of just dipping into the strawberry 🍓 s and all lost my business

My wife and me just ate there and left very disappointed. Her chicken strip basket came with gravy that looked like water, my double cheese burger was over cooked no onions or ketchup cheese was not melted and the cheese kurds were burnt. Then as we sat there we watched people coming in from the drive thru do to mistakes. I will find it hard for me to return to eat there again.

Very disappointed. Order milkshakes and it was basically flavored milk as it was not very thick. The last couple times i have been here it was lousy quality service and food.

This place has a horrible sewer smell emanating from the bathroom each time Ive been there. I tried to give benefit of the doubt but it still smelled two visits afterward.. I cant really speak on management as Im unsure if Ive met any of them but all employees that Ive come across are either mostly incompetent or have a generally bad attitude... if you choose to dine in be advised you will see the bad attitude every time the employees have to work... ie they try to go outside any chance they get and if a car is heading towards the drive thru they get huffy and head back inside and loudly complain about working.
