Jackpot! I hit the jackpot with this salon..... I had the best experience EVER at CZar. Every single person that works there is warm and inviting and pretty much makes you feel like family. I loved Debbie so much and I hope to get her again next time. She took her time getting to know me and answered alllll the questions I had. She gave me highlights with color application to my roots and a beautiful haircut. Not only is she the owner, but she owns 2 other salons (Wheaton & Bolingbrook). I am new to Naperville, so I was looking for a new salon for a last minute haircut appointment. Luckily, C’zar had an opening. Alicia was my stylist and she did not disappoint. She listened to my wants and asked the right questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She did a great job and I’m looking forward to seeing her again!The salon is a large converted home with great character, and they’ve installed fiberglass/curtains to keep clients separated for Covid safety. As a first timer, I left with a cute care package of samples and hand sanitizer which was a very nice personal touch. I highly recommend this place and ask for Alicia if you want personalized service.
I LOVE my haircut. She gave me the perfect amount of chunky layers, and cut sweeping bangs that are the perfect length to complement my face shape. She was an excellent listener, meticulously cut with high precision, and gave me exactly what I asked for.
Czars is one of the best salons in the area. It is conveniently located, and the place always looks clean, and inviting. Ive been going to them for years and Ive always been happy with their hair stylists (Gina Marie is my favorite!) They also have excellent massage therapists!
Ive been a customer of Czar Salon Spa for over 2 years now, and Ive never had a poor experience. My usual appointment these days is just a haircut, and I usually book with Jeanine at the Naperville location. Shes friendly, professional, and she nails my haircut every time. I really enjoy booking with her! When Ive booked with others in the past, for a cut, color, or brow shaping, all the experiences have been great. I have no reason to ever stop going to Czar so consider me a life long customer!

I tried C’zar Salon upon the recommendation of a friend. I saw Caitlyn for a haircut and style. Caitlyn was very friendly and patient with any questions I had. I love my haircut and will definitely book with her again. The Naperville location is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I did not have any trouble finding parking for a middle of the day weekday appointment. I appreciate all of the safety precautions C’zar is taking related to the Covid-19 pandemic. I felt comfortable and safe during my entire time at the salon. I would absolutely recommend this salon!
When I came in, I have to tell you, I was nervous. Having not done much of anything very public since March, I wasnt sure what an in-salon expereince would feel like. In these challenging times, it’s easy to have missteps in communication, but Czar really nailed it. There were emails, texts, and calls that confirmed clearly what the protocols are and how they are managed. The staff is impeccably professional.There aren’t enough words to say how spectacular Gina Marie is as a stylist. With all the new protocol, going into any establishment can make me feel like I’m a burden; that by my being there, I’m making more work for the shop/store/salon that I visit. But not here. Her careful consideration of my needs through thoughtful questioning made me feel like a welcomed guest, a friend who just happened to be wearing a mask. Gina Marie goes out of her way to be not only the best kind of professional who takes her education and craft seriously, she is also a really terrific person with varied interests and insights that make conversation easy and fun. This was like a mini vacation in a sea of Covid protocol and stopgaps. Thank you for the relaxing break and the wonderful service. I cant wait to come back!

My experiences at C’zar Naperville have been very positive. I began receiving haircuts, coloring and styling as soon as the salon was reopened this spring. I recently moved to the area in late March. Gina Marie is my current stylist. Her warm personality and competence have made my relocation here a real pleasure.

I’ve been going to Kaylee for years now who’s an outstanding barber. She’s personable and has great attention to detail. You can tell she loves what she does and she shows it with how your hair and/or beard looks. The place has a cool vibe to it too.
C’zar is a well-known hair salon/spa 💇🏻♀️ icon in downtown Naperville as well as a few other choice locations in the western suburbs. It is clear to me that the management thoroughly trains their staff to be professional, customer oriented and well versed in their services offered as well as their knowledge of the hair and skin products that C’zar endorses.I highly recommend treating yourself to spend some time at C’zar getting pampered.
Dawn did an incredible job applying my tan. She was so welcoming, made me feel so comfortable and was so thorough with directions/aftercare. I will definitely be back for other services with Dawn.
My favorite place to get a pedicure with Kyra and her calming environment. You get your own mani/pedi room! She is lovely and does an excellent job. The zero gravity chair is to die for and the only way I prefer to receive a pedi from now on. Can’t wait to return soon!
I love my hair stylist Jessica! She recently colored my hair and added a toner which really softened the color. She knows just what I need for my damaged hair. C’Zar Male is truly one of the best places in Naperville. My husband has been seeing Johnathan since September 2019 and can always trust he will come out looking amazing. Their technique and skill is beyond anything he has found before and it is always worth it. Their upstairs room is sexy masculine yet super homey. You always feel welcome and like you’re just hanging out with friends whenever you walk in. Seriously consider your next hair appointment with them. Its been over a year since I started going to C’Zar and met Jordon. I have longish hair and lots of gray plus my hair tends to flash orangish brassy with other salon’s dye products. The quality of dye is key to having great color but you also need a master colorist: Jordon! And he gives excellent hair cuts and style!
Our whole family has been C’zar customers for many years. Whether hair or skin treatments, you feel like a million bucks when leaving a beautiful place with a caring staff.

I go to C’Zar Salon for several services, but I regularly go to Chona for massages, acupuncture, and sometimes cupping. She is the absolute best! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also, the zero gravity pedicures with Amy are so incredibly relaxing—I’m obsessed!
Great massage and facial. Im bummed the massage therapist moved exclusively to the Bolingbrook location. Everyone at this location is wonderful! So friendly and accommodating.

I recently moved back to the area and wanted to continue going to an Aveda salon because I love their products and the training they receive. I’m so happy I found this salon and was booked with Gina Maria! I highly recommend her if you need a go to stylist!!!! She took the time to explain throughout the entire appointment what she was doing, why she’s was doing it and how. I literally have never had someone so attentive and informative as a stylist and learned so much from her without even asking. Give her a try and you won’t be disappointed!
This is a wonderful Aveda salon. The people here are very welcoming and the stylists are top notch. They spend time explaining the cut and how it would compliment my hair type and suggestions/tips on how to manage the style. Also, their new location is great!! I highly recommend.

The best haircut you can get in IL. Anyone at C’zar Male will hook you up with a great cut. I also get my eyebrows done here by whoever is available. Always comes out great.

I finally feel like I found the barber shop that I’ve been looking for for years! After jumping from shop to shop I still always felt like I was being rushed through so they could get to the next guy as fast as possible. At C|M it almost feels like time stops while Jonathan takes his time to get my cut exactly how I want it.... I sip a beer, we chat... it actually feels like we are all hanging out. I couldn’t be happier with this place. I wish I would’ve found them sooner.
I go to Bolingbrook and Naperville Czar. Both businesses are excellent they do wonderful work theyre always on time and they handle the virus thing very well. Been going for 2 years and will continue. They are very customer-oriented , czar for men is a lot of fun too

I love this Salon Staff and Aveda products. Yvette found a way to color my stubborn grey hair where 3 other local salons could not. My hair looks healthy and I couldnt be happier. I use Aveda products and color, hair cuts every 6 to 9 weeks and occasional highlights. I highly recommend CZar.
Over the years I’ve been to CZar, they have provided consistently excellent service. I have been impressed with the skills and abilities of each stylist!

I went here after my regular stylist bailed on me last minute. I had a super important event, and they were able to take me in on time and they did a PHENOMENAL job !
I have been going here since January and I really Ioved this place but on 3rd July I went for a facial, a chemical peel and my face was burnt . I have marks all over my place. I would recommend people to avoid this place , when I encountered such a scenario I was simply told to go to a doctor and nobody cared to follow up I was give a friends and family discount for mere $15 bucks and some lotion . I sent an email regarding this at :[email protected] on 4th July, the very next day with literally pictures of what that peel did to my face at , still no reply . I am highly disappointed. This chemical peel has left me with a life long scar on my face.
Eric is awesome. Cuts my hair in a way so that when it grows out it still looks good. Definitely a master of his craft. Great location and friendly staff.

I LOVE this place! Set in a historic home near but not in downtown Naperville. Parking is easy. The salon is warm and inviting and the service is exactly what youd expect at an Aveda salon--heaven.

2022-08-27Alicia did a phenomenal job with 15 year olds hair. They had wanted it a vibrant red after a anime character they created. And she went way above and beyond. Always making sure that they were comfortable. It was a bit of a lengthy process but it was definitely worth it. The smile has not left their face yet. Thank you again so much Alicia. We will most definitely be back to see you.

It shows that she puts in a ton of effort even before my appointment. Once I leave her chair I always get a lot of compliments too. The entire experience is wonderful!
