If I could give ZERO stars I would. The worst customer experience I have ever had and I work in customer service. The cashier ANNA was so rude. She acted as if cashiering was too much for her and she was extremely aggravated. Lets start at the beginning. I am in the store spending 50 dollars on over the counter medicine for my family. I have a CVS card but was on my lunch break so I did not have my card with me. I asked if I could use my phone number. When I entered my phone number it was incorrect, I apologized to Anna and said its assigned with an old number that I do not remember. Anna rolled her eyes. I asked Anna if she could look it up with my name and zip code she said No. I asked if I could open a new card Anna said No, she was too busy (WHICH SHE ACTUALLY SAID). Then I asked to use the stores CVS card, Anna said no thats against company policy. I asked for her to ring me out and asked to speak with a manager about the customer service that was being provided. The MANAGER JACKIE came to the front and was even more rude than the cashier, which makes sense. The cashier is acting the way the manager allows. HORRIBLE. I asked Jackie to help ring me out and open a new CVS card for me and she said No, THEN to my horror, Jackie yelled above my head to the rest of the customers that were standing in line BEHIND ME asking if anyone wanted to let me use their CVS cards. NO WAY!!!!!!! How absurd and unprofessional. If I wanted to ask another customer I would have, I was speaking with store management and still was not helped. I asked for the stores number and corporate telephone and was denied. Ive had to google this information myself. This was BY FAR the worst experience and I hope this review saves another customer the inconvenience of shopping from a company that has no pride in customer service. And Please Jackie, learn customer service and please train your associates accordingly.
Been coming here for years for prescriptions. Today was the first time someone in the pharmacy refused service to me. I was next in line, but the employee just kept telling me she was going to help the customers behind me. I just stood there awkwardly while the customers around me were being helped and I was ignored. Eventually, a different employee came over to the register and helped me with a prescription pick up (many thanks to the helpful employee). The experience here today was odd and disappointing. This pharmacy has been great in the past, so I am willing to come back for my next refill. Hopefully this was just a strange one-off experience.
This is the best CVS in the Chicago area. The pharmacy is top-notch, and the staff professional and helpful. The pharmacy (both Rx and OTC) are well-stocked, and the staff are great managing customers with multiple ongoing prescriptions. I have been to CVS stores in four states, and this is by far the best of their pharmacies.
I went there for a flu shot for school at the minute clinic and the lady was being mean to my mom telling here to do all this stuff and then we waited the hole day there and the lady took another costumer because my mom forgot to right my birth month not a big deal the lady could have reminded my mom but this happend my mom asked if we can go and the lady said no Im not taking you so we left but today we came back there because I had a ear ache and she was still was working there we thought for sure she got fired so we left and went some were else like last time.The lady is on the heavy side with glasses if you see her I recommend leaving and going to the one in bowling brook.
Picked a birthday card, and got to the register and apparently it was glued shut (the first one had a mark on the front, just picked up the second). Lady at the register told me to just go find another myself- no let me help you, no sorry about that. Just good luck finding another, come back if you do. Get back up there, and the next item rings up more expensive than what it showed on the shelf. I pointed out there was a whole shelf of them with that process listed- she tells me thats too bad, theyre moving things around and she cant change it. I explained I understand one or two items in the wrong place, but a whole shelf?? Nope. Went back, got what I could afford. When I was visibly upset with the lack of customer service and even any attempt to help- she laughed at me as I walked out the door. For that reason alone I will never be back to this or any CVS. Shame on her and this company for allowing your employees to treat customers that way.
Horrible customer service. Manager hates her job.That comes across loud and clear.You need an accurate way of discounting other than a calculator. Twice now caught miss calculations. Terrible customer service literrally turned me away HOURS before closing saying they were too busy to help me because I was a medicaid patient they said they couldnt help me until next day when I have a terribly infected insect bite swelling up my entire arm, that I need antibiotics for immediately.

2022-03-17At 5:30pm...me and my daughter were scrambling on the road trying to get a COVID test done so she can go back to school next day due to allergy symptoms. While the procedures and hours of operation at our medical group and our regular pharmacy all failed us, CVS helped. Thank you to a very kind and patient COVID test hotline agent guiding us through the appointment process. I tried many different test providers sites and the CVS site was easiest one to use and found us the appointment in the area quickly. Since we were on the road ...we were late and the nurse was very kind and called a couple times to follow up and provided us the directions. The testing lab was clean and nice and the nurse was very helpful. We got the call and a text for the test result before we got home. Super helpful! Thank You CVS Woodbridge.

2022-05-18While at this CVS I was profiled and humiliated because the staff does not know how to be organized and customer service is terrible. I came in to use the bathroom and was trying to find someone to help me but no one wore name tags and I was not acknowledged when walking up to workers, but apparently looking for help is now suspicious. They assumed I was stealing lashes. The workers proceeded to follow me around the store as I looked for masks and even asked me if I was wearing lashes. I didn’t think much of it and said no, but since I was looking for masks I asked the worker and she pointed to where they were and proceeded to stay at the end of the aisle watching me before I felt awkward about being stared at then left. As I was leaving the cashier who was rude prior stopped me and accused me of stealing lashes and asked me if I was going to pay for whatever was in my pocket. Again I only came in to use the bathroom and hopefully find the throw away masks(they only have cloth). When I said I had nothing, I was told rudely to get out of the store.Edit: I ended up telling my father and since I don’t like conflict he went in to the store during a morning shift to speak to one of the morning managers and they said that they hoped I didn’t have any “emotional damage” and they were sorry and basically that I was accused because the workers themselves lost a box of lashes and couldn’t find them. I accept the apology, but I am surely never coming back to CVS and most definitely telling everyone I know to not shop with CVS if they have other options because there is no reason why anyone should go through this because you are disorganized and can’t find your own inventory.

2022-06-07Placed an order for medication refill at 9:52 a.m, lady said it will be done in couple pf hours... Came to pick it up at 6:30 p.m and it was not ready, horrible service! Avoid this place if possible

2021-11-21My parents went in today to get booster shots for COVID-19 vaccination. They had the scripts, the clinic is empty but there are technicians there. The refused to perform the booster shots because there was no appointment made, yet the clinic is empty, no appointments coming for the rest of the day and the technicians are chit chatting amongst themselves. The government wants to mandate vaccinations. People go, yes without an appointment, but no one is present for an appointment for the rest of the day till close!!! So you, CVS Pharmacy, refuse 2 senior citizens the opportunity to comply and to protect themselves and the public from Covid-19?!! You make them come back and waste precious time, waste highly expensive cost of fuel, and expose two senior citizens to potential infection and/or exposure and/or transmission of Covid-19 by having to return another time!!! Makes no sense!!! Very disappointing and yet once again makes you wonder how serious this is if healthcare technicians at CVS Pharmacy feel its ok to delay for another day just so they can stand behind a counter today doin nothing till close!!! It’s a joke!! This is unacceptable!!!

2022-03-23This is seriously the slowest/worst CVS. I dread coming here every time but unfortunately my insurance wont allow me to go to Walgreens.Avoid this place at all costs.

2021-10-30The middle eastern tech who assist in helping with the covid testing is super rude and condescending!! He shouldnt be working there. This is the 2nd occurrence and his behavioral is unacceptable!! Cvs Pharmacy has an awesome team but this tech is making them look bad!

2021-03-18Worst experience I have ever had. I had gone in to check if they had restocked in one of the items that they hadn’t had in Walgreens. When I couldn’t find it, I had looked around then left. When the cashier rudely said you never buy anything, acting like I had been there multiple times and never purchasing things. I felt upset and hurt because I had never had this experience. I don’t know if the cashiers are trained to pressure their customers to other purchase items when they can’t find what they want. It’s rude and pathetic! Tip don’t come here.

2021-02-28If you want to develop photos I dont recommend this place. I called in advanced because I wanted to process my one-time use camera roll/film. They told me that they did do them and that I could drop it off. Once I walked in, a lady with an attitude told me to go to Walgreens or costco because they were under construction and it would take over a month to develop my photos.Her attitude was unnecessary which is why Im giving CVS a one star.

2019-12-13More than 15 minutes on the phone it too much, ended the call myself and decided to drive over personally. The pharmacy staff here needs help, more people, they need someone to attend calls only. So the pharmacists and thechnitians do better job attending customers. Who ever is managing this branch is failing greatly. I have been going to this pharmacy for the past almost 7 years and lately its been a struggle to get attended. Being sick and having to drive to the pharmacy to find the status of your prescription, for which I do not have a number cause it was a drop-off is a big no. Please advice, you will loose customers for being short staff.

2021-01-07A lady called and canceled my Covid-19 rapid test appointment got rude with me told me that I couldn’t get my test done at their location then hung up the phone on me. I scheduled the appointment time online as recommended. I will be reporting this to the local new and health department as well!
