Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business filled wrong prescription had to wait for a manager to come in 2 days later to be told it was my responsibility to make sure they filled the prescription correctly after waiting 4 more days and they still hadn’t returned the prescription on the computer system so the insurance company would allowed the right prescription to be filled by a different pharmacy it still had not been done after Multiple calls to cvs customer service they finally got it returned so I can get the right prescription at Walgreens Complete nightmare DO NOT DO business hear
Staff is always friendly and kind! Answers all my questions and asks to make sure I understand everything with new prescriptions. Love love love this pharmacy!
They seem to care that i get my Medication on time. They keep track of each drug and notify me when its time to refill or renew. At age 71 I really appreciate and need the help.
Staff seems untrained and consistently dont have medicines in stock and have to send me to another cvs.

The staff is always always polite and courteous. Shae is always great fun when we come in to the store. This is the only place I like to go.

2020-03-04Always friendly, pharmacy can be very busy at times but the staff handles it well. Other employees offered to help and the front cashier greeted me. My only criticism is there coupon machine has been broke for over a month. Some people probably dont care but to me I always enjoyed getting random coupons. On the upside I dont shop around anymore I just get what I need.

2021-11-28The CVS on MacArthur is the WORST cvs in Springfield. The staff is rude, they always claim they “can’t find” your prescription when you show up and then magically it appears while you’re waiting, only to then get additional time in their lovely store while you wait on their staff to fill it. Not apologetic, not empathetic, not professional. If you want a good CVS, go to the one inside Schnucks on Chatham Rd. They’re the best out there.

2021-08-24Like most pharmacies, CVS on North Grand and 9th Streets have always been accurate with my medication refills. Ive never had to deal with the older male pharmacist who scowls all the time, but the pharmacy assistants are usually smiling and are nice and helpful.

2021-09-28Every time you go to the pharmacy it’s always a long wait it’s like as if they only have two people working. They have a two drive through and you can only pick up from one. They need more employees. You go inside and the wait is even longer this has got to stop. Customer service is ok though nice attitudes. Just seem understaffed and tired.

2021-07-01This is the slowest pharmacy that Ive ever had. Every time I go to pick up my prescription they tell me that its going to be more than 40 minutes and then as soon as I leave the parking lot I got a text message saying that my prescriptions ready so then I have to go back. Can I just tell me how long it will actually take to get my prescription so that I dont have to leave and come back all the time I live 40 minutes away from this pharmacy.

2020-11-30Pharmacy is horribly busy. I don’t know how anyone can do a job well with lines of people waiting and phone ringing nonstop. I waited on hold for 27 minutes today to get a vague “we are working on it” answer. I’d refill my Rx on the app but it’s so user unfriendly! I take multiple meds and they disappear off my med list or I’m not given the option to refill. I’ve been requesting 90 day refills for months but can’t seem to make that happen. It’s just so frustrating 🙁

2020-02-27I recently changed to this pharmacy because of my insurance. I get conflicting instructions on how I need to transfer the prescriptions. Had the wrong birthdays with names. After I think thats all settled. I go to get refills they need to run insurance again and they may or may not be ready by closing- clerks words. Husband out of essential meds. Walgreens didnt have to verify insurance with every refill, if they did it was seamless and not this nonsense. Not to mention they are just plain rude. Get a good a manager, train people and smile. I will be changing pharmacies asap!

2021-09-01Im giving up on this place. They have never - even before covid - have had enough staff in the pharmacy. The lines are long. They refill when asked not to, and way too often. They gave me expired medicine and when I called he has no help. Not even an apology for the symptoms I suffered because of it.

2019-08-02When I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm Hello Can I help you? Found the staff to be friendly and most helpful. And, you can buy sale items there without having to have a members card as another drug store chain requires. It is the only drug store I will go to.

2019-01-17My dr inadvertently called in a prescription to this pharmacy without knowing that I prefer the CVS on Stevensen Drive. I hate to complain but I just cant believe that I seem to get those individuals that are not trained correctly, give me false information and are not the nicest staff. Today was the last straw for me. Im glad others on here have had better experiences.
