I took a covid-19 test 4 days ago at this location. You have to give a sample from a car helping by a girl from the windows. After 4 days I still have no results. That makes this test almost useless since after 4 days I could show some simptoms or get a virus if I did not have it during the test. The girl had no idea what kind of test I was taking (just covid test), no name of the test, no explanations.Useless test, how Minuteclinic along with CVS pharmacy make money providing zero help to patients.
Worst pharmacy experience ever! Submitted a prescription that required a Dr.s authorization and was told I would receive an update in two days. Never did. Called the pharmacy and was told it was never submitted and was told it is just an automated system. I was told it would be submitted. After not receiving any updates a week later, called and was told it was denied, again never received any notification from the pharmacy. I get calls at all hours from their automated system as well as a call from Maryland about refills needed and other nonsense, but dont receive a call when a prescription I request is not approved. Time to go to a mom and pop pharmacy who will provide customer service and not excuses.
My wife took her prescription in at 9am they called her at 2 telling her it was ready. She got there only to find out that it still has not been touched. When she asked why they called and left a message stating it was ready everyone there must of came down with amnesia because noone recognized the voice or knew who it was that called her. I take my prescription and my sons prescription here all the time but with todays incident and seeing this place only has 2.5 stars Ill drive the extra 5 min to go to the Walgreens down the street. . .
This place is a total hook show. They’ve lost written RX’s, told me the DR never called when the DR has, wait on hold 40 minutes to have the call picked up and immediately hung up. Called back and was told again the DR had not called back. Asked them to verify and voila, they do have it.This place is an unorganized mess. If they weren’t a block from my house I’d never go there.On top of their incompetence, they are belligerent when you ask them to verify their incompetence.
Fantastic customer care and service.Love the communication they provide through robocalls and texts including personal follow up calls offering assistance or info regarding my prescription. Very professional staff.Truely delightful doing business with this store. Thanks! 👍👍
Waited in drive thru line for a prescription for an hour.. It was suppose to be ready by 4:30pm and we didnt get to the cvs till 5:45pm. When it was our turn in a three car pile up that not joking was like and hour and fifteen minutes he said park around the corner and Ill run them out in about ten minutes. Ill be going to Walgreens for my future prescription needs.
Lets start with pharmacy, its closed when the sign clearly says open till 9 or 10pm , never has the prescription till about 2 or 3 days later sometimes a week or if they do they alternate brands on the prescription ?? I thought If a prescription was prescribed it was because you needed it as soon as possible and the correct brand is a plus .
This store is extremely convenient for the locals as I heard how great it is by my neighbors and I had decided to go and check it out. I can say that Im happy at how well the employees are with their customer service as one of them had greeted me once I had entered the store. They are nice people and I frequently go to that store now due to their location being near me. c:
Horrible customer service.. the manager Tom that I encountered while at this location is not customer service oriented.Also I made a special trip to this location because they carry a specific product. I needed to use the restroom and a young lady was taking me back to let me in and Tom told her that I could not and made an excuse that the door to let me in was broken.

2021-12-22I had a really good experience at the pharmacy today. I spent all day trying to get a script filled at another location that was out of stock. It was finally filled at another location but I couldnt make it there before they closed. I called this CVS location 15 minutes before they closed and they said they could hurry up and fill it. I didnt get there until exactly 9 when they were closing. They still helped me. I spoke with Janelle and she was exceptional and didnt act like I was a huge pain. I cant stress how bad I NEEDED this script. They really saved me a ton of stress and pain by doing this, because they definitely didnt have to.

2022-03-29Sitting in line for 15 minutes behind 2 customers. When it’s our turn, they slam a sign in our face that says “Closed from 1:30 - 2:00”, won’t answer my call. ….I went inside to be ignored and rudely rejected. Aweful experience. Unapologetically rude.

2022-04-09They sell gift cards that don’t work. Beware. They charged me and it never worked .How do I get money taken out of my bank account for paying and it never got any balance added to my gift cards.

2021-08-05A male employee who has glasses was directly right 2 feet behind me with an attitude when I was self checking out with my little brother. Me and my brother are noticeably darker and he was watching us the whole time. There was multiple people waiting to be checked out along with another customer trying to checkout but yet he stayed right behind me the whole time to see if I was going to steal. I wasn’t being suspicious, just simply checking out. This isn’t his first time, this has happened many times

2020-11-17Horrible! Its been over a year and theyll still can not get my perscription right! Ever month its wrong. Now 2 weeks have past and they still have not filled my medication even after countless calls from my doctor and myself. Their response is its too soon. When its not! They just never get the counts right. How hard is it to understand 2 pills need to be taken daily not 1. So of course because of insurance I cant go back to Walgreens and have no choice, but to continue to use CVS. 2 weeks no medication I need to survive. Wish I could give them 0 stars. If you can go to another pharmacy do it!

2021-01-07CVS seems to be getting up there in the price side to the point some of their deals you have to question if its a deal. This CVS is friendly and has a speedy timeframe on prescription refills. They have good deals in baby products, food, drinks, and snack products a lot! Dont think youre going in there without a mask no sir no maam they dont play that here! I go here because its convenient other than that I would rather go somewhere else.

2020-01-10The store staff is nice. I understand the pharmacy is very busy but the staff is rude. When you have a question they do nothing but brush it off to kick you out after. I had a question about a medication and they had the nerve to tell me to call the doctor I went to. Isnt that the whole reason they have a pharmacist on every shift? Then I tell them my insurance has changed does she looks at it and proceeds to get my medication ready Ive been paying for a medication that has been free this whole time because the lazy person working did not enter my new insurance information. So I switched pharmacies all together and spend my money elsewhere now.

2020-08-20I call before I pick up any prescriptions. I always add an extra 20 minutes to when every they said it will be ready. But yet every time I’m told to wait for 20-30 minutes. I don’t understand what could possibly be taking so long but the staff members always give me attitude as they ask me to wait 20 minutes.... 20 minutes is a crazy time to wait when I’m already arriving around 20 minutes after I’m told it will be ready. I should feel like an inconvenience when using their service. I’d love to go some where else however I can’t because my insurance.AGAIN! I WAITED A WHOLE 30 minutes after when my prescriptions were supposed to be ready... this is RIDICULOUS.Update: consistently is awful still 10 months later...
