All of the 1 star reviews are from misinformed, impatient, unintelligent, cretins. The pharmacy is under extreme stress due to the pandemic and 10s of thousands of vaccines along with employees quitting from customer complaints and higher than average refills because of related illnesses. A 15-30 minute wait is the least of my worries. Grow up losers

Worst customer service. CVS should train their employees to be little caring and compassionate with their customers. Pharmacy is not a manufacturing plant, rather provides an essential service for peoples wellness. I went to this location to pick up a prescription that was ready for pickup and needed to be taken daily. There were three emotionless robots on duty on Monday August 23rd 2021. Pharmacy closes at 8 pm, and I was running little behind. Called the pharmacy at 7:50, phone rang and rang but no one picked up the phone. Got to the pharmacy drive thru at 7:58, there was another customer at the window. Pharmacy staff finished the transaction with that customer and put up a closed sign. I am sure they saw me waiting behind. I ran inside and robots were closing the shutters. I told them I am out of daily Medicine that needed for tomorrow morning, they said they are closed, and registers are closed and told me to come tomorrow. I requested them to at least give me one pill, it is filled, they said they can’t do. CVS, is this a joke? Your employees are paid by the second, that they cannot do another transaction at 8 pm? Where is the care and compassion? I am giving you business for years, in return I get you are SOL? I have many many other option to get my prescriptions filled besides CVS. After receiving this horrible customer service, I am taking my business elsewhere. I hope people reading this post will do the same. SMH.

Ive been at this pharmacy for 4 years.They used to be timely filling prescriptions refills. My current refill is 2 weeks late being filled and I cannot get in contact with the pharmacist. Ive been on hold for 15 minutes, even my doctors office has been put on hold with no one picking up the phone. Ill be switching from this pharmacy

I used to think this store was okay. Not anymore, three pharmacy is fine front counter SUCKS. Now no more counter service ! We were there today and had an item to check out. Really kind of lost so finally a person came over swiped item pointed to machine and said PUT YOUR MONEY THERE ,. And walked away. Really rude and obnoxious. THIS IS THE NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE ? SCREW CVS NO MORE WILL I SHOP THERE.

Super horrible customer service! Prescriptions drop off of ready fill for no reason which I understand is a system issue. I should not then have to call to check on refills constantly! Called at 7 the previous night and told it would be ready by 10 AM the next morning. I was there at 10 and the tech tells me it will be another 20 minutes. I don’t live in the area and did not have an extra 20 minutes to wait. I wasn’t five minutes down the road and got a text that they had filled it only by now, I couldn’t go back!! I am a caregiver and I’m only out in the area once a week. This is extremely unorganized and not the least bit customer service friendly or respectful of your customers time!!! Maybe you should start paying attention to your customer reviews because they’re not that great.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! My insurance forces me to use CVS. I would NEVER choose to go to this location. The pharmacy is always short staffed! There is usually only 1 person working the drive-thru, 1 pharmacist and 1 person to try and cover the front. I have never just been in and out. It takes forever! I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hrs to pick up a prescription!!

This is the most unorganized unfriendly place I have ever associated with. They don’t pick up the phone you wait in the drive up along time and then finally you get up to the window they disappeared. They need a pharmacy manager on staff at all times to help out or something . They always make a mistake on my account they always over charge. My insurance switch from walgreens to CVS what a disappointment

PHARMACY PHONE CALL REVIEW ONLY: Pharmacy leaves you on hold FOREVER and the prompts just to get to the option to speak with someone are lengthy and irritating. My first attempt I was on hold 20 mins, and no one ever came to the line. Second attempt (the nest day at a different time), on hold again, no one ever answered the line. SO FRUSTRATING
