Sometimes the pharmacy staff are Fine and the helpers are very confused or cant understand there speech
Everyone there is so nice & tries very hard to help you. They go out of their way to do the little things that make all the difference. Very nice helpful group of people there. I cant say Ive been to many other CVS stores but this one, @Crawford & Church across from Starbucks and Hot Dog Island(lol) is the best!I
By far the worst service I have ever received!!!!waited for 2.5 hours and practitioner said that she couldnt do anything so I walked out without getting any service or treatment. Didnt sign anything. CVS billed my insurance and then billed me for a co-pay. I disputed the co-pay and spoke with someone 3 times they keep on billing me. DONT GO HERE!!! SAVE YOUR TIME, HEALTH AND MONEY. THIS PLACE IS WASTE OF MONEY, YOUR TIME AND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH GO SOMEPLACE ELSE
If you have to take a covid test here just go inside the mobile unit don’t wait in your car. The employees are not following the rules they are setting, they are allowing people to cut the line.Terrible experience.

The staff was incredibly rude and offensive. They refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who is not from Illinois. Please shop at WALGREENS and never set foot in this joke of a store.
The pharmacy is terrible: slow, rude, and obstructive service. The rest of the store is always messy and it’s hard to find things. Checking out always involves a wait, no matter when you shop.
Tried to talk with a actual Person at the Minute Clinic. There is no way to do so locally so they put you in voice Hell and over 5 minutes later after multiple computer prompts you reach a person who cuts you off. Why we hate the modern world, this is one of the reasons.
Older female pharmacy tech VERY rude. Lines are long due to lack of quality staffing.
Staff is kind and helpful, but there are usually very little employees on the checkout line causing the wait to be long.

2021-04-04The discount showed on the items does not apply at checkout, and the cashier does not care. OK... BUT during check out, the cashier took off the mask and started drinking, and the other cashiers nose was not covered... PLUS, no hand sanitizer at checkout...

2019-09-21Minute clinic was extremely helpful, as was the pharmacy when I really needed their help. My family and I have been coming here for years, and have always been satisfied. Reading some of the unfavorable reviews re: the minute clinic and staff- I think some perspective is required here. They are not an emergency room, or personal concierge. They are a clinic that is there to try and help. And they do a very good job.As a clinic they have limitations, and must do the best they can with the volume of people coming in seeking care.

2020-07-31Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Pharmacy was a complete waste of my day. Unhelpful and extremely difficult to deal with. Ran me in circles for a prescription I then had to go to Walgreens to fill. Wasted half of my day dealing with them back and forth in person and on phone. AWFUL STORE AND I WILL NOT RETURN.

2021-03-15Dangerous exposure during testing. Swab occurs in your vehicle, but you have to enter a small hut for 10 minutes to deposit your sample and wait while operators process your test. Test results are only received in the back of the store in a small room that serves as a neighborhood clinic. Receiving results takes 20 minutes including collecting vitals. All unnecessary exposure.

2019-09-27The pharmacist at this store is extremely rude and inept. I was given a new prescription that was quite important, and I received no explanation on how to take it. I ended up going online to find out instead. It is my understanding that at Walgreens, the pharmacist is required to provide an explanation of the drug when it is new (how to take it, side effects etc.) When I asked for input on another prescription, the pharmacist, was extremely rude, and curt. This is why I like mail-order pharmacys. In addition, this store is super dingy and depressing.

2016-07-04This pharmacy really takes care of their clients. The pharmacist calls when prescriptions are about to expire in case you need to contact your doctor, they have made suggestions for ways to get coupons from pharmaceutical companies, if you ask, they describe the difference between the generic and name brand (because generics are actually not the same formula as the name brand). Their recommendations for over-the-counter medicines have always been spot-on. They seem to really care about my well-being. I cannot say enough good things about them.
