Over the past four years, I have had countless prescriptions filled by this location that were not mine due to having the same name & birth date as another customer. I can only assume the pharmacy does not ask to verify address & just fills the script. This has been a HUGE hassle for me. My insurance company has been billed each time for scripts that were not mine & Im left to deal with it. Each time this happens Im assured it will not happen again, yet four years later it is still happening.
This place will not provide a wheelchair for patrons no matter what the reason...my wife is an amputee and was told if she did not like It use the drive through!!!! This coming from pharmacist and his checker...after that contacted the manager he said the last cvs he worked at he bought the wheel chair they had from a garage sale...all is bull....after him telling me that he hung up on me...corporate is now involved.....got any problems...CALL CORPORATE ON THIS MANGER STORE #6830. Remove the star I gave to them ...the manager totally rude and self absorbed not worthy of his position
Im sorry ya all have problem s but they were very helpful and nice to me I had no problems with any of them always said do you have any questions for the pharmacist no I dont how are you doing today miss Karen so I have no problems with no one there. Always courteous friendly I go get all my medication there
I shouldnt even give them a star. It has been 3 days since i have been waiting on my prentals for my baby. I have history of losen a baby so right now im mad. This is sooo important not only to me and but to my unborn baby. Every time i call i get told a different day and time. Just makes me mad thinking about switching to another pharmacey because this has never happened and i have been going to this place my whole life!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED THE MEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went there straight from the hospital to get some pain medication for my husband who went through 4 hours of surgery. The guy pharmacist gave me a two hour rate time. I told him we lived 20 minutes away. He did not care at all!! He was such a jerk. I have been getting all of our medications there for years. Not anymore! I went down the street to Walgreens who we dont normally use. They filled it for me right away. Needless to say I am switching to Walgreens from now on. Shame on the Pharacist at CVS.
The store is filthy. SO FILTHY IT HAD FLEAS!!! I greeted the cashier and was met with a stare and nothing more. The pharmacist was rude and even argumentative. The cashier on the way out was just as rude. I dont care if Im ever in this kind of pain again Ill wait for a respectable location to open up in the morning.

2022-05-10Real bad experience and I will never return to this CVS for the following reasons:1. The store interior and exterior is extremely dirty. Trash cans full outside, trash in the parking lot, boxes all over the store.2. Dave the pharmacist was extremely RUDE! The entire pharmacist section lacked professionalism. Customers stood at the counter without being acknowledged. When they were acknowledged, it seemed like we were bothering them. Unbelievable!3. I got my prescription and never had to show an ID… Unbelievable!4. We were there over an hour, and I never seen anyone at the front of the store at the cash register’s. I’m sure theft is a problem at this location as customers can freely walk out the door without paying.5. If this were my first impression of CVS, it would be the last time I’d do business with your company. However, most CVS locations are clean and staffs are courteous. This location needs a complete overhaul. Gives CVS a bad name.

2022-06-08Livid. I dropped off some home movie VHS tapes to be shipped and converted into DVDs about two months ago. When I dropped them off, they just had me leave my name and phone number, and I was told Id get a call when they were in. I got no receipt at the time because I didnt pay for them yet. I called today to get a status update. They gave me the number of the shipping company. I called the company, and they said I shouldve received an order number and that they have no received orders from me. I called CVS back, and they said I shouldve received an order number as well. I said I wasnt given an order number and didnt know to ask for one, and she said they cant do anything without it. So basically Im out of luck and all of my home movies are gone forever.EDITED: They just called back to let me know the tapes were apparently returned due to some issue, but that issue has since been corrected and theyre now just waiting on UPS to pick them up and ship them out. Not updating my rating until my DVDs are safe and in my hands, but Im glad the situation is being resolved...hopefully.

2022-04-16Worst pharmacy ever. Service has became terrible in the last couple of months with the guy pharmacist having an very bad attitude. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. Changing my pharmacy in the morning. Enough is enough!!!!

2021-11-27CVS pharmacy for over 6 months have not answered mine or my daughters calls at the Main St 4609 in Belleville and on top of it you have to drive there to get someone to start preparing the medication and then drive back when they decide to fill it finally. We constantly are having workers that seem to find a reason to not fill the prescriptions. Do they even work or work hard at getting out of work!

2021-12-03No one answers the phone half the time because there arent enough workers. Ive made 4 trips there in 24 hours and prescriptions are never ready. Going to change pharmacies.

2021-09-2324 hour pharmacy, but 4 hour wait time. (That was my review 5 years ago. 4* then.) 2021: Sometimes Reddy-Fill ready on time, sometimes not. This time not. Sometimes manufacturers savings card deleted from profile. This time not. Sometimes manufacturers savings info deleted from profile. This time apparently. Also, CVS allowed script to get out of date so that savings card did not work. CVS asked by email best time to contact me, I replied, CVS never contacted me and left me hanging for 1 week - I came back in. Dont RPh have a code of ethics about returning phone calls when they say they will? End result: usual prescription price 465 for 3 months; this time 765 for 3 months because CVS would not take responsibility. Credit Card priceless! CVS not so much.

2021-03-08I have been going to this CVS for years. I really liked the pharmacy staff, but now they are super slow, not very nice and I have gone back to mail order to get my meds. Its really a shame too as they are my way home from work.

2020-11-24Prior to Covid-19 testing, services at this CVS pharmacy were very slow. After having a surgical procedure, it took them over 4 hours to prepare and fill my pain medication. Ridiculous....and I had to wait more than 20 minutes in drive thru for pick up.

2020-05-12Never again. If you need your medicine refilled on time or cant go a day without, forget even trying. They dont care about their customers health AT ALL. My wife has had endless problems here so we no longer go here. Every month she puts her refill in for her prescription a week before she runs out, so she doesnt have to risk going through withdrawal. Target Belleville Crossing CVS NEVER had an issue refilling on time. This place cant handle it! 3 months in a row now, regardless of how early ahead of time she calls in a refill, they NEVER have it ready! We would put in for pick up the DAY OF.... They will have 5 days to a full week until we pick up her prescription... NOT ONE TIME HAS IT BEEN READY! WHEN IT WAS ORDERED FOR PIXK UP THE DAY SHE CALLED. We have to wait every time for hours. What is the issue here??? They also NEVER get back to us if there are any issues. They dont let you know that there is a problem. They wont call if they cant figure something out. They just forget you and tell you when you come pick up the meds that arent even there or ready. Now the last straw was calling a week before my wife runs out. Placing for pick up the day she called. We come up a week later to get it. They say Oh, that one we cant get right.now Theres a National backorder......... Thanks for letting us know a week ago, the day she called. So we could go elsewhere to someplace that has their s**t together. They will let people go without their meds and then act completely surprised when you come in to get what you ordered days ago. Oh, we forgot to tell you...There is absolutely NO room for that nonsense when it comes to someones medication that their life depends on.
