Do not go for the Covid 19 testing at CVS. I went Saturday July 11. The testing was quick and easy. The problem is the results. On the glass window was a sign that says results will take 2-4 days and sometimes 5-7 days. I am on day 11 and keep getting different answers. I understand the labs are busy, but Minute Clinic kept telling me to call back on Wednesday July 22 and they could expedite. I call and now Im being told it is 6-10 business days as the labs do not work weekends. I find this hard to believe as we are in a global pandemic and the lab will be closed on weekends. So now I sit at home not getting paid because Minute Clinic is unable to hold there end of the contract.
Never had a problem except for when corporate screws up. I tried to buy ginger beer which is not an alcoholic drink (just has beer in the name). I wasnt allowed to because Im not 21. Cash register system is bad. And I know this because I worked at CVS until 1 month ago
Customer service is non existent!! I was going to buy something that was marked down, she said it was in the wrong place and wouldnt give it to me for that price. I am in retail, and when we forget a tag or something is in the wrong place, we give it to the customer for that price! Very disappointed in my CVS!!!
This pharmacy will tell you one thing and then do another. They complain when you give them GoodRx codes to run. And the short male pharmacist thats always working night has a serious additude problem.
Lori is awsome! I go to CVS a lot! Even on my bad days, Lori is so friendly that, it feels like a small town again, (though I know its not). Carla is so much fun and enthusiastic, and Barb just rocks!Youve got a great team over at CVS. Its amazing to see such fellow, hard-working people with genuine personalities that go beyond customer service! THANK YOU LADIES ! You are the BEST!!!
Pharmacy should have the same hours as the store :( very frustrating
As you can probably see by the photos this place is not handicap accesible. There is about an inch drop transition between the parking lot to the sidewalk to get inside. And they also had some cart things on the sidewalk leave little to no room to get in or out. Luckily I had someone with me to help and still struggled but if I was alone id be screwed. Fix this and make it more accesible and less dangerous for everyone. Also the cashier didnt even offer me a bag to put my stuff in.
I have been there several times to fill prescriptions since my husbands health care provider has a contracted thru CVS for prescriptions. On three different occasion after numerous surgeries I was told they didnt have the drug the doctor ordered but they could get it in 2-3 weeks. Are you serious??? I HATE CVS who the hell is going to wait 3 weeks after shoulder replacement for pain meds??????
Always an issue there!! Today couldn’t get my prescription because their system was down! Wish my insurance would have let me stay at Walgreens!!
Very slow. They dont let you know when they do fill and Chances are you will have to wait for the meds you need as to they dont have it and will have to order it

I like the cvs store because I can save money with the app coupons, but a cashier named Elizabeth is not kind, she does not like people using coupons because she has problems with that, she behaved very badly and told me I hated the coupons, I feel guilty if the pharmacy gives them to me and I want to use them, I should look for another job if I do not have patience because to be a cashier one of the important requirements is kindness with people, I must leave the bad vibes and bitterness in your home, work is a blessing! I wish I could know what days he works not to go, its very unpleasant to see her with that face of few friends !! 😏😏😏

2022-01-27Worst customer service. Get treated like I’m a inconveniencing the employees who are literally doing nothing. NOTHING! Their shelves look like a going out of business sales…terrible selection. Cheer up Jim or quit. Not worth being that miserable. He’s not alone, all employees share his misery.

2021-12-31They have terrible hours half of their pharmacy staff is not willing to help Customers, have ridiculously horrible personalities and customer service. I have never had so many problems filling my prescriptions and I only have three to fill. Last night for example I got there at 7:43 and I was there to pick up a prescription that I had assumed was already filled and they would not fill it and I needed that prescription. I will never step foot in the store again. As for the store, the shelves are practically empty and it’s impossible to find an employee to ask any questions to. Don’t go there

2022-04-15Extra snotty service at the pharmacy. We spoke to a very rude female clerk when we asked to take two Covid shots together, and were denied. A gentleman explained the policy politely while the clerk went out of the way to be sarcastic and patronizing.

2021-12-17This is the worst pharmacy Ive been to in my life and Im 61 years old. I have had a problem with every prescription ever filled there. Ive found other CVSs to be just fine. Do yourself a favor and travel the extra distance to another pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. Youll be glad you did.

2021-12-17This store is very overpriced on alot of stuff. I Bought the CVS Brand of Mucinex, thinking Im saving a few dollars. Found out later, I could have bought the original Mucinex elsewhere cheaper and for $3.00 more had gotten almost twice the tablets. Very disappointing. No more CVS for me.

2022-05-27ZERO STARS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAT ON THEIR PHONES AND DIRECTED ME TO SELF-CHECKOUT. I didnt think a place could be worse then Walmart.

2022-03-25The worst customer service Ive ever experienced from a pharmacy they honestly do not care for the patients that depend on them each pharmacist tells you something different and refuse to listen to the doctors or insurance companies its like they feel they have a separate set of rules if I could I would bring this all the way up to corporate this is the worst pharmacy In the Antioch area

2021-10-12CVS in Antioch was a wonderful store when they opened but has gone downhill! Time to switch to Walgreens in Antioch! we have a Walgreens also in Antioch go there not CVS!

2020-05-21My normal CVS (Lindenhurst) was out of the Rx I needed after my eye surgery they were super helpful in tring to get the Rx transferred to another Pharmacy (gurnee) closed ealier than expected so they transferred to Antioch CVS. The lady seemed helpful over the phone as they were 15 min til close - I was at Lindenhurst CVS when they were talking and transferring Rx to Antioch. Once we arrived the lady said they had not recieved the Rx and when I asked her to call she said she would not have time to fill it either way with 2 min left til close. The time issue is not my problem my problem is the complete and total lack of willingness to try. Very disappointed.

2021-05-27Horrible customer service, zero interest in the customer. Waited at the front counter for 10 minutes with no employee watching the store. Finally a store manager comes to the front and does ZERO to assist, Prefers to turn business away as opposed to work!!!! Needs a top down overall of store staff starting with John.Drive down the street to Walgreens. Worth the extra drive time.
