Not at all the crumbl experience. Apathetic, non interested employees and owner, consistently take orders for flavors and then run out. Disorganized and disappointing. Cookies also look like a mess…nothing aesthetic about this location.
Waited in line - but it was worth it :) ! Cookies were yummy + a hit ! No party is the same without the party box !
Ordered and paid for cookies 2 days ahead for pick up and arrived to a closed store . . No communication and then they cancelled and refunded my order without my knowledge .
I would order again if I was sure I could get the cookies I ordered. I ordered on line but they dont fill the order until you get to the store. By that time the cookies were sold out.
Some good cookies chocolate chip is the best!

Love Crumbl! Amazing staff and cookies! There is always something different to try when you go, which is so fun! Also, major respect to the employees who can deal with the crazy amount of people who are going to the store right now.
These people work so hard to keep up as best as they can. I can understand it looks hectic in the kitchen and the wait isn’t fun, but I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Anyone who complains or writes a bad review is just impatient and don’t see from the store/workers perspectives.
My experience was horrible . we were told all cookies were available on the call 2 and then we came in and proceeded to wait 35 minutes before we got our cookies.

2022-08-17My first trip to Crumbl Cookies did not go well because there was a sign on the door saying temporarily closed. My next trip there were only a couple people in line so I got served quickly. Six cookies were on the menu but unfortunately 2 were sold out by 4pm. So I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 raspberry cheesecake. They come nicely packaged and presented by friendly staff. The cookies are $4.38 each. As far as taste the cookies were under baked for sure. I suppose if you like eating cookie dough they would be fine but thats not what I like.It looked like about 12 employees working hard making cookies in the back area. Maybe in time they will improve. Probably just working out the kinks.

2022-08-09Exciting that there’s a crumbl in Elgin! Unfortunately when I went they were sold out of a lot of the cookies. I placed my order and unfortunately had to change two of the cookies I ordered to something else.I definitely understand it just opening and for kinks to be worked out, but shouldn’t you be cranking out cookies as fast as you can since it just opened and they are literally called Crumbl COOKIES. Cookies should be the main focus.I overheard a supervisor or someone tell the employees once something is low to call back on it and to let them know. Sounds like there’s some miscommunication with baking times. Literally half the menu was sold out and it was only noon.Hopefully when I come back, there will be more choices! The cookies are delicious, but they need to work out the kinks and timing. Waiting 30- 40 minutes for cookies is a long time.

2022-08-08Phenomenal cookies! Well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend people ordering off their app. They just opened and are crazy busy so the app is the way to go if you want to avoid a line

2022-08-13The best cookies ever!! So worth the wait and the staff was incredibly friendly! I assume it’s a little crazy because it’s the first week open, but nonetheless it was amazing. Will be coming back here A LOT more

2022-08-07Waited an hour in line to get inside and find out they were out of 3 of the 6 cookies. They were out of chocolate chip, banana and sugar. Even though it was a grand opening they should of had someone walking up and down the line to let you know when they were out of a flavor. My niece specifically wanted chocolate chip and I was really excited for banana so when we finally got to the door it was a big disappointment. I would recommend having someone if your in a party, keep walking up towards the front to look what they have ready so you don’t keep waiting for something. They had a worker holding the door that didn’t greet you or talk I’m not sure what his purpose was but that person should be greeting guests at the least, communicating things with customers waiting…etc.There is another cookie shop opening across the street behind jersey mikes called sweetness cookie company that I am very excited to try, it seems more locally owned and operated versus a corporate chain.

2022-08-10Great customer service — from friendly greeting, to quickly filling my order, to ceremonially displaying the goodies within that cute box. Tasty cookie, but, really . . . $4.50 for a cookie? And WHO makes chocolate chip cookies with MILK chocolate?!!! I would try them again in another flavor but not at that price. Not worth the hype, unless you can’t bake (using, of course, semi-sweet chocolate chips ;) and equally don’t mind over paying for novelties.

2022-08-21Terrible. We were looking forward to this location being open so close to our house. The wait was ridiculous. I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 30 minutes. There was only 1 person at the register. How is this efficient? To make it worse, my place in line was moved from #2 to #3 even though I was there, Crumbl cookies are not worth waiting 45 minutes. Do better.

2022-08-16CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! ALSO RAW COOKIES! We placed an order online and after saying we arrived we still had to wait 30 more minutes at the store for the order to be ready. It didn’t seem busy at all. After driving all the way home we realized they gave us the wrong cookies, so we drove back to get the correct ones and they were sold out. A HUGE waste of time over cookies. Very disappointing first experience, hopefully they get things figured out.UPDATE: all of the cookies were completely raw in the middle. Save your money and go somewhere else.
