I had an appointment January 28 with Lexus Phanrana. The experience was great and very informative. We went with a new style as I did come in with blonde and left with the violet color. It was a lovely experience. The environment is very welcoming as it is a teaching school as well. The instructor who was supervising was very friendly and also open to answer any questions I had about hair products. Thank you again for having me and giving me this great experience to be apart of!
The journey to being a barber coming to this school has motivated to do better for the future. also the experience of being there everyday with people who are cool with each other just because we cut hair it’s a great vibe. Ms Joanne also gave me a gift for referring a friend to enroll at school! great gift
I just began my Barber journey to become a licensed barber. Joanne is the best admissions I’m thankful that she helped me make the process so easy. My teachers are helpful Ms.Rhonda goes above and beyond and we get to learn from some of the best barbers in the industry. Monk and Skits are super talented and show us the best demos every day of your thinking about a barber school CSA is where it’s at
All I have to say is THANK GOD FOR MISS MONA! As an esthetics student she is the only right instructor for this job. She has so much love for her students and gives each one the attention they need and deserve. Going to this institution was not easy but she made it worth it. If you have an option to take classes with her, I promise you won’t regret it. I hope the school realizes what they have with her as an instructor because she is truly priceless. I honestly do not believe I would have finished my hours if it wasn’t for her. I am so lucky to have had her!
Mrs Mira, Mrs Rhonda, mr Jesus, Mrs T, monk and skitz and Mrs mi all did an incredible job at keeping me motivated and made me want more. When I felt down they brought me up. This is a great school ran by great people. Highly highly recommend to new people wanting to become a barber or cos!
I was a student at CSA Schaumburg loaction and I had such a great experience.Teachers were outstanding and very friendly.they wanted to help us and teach every single detail about the hair industry.Directory was great as well,in case you had a problem they were there for you.School was very clean,location is great,classes are beautiful,Staff is great.I would highly recommend CSA to everyone.After I finished school was able to find a job as a Hairdresser at high end Salon just because CSA and things learned.now I’m very skilled and I really thank CSA for everything they offer.Also,there are students out there,who go to school just to kill some time and write bad reviews about school.you have to try in order to see how good CSA is! The student who came out of CSA now a days they work in some high end Salons or they own their place already.
4/2022 3* Kind of run down. Chairs are in bad shape, etc. Haircut was ok. But looks pretty dumpy inside.
By far one of the best salons in all of Schaumburg regardless if a teaching school or not. The students are all so enthusiastic and really love what they do, and the teachers are all so supportive and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure every client walks away 100% satisfied. Deanna, the director, is always super professional and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone for any salon care needs.
Was a student at Schaumburg location DO NOT RECOMMEND. Cosmetology students actually have a proper teacher to learn from as for barbers they dont have an actual licensed teacher to learn from. Night students dont get the same care & attention as day students,I did both programs. As far as the place in control we have the director Deanna who is nice but since she is so busy flirting with STUDENTS doesnt keep up with her job everyone is constantly missing hours or having problems the owner Ned really has no idea of what is going on in that school. As far as financial aid great & Mira in the office very professional gets done what needs to be done!
There’s been times where I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in class and our instructor Ms T. has the patience of a modern day saint. She’s very diligent in her work ethic and is prompt ready to tackle the tasks planned out for the days activities. I recommend stopping in for a service with us, the staff as a whole is very adamant about their functions Thanks guys for making our education your priority!
This is by far the WORST school I have ever dealt with. So unprofessional. I’m not sure about the other programs but given that this entire school is unprofessional, I wouldn’t attend here at all if you care about your money. And do not especially attend here for the ESTHETICS program. You don’t get anything you were promised at sign up (like PCA certification, lashes, etc) and you don’t get taught anything by the actual instructor(s). This school can’t even keep instructors. In my 1 year of attending here, we went thru 6 instructors for the esthetics program. SIX!!! I ended up teaching myself and didn’t get the hands on training you’re supposed to get. This school also doesn’t let you make up your hours unless in a certain phase (closer to graduation) and even then, it’s only one day out of the month you can come and make up which doesn’t work for a lot of people’s schedules. This school also doesn’t answer emails or their phones EVER. This is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. GO ELSEWHERE.
Worst cosmetology school ever please if your signing up for Cosmetology look for other options this school isnt even worth a penny . The teachers dont teach ANYTHING theyre always ignoring when you have questions or dont teach at all. They dont teach you the proper way you gotta teach yourself. Yes I did go to this school I had to drop out thats how bad this school ... also none of the students agree everyone complains how much this school sucks
I barely started the barber program here the process was really easy thanks to Joanne , super kind and funny she made me feel like I really belong here my teachers have been great Ms. Rhonda has been teaching me new things and she’s so dedicated to making us better and learn more
I was an esthetician student during Covid -19 time with csa at schaumburg campus and want to say the teachers and staff tried their hard to continue with the education even on that hard time situation. on my experience I loved csa and will recommended my friends or family if they will consider the beauty industry one day. Keep it up csa i know is hard time out there and a lot of people are so unhappy with life that will complain in any little things.
I am currently enrolled in the esthetics program at this school , let me just say I’m aggravated ... I went from only night school to all day school ... I’ve been thru 5 teachers already and only been here since September, thank good I’m graduating early and outta here in 2 months cause they just hired a new teacher that was currently in esthetics school that started after me .... doesn’t have her esthetics license, never taught before , and only finished 3 1/2 months .... how does this school think she’s qualified to teach anyone .... I feel sorry for anybody enrolling in this school and if u haven’t yet ... DONT!!!!!!!! This place does not teach adequate enough for the money you are paying to learn , to be successful . You are pretty much left on your own to figure things out , teachers are on a revolving door around here and unfortunately the good ones don’t stay

I am a current CSA Student and I am extremely happy that I chose this Campus. My teachers have been great to me. I was close to giving up on this opportunity due to personal issues and Ms. Deanna, the Campus Director was my biggest support. Because of her kind words and belief in me, I decide to get a tattoo, Dont give up on Faith. Everyone here is like family!
I am a student at csa and since I started every teacher that I came into contact with has been very helpful with any questions no matter if it was the same question asked over and over. 😅 . Ms.t has been suck a great help with learning how to fade and helpful in teaching bayalage and foils, womens haircuts techniques and when it come to working on clients all the teachers come to gather to help improve on our techniques.
I came here for a interview for the school. I showed up at the time they told me to which was 6pm. I asked for Jo or John because thats who I was suppose to meet. No one knew who that was and so I told the student who was acting like she worked here if someone can give me gas money for waisting my time getting over here for the interview. Another place with people who talk a big game but are not really anything special.
CSA Schaumburg is a excellent school with a wonderful staff from who cares about the students and their growth. Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetician and Makeup classes are what they offer at this this location. Ms. T is the barber instructor she is a caring individual who makes sure each student shows constant progress. Ms. Lorena is the cosmetology teacher who also takes her time with the students and makes sure they are staying productive. The school Director Ms. D goes above and beyond for the students constantly coming up with ways to better their experience and the school as a whole. There is a great balance between book work and hands on experience to get you ready for the industry of your choice. CSA was like a second family to me their staff genuinely cares for each and every student and wants only the best for them. The only thing I would suggest is vending machines other than that I had no complaints I enrolled into school not knowing ANYTHING about cutting hair and one month after graduating I am now a LICENSED barber.Thank you CSA!!!
After attending the Schaumburg campus for a year I can honestly say that the instructors and administrative staff will always be there to assist with any questions or concerns students have. The classroom teachers Ms. Tammy and Ms. Mandy are very knowledgeable in their craft and always come into school with a positive attitude. They both come very from reputable salons and help make the learning process at the campus a fun and exciting one. On the clinic floor Ms. Lisa and Ms. Lupe will help with any fear students have and are always providing new and exciting learning experiences. I feel prepared to leave school and start working in a salon doing cut and color! There is no drama at this campus which is a plus! All the people at this campus get along and are willing to help each other out!
I wouldn’t suggest coming here as a student. I didn’t receive the attention and care I needed in order to graduate. At times there was no teacher to supervise us while in the classroom. I ended up not pursuing my education here and decided to start in a different field somewhere else. I went here with a goal and left with basically nothing. I lost interest after a while because there was nobody to acknowledge the fact I was struggling. I feel like I was a simply put into a program and left to fend for myself. I did leave with some new knowledge, but it definitely was not enough to set me up for a future in this field. I appreciate how some of the staff was giving some effort, but when your paying for education I feel you deserve every penny you spend. That is not what I received here and I feel my entire class that went through this experience with me would vouch with the same opinion. I’m giving a 3 star rating because I think they tried, but I did not receive what I paid for and overall I’m somewhat disappointed.
This is a review on the job interview I had here. Very unprofessional people and poor communication. I was offered a position with them and told via email they would follow up with me regarding start date within a few days so I put in my notice with my employer. I followed up with the hiring manager regarding my start date and heard nothing from them. I emailed the owner, again heard nothing. Finally after a week of no communication, I drove out there and was told by the owner they changed their mind. This was after I put in my notice with my employer and I was now without a job.
In searching for a new place to get my hair done, I came across CSA, and found the prices to be just what my budget allowed for. I was a little nervous going to a new cosmetology school, but was very impressed. The instructor was right there, and double checked each step. I walked out looking and feeling great! Only down-side was the minimum charge for credit cards ($15), so make sure you have cash!
I would have liked to give a 5 star review, but after having spent $170 in color services at the Schaumburg location, Im struggling to see the silver lining in this experience.Rather than allow my disappointment to dictate my words, Ill stick to the facts.1. I took my teen daughter to get a balayage color treatment; the first image is what was shared with the stylist. She has black hair.2. What she received was a brassy, almost orange interpretation of the photo. By this time, it was already 9:30PM and the academy was closing. Being a teen, and having to go to school with brassy/orange/red hair, my daughter was mortified. I did tell the student stylist that the color was nothing like I had imagined, based on the photo. She agreed to correct it on her next availability - 4 days later. Paid $80 for this visit.3. I couldnt wait 4 days later, due to weekend social functions, etc, I asked to be squeezed in the following day to have the color toned from its orange color. The colorist or her instructor proceeded to tell us that the lighting from our Photo Example made it difficult to tell what color tones we were trying to achieve and that the brassy color on my daughters hair was actually a few shades lighter than black - like the photo. And that somehow that photo wasnt very helpful in conveying the look we were going for. We were never asked, during the consultation, to clarify or elaborate on the style or color - beyond providing the photo image. Paid $21 which included layering for this visit.4. The corrected color toned down the brassiness and made my daughters hair a pretty brown as shown in the photos below. HOWEVER, I couldnt allow that to detract from the fact that we didnt go there to give her pretty brown hair, went there for a balayage. It was evident in all of the photos that the bottom half of her hair was brown throughout (in images). Where a balayage is predominantly the original hair color (black) with pops of contrast.5. Anyway, I called to make a third appointment because the salon/academy failed to achieve the desired look, not even close, even though the website promises to offer The High-End Look You Want At A Good Price! The instructor told me that they could add black streaks into my daughters hair to help achieve the look that we had asked for. I opted to let my daughter decide - at this point she had already spent 9 hours in the chair. Long story short, rather than go through another corrective process to achieve the balayage look, we requested to color her hair back to the original black - which I was charged another $80. We basically paid $170 + tips in the course of 4 days to have the her black hair processed, then turned back to black.I asked the instructor to justify why I had been charged to fix something that was never received/properly completed. She insisted that my daughter did in fact get what she had asked for and that she needed more layers to allow the black contrast to pop - which is impossible because two-thirds of her hair was completely bleached and her original hair color was non-existent .This was an opportunity for the academys students to learn how to color correct or troubleshoot... but it felt more like an opportunity to prove that I was wrong and that our visions werent clearly articulated.On the bright side, the stylists there are lovely people. I did purchase a microdermabrasion while I was waiting and that was terrific.I do take responsibility for having faith in the academy and its instructors to guide the students to achieve a desired look. Valuable lesson learned. Perhaps some improvements can be made in customer satisfaction - which all your students will be faced with in the real world.**SIDE NOTE TO THE STYLIST - please do not take this post personally. I understand and appreciate your learning process. Youre great to work with and you will rock it in life.Hmmmm...I dont think the pics are showing up on this post.
I had a brunette girl named Jessie do my hair (cut, color, and she did an undercut with graphics) and it looks absolutely fantastic. Its everything I wanted, and she seemed to know exactly what she was doing. All the cosmetologists there have a natural knack for beauty and are very skilled!
This school I picked after deliberating for months between all the surrounding schools.This place killed my dreams and passion for the industry.I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated and how I was deceived by this establishment. There were days I would learn nothing, there were days I wouldnt have an instructor, there were days I had to sit in the kitchen and couldnt even sit in my classroom.Overall I did not learn or have an instructor many days and I DO NOT KNOW how this school is accredited. I watched students do things that were against the rules and regulations we studied in class!I have been in this industry for over 10 years now and I truly thought I would graduate and be able to take my test and they would help with job placement. NOTHING! I have been out of school for well over 6 months and I have nothing to show for it besides a beaten down passion and ruined dreams.
Barbers are very professional. Ms. Dee makes everyone feel welcome and does a great job with her students. Will definitely be referring friends and family to the Schaumburg location!
I needed a haircut and my wife had questions about extensions so we decided to come in and check this place out. According to the hours this place was open but looked to be closed. It had 3 doors but none were marked as the main entrance but finally walk in. Front desk was empty so we waited. There was no way to let anyone know we were there. Door didnt chime, no bell, no cameras. We waited 5 min before deciding to go past the reception area where we heard voices. Didnt want to be rude and disrupt them so we waited a second before getting their attention. We asked if they had time for a haircut and questions and was snapped at and told that Mondays were for classes only (would be nice if that was labeled somewhere) My wife then asked if they did extensions and was told no when the sign at the desk said yes. This place is a terrible place for a school if those people we spoke to were admins or teachers. Rude and unorganized. Needless to say we wont go back.
I had the no chip nails done with Diana. She said she had not performed this in a while . The nails looked horrible , but I went home and filed the sides because it looked really bad. After 3 days they just peeled off. I guess what do I expect for 15 dollars. I did give it 4 starts because I went back to Diane and had my hair dyed black. It came out great and I am really happy with it.
This is one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. I did complete the Esthetics program through CSI in Crystal Lake. Enrolling was the ONLY thing that went smoothly. They are so unprofessional, it amazes me that they are still in business at all. During my few months with the school two (both) my teachers were fired. I also did not know that my first months were being taught by a student all together. My Teacher at the time was teaching some of her fellow students that took longer to graduate. I do not see how that shows professionalism and it certainly does not tell me (a student) that the school cares about the quality of my education. They will hire anyone. Ive had financial issues since I started. I am a Vet and this school does not care about their Vets. They are clueless on the military side of the benefits and have gone through two or three VA Reps while I was a student... Both reps were worthless to me due to lack of communication on their part. One thing that really bothers me is how the school advertises and is known for is having the owners on location giving it that small local family owned business feel. The owners are not easy to get a hold of, especially when you need something. They are all about making a buck no matter what the cost to their reputation. One day I was about to perform a facial. While setting up for my client I noticed my rotary brush was broken... I asked my younger than me with no actual experience teacher, for assistance. She said it wasnt a problem that Ned the owner had just bought a bunch of individual rotary brushes... she then handed me a small box that I started opening up when I realized that the power cord for this brand new machine would not work in American outlets. I noticed this because my past deployments and having to conquer the power issue before. It became very obvious to me at that time that Ned was simply buying our equipment off of amazon in bulk at the lowest possible price... not regarding quality AT ALL. Not to mention when the orginial rotary brush broke it has crossed my mind that the machine was brand new when I first started the program and that even the old machines worked better than half the new machines. (Do I even have to point out that they replaced muliti-use machines with newer muliti-use machines that were cheaper so they didnt have to fix the old machines but then the new machines were falling apart so they started replacing the individual attachments with separate hand held machines so now they have an overflow of broken or semi broken machines. Our class room became a graveyard of broken machines literally taking up our classroom space for no good reason other than to be an eye sore and take up space. Teachers and students both talk poorly about each other and about clients. My mother came in for a service and while waiting in the waiting area she over heard about a teacher engaging in a three some. How tacky is that!?! If she was any other client she would have walked out. (perhaps this is one of the reasons that teacher was fired...) Regardless, this school is terrible. They dont care enough about their students to provide a safe, sanitary, educational environment. There were plumbing issues with the toilet system the ENTIRE time I was a student. Dripping faucets, toilets that dont flush, laundry dryer that doesnt dry, clogged sinks ect... all of which get a handwritten note taped to it saying sorry do not use. Do they not have some kind of repair guy? Can they not afford to keep their facilities up? If Im paying 13 grand I better have a real teacher with real experience on real up to date technology and machines. Thats all Im saying. Save your money, reputation, and your sanity... go elsewhere.
Me and my family have lived in the Hoffman Estates and Schaumburg area for over 20 years. As you can imagine we have gone to numerous local businesses for our needs and services. And, I can honestly tell you, the treatment my mother received here, is by far the most horrendous to date.She was threatened, she was verbally abused, and then kicked out!She is 60+ with health issues. I was sick to my stomach when I saw her condition after the ordeal. This was today, on a Monday evening at the front desk by a Caucasian women. Before any services were even rendered. She would not give us her name. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Goes to show the extra money you pay elsewhere is for class, manners, and BASIC customer service.
I AM BEGGING YOU TO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!!! I have spent thousands of dollars there. Completely paid off for a month now and they refuse to give me my transcripts! They do not care about the future of their students!!! I cannot take the state board because of this.

I went in as a walk in and had tim and miguel work on my line up and design they did an amazing job. Tim was great and made sure it looked perfect and miguel the instructor was sooooo helpful. Defiantly will be coming back

I DON’T BLAME THE STUDENT. I CAN’T IMAGINE HOW THIS WOMAN BECAME AN INSTRUCTOR. SHE PRETENDED SHE DIDN’T SEE ANY RED. THEN SHE SUGGESTED A TONER AND THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER. HER LAST ATTEMPT WAS TO SAY LETS SEE HOW YOUR HAIR LOOKS WHEN ITS DRIED. UNBELIEVABLE! THAT WAS IT FOR ME! I PULLED THE CAPE OFF AND STORMED OUT! THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO CONTACT ME! YOU’D THINK THEY WOULD LIKE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. CLEARLY THEY DON’T! THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT HOW POORLY THIS BUSINESS IS MANAGED! I PREDICT THERE WILL BE MORE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE. THE OWNERS NEED TO ADDRESS THIS!
Last time I went, my hair was greatly dealt with even though it was very messy. The lady kept on redoing it and brushing it until it was neat and pretty, all without me even asking for it.
I was excited to get info on starting my career but when I arrive on time call when I arrive like Im told then nobody answers the person texted hasnt replied that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Ill look for schools else where. To bad since this was close to home 👎

2022-02-10A friend recommended this place so I walked in and asked if they took walk in clients. (Turns out, they do!) It’s a hair school and so a hair student was working on me and she was very nice and professional and you could tell she loved what she was doing. I got my hair done for the weekend and got my eyebrows waxed. She did a great job!

2022-02-02If you have straight hair, so not get your hair cut here! I had to go straight from their salon to my regular salon so they could fix the awful cut I got here! I have had the same cut for 20+ years. I could tell halfway through that neither the student OR THE TEACHER knew how to cut straight hair. You are supposed to pull the hair on the side of your head down to the side to cut it. Otherwise it wont be the same length as of the way around. Both the student and the teacher pulled out in the back. Worst haircut Ive ever gotten.

2022-04-15I’m currently enrolled in this school. Ms janelle, ms Lorena and ms Jen, wonderful instructors and all the students are nice, it’s just the cosmetology instructor, ms. Enisa. She’s rude to everyone and the students. She gives attitude, rolls her eyes, yells at you, takes over your client, books appointments at the wrong time. A classmate of mine told me she booked an appointment right at noon which is our lunch break. I witness her say the f word to a student. She’s been here for three months now and has not taught us anything or done any demos for us. She is a terrible teacher and should be fired for being disrespectful and unprofessional to everyone, especially her students.

Ms. Janelle, Ms. Lorena, and Ms. Jen are the only people who care and keep the students SANE!!!!!!!Ms. Enisa is the clinic floor teacher who carries little to NO experience. She is extremely condescending, arrogant, conniving, manipulative, insulting and overall intolerable. I have met children more well- behaved than her. I have nothing good to say about this school. The ONLY good thing about this school are the three teachers named and my fellow, extremely talented classmates. The clinic teacher is out of pocket and at this point I’m concerned as to how she has not been fired?! She messes everyone’s hair up, belittles her students by telling them we will never be as good as her. Telling us how much she charges when her haircuts should cost no more than a dollar. I am tired of the disrespect, not only that I’ve received but also, my classmates. I’m appalled that they would allow someone of this nature to be in charge of preparing future cosmetologists when she is not professional herself. Argues with students and her favorite word is “BUT”.Your work is never good enough for her and everyone who is around her is below her. 2022-06-05My mom wanted a short haircut from Schaumburg location, the barber took one and half hour to cut it , she was good plus slow, she forgot to cut hair above the one ear and also my mom is senior citizen so they had 20% off for senior citizen, at appointment a girl made note of it, but it wasnt given as the reception people left early the instructor took payment and said senior discount was only on Tuesdays and Thursday only,their website didnt mention that. Its awful, also $11 included hair wash which wasnt done and after haircut cleaning should be done below neck, it wasnt there, even for extra charge. Good for coloring hair but I dont want anyone to not get their discounts, also I didnt tip the lady and she didnt deserve one for the aweful work.I wish I could give negative stars.

2022-03-08Years ago I became a student for esthetics at the Schaumburg location (2017) the school had absolutely no structure. I went months without a teacher and when I did have one it was a cosmetology teacher babysitting. There was always an issue with financial aid. And the staff was very inappropriate and unprofessional. They give you cheap esthetics kits and most likely they’re still going to find a way to charge you more. Fast forward to 2021. I came back for the instructors program and my god I had a terrible experience. Worse than before! They over charge for everything. The owners are very rude. The teachers sleeping with the students is very inappropriate. They pretty much let the students run the school. When the teachers do try to enforce policy some how the teacher ends up punished. I really did try to come back to make a difference but clearly that is not what this school is looking for. Teachers come and go more than the students because they under pay and does not know how to treat staff. If you want to waste thousands of dollars on not even half of an education by all means go ahead but I officially do not recommend this school. Sincerely an esthetician and instructor.

2022-03-16Words cannot even describe how awful this school is. I am currently still a student and I have been doing my utmost to be patient with them but I cannot. The last straw was when I realized my hours were not being registered (after I paid a large sum to return) and I had to email and ask verbally several times for them to fix it. It has been several days and they have not. I go to school from 1pm to 9pm and in the last two weeks only 4 hours have been put in. How? I have had SEVERAL different teachers from the moment I started back in 2020. Due to bad communication and awful student service I am STILL HERE. During my whole time here the students teach themselves. My starting class had to learn on our own. Needless to say everyone felt unprepared after they left the school. We are ALWAYS out of product and on 4 occasions I had to refuse a service for a PAYING CLIENT because we didnt have the products we needed. The schools tuition is expensive and yet we never have the things we need and are constantly having problems with hours and other things. Its ridiculous. It is very unfortunate because I had such hopes starting here and I have met wonderful estheticians. This is also a school that allows an unlicensed person teach. This lady was in the esthetics program for 3 months and then got made a teacher for day class... Um.. WHAT??? Is that what the students time and money means to this school? I have finished all my requirements and literally just come in for hours three times a week so I can get my certificate and transcripts. Yet now they arent putting in my hours? Unacceptable. My time, just like all students time, is precious. Especially in times like these when a lot of us have to take on extra hours at work and still make the sacrifice to be here. Its neglectful and honestly it is really sad. I am so sure that this school has so much potential, but it is being weighed down by the negligence of students needs and basic things a school should be attentive to. The teachers are great and again the school shows such promise, so writing this review was hard but necessary because this cant continue.

2022-03-07Facials:I had low expectations because I wanted to get a facial from someone who was a student there, but not low enough. Unfortunately there was absolutely no privacy, just a curtain from the next person. You stare at a ceiling and pipes when you lay down, you hear everyone else talk and they don’t work with gloves either. The facial itself also was a pretty low experience on my part. I’m not sure how they teach them, but unfortunately nothing I saw was professional. I can’t speak for the other services they do.

2022-08-12Great place, nice staff, premium hair care products used for a phenomenal price. Ive been a regular here for over 3 years. There were a few hiccups in the past with dropped appointments but the last 3 visits have been honored and prompt. I suspect it had more to do with the girl I had and not the place itself. Be prepared to spend a little more time in the chair as this is a beauty school. Beauty products are offered and sold in the front as well. They rotate the stock and have it showcased and organized nicely. They have several monthly specials to take advantage of that are listed at the front desk. You can also ask what the specials are for both men and women when you call to make your appointment. The prices are exceptional for the time and products they use on you. Management, Teachers and staff are super friendly! Only one drawback is they are only open during the week and closed on weekends. But when you are prepared for that, its not a big deal.
