Easily the worst Walgreens pharmacy. The lines are always long and the attendants will take care of drive thru while you just stand there. Like the day I write this, I stood in line for almost 20 minutes as car after car was taken care of, the attendant even turned to me a shrugged... 4 people behind the counter and not 1 of them made any effort to attend to people waiting in line in the store. Im changing to mail order meds, screw these guys.
This Walgreens is close, open late to cover my schedule, the Staff is ALWAYS polite and helpful! They always require I provide my ID when purchasing adult beverages, even though Im 59yrs young. LOL!!!
They spread germs and don’t protect from them. Staff uses the same latex gloves for a long time while helping customers and stocking shelves. They don’t even put sanitizer on them. THEY ALSO LET PEOPLE VIOLATE THE GOVERNERS WEAR A MASK POLICY. I ASKED THE GIRL WHY THEY DIDN’T REFUSE SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THEY CANT PER CORPORATE. STAY AWAY
Although staff was very nice, I came in there Sunday June 3rd and bought 2 Argo milk based tea beverages. However got very sick a short while after taking a few sips. Then realized it expired May 17th. Beyond not happy.
The person working at the main check out counter on Sunday 06/05/2016 (around 10:00 am) shift is racist. There was one whit women in front and back of me in the line at the check out counter. He greeted both but not me. I am an Indian. The irony is he did not look like a white either. Sad that such people are allowed to work a customer facing job.
This Walgreens on Steeple Run in Naperville is the Worst Store I have talked to the Manager Randy he has NO RESPECT at all for the Customer at about the problems i have had there with the Pharmacy it really Dont make sense that he act like this at all. They have given me the Wrong Medication and the Pharmacies Jill gives Excuses about the reason the gave me the Wrong Medication in the bag and the pamphlet had my information on it and I waited out side in the Drive Thru to pick up medication and line was four cars longs and I went inside the Pharmacies was carrying on a Conversation with the car in the drive thru as they was friends and was not carrying about the people in the drive thru at all
Super clean store. I stop here every once in a while and the staff members are always very helpful and polite. Sasha was a lifesaver yesterday talking to me about symptoms and helping to find the medicines I needed for my son.
Durring a long road trip we just needed to stop to do a diaper change on my 20 month old and a feeding for my 4 month old.Was very excited to see a changing table thatbwas high enough for me to do a breast feeding. Wish more places had these higher tables
Pharmacy is the slowest one I have ever been too!! I will never ever send any prescription through them... You will be waiting days for a refill!

Place is open rather late Ive come here on many occasions to grab things I need late night. Never had issues finding anything and employees are friendly.
Basic drugstore. Does not open early enough, not 24 hrs. Good selection of ice cream.
You can buy candy,gum,snacks,ice cream, and drinks. But it can take a long time in the lines

2022-03-10The pharmacy here is terrible. They have lost my information in their system. Deleted insurance information and constantly have to order medications which takes 3 to 5 days. This often makes refills late. They cant update on when medications will be delivered to them.

2021-11-16Staff is always friendly and helpful, though occasionally it can take some time to find someone if its later at night. Pharmacy is good too - the pharmacists always answer all my questions. The only reason I docked one star is just because if you get stuck waiting in any checkout line behind other customers (particularly at the pharmacy or drive thru), you will probably be waiting for quite a while. I always just make sure to go during off hours though, so I never really run into that problem anymore. Overall a good Walgreens!

2021-11-30The woman manager here with the short hair and glasses is awesome. She is very kind, patient and polite. Something we need more of in this day and age. Thank you for having a great work ethic, even when you are dealing with difficult people.

2021-10-10My girlfriend came in today to buy a phone charger and she politely declined wearing a mask. The customers in line in front of her had no masks on and they were served with no trouble. If you like being discriminated against come here

2021-04-18Time and time again, this walgreens delivers poor customer service. My husband and I work late and have a toddler. I will admit we go to this location during the last 30 minutes. However, I have never gotten to the register later than 11:50 pm. Today, I was walking up the the register at 11:41 pm juggling my six items as I rushed to the checkout to be rung out which included formula for my daughter and tampons for me. A young teenager was at the register and watched me in disgust without greeting me or telling me which register, I could put my items down at. A nicer older woman walked over and announced, “Don’t worry, I will take care of it.” At this point, I still was not greeted and I had to ask where can I put my items down as I was about to drop them. I understand you want to go home at the end of your shift, but why not at least have some empathy for another human and tell me, “Hey, just put your items at register 1 and she will be with you in a moment.” The woman was much nicer and friendlier, but I really tried to rush and be mindful and I felt very disrespected by your employee. I am sure he was just tired and wanted to go home, but I do not think he would want someone to treat his mother, sister, girlfriend or any family member like that. The stars I am leaving are for the woman, but this is not the first time I have been treated like a nuisance by your employees.

2021-10-10Came here for my COVID vaccine booster at my allocated appointment time and had to wait over 15 minutes. Literally overheard them have a conversation “what’s that lady doing sitting out there?”… “Oh I forgot about her.” Not something anyone wants to hear. No apology or anything.

2020-11-30There have been several instances where I had needed some essential goods from this store and a lot of their products were expired. Ive seen expired juice, expired milk, stale cookies or pastries. I dont know what it is about this walgreens but they have consistently surprised me by how much food they sell thats expired or bad. Their selection of other food products is sparse at best, because they dont carry products that dont make up money for their overhead here. I dont understand why because some of the food products they dont carry are actually popular. Bottom line; this walgreens has some serious problems with selling expired food.
