Thursday 10, 2021 I went to Starbucks on my break at work to get a drink for a co worker. I was having a really rough day dealing with a manipulative relationship and just couldn’t hold back my tears. Which ever girl was working the drive through that day short brown hair, visor or hat, and maybe mixed - you truly are amazing. This girl realized that I was goin through something at the moment and told me to take my card out and gave me a cake pop. On the cake pop bag she wrote ( I hope your day gets better:) ) Now I do understand that this cannot be done for everyone that cries through a drive though hahah but this was so kind of her and so appreciated. The world needs more people like her. I’m sorry I don’t know what your name is but you are an amazing generous person. All love ❤️
Had a professional meeting here and the order was served and tasted great. I forgot my receipt for expense purposes and came back to the store to see if they could print out another. Instead of complaining and making a huge deal out of it, they did it with a smile. Customer service was above and beyond.
Extremely upset I spent $9 on a $5 drink. I have ordered this exact drink from other locations. This time it didnt taste anything like I had before for almost double the price. I asked for LIGHT ICE and the guy working drive thru handed me my drink with all of this ice in there and I told him that I told him I asked for LIGHT ice and he looked at me crazy so I drove off.
The employee who works drive through during lunch time on week days (I believe her name is Kristin) is one of the best Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered. She has such a great attitude and excellent customer service skills. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves! She makes the visits a pleasant experience every time. Kudos on being a great employee and to this Starbucks for having her. She’s a great asset to a busy Starbucks like this one!
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Unfortunately, this is one of the closest ones to my house so I come here often but 8/10 times Im in the drive-thru for atleast 20 minutes. Today it was over 30 minutes. I had my toddler with me who wanted a chocolate cake pop but of course they were out of them which resulted in a tantrum (as toddlers tend to do and this was not the first time weve gone there and they were out of cake pops). I went to the window and asked for a chocolate chip cookie instead, the employee rolled his eyes and charged me for two of them. At this point, I was so frustrated by the long wait time and my screaming toddler in the back I just took my drink and drove away. I will continue to avoid this Starbucks as again, this is the absolute WORST one.
Anyone happen to know what the email is for Starbucks? Denied service because of my clear mask that I was wearing even though I was inside the previous day and was able to order. The bad part of the whole scenario is I was the only customer inside at that time. I wear this mask everywhere and have never been denied service. POOR judgment on that workers part.
I live very close to this Starbucks and have stopped going because of how slow it takes. Not only is the service extremely slow (will usually take 10-20 min to get a regular coffee), they have messed up my order on a few occasions. I understand this Starbucks is in a high traffic area, but when it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee, it really puts a damper on your day. Numerous times I have ordered my coffee and waited while I hear other customers stating they’ve been waiting 20 minutes (Or more!) for their coffee. I do not understand why it takes so long to make coffee. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Take an extra few minutes and visit one of the other numerous locations in the area.
I went in to pick up my mobile order and I noticed my drink was not Correct. I speak to the young lady in the front and she completely ignored me!!! I had to repeat my self three time in order for her to acknowledge me. I was so frustrated from her nasty attitude. I asked her to make me a new cup of coffee. She was so rude with me!!! She made me wait until she finished with her task that she was doing earlier. Then she doesn’t even make me a new cup she tells me to go add more cream!!! When I asked her if she was the manager she said yes!!!! I was so shocked to know this is how a manager treats their customers when I asked for her name she said it was Christina!!! I was so mad that I had to wright this review!!!!
This is a smaller Starbucks store with limited seating. It is hard to get to with the configuration of the parking lot and one way entrances and exits. The staff was friendly and was able to produce my drink in a fast fashion. Other than the parking, the visit was good and reasonably priced for the area.
Baristas are always super nice and professional. As for the wait, this location is always very busy so if I see a line of car in the drive through and i dont feel like waiting longer than 5 minutes to get my coffee i simply go somewhere else. Its common sense!Great location!
Disappointed is not a good word to use when youve waited for one hour with a receipt sitting on the counter with my coffee request and 10 passes that I purchased for firefighters that were coming in at the same time. This was the worst customer service Ive ever seen at a Starbucks have a turn around the attention on and off at the lack of training new employees but my gosh for the holiday season you better up your game folks I heard you under construction a year ago I years plenty of time to train people to get going again especially if youre going to offer a ride cup day throw that on top of it on what a fiasco not going to this one again. Im sure now you know who I am although taking my name and putting on the coffee would have been a great help!Happy holidays!
This Starbucks is both great and awful. If you walk in and get a drink, the service is fast, the drink is right, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Employees are friendly and helpful. There is a medium-amount of seating, but a great comfy chair area with six chairs. My knitting group has met here and weve enjoyed it. We also havent been hassled to leave (probably also because together we spend about $50-75 each time).The drive-thru is another story. First, if you are turning right into the drive-thru, the angle is really weird and hard to make. You end up pretty far from the speaker unless youre able to do a wide turn or are further back in line. The line is almost always 600 cars long, but even when Ive been the only car in the line, service was poor. On at least two occasions I have sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes, including once when I was at the window for 7 minutes. That time, I was literally looking at my prepared food and drink for 4 minutes. The guy working the window could not multi-task. He could either take an order or take money, but not both. Why he was on the window, I dont know. My stuff was RIGHT THERE and he wouldnt just make an order hold on and hand me my stuff. One or two minutes, I get it. This was awful. When he finally gave me my stuff and I drove away, I realized my drink was wrong, but because I had spent so much time waiting, I didnt have time to go back.I love Starbucks and I go to a lot of different locations and this is by far the worst drive-thru. If youre in a hurry, find another location. And if you do use the drive thru, take a sip of your drink before you pull away.
As a lover if Starbucks, I am very disappointed with the service here. I waited behind 4 cars in the drive through for 25 minutes. Normally this place is jam packed and the line is very long so I usually do not go here, but with the line being short, I thought it would be a quick wait. I also feel there should be some sort of sign directing cars to pull around the store to get to the drive through. Backed up lines in the street can lead to an accident. I sure hope an accident doesnt occur in the future. I will still continue to love Starbucks but will not be going to this location again.
Incredibly slow service, easily the slowest service of any Starbucks Ive ever been to. Drive up, walk in, pre order from the app, it does not matter. Waited a full 15 minutes after the time the app said my one drink would be ready, today. Polite enough staff, just very, VERY slow.
Im sorry, especially as a food service worker. Twenty plus minutes to make an order is unacceptable. Thats just lazy, thats zero attempt at service. I get it sucks sometimes, but thats a new level when I give you guys a fifteen minute head start, and you still dont make it. I shouldnt be settling for that, I shouldnt waste my entire break on two drinks. I wouldnt complain if it were during a rush, but that is just not the case here.
Trying to add money to my account! Was impossible. First thing I was created by was a obnoxious lady asking if she could make my day better! She could not and that 20 year old you man working the window gazed out at me. The first 10 min of social polite expectance of not wanting to upset me with his tone or behavior while still not wanting to accommodate me. So we sat politely in silence for 20 min. This was the worst part of my day so far. The service at this Starbucks is awful the people inside are dead! Zombies
I never leave a review at any places, but this time I feel like it needs to be said. I LOVE this Starbucks! The staff are the sweetest Ive meet at any Starbucks and the drinks always taste the best, but this morning I was a few minutes early to work and I decided to make a stop for a drink. I had ordered a latte and when I drove off I didnt drink it since it was a hot drink, but when I had arrived to work there was 2inches of foam... Normally Im use to an inch but when your pay $5+ and have barely a half of a drink it gets a little upsetting your paying for foam too...
I went to this location this morning on my way to work, the lady taking my order in the drive thru was very kind and when I got to the window, Jim was extremely energetic and genuinely nice. He excitedly said good morning to me and asked how my day was going! Not often early in the morning does anyone get such great customer service! Kudos to this store.
I get more refunds here than I do actual drinks because it seems they never have the ingredients. It’s also usually a 10 minute wait longer than what the app quotes. I’ll drive the extra 5-10 minutes from now on to go to a different location rather than visit this one.
I go to the Lisle location everyday and my total is $5.40 I went here today and paid $5.66? And on top of that the girl taking my order was extremely rude! I spend over $30 a week on Starbucks and I promise I will never be back to this location. You guys just re opened .. do better
SLOWEST Starbucks ever! Absolutely ridiculously slow. Not once, every day. Been to every Starbucks in this town many, many times...this one needs to work on its speed. 20+mins to get one drink. DM needs to visit and go over speed and customer service or do a re-hire. This location is near a mall, shopping center, and highway efficiency should be a priority here.
Customer service here is not the best. The employee gave this little old lady attitude about her not knowing what a decaf americano was, and was annoyed that she had to explain the drink to the old lady.Just kind overall rude and not pleasant. They also take a very long time to get drinks out. Weird vibe, would not recommend.
I normally don’t like Starbucks, being overpriced, not having great coffee, and brewing coffee drinkers who know nothing about coffee, but at this particular location I experienced some of the best customer service at a coffee shop I ever have in my life. There was this cute old man who was so joyful and the whole staff seemed to have a happy attitude, which led to a very pleasant atmosphere and brightened my day!
I came to this place wanting a one and one free coffee, they said that it wasnt the correct time even when it was a few minutes till it was the correct time. I understood and didnt complain. Instead I asked for a banana bread only and gave $20 and received $10 in change. They gave me the wrong change and in the end didnt get what I really wanted. I hope for better service next time and better attitude.
Left for work 20 minutes early because I know this Starbucks is slow. I only stopped because there was only 3 cars in front of me. I was 10 minutes late for work AND I didnt get my coffee because when I pulled up to the window they didnt have my order. Sorry to leave a bad review but it is rediculous to wait so long then they tell me to wait because they didnt get my plain black coffee with cream....
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. My friend and I walked in here and waited an unreasonably long time at the front counter while the kids behind the counter acted busy. The dude with the hat finally came to the register as I said out loud are you going to take my order? He was dismissive towards us like he didn’t care at all. Ironically my friend said “it’s like McDonald’s in here now” just as we walked in. At least the worst wouldn’t be this long if it was McDonald’s. Sorry we came here. Won’t be returning to this location. You need a manager on duty and to be secret shopped ASAP.
I was in this Starbucks a couple of times. This one was the least because first they gave the Cappuccino filled milk. Also, the staff didnt clean tables regularly though it wasnt crowded. Also I recommend he manger have curtains installed because on sunny days it would be irritating to sit on the windows.
I got a bagel but no knife for cream cheese. When I called to at least say this isn’t good, I was told to go to a different Starbucks. At least offer me my money back?!?! Now I have a cold bagel that I can eat in an hour or so. Zero solutions? Weird. Then they tell me I’m irate. I was polite.
I have never had a problem with location. I always go through the drive through and my order is correct and great! Yesterday though we had a bad encounter with a worker there my husband and I. We went through the drive through and we’re ordering on the intercom and the man taking our order cut us off ( we weren’t finished ordering ) and said pull forward. His name was Adam. When we got to the window my husband tried to tell him we had more to our order and he shrugged us off and his voice sounded as if WE were bothering him when it is his job to take our order! He gave my husband a straw for his frappchino and coldly told him “ don’t lose that “ like why would you need to say that then I preceded to ask for an extra cup he exasperated and siged like I asked him to go run 5 miles and reluctly gave me the smallest cup they have. WORST EXPERIENCE ever. I didn’t have time to go in and ask for a manager as we were on our way to our sons schools confrence but I needed to put it out there that Adam who works at Bolingbrook was rude and not customer friendly in the least bit!!
Dont know the qualifications of the manager of this Starbucks. 7AM and garbage outside door is overflowing, every table outside is dirty, some tables inside dirty, some long-haired dude mopping floor (absolutely soaked now)and babbling on his Bluetooth about Dunkin Donuts iced coffee. Speaks of Starbucks French roast as garbage. Isnt garbage and mopping end of night duties? Girl that took my order was so preoccupied about something she had no idea what my order was--No greeting or thank you.
Way too long of a wait via drive thru. Waited about 20 minutes...couldve been more. Lost track...Got stuck in line and in between cars in the lot which were blocking the intersection(way in/out). Then when we got the order it was wrong after repeating each item 2-3 times at the drive thru intercom...
Sat in line for 30 minutes , only moved 1 car length during 15 of those minutes, only to have a worker come out and tell us, as we were pulling up to the order window that they were closing and cant take our order! Worst service, and were at Starbucks twice a day!!!!! Shame on you
Starbucks is a contrived, egotistical, vanity, over rated coffee shop. You cant walk into one with out feeling you are violating some moral social rule, that all people do not subscribe too. The coffee sucks and is over rated. Just the names of the different sizes is vain and self centered towards a unreal society.This coffee chain needs to pull their self involved heads out of there rear ends and sell coffee not social ideas.
Ordered unsweetened iced tea and a white mocha (and she asked me to specify and I said hot). We got a white chocolate Frappuccino and a sweetened tea. I kept the Frappuccino, but my mom asked them to remake what she asked for... gave her unsweetened but a size too small.

2022-05-04Really, really disappointed by the service at this Starbucks. Jessica, the manager, was incredibly rude to my wife when she was trying to get our toddler under control. Guess what, everyone, toddlers make noise! Who wouldve guessed.Even worse, she lied to me on the phone when I asked to talk to her.Very disappointed by this experience.

2022-06-05I’m not from the Bolingbrook area but stopped here on my way home and even though it was a little busy, the young lady who took care of me in the drive through was so nice & friendly, my coffee was done perfect and my egg bytes were nice and toasty warm, I totally recommend this location, if I’m ever in the area this will be my go-to location!

2022-01-02This is by far the worst Starbucks Ive EVER been too. 95% of the time theres something in your order that they dont have. They dont accept bills over $20 as if America is currency doesnt have bigger bills available. The wait times are nearly always 30+ mins. Today, I was offered the wrong order at the drive thru (lobby was closed), then my drinks werent full, literally 3/4 MAYBE and I didnt receive my food. They DID say theyd redo the order when I come back, but only after I called 6 times before they even answered the phone. Then again, who has 30+ mins to sit in a drive thru at SB?!!!

2021-09-18I come here to study often and I am constantly greeted, by name, by fantastic and kind staff. I have seen multiple occurrences where the staff handled tough situations with a kind and understanding attitude. I applaud them for their work ethic, fun work environment, cleanliness, and overall ability to handle out of the ordinary customers. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the manager, Korey. It did not take him long to learn my name and make me feel welcome. It is always a pleasure to see him. Its a wonderful Starbucks and would 110% recommend not only grabbing your coffee, but spending some time in this positive environment.

2022-03-20Collect those stars! I am getting back into how comfortable Starbucks is. The new flavors, especially the Pistachio, are wonderful. I keep going back. The tastes are consistent and the staff members are all rushing about just to give me that wonderful cup of coffee.

The front door is locked along with a sign saying drive thru only..... sooo if your order ahead on the app you have to wait an hour for your drink in the the drive thru! 🙄 Why not just turn the app off at this location, but no worries Im done with this location, wont be back! 😡

2021-11-07Long waits along with a young and understaffed employees combines for a bad experience from a customer experience standpoint. Better try other establishments before coming to this place. Will not be recommending this going forward.

2021-02-21Drive thru line might seem long but has always gone quickly when I’m there! And the people at the mic and the man who is at the physical window are always so sweet. In particular, the employee at the window is so positive. His attitude constantly brightens my day!! :)
