Great place to meet a friend. Spacious with comfortable seating. Didnt care for their version of the white chocolate mocha but theres plenty of other options to choose from so next time Ill try something different. 😉

Drinks are made well. It said it was busy, but there really wasnt anyone in line. The drive thru cashier was kind, even talked to my 7yo who loves to talk to the cashiers when we go through drive thru. Definitely a plus and may make this the Starbucks I go to when I visit my family up here more.

Idk who the manager is on shift right now, take the time stamp down. A person with very short hair was very unprofessional and rude. Snippy and condescending towards employees and customers. Not sure if they were the one in charge or pretending to be, but the service was horrible. I get that the drive through is busy but take care of your customers that come in. I was first in line and it still took 10 min to get one drink. I had to ask how long my drink would take because I was going to be late for work. Will not be returning to this location. I’ll stick with Dunkin’ Donuts at least they are friendly.

Im giving 3 stars now...see update at bottom.As of lately, it seems like my venti drinks are not being filled all the way like they used to be. The staff is super friendly and my drinks always taste great so no complaints there. I pay extra for non dairy so its frustrating when my cup is filled only to about 3 from the top. If I wanted a grande, Id get a grade. I get that I do light ice, but Im used to them being filled to about 1.5 from the top with light ice. Can I ask them to top it off? Ive seen other reviews saying they wont if you ask, so Im not sure.**update: Starbucks support online told me to ask them to top it off, because it shouldnt be THAT short with light ice...so I did. The girl got upset at me and told me well you got light ice so thats how it is. Ill top it off this time but next time you have to pay extra. Girl no offense but I already pay 70 cents extra because I CANT have dairy. So, needless to say, I was a bit annoyed at the attitude. The drink tasted weird and I noticed the milk on the bottom was curdled. I threw out the drink. I contacted Starbucks again with a photo of the curdled milk and what happened when I asked for a light top off. They were very helpful and polite and said they would talk to the store. I told them previously I didnt want any compensation but they gave me a free drink anyway due to the fact that my last drink had curdled milk and wasnt drinkable. Came in the next morning and the same girl heard my name and immediately asked if I wanted a top off. I told her yes just a bit and she did with no attitude and I went on my way.I appreciate that the store took my complaint to heart and that even though I told corporate I didnt need compensation, they gave it to me anyway. Just wish thus store would get back to their usual service and consistency.

Use to go all the time to this location i loved this store everything always came out perfect… I went because of partners like April, Kaitlin, Teddy, Will, Summer, and maya who are amazing at everything they do including making sure to ask me how my day is going and making my drink perfectly… While those baristas are still at the store it seems the majority of the stores remaining partners are not trained and don’t know what they are doing… i’ve worked at starbucks before this use to be the store everyone said was always good now it’s kind of okay at best and the drinks are hit or miss no matter what you order the undertrained baristas will hand you incorrect drinks and argue with you before remaking it instead of following policy and making the drink correctly this store needs serious training and if they can’t do that they should close and transfer the baristas elsewhere not fair to customer or partners to have untrained staff making bad drinks

In my travels all over Northern Illinois and Chicago this is one of of not that best serviced Starbucks in the area. The only thing is take right is the parking and the drive thru setup is a bit strange, its in the middle of the stores.

Was there tonight, drive thru was packed, no biggie 2 teenagers inside so my 2 teens went in to order because drive thru like I said was wrapped around. 20 minutes later and drive thru was empty and all 4 teens inside were still waiting on their drinks, so myself walking in and 4 young ladies working inside, well not working! One filling stuff, one wiping walks, one training, and one with a big mouth arguing why in 20 minutes 4 teens cant get their drinks cause she is training someone! But at least 15 cars gone thru drive thru and these young girls nothing! Ridiculous!! Never again
