Drive through service was very fast moving indoor service was good and the place looked very clean. The clerk applied a coffee coupon code without me even asking and made the XL cost gust over $1, which is great!
What can I say? I love this place! I get to customize my frozen coffee, the donuts are always tasty and soft, and the staff is always smiling.
Good service. food,coffe,drinks done quick and well,there is this young lady named Noemi and she does an outstanding 10/10 job well done and for this I give it my opinion of 5 stars
Great customer service it’s quick , also the worker (Noemi) I think that was her name, gives the best costumer services. Very respectful young lady.
Their drinks are way too sweet and not the quality you would want for the price that you pay. Literally the McDonalds of the coffee world.

2021-07-08If I could give negative stars, I would. Reminds me of the getto part of Chicago..... stood there for 5 min, cleared my throat and said excuse me, employee saw me, I saw her and didnt bat an eye for another 5 min.... so I didnt get my drink from DD. Traveling, already behind didnt help. Short staffed????? But even the discount on the cigarettes, their add says 2.20 after 2 packs but got 1.20, because employees are not allowed to take down any advertising.... even if they dont honor the advertisement, what she said...

2022-02-10Just walk away from this wanna be Dunkin shop.No selection, dry stale doughnuts. No filling in jelly doughnuts. Worst Dunkin on the planet.From what I’ve seen every restaurant near here is below average.

2018-09-29Went through the drive thru and ordered a few things plus this turkey sausage wake up wrap. They said the food wasn’t ready so I had to park and wait. Waited about 7 minutes and then got home and this was my wrap. Why would you serve this to someone. The cheese is no longer cheese it’s completely burnt and gone and the tortilla is hard as a brick, almost like a chip now. So disappointing.

2020-07-24My coffee was not as good as everyone hyped it up to be, it didn’t taste like what I ordered and it had basically no flavor, the person working at the time didn’t seem like they even knew anything about coffee and didn’t answer the questions with the right answers. This was my first time getting something at Dunkin and I don’t think I’m going to get anything ever again.

2018-08-09Come here at 7:40pm to get coffee and they tell me they dont have coffee because theyre closing. In 20 minutes. Really? Google says you close at 10 but says other people suggest you close at 8, which is it? Why are you not having coffee during business hours? Isnt coffee your most purchased product? Worst Dunkin ever

2019-10-16Young lady was very nice but I asked for my coffee to be extra sweet and I go to drink it and it was like drinking salt... she poured almost a cup of raw sugar into my ice coffee so it was very unpleasant and that threw me off. Maybe more clarification next time 🤔
