Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee. The whole visit felt rushed, from them greeting me to making my food. My bagel wasnt even hot or warm when I took a bite of it. Plus the cream cheese wasnt even spread out over the whole bagel. Totally tasted stale when I bit into it.

HORRIBLE LISTENING SKILLS!! I ordered dozen munchkins I told her half chocolate glazed and half pumpkin she even confirmed the order with me and read it back to me, instead she she gave me all chocolate glazed!! It’s like they have a memory loss or hire people with earwax full in their ears
The NEVER mix my matcha latte well, they NEVER mix my iced coffees well, I cant order Hash Browns in app but theyre available in the store and even though I place my order before coming and usually having a very simple order (bacon avocado toast and a medium matcha latte with almond milk) I usually end up waiting for 10 to 15 minutes. They ONLY have drive thru open as well. Its just a lot of inconvenience to go here because its across the street from my house versus driving to the Romeoville location (which also has ice cream) and MOSTLY NEVER get my order incorrect.
Girl in drive thru was very rude and blamed me for her mistake.

Ordered a dozen assorted doughnuts and they were stale, a few had to be thrown out. Ordered 2 XL coffees with extra cream and instead got 2 black coffee that were cold.The staff was extremely friendly though. They took the order correctly and also repeated it back to me correctly. Forgetting the creamer can happen to any coffee shop, not a big deal. But the doughnuts NEED to be fresh and coffee HOT. I will go there again, hopefully they are having a better day next time.
Claims the dining room is open it is not there is no sign stating else wise. So apparently you have to go through the drive-thru to ask questions and then get stuck there for half an hour not getting anything. Thanks for wasting my time a simple sign would help.

Not too much to say about this location. Its pretty straightforward. Its a typical Dunkin donuts. You must wear a mask to enter. And you must remain at least six feet from other people to follow social distancing guidelines and rules. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. The drive-thru in the back is extremely tight and small and there is no room for error, so if youre probably a female driver who, lets be honest most females dont drive the best (I am not included in that LOL) youre probably going to end up grinding up on the curb.... unless that is your boss at driving like myself. Yeah I one hand parallel park too. One try and Im good. Yeah Im just that good. 👌😁🤣
Every time I place an order for an iced coffee its always made different. I even tried asking by the pumps and still not even the same. Ive given this place a chance multiple times, but I cant do it anymore. This last time I order my coffee black with flavoring and somehow got way more flavoring than ordered and also sugar in it. My advice is get your training in order.
The girl working tonight Sunday June 27th does not know how to make coffee and had a terrible attitude I had to go back twice to get my coffee fixed . They first gave me cold coffee and then just added hot water to it to warm it up and it tasted like water and I had to go back . She always has a bad attitude never wears gloves and I’ve seen her with her mask off . Multiple times I’ve gone and my coffee is always terrible when she works . I hope something is done about it .
I’m usually here between 3am-5am during my lunch hour and when I say the gentleman behind the register is AMAZING I’m not lying. No matter how many cars are in his line he gets through it in a quickly, kind and efficiently. There is a dunkin literally down the street from my job but I drive the extra mile to get to this one & will continue to do so.
Weekends are ridiculous busy, unlike any other location. Typical wait is 10 minutes in line before you can even order.Rest of week is good

Prices have gotten so high for such small products. I remember when the size of the apple fritters was twice the size and half the price.
Paying customer who didnt get what I ordered. Plus I was made to feel like a criminal because I had to use the restroom. Why are the bathroom doors locked? The cashier very obviously did not want to let me use it. Pretty sure its the law in this state that if an establishment offers food and beverage they also have to offer a restroom.
I ordered a large iced coffee with cream, sugar and caramel. Not too difficult. What I got was a severely burned iced coffee with a bit of sugar and maybe there was cream because of the color but it sure didnt taste like it. It was awful. This is not the first time my coffee has been terrible from there. I will not be wasting my time going back to this Dunkin.
I went today August 20 at 6pm Friday and they took forever for a iced coffee and a donut and had gave me a wrong donut so I told her and she did change it but when she gave me my coffee I asked for whip cream and she just put one line of whip cream and the coffee tasted nasty.
Horrible! I went for a coffee cake muffin. First the person taking my order thought I asked for French toast and tried to dismiss me after asking for a MUFFIN 3 times. Fast forward, this is the worst muffin. Isn’t edible at all! Completely old and dried out. My cinnamon topping came off like a hat. The inner part was just as worse, Even after trying to heat it up. As a pregnant woman, I was looking forward to this lol. But in all honesty, I will never give this DD business again. I’ll still to the one closer to home. I’m hoping to post a picture.
Attention Dunkin’ Donuts corporate, pretty sure the ownership does not follow your same ideals. Very rude to their employees. I was also told to put a mask on when there were employees handling donuts with masks around their chin.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. I grubhub from there every morning, this morning my coffee was wrong and they not only fixed it. But delivered straight to my home with a free donut. I feel so appreciaticed and valued
What kind of dunkin runs out of coffee? I was just trying to grab an iced coffee today and they said that they were out of it? Terrible service. I do not recommend. They are never in stock. Whenever i go get a bagel from there too, they say they don’t have the bagel i want, which is absurd because it’s literally a breakfast place. How do you run out of bagels ...? Every time i ask for extra flavor, they never put enough in. even when i get charged an extra $1.50 for more flavor swirls they still screw up drinks. make sure you taste your drink before you leave because odds are it’s incorrect.

I dont know why Google insists Ive been here a few days ago, maybe it was because I was at Popeyes. But this Dunkin Donuts had an awkward experience for me where I ended up having a staring contest with the employee while they were handing me my donuts. It could just be me, but that made me feel rather queasy. Just another day in the life of an awkward human being.

This place is very unprofessional at certain times. I went there and ordered 2 sundaes, normally I receive them in a timely fashion with no issues but on this particular day it took extremely long. Cars started building up behind me, then finally this young lady comes to the window and tells me that they are looking for lids for the sundaes and if I can pull to the front and it will be right out. I said no problem. 15min later still no one came out then finally the young lady comes out and says they are still looking for it. At this time I just asked for a refund!! This was the most horrible service that I have ever received from here. And there was no manager on duty!!
One of the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area not because of the product but because of the General Manager the worst attitude seems like he doesnt even like people. They switched him from the Boughton location to this one, but he should get the boot out of the company unless he owns it then I guess we cant. IMO
A manager name there Marcus is one of the best patient people Ive seen at this Dunkin place , had a pretty big order , had about 4 lattes with sandwiches on the side , it was just him and this other young lady I do not know her name but Marcus at the drive though wides always finds his way to make someone smile, he went the extra step every time I come. Love it!!!!! If u want to come here ask from him . My latte tasted just outstanding!!!! Thank u again . I will be back for more
The manager and staff is very unprofessional. Usually I go there every morning. The manager who she thinks she is perfect and do not make any mistake . But she always miscalculated the amount. I always ignored her mistakes all the time before but today her behavior was unacceptable because she accused me that I didnt pay yesterday. She even didnt know i paid cash she called some girl name Cristina and that girl said that she didnt swipe the credit card. They even didnt know that I dont use card. That manager forced fully told me that I didnt pay. I asked her to check the camera but she was stubborn and refused to check the camera. Her words was ( I AM TELLING YOU THAT YOU DIDNT PAY) like she has a authority to accused any one if she thinks regardless what the fact is. I am definitely not going there because their unprofessional , rude and disrespected behavior. I want to warn everyone if you go there, always keep eye on what you pay if its cash or credit card. Because every penny make a difference. And I dont want those people to get away with the mistakes they make and disrespect whenever they want. Not a good place to start your day. You want your day good please dont go to that place.
I usually go here around 11pm and I have to agree with some of these reviews about the gentleman on night shift so humble and my iced coffee is always at perfection!
Service was horrible today...the staff today seems so unmotivated...I accidentally placed an order for a hot drink instead of iced ...and the lady working this morning was talking trash about me in front of other customers. Every unprofessional and she had the nerve to pour my drink over ice instead of making it over.
I Just ordered caramel eced latte and it is too, too much sweet. Poor service! Unfortunately it is not easy to go back to refund with 3 small kids. Improve your service!
Honestly this Dunkin’ is very inefficient. They always get my order wrong, which I order on the Dunkin’ app. Then they act like it’s your fault.Have a lot if improvements to do.
The lady at the drive thru needs to work on her customer service skills. I was putting my drink in my cup holder and shes like maam rushing me to grab the doughnut I ordered as well. I was the only one in the drive thru so I dont know why she couldnt wait for me to put my drink in the holder. And they didnt even give me napkins for my doughnut! Seems like this location has gone down hill since two years ago when I lived in the area. Not like it was ever spectacular service but it has gotten worse.

Beware of this location & its deceitful business practices. 2 days in a row I have experienced upcharging at this location through the drive thru. Day 1 they added on hashbrown to my order I declined, when I questioned the cost of my order as the cashier handed me my change & receipt she accidentally let go of my receipt & it flew away. I of course asked her to reprint & when I pointed out the hashbrowns she said you ordered them. When I told her I declined she began arguing with me. No offer to take them back or remove from my order.Day 2.....ordered my coffee with extra mocha swirl as I do EVERY MORNING....today theres an upcharge....Ive never been upcharged ever before ay any DD... I also orderd a bagel w/cream cheese. Sign in drive-thru says $1.59....they charge me $2.59. When Iasked about it the cashier sarcastically told me I must have read the sign wrong. Thats not her problem. I usually stop here every morning on my way to work. Not anymore!
If youve been to one Dunkin youve pretty much been to them all. All that is left are the little details. There is no drive through here, its walk in only with a crooked parking lot that seems to work out nonetheless. The employees are what youd expect. They are there to hand you coffee, donuts, and wake up wraps. As with any Dunkin, they get their donuts in the morning, and once they are gone they are gone. They do stock up heavily on the fancy ones, which is great if you like those. If you just want a french cruller or a strawberry you cant expect them to have one after 1 or 2 in the afternoon. This morning they didnt even get crullers in their daily order. Sadness.

Great selection of doughnuts fresh made. Because its in a Walmart though there is only one person working the place and lines can easily build. A great suggestion is to try iced tea with cream. Surprisingly Good despite odd looks.
I like their coffee and breakfast options. You can keep the donuts. Too greasy and they leave a not pleasing mouth feel after you eat them. If you must, the cake donuts are better.
Morning crew has a tendency to be super rude. It is always very busy, and chaotic, but rudeness and shortness with customers should not be the norm. If there was another location along my route to work, I would definitely skip this one.
15 people working here and mysteriously both bathrooms are out of order. So the public is good enough to accept our money but not to use dunkins bathrooms.

Super slow service. I waited 15 minutes at the drive through then I asked the woman behind me if she could pull back and I went inside. Waited another 15 minutes while they asked me 10x what I had ordered. At this point I didnt even want my drink, just to get out of there.
I was just there this morning , once again they forgot my cream cheese spread that I paid for to be on the side I get to work and its not in there . Now granted I should have double checked but that shouuldnt be my job thats what they get paid to do . I think its unprofessional. I was mistreated and in a sense robbed . Yea its only $2.38 now but all the little things add up. Im a manager at my company and would never allow that to happen . Guests who pay need to get what they paid for with a smile . Period .. Fair one. The only disappointment was that we bought some donut holes and they almost ran out. We asked whether its possible to give us the rest since they were not that fresh. The staff rejected without even hesitating. Most of the other DDs will give those as a courtesy.
The manager is rude. Talks to customers and employees with loud voice, anger and frustration.The employees are polite and friendly however.Once the manager misbehaved with me and I asked her for her name. She refused and walked away. I think she was scared.Later she came back and told me her name was jina and refused to tell me her last name. Who knows if she was telling the truth or not.The rude manager is a Hispanic lady in her 40s and had blond shades when I last saw her recently.I love Dunkin Donuts however.Such poor management is a disgrace
I really like DD. The problem is that not every location has good staff. Most locations are either slow, or get your order wrong. This place has never gotten one of my orders wrong. I go here so often they even know my usual order and ask if thats what i want. This is my favorite DD stop. Congratulations on a great staff.

Been here a couple of times always get my order wrong. i understand that they are on a timer but they really need to listen to the customers order so they can get it right. Specially the Hispanic lady at the drive-thru window.
Great service as always. Employee even suggested a better deal for me. Unfortunately I was halfway through my coffee when my friend got theirs due to the self cleaning espresso machine.
They ALWAYS run out of everything, they ALWAYS close early, they ALWAYS charge you for water, 50 cents despite buying other items (its only tap water), they hire minors who are never trained properly who have their friends hang out, the place is filthy with insects landing on their donuts, and their manager made a loud scene the other day screaming at everyone that they can NOT sit there unless they buy something and that buying water is not enough! i saw the manger yelling at people and i was appalled! I used to go there every single day and always spend over $5.00 at a time, heck closer to $10 and the place is steadily going down hill but after today I will NEVER return! oh and when someone asked for the managers name she removed her badge, then someone else had a receipt in their hands and said they were calling corporate on her and she took the receipt from the customers hand.....INSANE!
Clean, pleasant atmosphere. CNN on the tv, if thats your thing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Bonus: They have the plush leather loveseats that Starbucks got rid of. This is more of a hangout than your typical DD.
The manger here is a terrible women. She started yelling a homeless guy because he always came in with only 3 dollars. Then didnt even give him his coffee that he paid for. She refunded the money but she was very unprofessional about the whole. Im never going to this location again.

I order extra sugar and vanilla in my vanilla coffee, I get coffee with cream little to no vanilla flavor and the sugar was none existing. Do your employees listen to the customers when they place their orders?

This drive thru could not be any slower. I sat thru just to see how slow it really was and they have served 3 cars in 10 minutes. Going to be about 15 before I finish getting through for 5 cars.
Drove through for a cup of coffee. I imagine eating the cup would have been more enjoyable. The coffee was absolutely horrible and not worth the price. Tim Hortons is a better choice.

Its okay except when they mess up your tea orders on a call constant basis even though they are not busy. For example, if I order tea no sugar, they still serve sweetened tea or when I ask for green tea and they serve me black tea. Happened on the same week.
If your going for lunch and expect to get any work done on WIFI do not go to this location. Could not connect in the entire 45 minutes I tried. Loaded about 1.5 pages in total. Connection is intermittent and speed is terrible when connected

2022-04-23This location has always sucked..But come on. Aside from the flipped donut. The 2 large iced lattes that i payed as much as i would have at starbucks, are chalky and just not good. U have to pay extra for whip cream on the lattes now which I know for a fact is new. And got charged for it without even being asked. Just horrible and disappointing. Such a huge waste of time and money.

2021-12-13Bacon practically raw. Didn’t follow order directions. Muffin cold and crumbly. Donut dense and hard-old tasting. If you’re hungry don’t waste time here, better off with a pop tart or oatmeal

2022-05-30This is one of my favorite Dunkin’s. They are so nice and always get my order right. They are fast, and I never have to wait long in the drive-thru no matter how long the line is. The only thing that I would fix, and I’m not sure they can even control, is the way their parking lot is, makes lining up for the drive-thru difficult.

2022-03-19Ordered decaf hot coffee and the sticker came out saying had caffeine regular one so I asked girl if it was decaf and to ask who made it she would not. She said that was only what said on ticket. Then looked at recite and said same thing so I am out of money and not drinking it. Not happy.

2021-04-22I drive semi trucks and the dinning room was closed. I called and the young man inside took my order so I didnt have to stand outside the drive thru looking like a suspect. I wish I got his name, but a big thank you goes to him.

2022-02-26Void this location. Especially at night. Gave her $20 she gave me $9 and some change back from two donuts. Didn’t notice until the morning when I was cleaning my pockets. So she literally tipped herself. Trash. Plus muffins are never fresh always taste old and crumble every time.

2022-07-01Staff was slow and spent more time talking to each other rather than getting orders out. I asked for extra cold foam and she charged 70 cent extra for foam.

2021-12-16Second time this wee I have gone to this location and the standard cold brew tasted beyond disgusting. I contacted the first time and spoke with a woman named Gina and she said to come in and get item replaced. When I went in the staff was unhelpful with my request for replacement. Definitely not happy with the service and quality of this specific product here also definitely disappointing I chose to spend my money at this location.
