2021-12-09Highly recommend! Quiet coffee shop with a mission. Hidden gem. Get the Jay-Z latte, it comes with golden turmeric! π

2022-03-20Love the message and the service! Great staff and music, excellent vibes. Coffee and food options are great. Personally liked the Broadway location better, but the new Belmont location opening soon should be cool. Owner is really down to earth and always makes time to speak with customers.

2021-05-01A really focused menu with good music and fun staff. They donate a portion of their proceeds to support uninsured and underinsured people needing mental health care. Amazing. Also they had pumpkin spice latte in May so I cant give it anything less than 5 stars.

2021-03-15I absolutely LOVE this place. Such a great business with an incredible mission to help benefit the local community. I go almost every weekend now! Their beverages - from coffee to tea to lemonade - are delicious, and the staff are all so friendly and engaging. Would recommend to anyone to try again and again and again.

2021-12-25When I heard of this place, I was excited to visit and be around people who like everything in their name. That was not the case. You could barely hear any hip-hop music over what was playing in the store. It was just a cafe area attached to a health club. I was so disappointed in what I found after tracking such an amazing named cafe. I expected to walk into a love letter to hip-hop with an outlet about mental health and amazing coffee.

2021-03-21This is a must try in the city! From the moment I walked in I felt love and good energy. Everything about this place, its mission and the wonderful people that operate it is authentically good! The Bey Hive latte I got was amazing and the bit of conversation was refreshing. Good vibes all around and its so nice to know that the money you spend on the amazing coffee is going to such a good cause- its a win-win. Ill be going back to try the new latte flavor next week and get some merch!

2021-06-28Love love love this place! I visited here a few weeks ago and I purchased the K. Valentine Strawberry lemonade drink, a donut and a Lauryn Hill drink and everything tasted amazing! 10/10 stars ok! I love the staff that work here. They have great energy, very knowledgeable and welcoming since it was my first time visiting this location. I also purchased a Self love shirt in this beautiful yellow color, great for the summertime chi weather! I will visit again soon and keep up the great work.

2021-05-22Great coffee, even greater mission. Super friendly staff and good environment. The coffee base price is pricier than other places but milk alternatives are free, which makes it pretty much even out if you substitute regularly. Worth it for the good cause!

2021-02-20This place was a perfect mom & daughter coffee date, it hit all things important to us: delicious coffee, mental health advocacy, black owned, hip hop! The cashier was so sweet and the owner was behind the bar making delicious drinks, but was so engaged in our conversation. We bought quite a bit of awesome merchandise too! We will definitely be back! β€
