Not bad, 2 h for unloading, 9.30 aptmnt- started 9.35, 11.25 ready, no overnight, no driver facilities
Dont come here more than an hour early or you will be told to leave,even when you explain to them that you had to show up earlier than that hour because you were almost out of hours and didnt want to miss your appointment.They dont care about your Hours of service and the guard at the guard shack was very rude and unprofessional.
Delivery at 11.pm, unloaded at 3.00am, have a pick from same place 4 hours later, didt allow stay on their teritory..some people very rude there..
Delivered in snow storm. Receiving takes your keys away to unload right in the middle of winter
I got in to the dock after 4 hours waiting and 2 hours after my appointment,then still waiting to start unloading.

You will be here for hours, regardless if on time for appr or not. And they keep you waiting in a cage. At least they have a restroom, so i bump it to 2 stars.

8am pickup appointment 1pm now still not loaded have to sit in the cage like a dog . nasty people nasty place will never be back here again
0 STARS....Nothing positive to write.... Worst receiver... 7 hrs to unload, driver arrived on time for appointment and they dont RESPECT or care about driver time....
There shipping department is very very slow,,,,as a truck driver we run on electronic logs,,,,we lose time at this shipper,,,they dont understand stand,,,,,not a good place!!!!!!

2022-06-22I Checked in at 2:50 pm for 3 pm appt. They gave me the dock at 6 pm and started loading me at 7 pm and then they stopped because they were out of product. Its 10 pm now and Im still sitting at the dock. Theyve just started loading me again. Few drivers left after 6 hours of waiting without getting a door. I would leave too, but Im locked at a dock and I cant leave because Im partially loaded. Do not come here and if you decide to come bring plenty of food.

2022-08-16Im a trucker. 2 hours past the appointment time, and when its asked on the delay. A bunch of people here are just shrugging their shoulders with no answer. I will be turning down any load coming back here And suggest anyone with a schedule to follow.. To avoid this place this place at any cost!

2018-09-19There is nothing positive to say about this place. If your coming here the address for trucks is 5321 W 122nd Alsip IL. Check in door at building 2 is by dock door 6. There is no on site parking. They won’t let you on the site more than an hour early. You have to sit in the lobby while getting loaded/unloaded. They load heavy obviously. On top of it all these strict rules don’t hint at a efficient running business anyway. I showed up too early and they told me to come back for my appointment time, I come back and then they tell me they will call me once they have a dock available. If I showed up late I guarantee you I’d be a work in or rescheduled even though I’m early/on time and still a work in. Shippers/brokers don’t go around crying that there is a driver shortage, there are plenty of trucks out there, it’s you that cant keep shipments moving efficiently. Big FAIL Coca Cola, your just as dumb as the people that drink your products.

2022-06-10Not good at all you will be skipped even if youre on time and when you are finally after a couple hours called into a dock you will get skipped again so you have to constantly go inn and remind them that you are their not to forget youre door zero stars if they had that option and I have proof of them doing this oh I forgot to mention if the product falls over even though put load bars they will still blame driver and tell you to pick it up or youre banned stay away not worth it you will miss appt dealing with this place

2022-01-28We been sitting there since 9am till 5pm and the broker North Star only paid us $150 saying that their customer policy is $25/hr.Be careful!!!

2020-08-24One off the sorest place to deliver and very rude staff. I went to ask in the office that I been waiting 1 hour 30 min. How long will be before I get a door. Response was shocking. We are running behind schedule. If you want you can take your paperwork and leave. What they were not able to tell me when I can get a door.
