Rude workers on their phones or gossiping. Thought Ross was bad but this? It ain’t it. Majority of the workers look at you with attitudes. They don’t greet you or so you if you need help. Hiring manager and others tolerate this behavior. What are they doing? Don’t hire people if they are on their phones and acting like they on the streets. Smh. Bad workers who hires them?!
Great discounts! They have some really nice home decor and a pretty decent selection of shoes with name brand like Pumas. I wish they had a bigger selection of XL items in womens clothes though.
Worst place to shop , my sick sister 75 years old I was told many untruths no help was given as if staff condoned the crime, I will never shop there again. I hope the lord returns the favor, sister had health problems how can someone be so mean.
First and last time! I found alot of bargains. The prices were great but the people who work in there were just plain rude. Nobody working just standing at the counter talking loud and laughing. I Wish I could leave no stars.

Poor service. First time their employees were not nice and were just standing around zoned out like if they didnt have work to do and were very unhelpful. NEVER in my life have I walked into an unattended store where I can feel like I can walk in and grab some things and walk right out not that I would but it felt like that being there.
Well looks like they going out of business the store is bare everything on clearance. Employee say they remodeling Im like really you been open for 1 year and your now remodeling I smell closure is very close Ross in the same shape.
When I need some retail therapy this is where I go. I love this place. Its well organized, clean and the staff is always nice which rare to find these days.

2021-09-07This store is a horrible place to work and a horrible place to shop. Working there I could say that this place has ultimate favoritism of its workers, they are habitual liars, they do NOT honor promotions nor do they care about how sick you are, as you are constantly being overworked, and pushed beyond your limit. There is always only ONE cashier at the register, and half the time they are on the phone and not paying any attention to the customer at all. The salesfloor associates (or lack thereof), do not do their job at all and the store is by far the most trashiest place I have ever seen in my entire life. I have never seen a store in such disarray in my life.

2020-12-22This was my 1st experience at DDs. When I walked in it looked like a ROSS STORE. I learned that its owned by ROSS. The store was clean, the cashiers were pleasant. There wasnt much inventory in my opinion. Nothing that caught my eye or made me want to continue shopping. Id try again after the holidays to see how different the inventory will be. Prices were OK... I perused the home area and health and beauty only. I didnt have the time to continue looking to see what was on hand. I purchased a small throw rug; which was beautiful and I loved the price.

2021-10-21I worked at this place and recently quit the prices and deals there are great but working there is one of the worse places ever the managers are very deceptive and lie and they treat their employees with disrespect and wonder why people quit there left and right I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there

2019-08-26Prices are great! The only respectful person in the store was the security !! I just left there and the workers are ignorant walking around with men on her phone laughing obnoxiously texting and on social media !! I get to the register mind you I have my kids and the cashier seemed to be nice until she said she couldn’t reply back because she hadn’t slept in 24 hours and i replied back saying join the club me too referring to my baby I had in the stroller and she than began to be rude after her co worker had said yup I heard that mmhmm! Talk about ghetto !!

2019-08-25My sister went to this store yesterday and this is her experience:I went to this store yesterday 8/24/19 at 7:00 pm and the doors were locked. The store doesn’t close until 10:00 pm. A supervisor came out and told me that they were closing early because it’s too many customers. I had previously been in the store about 40 minutes prior to this incident and there was no one at the fitting room so they had it “closed”, 5 people on the sales floor checking tags, and there was ONE cashier with the line going all the way back to where the dresses are. While inside I heard the cashier ask for help and no one came they all just stayed on the floor checking tags. I left because of the line came back 40 mins later just to be told they are closed at 7:00pm because it’s too many people. This is the SECOND time I’ve been and they’ve “closed” hours early. I am extremely upset. I love the store and the prices but this is ridiculous. If the DD’s sign says it closes at a certain time, why are the doors locked and a supervisor telling me it’s closed because there are too many customers? Help it make sense.
