I get there at 912 they have doors locked so no one can walk in and me and few other customers are waiting outside while we watch people inside still shopping and they are suppose to close at 10 . I call them tell them Im outside and all I want it to buy a purse that its no looking at anything else. She said ya Ill let you in just hold on a second . I proceeded to wait outside for another 5 to 10 minutes . She never came . So I waited for someone that was in checkout to come outside to leave and the girl had to open the door for her to let them out and she actually tried to not let me in . Said we close at 930 tonight . Well update your sign on your door that clearly says you close at 10 and it says the same thing online. She said well we close in 15 minutes but I guess Ill let you in . I was about to say its not even 930 yet. It was just so RUDE. I honestly just think they all wanted to leave early. There was like 4 or 5 people working. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . Hope the company knows what they are doing because they are going to loose business over this. I just dropped almost 300 bucks. And was in and out in under 10 minutes. How RUDE.

Horrendously understaffed. They need to explicitly call out when they don’t have anyone working at returns and exchanges. Tell the customer that o get in the customer to get in the regular line.They seem to have better stuff than the Ross near Ulta. But that Ross has more employees

There are days I can find a bunch and sometimes not. When I do prices are very good and love that they are open longer hours then most places.

Customers need to be more civilized and hang something back up if it falls off the hanger. You are not children. Be respectful. If you havent bought it then that item is not yours to let drop on the floor and get stepped on.

Went in at 15 minutes to close staff lied about hours and said they close at 9:30 when online and the building say 10pm.And online was confirmed by the business a week ago it says

Very disappointed with my experience, had a couple of items ready to check out and decided to leave instead. The cashier instead of being attentive to the costumer checking out, he was on his phone texting!

Honestly wondering what are the requirements to work here? is it to be rude, standoffish and act like you have zero common decency? this ross used to be great, one of the best in terms of customer service and now its a guarantee that you will walk out being treated like garbage for no apparent reason. Its always the same 2 lazy slobs with the attitude as well..and dont get me started on how the cashiers never have a mask on. its so grimey in there i bet covid is lingering on their counter tops, in the air better yet. and now ross is hiring 16-17 yr olds as well lol when the adults working there dont even know how to communicate or have a strip of professionalism. Management needs to start managing their staff, maybe hire ones that are deserving of a job instead of ones taking their anger out on everyone else bc theyre stuck working there. the sloppy lard checking me out yesterday literally said i hope someone calls corporate on me and giggled after.. anyway, their stuff is nice tho, when its not all scattered across the floor hehe

I had a cart overflowing with literally close to $500 worth of clothing because I havent shopped for clothes in maybe 10 or more years so I want a whole new wardrobe. Everything I own now is from high school and Im in my 20s and Im super picky with everything... I was shocked and so excited when I saw how much clothes Ross had that I liked because I cant find anything in my style anywhere else. I spent 3 hours grabbing clothes and getting so excited just to find out they are not letting anyone use the fitting rooms right now. I called every Ross in the area and they all said they have no idea why that would happen because theirs are open so it has nothing to do with covid and they even told me I should complain to someone higher up because the manager of the store did not care one bit when I explained how frustrating it was that I couldnt try on anything in my cart. I just left it there and walked out. Why would I buy anything if I dont even know if it makes me feel good about myself? Im not buying my entire cart of hundreds of dollars of clothes if I dont know how they look on me. Forget it. Huge waste of time. Have fun putting all of that away. I watched 5 other people walk to the fitting rooms and had the same reaction I did. They all put their stuff down and left. You are actually losing so much business. If you cannot have your fitting rooms open at least put signs on every rack of clothing saying so, you are wasting peoples time. No one wants to buy things they cant try on.

Ross is definitely one of my best clothing stores to shop. They have beautiful clothes, shoes and bags at good prices. You definitely want to check them out.
