Im giving 2 stars on this even though I would like to leave 1 but the office staff/nurses are all very nice, courteous, and helpful. I dont feel the same way about the standard of care from my doctor though.I went to pain management yesterday for my tailbone that I broke a while ago and saw Dr. McDaniel. He was 50 minutes late to my appointment and then rushed me through mine. He was aware Im on disability for fibromyalgia yet with barely any warning he pulled my pants pretty low and slipped his finger down my crack and pushed really hard. It was excruciating. Then he bent me backwards from the shoulder on each side which was also painful... not so much to the tailbone but my back. He was too rough and I felt a little violated and not listened to. He told me he wants to give me a shot in my tailbone and more x-rays, didnt tell me what kind of shot or go over any risk factors or questions I might have. He just left the room and I assumed he was coming back with my paperwork but he had moved on to the next patient. The nurses came in to give me my paperwork and I asked about pain meds til my shot and I had to wait another 20 minutes in the lobby because he was with another patient. The nurse came out looking sad and said he refused and to take Tylenol. I wasnt even given a reason. He also wants to use only local anesthetic for my shot as opposed to sedation because Im not squeamish with needles but wouldnt someone with severe fibro fair better with this under sedation? I feel very uncomfortable and do not trust him. Im waiting to hear back from my primary about her opinion on it but honestly I just came home yesterday and cried.

I came from another clinic and I am so very grateful that I have. The staff is wonderful and really cares about you and gets to know you on a personal level and that alone is rare and Dr Tubic definitely cares about you and does not give up on you and your quality of life and he is above and beyond caring for his patients from the day I met him he has given me hope and kept me going and fighting to get to a better quality of life than I have had in a long time. Natalie is my life saver and she really cares about you as well and is very sharp with picking up when something is going on before you even say anything. Thats what makes you a good nurse but I feel that shes more qualified and she knows how to make sure you are ok. I love this Dr practice and I highly recommend them to you. Thank you all so very much for your support and great staffing and Dr Tubic and Natalie. You are all wonderful people.

I was going to start as a new patient! With that being said I received a call back and the lady who called me was not nice at all she was very rude ! As well as I explained to her I have a cancer doctor that I have to pay for as well as other doctors I need to pay for if my visit is 75 for first exams or 175 I needed to know! And I have a deductible I need to meet ! And she had the nerve to tell me you need to take that up with your insurance company on what you will be charged ! Once again I told her it has nothing to do with my insurance company I have a deductible first and foremost. And she kept saying we will bill your insurance! As I told her you have no knowledge about deductible! But then they say stright off we dont accept state insurance! This office will never get my money! Never ! I will deal with my pain before I will ever give an office like this my money ever ! I will give it to a homeless person on street before I give them money ever !for them stright off the back to tell me they have no control over what the insurance charges that tells me you think people are stupid! Insurance companies dont change your office does and then you bill what you want ! I feel bad for the people they was able to steal from and get there money that h! They need to shut this office down as far as I am concerned! They just want deducted and copays and charges probably a arm and a leg to even for the doctor to lay there eyes on us ! And probably charge for the chairs you sit in ! That is how I took the very rude person that called and work me up out of my sleep! When I clearly left a message and told them I work the 3rd shift call me around 4pm or after or early morning! Right there that upset me as well !they dont know how to respect people that are going to pay or nothing! People like me that have high deductible rates pay there Bills. Thank goodness I have not and will not go too this doctor! If the receptionist talks like this over the phone on first phone call ever I can just imagine how the doctors are going to be! I will pass hope all you that plan to visit fo the same and find a doctor that will really help your and treat you the right way physically and emotionally!

After undergoing injections, nerve ablation, etc for yrs, I finally landed with a PCP who worked w me on pain Mgmt via medication for headaches, spine, fibro along with pt, and holistic home self care. I asked the office staff if he did this type of over all care, they said he did, as my PCP left the practice and left me without pain management the new doctor likes you to work directly with pain specialists. So I chose this doctor Mudda. I brought my complete history with me. The doctor came in. I explained I was looking for a pain doctor to move forward as I get older and STRESSED I was not there to ask for any type of prescription. So after spending 5 minutes reviewing the history I provided he basically told me he only does “procedures.” I explained I’ve had many and the last spinal injection caused me to be admitted to the hospital from a severe skin reaction (which he then implied I was lying as he’s NEVER heard of that), I gave him the doctors name and said he can call him...because it indeed DID happen. Also, with severe osteoporosis steroids are not recommended for me. He then stated he sees no patients for management other than procedures. He STRONGLY recommended IMPLANTING a device inside my body surgically (he walked in with a handful of brochures). I said I wasn’t interested in surgical implants (mind you, I’ve been to the best ortho docs in Chicago) and surgery is not recommended. I had JUST completed another 5 weeks of physical therapy at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab (which e WOULD have known...if he read my history or actually did an EXAM and an intake), and then told me the “steps” he recommended (one which was doing PT). And then kept pushing for the NEW implant. He spent ALL of TEN MINUTES with me. I paid a $40 co-pay and received my EOB today (thus the reason for this review): my insurance was billed:Office Visit Outpatient...$270.00Office Visit Outpatient...$100.00Dr. Mudda....$370. for 10 minutes and pushing a new implant.Adventist Bolingbrook: Treatment Room... $147.00BE ADVISED:I was NEVER informed that my office visit would be billed as OUTPATIENT under AMITA and I would be billed a separate OUTPATIENT FACILITY charge subject to deductible and co-insurance. They should clarify this upfront, some hospitals bill as much as $400 for this. All in all...a WASTE of my time and money, and I’m tired of doctors who are rude and condescending and not only get away with it.... they get paid for it... very well, as you can see.

For many years I suffered alone because I look healthy. Turns out I have a connective tissue disorder. I was referred by a brilliant health psychologist who knows Dr. Tubic, the whole 6 weeks of waiting I was so excited to meet him but I had no idea how much he would really change my life. He flies around the office with a huge smile on his face, voice carrying throughout the practice. He is sincere, enthusiastic, and although he must be quick to accommodate us all (how does he even do it?), I always leave feeling excited about the next steps. He has a wealth of knowledge he always shares with me and is proactive in his treatments which makes a huge difference in my quality of life! I have made huge progress in the last 8 months and am looking forward to the future. His entire office and medical staff is incredible, so helpful and caring. Ive learned so much from his nurses already. Office visits and procedures are days I look forward to!

I came here from another pain clinic because that doctor transferred here. I have had some HORRIFIC EXPERIENCES with medical professionals but this place is so amazing. The staff is kind, respectful, competent, professional, and on top of their game. Dr. Husu truly cares for his patients. He is attentive and wants to help you manage your pain but heal the body and mind as well. He has been a blessing to me in the hardest time of my life. The nurses are incredible as well. They are quick to respond and work their magic. When you’re in pain the last thing you want is to have a jerk facility making it worse. God led me here and knew that I needed compassion and care, I’ve gotten that and more! I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for them. It takes 4 hours round trip to come here but it is worth every single second. If you are scared, if you have been treated like a street junkie trying to get drugs, if you feel hopeless, if you think the pain has overtaken your very soul, come here. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Husu for restoring my faith in doctors and the staff for restoring my faith in humanity. God bless

After suffering multiple fractures to my back, I nearly lost the ability to move without severe pain. I ended up seeing Dr.Tubic while I was still admitted to the hospital. Eventually Dr. Tubic found several treatments that allowed me to be mobile again. My life would not be the same without his treatments and his great staff.
