I was soo nervous because my passport had expired months ago and my husband and I had a trip planned. I was a little worried about using their services but the representative that took care of me was very friendly and did everything for my husband and I. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

My husband needed his passport renewed quickly for travel in 10 days. Chicago Passport & Visa was extremely helpful and efficient, took him for an appointment the day he called and made sure he had his passport in time
Last minute trip to Colombia, no problem! They were very helpful in making sure my passport arrived on time for my trip. Make sure to call ahead to make sure they can help you in your timeframe. (Covid changed the timeframe)

Paid 1200 dollars for a passport that barely arrived in time and they used the wrong photo after going all the back and dropping off a new one they promised to use that followed guidelines. For paying 1200 dollars It’s unacceptable. Also, they have a added a business sticker to my new passport that has ruined the case. Take your business elsewhere.

We met Kiran at his office . Very conveniently located and pleasant office and staff . Kiran was very courteous all the time never rushed through inspite of a busy office and completed our applications for OCI thoroughly and double checked for any mistakes and was meticulous and was able to get us the cards even before the promised date .I would recommend him and his business without reservation

2022-07-01We were in a crunch. We did not realize we needed the passports for our kids to expire at least six months after our trip. We were about a week away from flying internationally and Chicago Passport & Visa Services came to the rescue. They took us right away, gave us an honest timeline and had our passports back to us 2 business days before we left. Cannot recommend enough. They were fantastic to work with.

I work for the State and I understand how difficult it can be to deal with certain procedures. 2022-04-07I realized my passport was expired 10 days before we leave for our vacation. Luckily, I found Same Day Passport and they were very helpful from the moment they answered my call. AK, Ayla and the rest of the staff were all very professional and efficient with expediting my passport renewal process. AND I was able to get my new passport within a week! Unfortunately, this was a very expensive oversight on my part, but I am thankful that we were able to keep our vacation plans. I highly recommend them if you need your passport expedited! Thank you!

2022-06-30Clock was ticking when I found out my passport had expired during the pandemic. With no time to spare, I tried to file an expedited renewal with the Department of State. Epic fail! USPS lost my Express Mail and never found it again. Hotline for passports never picked up. In desperation, I contacted Chicago Passport & Visa Services. They knew exactly what they needed from me to get what I needed from them. Seemed pricey, but what choice did I have? They delivered on every promise—courteously, efficiently, totally professionally. Who needs the stress of dealing with the State Depertment? I only wish I’d gone to Chicago Passport & Visa services in the first place. They’re worth every penny and more.
