Everyone there was very professional and I got what I needed with very short notice. Would recommend this dental office to anyone.
I would highly recommend Chicago Dental Boutique to all who live in the Chicagoland area. I am lucky enough to live in close proximity but I would definitely travel to make this boutique my main care provider! The office is immaculate with state of the art aesthetics. The staff is amazing! Everyone I can in contact with was so helpful and just a pleasure to be around! Especially my Hygienist Nada! For someone who is hesitant/anxious about dentist appointments, I dare say I am looking forward to my next visit.
The office is convenient and absolutely gorgeous with all of the modern features, touches and equipment you could possibly imagine. Additionally, the staff is incredibly sweet and affable all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

SO GREAT！I did the root cannel treatment, and it is painless! INCREDIBLE!The another dental group told me that I couldn’t save my teeth anymore, I need to do the dental implant. What shocked me is, Dr. Rohi Atassi saved my teeth successfully!!
Recently moved over to this office and the quality of service is unmatched. Their facility and staff made me feel as comfortable as possible not only physically, but mentally as well. Registered Dental Hygienist Nada recently handled my cleaning. She answered every question I had as well as explained the step by step cleaning process. I cannot promote this facility enough. Keep up the great work.
I really enjoyed my experience! An 11/10! And that comment isnt solely based on the flat screens on the ceilings or the massaging chair I was sitting in, even though these pristine features did help. My experience was delightful because of the kindness I experienced and the genuine care I felt from the hygienist and the dentist. In addition, the quality of the place, just wow. So clean and organized. It instantly made me feel comfortable during Covid. I will definitely be going again!
Always great experience. Dr. Atassi is very kind and takes time to explain everything. Never feel rushed to get out of chair. Hygienists are very gentle and do a thorough cleaning. Highly recommend.

Excellent dental office and highly recommend it. We had a dental emergency and they were so accommodating and did a great job providing care and support in such quick notice. We called and we were seen by the dentist on Sat, during busy July 4th weekend with NO WAIT. Very professional and awesome location and accepts all dental insurance, so no cost worries either which is BIG plus. They did dental exam, X-rays, and my wife got antibiotics prescription she needed for infection which was all covered by insurance with ZERO out of pocket cost and were very happy.She will be back for other dental treatment and this is our new dentist moving forward. I seen the office while shopping at Marianos but had no idea we had great dentist, Mr. Atassi, right in Lakeshore East and he will be our new dentist for entire family too.I thought this place was some super expensive and high end dental office for rich folks, but it’s just the opposite so check it out and be pleasantly surprise like we were.
I Had my wisdom teeth extraction yesterday. I have been postponing the procedure for years out of fear. Dr Atassi and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my previous visits that I decided to go for it this year! I had my procedure done by Dr Jandali, It was very quick and everyone was compassionate and helped ease my fear with frequent check-ups and encouragement, especially Dr Atassi. I would highly recommend Chicago Dental Boutique, they really care about their patients and do their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. And if you had dentist fears and anxiety like me, I would definitely give them a try!
The safety precautions of social distancing, staff wearing masks and taking my temperature were administered. My Dental Hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning, very careful not to hurt my gums and was very nice. The Dentist was very pleasant, informative and honest in his assessment and my next steps for treatment. A great visit overall!

Very conveniently located right in Lakeshore East. Everyone who works at Chicago Dental Boutique is very friendly and helpful, making going to the dentist as painless as is humanly possible! I go every 3 months for cleanings and my gums and teeth have never been healthier.Case in point, I had a horrible experience having a wisdom tooth removed years ago at another dentist and chose to not have my others removed since it was so painful. Chicago Dental Boutique convinced me to trust their oral surgeon and he did a phenomenal job with removal of the other three wisdom teeth. I wish they had done my original extraction!I recommend Chicago Dental Boutique to everyone I know.

Great place to have your dental work done. Doctor and staff are all very welcoming. Office is up-to-date, state of the art, and most importantly clean. Dr. Atassi gives his honest opinion, which doesnt always mean drilling your tooth...big plus. Very hospitable business, with great staff and a modern feel.

Welcome to modern dentistry! Outstanding patient care and service from the front desk staff through the Registered Dental Hygienists. Dr. Rohi Atassi is very thorough. Peripheral teeth imaging was done and individual tooth x-rays were simple and done quickly and comfortablyThe place is extraordinarily clean and new with massaging chairs and patient viewing screens. The paperwork process and appointment confirmations are all done electronically and its easy to add your appointment to your calendar. Outstanding experience. . Highly recommend if you are seeking a new dentist.
Very clean and modern office with a lot of natural light. Windows face out into the Magellan Park with skyscraper views. They always seem to have the most up-to-date technology. For example, they have an updated suction tool that reduces aerosols in the wake of the pandemic. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I like the idea of having a dentist that is not affiliated with a large chain where every other time I visit, I get a new dentist assigned to me. Contrarily, the experience is much more personalized at Chicago Dental Boutique. Dr. Atassi is good at providing explanations to patients, which I feel is unique in healthcare.
This place has proved to be caring, compassionate and a great place to go for your dental needs. I don’t feel rushed when I go and my dentist checks on me to ensure I feel comfortable during the process. It’s easy to make appointments and they review and explain your bill. I have gone in early knowing that I would have to wait and was seen immediately. Their office is clean and they are practicing very safe measures to prevent Co-Vid spread including alcohol spray, gloves, and face shields. I enjoy watching Netflix during my visits to catch up on my shows 🙂
EXCELLENT dental practice. Super clean and modern place with good vibes and professional, friendly doctor and staff. Dr. Atassi quickly gained my trust when he showed his conservative dentistry. He did not try to convince me to get unnecessary work done or get 100 fillings replaced/redone like my previous dentist. I especially appreciated how CDB set up safety standards after COVID-19. I had a sharp pain and needed to go in, but was hesitant because of the pandemic. They had an excellent sanitation and check-in process and implemented new technology right away. Dr. Atassi discovered that the pain was coming from a loose older filling and took care of it for me in under 20 minutes with 0 pain or discomfort. Super happy with my new dentist and HIGHLY recommend. Thank you to this awesome husband & wife team!! The most pleasant experience Ive ever had with a dentist.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is in the middle of a grocery store, its very messy. Walking through the hallway you can see the mess in the rooms next door. I was misdiagnosed and misgendered. I kept correcting the staff and they did not seem to care. I could hear the staff and doctor speak about other patients. The staff seemed extremely brain-dead and not able to understand what gender means. The doctor doesnt seem to have much experience in dentistry. I wouldnt recommend.
Dr. Atassi has been my dentist since 2016. Yesterday, I had some work done for my teeth (root canal & crown) it went as smooth as it could be. I highly recommend Dr. Atassi
Overall experience was excellent. There was no wait time for my appointment. The space is clean, calming and very professional. My dental hygienist was thorough yet gentle and Dr. Atassi made me feel very taken care of. Will absolutely be coming back.
One of the techs misgendered me. She continued to after I corrected her and only stopped when the doctor corrected her. The doctor and the people at the front desk are fine, but I no longer trust this business to treat me with respect.Edit: They made good. I received a very genuine apology email and they sent apology flowers to my home. I have not gone back there yet, since nobody goes to the dentist that frequently, but likely will.
Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very patient conscious and the cleaning/oral care, and instructions if there is a problem were clear and I felt like they made sure I understood what was going on with my mouth, why there was pain and next steps before I left. Highly recommend, every staff member Ive met seems like good people.

I felt very comfortable with their efforts to ensure my safety with hand sanitizer, gloves and goggles. I also loved the gentle massage chair. I have never known a dentist to have a massage chair and it was very relaxing. I started going to the Chicago Dental Boutique on the advice of my friend and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Chicago Dental Boutique has come to the New East Side neighborhood and provided a much-needed local dental practice I always hoped for having lived in the area for the past 4 years. The office is clean, modern and well appointed with all the current technology. On both my visits I was made very comfortable. I was offered coffee while I waited and the dental chairs have a built in massage setting! It was the first time I have seen big screen TVs for each chair which allows them to show you your X-rays as well as play entertainment while you have your service. The staff is quite friendly and I enjoy talking to them and getting to know them. They offer convenient scheduling as well as text reminders so that you do not miss your appointment. Dr. Atassi has been very professional, friendly and quite skilled when working with me. I highly recommend this office for your dental care and as much as anyone can I look forward to my return visits to Chicago Dental Boutique.
Chicago Dental Boutique is fantastic! My visit was one of the best experiences Ive had at a dentist office. The staff was extremely kind and professional. The precautions they are taking for COVID made me feel extremely safe and I had not even the slightest worry about possibly getting sick.

They take even extra precautions because of COVID.Review update 4/26/21This updated review is solely on a teeth whitening service I recently had. I still stand by my original post of the staff being very kind and welcoming along with the clean, chic ambiance.However, my boyfriend and I recently decided to try their teeth whitening service (Zoom). My teeth werent that bad in color given I eat berries every single day, couple glasses of wine a week, turmeric in a lot of my cooking but really wanted to have that pearly white smile. The whitening process itself was very well explained and pretty painless for me. My teeth were a bit sensitive the first day but that was it. I followed their instructions with eating foods part of the white diet and the trays that I was sent home with to maximize on the results. Its been 3 weeks since my treatment and Im not really WOWWED by the results unfortunately. Ive noticed maybe a 2-3 shade difference but nothing that is drastic. For $600, I was expecting a noticeable difference. I understand results may vary for everyone. I may do this procedure again in the future ONLY for a special occasion. But its not something I plan to do every year or even every other year.

From the time I walked in the front door, to the time My appointment ended, I was greeted warmly and cared for thoughtfully through my experience. They have really gone the extra mile here to ensure their patients are happy and receive excellent dental care.

I had an oral surgery yesterday by Dr. Maher Jandali, Extracting a tooth is not usually an exciting experience, but the professionalism, the ease of interaction and the care of Dr. Jandali, Dr. Atassi and the staff was so great.Chicago Dental Boutique has state of the art equipment. The staff are very professional and efficient. The examination rooms are overlooking the park, with floor to ceiling windows giving a great view most of the year. To top that, Dr. Atassi is a great dentist.

After years of trying to find a local dentist, we finally got one we love. From the moment we entered, this space was comfortable, and well prepped for these Covid times.The hygienist, Nadine, was outstanding. I didn’t want to eat again as my teeth were so clean. Very knowledgeable and willing to share.Then doc Atassi, he’s very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of your desires.Don’t fret , they are the best.Not to mention that the chair is a massager and the TV above your seat allows you to watch a screen saver or Your fav Netflix or whatever.

They were able to see me right away! The staff was super nice it really felt like a mom and Pop small town dentist. I spent most of the time with DR Assi himself rather than just 2 minutes at the end like all other dentist offices. Very very clean and high tech equipment, they have a large flat screen TV in the ceiling to watch Netflix while you get work done and one on the wall to show you your x-rays that I think is a really nice touch! And the doctor really takes his time to get to know you and explain everything.

Can’t say enough how awesome this place is. I have an extreme phobia of the dentist, the sound of the drill totally freaks me out. Dr. Atassi is awesome and so is his staff. The facility is amazing and the experience is no longer stressful. I still get nervous but it’s totally doable now. I’ll never go anywhere else.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The office itself has state-of-the-art technology and is in a beautiful location - the chairs you lean on during the cleanings & filling are facing outwards towards the Lakeshore East area, and the entire atmosphere of the office is very open and relaxing.Dr. Atassi was great to talk to. He very calmly and professionally explained a roadmap to me after the initial x-rays and cleanings (I have neglected proper dental care for some time), and printed out an estimated cost from now until my last visit. Ive honestly never felt more optimistic about finally getting my dental health in order.Id highly recommend this place!
I came by appointment to have my retainers replaced. The doctor didn’t have the right material, he said it will be available 1 week later. But I still need to pay $50 (COVID-19 fee) just for a little chat with the doctor.And if I go there one week later as he said, I would need to pay this fee again.By the end of the day I happy he didn’t do any procedure, his qualification is very much doubtful.Overall he recommended me to go to his friend clinic where I would probably charged $50 again.I was shocked and would never recommend this clinic if you don’t want to be robbed.

Dr. Rohi Atassi has created a pristine and luxurious dental experience on the New East Side in downtown Chicago. I had a full mouth reconstruction in another city and needed a new doctor to take over my care, and I could not be more pleased. As a younger adult, he understands take a more conservative approach on reconstruction and repairs for younger adults. Above all of the amazing things that I can say was the the Dr. Atassi was respectful of my dental anxiety, and treated me accordingly. He made the experience of going to the dentist not the worst two days of the year. I wish that I could rate the practice 6-stars. Thank you doctor and team for being so great to work with.
I had a slight emergency, and needed to see the Dr. Atassi. His team was able to schedule me in on a Saturday for an examination, which I can’t thank them enough. They are always there when needed...Hands down, Dr. Atassi and his staff are the most down to earth people and I’m so happy that I now have him as my dentist and of course, his knowledge and expertise are top notch. Also, the office is amazing with a really nice view of “The Park at Lake Shore East.”
Had an emergency. Had a fractured tooth. Was in horrific pain. Called in early Monday morning and staff squeezed me in. I called everywhere and no one could get me in. I live in Indiana. I visited the Chicago Dental Boutique earlier this year in March. Dr. Atassi was wonderful and everyone at Chicago Dental Boutique was great as well! Their office is conveniently located in Lakeshore East and they are open 7 days a week with early and late hours, which is great for someone who can only go at certain hours due to work.In my past experience with high-end dental practices in the city, they found things that needed to be fixed but in the end it wasnt really an issue (I have gone back to my hometown dentist to have it verified) and it was unnecessary work.I was a bit nervous when I went in for my cleaning due to my experiences with other dentists in the area. After the clean up I was pleasantly surprised that I had no cavities and his only recommendation to me was to start using Sensodyne toothpaste for my teeth sensitivity.Fast forward to today, Ive been experiencing a lot of tooth sensitivity and pain the last couple days. Im in the process of moving out of state and in between dental insurance coverage. The receptionist was so nice and understanding when I asked her how much it would cost to have it checked out. She said since I had just come in a couple months ago and I am in between insurance, that there wont be any charge.I couldnt believe the generosity! Their kindness reminds me of a small town dental practice, which is a rare gem in the city of Chicago. I only wish the best success for Dr. Atassi and his practice. I highly recommend them!

Chicago Dental Boutique is relatively new to the Lake Shore East neighborhood and its a fantastic addition! Ive been twice and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Even if I move out of the Lake Shore East neighborhood, I will be journeying back here for all dental appointments!
After moving downtown, I was in search of a new dentist and I could not be happier with my decision. Dr. Atassi and his staff were great and professional, the office is amazing and the view out to Lakeshore East Park doesnt hurt either!Im glad I was able to find a new dentist so easily and recommend Chicago Dental Boutique to anybody in the area!

Unfortunately changing my previous review. Last summer I was there for a routine cleaning and at one point the doctor was being very rough, causing a lot of pain. I politely asked for a break and instead of a simple “sure no problem,” he virtually yelled at me “hold still or I can’t clean!” When he was done he got up, threw his gloves down, and walked away w no word to me. He never came back to provide an update post cleaning and shut the door as I walked out (like an upset ten year old). It was all incredibly bizarre behavior for a professional, which makes me thinks he had personal issues he was dealing w. I have changed dentists as a result since then, as rude patient treatment is not something I’m looking for in a simple dental visit.Positives still hold true- pretty office and easy booking.

Thanks to Dr. Atassi, I am finally pain free!!! My childhood dentist practiced too long and I should have looked for a new dentist who would address my pain rather than delaying treatment. My next dentist put together a plan that required several root canals and an extraction. However, I continued to be in pain. My insurance company would not cover a mouth guard and hoping for relief, I went to a specialist and had a night guard made but it did not provide relief. I scheduled a consultation with Dr Atassi and he determined that the problem was an ill fitting crown and recommended a solution for the missing tooth. Frustrated with the incompetence I had experienced, I asked him why I should hire him. Dr Atassi had a great deal of experience and the most current technology. I decided to trust his treatment plan even though I had to pay out of pocket for some of the treatment because my insurance company had already paid the prior dentist. Dr Atassi was right! After years of pain, I am pain free and couldn’t be more grateful. Dr Atassi believed that fixing my bite was essential to my pain relief and he was right. Professionalism, appropriate use of technology, compassion, listening to patients and caring describe Dr Atassi and his team.
Such a great dentist with amazing staff and a nice high-tech office. This is probably the only dentist office Ive been to where I dont dread coming back to every 6 months. Highly recommended.

CDB staff contacted another loop dental practice requesting images of my teeth a couple of weeks before I made an appt with CDB for a 2nd consult . When I arrived @CDB I waited a half hr before I was seen and was not inform that they did not have the requested images until I was taken back to see the doctor. The doctor then wanted to take a look at my teeth since I was already there and the staff suggested that I take new xrays.I refused both. The staff should have followed up, contacted me to inform me the images were not in there office yet and suggest a reschedule. I made another appt for the consult but I am having second thoughts about the over all efficiency of the entire practice.
I had a Wonderful experience! The entire team was super friendly and extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door. They greeted me by name and I felt welcome and comfortable from check-in to when I got out of the dental chair.
When I first went to see Dr. Atassi, I actually already had a dentist in the Millennium Park area/near the vicinity. While both Dr. Atassi and the previous dentist I was seeing had the expertise in dentistry, what switched me over to Dr. Atassi was the demeanor of his entire office itself. It really does feel like youre coming to see family because his wife is also there, the staff is super friendly and helpful in explaining everything they do if you ask + his office is seriously state of the art/modern. Going to the dentist is already stressful as it is because you dont know if youre going to have a cavity or need a root canal, but they really go above and beyond dentistry care and try to make you feel comfortable from the first step you enter their office until the last step out of their office. A lasting impression was when dealing with my insurance; dealing with insurance payment can be hell on earth but they do it with a smile + bill fairly + answer any questions versus dodge them. I will miss them as I will be moving to Hawaii soon ! Go seek a first appt / call them first if youre hesitant about switching.
Dr. Atassi and staff at Dental Boutique are the best. So glad I found this place when i did. Dont waste you time searching for another dentist. This should be your first and last stop.

The place is very clean and mordern. My 2 year old son went there to get his teeth check, the doctor and stuff were so nice and patient during the procedure. My son was super happy and did not cry at all.

I was having issues with an infection and called the doctor to explain my issues. He was very patient and even when I called him back a second time to further explain some issues that I forgot to tell him he was so patient. He seen me (thankfully) the same day. Thank You!!

2022-08-16Everyone from the dentist to the front end and back end staffs made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everyone kept me updated on what was going on and what I should be expecting. Communication is a huge factor for me and everyone communicated well. My experience with Chicago Dental Boutique was not only professional, but stellar in every respect. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a try.

2022-04-07Dr. Atassi has the magic touch and is truly excellent at what he does. He fixed my cavity in 20 minutes and it was painless. What were previously stressful and boring visits to the dentist are so easy and enjoyable at CDB, especially with the cool set up. Everything is pristine, the latest tech, high quality, and the TVs make it so easy to forget youre getting work done. The view of the park is excellent and calming as well. 10/10, I recommend them to everyone I know in Chicago.

2022-03-2211/10 review! As a person who has only needed prophylactic or mild care, this is the best place I have ever been. All members of staff are very skilled and pleasant, especially when figuring out a time consuming insurance issue I ran into. This place really lets you be the client of medical care instead of your own one-person-show, with people to help you all along the way with insurance and booking. I will continue to recommend annual visits here to others.

2022-07-18Sadly, my experience with this place was poor. I came in as a new patient and the dentist, after examining my teeth, said that I should get deep cleaning. So I came back the following week but then the dental hygienist suggested that I do not get deep cleaning but rather just routine cleaning. I was confused so I asked for clarification and after awhile the dentist came in seemingly annoyed, defended his position from the prior week in an impatient tone, and finally said that its actually up to me to decide. My least favorite part about this interaction was that he said that I am wasting so much of my appointment time on this. In my head I was like you guys are the ones who are wasting my time not being able to come to a clear conclusion whether I should get deep cleaning or not... I just let the dental hygienist do whatever he wanted because I am not a dental hygienist. Another less than ideal part of my experience was that they sold me a mouth rinse for $80 and my insurance did not cover it. Im from out of state, and I had never been to a dentist that does this - I wonder if this is the norm here. Well, Ill find out when I do not return here and go someplace else in 6 months
