This place is amazing, just got a BMX x6 2021 and I’m so happy. Definitely recommend this place. They make you feel like home and explain everything that’s going on, no hidden fees everything you agree to you personally are adding yourself. Thank you Ricky for the excellent service I will be back. Thank you Kristina for biking me out fast and efficiently.
Great dealership!!!!! Topnotch service from start to finished everyone from George whom i talked to over the phone, the owner Ricky who i met while i was there the young lady that helped process the paperwork and everyone that I encountered but I cant remember their name. Me and my fiance purchased two vehicles 2020 audi a7 and and 2021 audi q8. I highly recommend this dealership they treat you like family any issues or concerns that I had the day after that cleared it up right away no questions asked. Great genuine people at this dealer!!! Not all about the sale.. Lifetime client here Ill make sure I recommend all. They deserve it from my experience!!
Edgar was super helpful and quick with everything! Definitely will send family and friends back to work with everyone here at chicago auto place. From Edgar who was my sales rep all the way to the owner coming out and showing me the numbers and getting everything situated was easy. Jorge in finance helped me with getting insurance and also explaining all my warranties with the car.
From the time you walk into this dealership till the time you take delivery of your vehicle if feels so welcoming!! ❤ Love the music & vibe while you are here - It is awesome !! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they offer you lunch if you are hungry. Lol -thats a bonus.. The buying experience is Top Notch !! Check them out for your next car purchase - lots of inventory to choose from .
Very fast and friendly service ! My boy Edgar was a good salesman and I couldn’t resist my dream car .. I’m glad I was patient and waited until I found the right car .. was searching on cars.com for a Chrysler 300 and came across this beauty from Chicago Auto Place .. got all the paperwork sent to me overnight , filled them out and made a trip down there to pick up my baby . Everything went smooth as butter ! They were even nice enough to hold it for me ! Of course with a deposit. But the service was 100% good ! One satisfied customer .. PS.. I had my first person take a picture of my car 😅… I’ve never had that happen before .
I was recommended to your establishment by a satisfied customer looking for a car and I met a salesman named Eric Santiago and he showed me all kinds of cars. I eyed a Audi A 7 and fell in love with it. Eric told me everything about it and was very knowledgeable about the car. I had no choice but to purchase it.
Absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle at Chicago Auto Place! I have purchased several vehicles here and each time was a pleasurable experience. The staff here is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Definitely will be making my next car purchase here again and so should everyone that’s in the market for a vehicle!
Searching for my dream car was getting impossible until I saw the Chicago Auto Place site. I made a call and Mike’ made me feel so comfortable I set up an appointment… my eyes lit up like a Christmas tree when I saw their amazing inventory! The place was so clean and everyone was friendly. Big decision - but they gave me time. The price was right. Financing gave me a reasonable payment and they provided me with a warranty. I mean…. It IS a used car and anything can happen. All in all, I would highly recommend Chicago Auto Place to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a deal on a car. Great place with even better staff, very friendly and welcoming environment. All transactions were extremely smooth and efficient with the helpful staff. They have a high selection of everything for a great value and within reason. Usually closing a deal is a all day thing, here your in and out. The customer service was great and super helpful without forcing pressure on you or just trying to sell you any car. Over all great customer service and would highly recommend to anyone look for a car.
Jorge and Edger was very efficient and patient with helping me look for the right car to purchase. Ive test drove a few Audi cars but I knew exactly what I wanted. Felt very delighted about the car I picked and purchased. I highly recommend Chicago Auto Place, team is Awesome!
Purchased a 08 Tundra Limited from Erick Santiago and he was great from start to finish. We came to Chicago Auto Place from WI.. Talked with him on a Friday night right before close and was driving home with the vehicle Monday. Also asked about the spare set of keys and they were in the mail to me the following day. Thanks for the great service!
Do not underestimate the location...it will amaze you how professional and helpful everyone is in this dealership. As a female buyer I felt very comfortable to buy and trust them. There are a few things that my car needs to be done like another key, some minor scratches, buffing, remove some interior lights and all have been promised, by Mike, to come in and they will take care of it and provide me a loaner till it is done. Sweeeet!Definitely will come again!
I have to say, purchasing a car from Chicago auto place has to be one of the easiest places I’ve ever purchased a car from. They were honest, upfront and the process was very easy and stress free. I worked with Rheizelle, she was very personable and friendly. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Chicago auto place if you are in the market for a vehicle. I’m a happy customer!
Had a Great experience here, purchased an almost fully loaded E-350 from 2012, with 80,000 miles on it.My sales person was Luis Ortega. For a used car with that many miles they included an extra 30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on the car, which I didnt expect to get a warranty on.At an extra cost of course but, being a european car the price for the peace of mind was well worth it.Happy to know Im covered in the event of anything mechanical happening to the car after purchase.Tires, brake pads and as far as I could tell the rotors where all brand new OEM.The new tires on the car are Goodyear as well.I have pretty bad credit but they where more then willing to help me out.My APR is high but expected no less as this is great way for me to help restore my credit.I read all the bad reviews on here. Not sure where people are getting their negative experience from.If I purchase another Used vehicle after this one, it will probably be from them.Me and my friend who was there with me where also fed dinner once the deal was done, so that was a plus.If your a serious buyer, they are serious sellers.
I recently purchased my 2011 BMW 335i xDrive from Chicago Auto Place and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my buying experience! The Staff and salesman were great! They were super easy to work with and the car is great! Would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know!
I had an incredible experience at Chicago Auto Place today. Jack and Rob were awesome when it came to having the car prepared and customer service. Both guys made me feel at home during the process of finalizing the purchase. I would highly recommend Chicago Auto Place when it comes to selecting a vehicle.
Just like regular dealer. They try to sell you with best promises. After selling car, they dont know you. After selling $80k car you have to stand by your word. it is not small amount of money. Of course it is used car going to have some small problems. if you are not going to fix it just be honest tell customers it is what it is. dont lie customer that you will take care it.before signing everything just get everything done. after signing they dont even answer the phone.
Ok I normally don’t do these reviews. But actually had a good experience when car buying. Lol whoever says that? Right? Well I did and here is my experience. I was looking to purchase a BMW. Friends recommended me to a couple retail stores locally and had the worst experience. While at that store I was still looking at cars and the BMW 435 m sport was at a store not to far from me. They seem to have nice cars. So I stopped in here at the Chicago Auto Place. I was greeted right away by Robert. Right off the bat was starting off good. Unlike the BMW dealer i was just at. Anyway he asked me what I was looking for and he showed me the car here in his indoor showroom. Which by the way is incredible so many amazing cars. He proceeds to show me the car. Give me my time to look it over while also showing me how to use the functions. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped make me want the car more lol. He asked do I want to drive it? Once on this test drive again he let me have my time with the car and answered any question I may have had. Some he didn’t have answers for but got them for me rather than lie about it. The next steps where easy and never felt like I was rushed or pushed. I felt comfortable and relaxed here. We negotiated a little. I was happy he got me a great rate with his finance team Jack and forgive my spelling Rhezele. They too were awesome in the process explaining what I was signing. From start to end I was pleasantly shocked. I would come back again and recommend friends as well. Thank you Robert and the whole Chicago Auto Place team. Thank you for making me happy and feel like a friend rather than a number that walks in the door. Have a great day.
I have purchased two cars from CAP . Their sales men are very knowledgeable and very friendly . the first purchase was personal and I had such a great experience that I purchased a car for my business. After my car car accident . CAP fixed my bumper extremely fast . They went out of their way to help me deal with the insurance . Their customer service is top notch and highly recommend them to anyone.
Horrible experience. Purchased the vehicle over a year ago, first never received my refund for my last payment I made on my trade in. Two weeks after I purchase the vehicle the rear air bag suspension went out, was about 4K to get it replaced. Now, needs a new engine with a 15k quote. Will NEVER EVERRR STEP A FOOT.
After searching 5 different dealerships all week I finally walked into the perfect dealership with the perfect car I absolutely wanted!!! This place is so nice, clean and well kept with so many amazing good looking cars to chose from. My car was so clean well kept inside and out that alone I knew this was the right place. My car was definitely a certified preowned vehicle and Chicago Auto place made sure of it!!!Not to mention I made a big error with my address on my paperwork and the manager Michelle went above and beyond to catch the mistake and fix it for me. Michelle was extremely kind, passionate, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered each and every one of my questions with a big beautiful smile and made me feel like family!!! I’m most definitely looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them in the near future!!! Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!!!!
Recently purchased a 2014 Jeep with the hard work of Edgar !Honestly I needed the vehicle asap & he went above & beyond for the purchase 🙏🏽Finance department went all out to get me at the right numbers 🙏🏽Vehicle is CLEAN! LOW MILES! RIGHT PRICE & Very professional Team 🚗Thank You Edgar & Team 😊
I have stumbled upon this place by accident, while searching on Car Gurus. Upon arriving I was greeted by a strange, older gentleman, who despite being very nice, just seemed a little out of place to be a salesman. Luckily he passed me off to Jenny. Let me start off by saying that the inventory is great here, all the cars are well taken care of. Jenny was great, one of the most pleasant salespeople Ive encountered, and I have bought numerous cars in the past few years, so you could say Im experienced in this regard. She is very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about cars, especially for a woman. I know that might sound a little sexist, but most women just simply dont care about cars and its easy to tell that shes passionate about them. The dealership as a whole is great, everyone was very nice, most importantly they are not pushy, which is my biggest pet peeve with salespeople. Overall great experience, would highly recommend this place and will be back in the future.
I bought an Acura TL from this dealership and the associates who worked here were very helpful and very friendly. I personally talked with Edgar who was very informative about all my question. He went out of his way to make sure that all my questions and concerns with the vehicle were taken care of. He was honest and upfront with all questions. He didnt try to hide anything, and it really felt like he was there to genuinely help me. Erick was also a huge help. He went through all the paper work with me and was able to explain all the questions I had. Overall both employees were professional, informative, helpful, and honest. I would definitely recommend Chicago Auto Place to any buyer. Five Stars.
Honestly the best place to buy a car. They have a wide variety of vehicles at great prices, and they can negotiate with you if need be. The workers there are kind, helpful, and chill. Luis the person who sold me my car understood cars and understood the value of the cars we talked about, he was very patient with me and helped me with finding the car fax on the car and the history of the car. I give this place a 10 stars if I could, the best place to shop for a car.
I was a bit skeptical from the reviews. But once I got there there I spoke with Robert and he seemed honest and genuine. I didn’t feel like he was trying to push the car on me. He even told me a couple small negatives I didn’t even notice myself. I ended up buying an M4 and it’s been running excellent so far! Definitely a solid dealership
Great costumer service, very helpful. helped me find my dream car nd hooked me up at a good price w/terrible credit score. asian girl named rhiezelle was very preppy nd enthusiastic throughout the entire process great energy nd great vibes 10/10 would go back to buy the whole lot if I could♥️ love y’all.
Beautiful cars...worst service and support after purchase Ive ever encountered in buying cars over the past 45 years. I purchased the Jaguar over the internet and flew to Chicago to pick it up. During the negotiation, if the sales staff responded to my calls, texts, emails, voice-mails, it was never timely and often rude. Salesperson agreed to a price one moment, only to try to increase their offered price moments later. The minute the car leaves their lot, do not expect any help with any problems that arise unless it challenges the IL 15/500 warranty law. Even something as simple as windshield washers or TPMS warning lights were not anything they would help with repair once I began driving the car out of Chicago...a true Tail-Light Warranty. Be VERY careful particularly if purchasing over the internet. Im providing one star due to the quality of their cars and the speed of the transaction once in Chicago.
Great overall experience, awesome pre-owned vehicle for an even better price! The whole process was pleasant and at no point did I ever feel pressured. George in sales was more than accommodating when it came to my questions and Michelle in finance was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will absolutely 100% buy from again, keep up the good work!!!
Purchased a truck a week ago and was very pleased with the entire process. Facility welcomes you with upbeat music inside and outside! Jorge was our salesman and was very accommodating. The car we were interested in did have some minor problems and were fixed without question. He was never pushy or made those annoying follow up calls to get you to buy the car. They let me make the decision when we were ready. Process was easy and would do business with them again! Go check them out!
Im not one to write reviews, but Chicago Auto Place deserves 10 Stars! Their staff is amazing! But their are a few that really stand out! My first encounter was via phone. I was greeted by Michelle, who was so informative and took the time to write down all my questions and have a sales person contact me. Then, I was so surprise to receive a call back so quickly from my sales rep Edgar. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the car I was interested in. He worked diligently to make my purchase a smooth and successful transaction. After my purchase I wanted to have a maintenance inspection done and thats when I met Stephanie in the service department. Her cheerfulness and charisma made my wait very pleasant. I would definitely recommend to stop and by a car from them.
I recently stopped by & had the pleasure coming across Edgar. I’ve been browsing for a car for a while it was until I stopped by this Chicago auto shop that I finally came across something that sparked a big interest. Thanks to Edgar for really taking the time to answer all my questions I had, hear out my concerns & as well as he assured me that I will be helped out greatly on anyway during & after car purchase!Thank you for it all : ]
This was my first time buying a vehicle here at Chicago Auto Place and it was one of the best dealers I’ve been to. I didn’t have the greatest credit, but they made it possible for me to drive off in a BMW 550i that I wanted to purchase. Erick Santiago has been such a great help and I would highly recommend anyone to this dealer. It is a welcoming environment and they are very professional people. I guarantee Erick will go above and beyond to get you into a vehicle. -Happy Customer
As a dealer trusted these guys and bought a car at full asking price. No title! They kept my deposit even tho I paid for the vehicle via wire! Called numerous times and everyone ignores you! Wanted to speak with an owner and simply get ignored! I don’t mind spending some money to take them to court which I think will be fun! I would stay away from these dishonest people once they get your money everything changes. They won’t respond to calls or call you back. Very sad to see people like these in car business
I highly recommend Chicago Auto Place! I can’t emphasize how great my experience was. Louis was simply amazing, prompt, informative, forthcoming and knowledgeable! I always go into car shopping fearful bc I hate being pushed into something but this was a complete opposite of that. I have now purchased vehicles from 5 different states and this was the smoothest experience for me. Even through a pandemic! Louis and the Chicago Auto team made my children a top priority and kept them comfortable and safe and offered them food and drinks etc. My husband and I are both very happy with our Cadillac Escalade purchase and are very impressed with this establishment. God Bless y’all!
My first time buying a car from a dealer and it was an amazing experience. Luis Ortega was so helpful and was able to convince me of what car suited me best. Very easy process and I was able to go home with a car I loved! Such a clean facility and they have really nice cars there! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to buy a new or used car!
Had a great experience with Chicago Auto Place. Went and reviewed a very nice car, worked with excellent sales people, Mike, Reeve and Robert. Reeve addressed every concern with the auto. Reeve took the auto to my mechanic for an inspection and waited for them to finish. It was no pressure sales at all. In the end, we didnt make a deal because we were to far on price. But I walk away knowing they treated me with the dignity and respect I deserve as a customer. The auto was for my daughter, my baby, I knew it and they knew it. In the end, I was 100% confident when making my offer. For you one star reviews, maybe you should look in the mirror...
What a wonderful time with my new friends at Chicago Auto Place!!! Luis Ortega is just perfect. He took my calls almost every day. Haley the receptionist was always cordial and helpful. Jack in finance researched many items with a friendly voice. And then there is the Mike (the Big Guy) who made it all happen. I highly recommend the entire experience to any and all. Thank you, Paul H Davies Sr
Thank you Alex Kopec. This was easily the best car buying experience ever! I called Saturday and talked with the receptionist Amanda for quite some time. She answered most of my questions right off the bat and then transferred me to a sales rep named Alex. Thank you Amanda. Alex and I set up an appointment bright and early for Monday morning. I was looking at the 2009 Cobalt SS sedan, very rare car, typically beat to trash and tuned up to 450hp. Alex said this car was SSTOCK and in great condition with all the records of the car to prove it. I lived two hours away but took the leap of faith Monday morning. I got there at 9:00am. Everyone was smiling and happy to help. Alex and I spent roughly four hours that day ensuring that I get the car I wanted and to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. He didnt try to get me out of the deal or get me into another vehicle. He worked hard for me, having to go to his general manager multiple times. Alex had the GM come over and talk to me face to face to ensure that I would be accommodated to my liking. I even got approved for financing a small amount on the used Cobalt. Not the easiest thing to do and the GM Jack did in under an hour. I spent the remaining time in the finance office with Michelle and she took great care of me up to the end. The overall price didnt budge much on the car, but I was very happy with the warranties I got and left knowing i am fully covered if anything were to happen in my, new to me, used 2009 Chevy Cobalt SSThank you for your time Chicago Auto Place Team!
Very friendly staff, I stumbled across the dealer by searching for a car on cargurus. Let me tell you their inventory is amazing soo many nice cars that will fit your need. Luis their was the one who helped me throughout the whole process he was kind and very helpfull in helping me (a first time buyer) understand how buying a car through the dealer works. Gave me suggestions on what would be best for ME, highly recommend looking for a car here.
I was expecting better the car I wanted was over priced and the back of the seat was falling apart. I was insulted when I made a reasonable offer needless to say I didn’t not buy a car from them. I found the same vehicle and purchased from a different dealership 3k cheaper and 1 year newer 30 mins after leaving thanks for saving me money guys!!!
I purchased a car from this dealer. Im in Michigan saw car on line I sent them a cashier check for the price of the car plus shipping fee. They promised that the car would be shipped soon as check cleared. Fast forward 30 days later car hadnt been shipped. To keep a long story short I had to get a lawyer to have my car shipped. My salesman Eric Santiago kept giving me the run around then he stopped taking my calls all together.
Amazing and professional experience from start to finish!! Erick Santiago was awesome to work with answered all my questions and walked me through my concerns. The vehicle was just as listed, nicr and clean. Responded quickly to emails, got me financed quickly and in a reasonable and comfortable payment. The Carfax was so helpful! It was a great experience and I would recommended any one to check out Chicago Auto Place for their new vehicle.
First and foremost I would like to give thanks to Reeve Wallis for helping me to get my first car! I found the car on Car guru. I was undecided about the car at first but he helped decide by answering all my questions and negotiated with me on a great deal for both of us. I Love the car! I walked out the dealership with the car I always wanted and I am completely satisfied with their commitment and customer service.Update!Brandon the service managers was great! He fixed any issues with the car! Hassle free! Great service!Highly recommended!
Found the vehicle online, talked to the salesperson, Joey who was honest and straightforward about the vehicle. He sent me pics of the flaws on the vehicle, he had service run diagnostics, repaired the two issues that popped up. I flew in, checked out the vehicle. Was represented accurately. Paid cash so cant comment on financing but Joey washed the vehicle and filled it with gas while we signed papers, was in and out in 1.5 hours.Overall I was happy with the whole process. When buying used, some people expect a new car, thats not how it works. If thats what you want, buy new or buy the extended warranty, but those can be a pain to deal with, I dont buy them.I Would recommend this dealership and Joey was very professional and pleasant to work with.
Never have I gone to a dealer so we’ll organized and welcoming. Reeve and Michelle have the BEST customer service that I’ve seen, better than Chick-Fil-A and you can quote me on that. They really work with you and are on your side 100% to help you find what’s best for you and your budget. I am definitely recommending this place for friends who are looking for some nice cars. Thanks again for the amazing experience
This is the place to buy used cars. All vehicles are clean and priced good! Eric was my sales guy and he made the process quick and easy. I appreciate him getting me approved fast with a reasonable down payment. Im very satisfied with Eric Chicago Auto Place and my new car!
I bought a used F-150 for one of my guys in the my company as a thank you for all of his years of loyalty and hard work. The sales team was great to work with during the transaction but when the truck arrived the antenna was gone and base plate broken (see pic). I had already paid for the truck and shipping so I took delivery but immediately notified my sales person and sent this pic. He assured me they would make it right. Subsequent emails from Robert stated the part was ordered and would be shipping to me shortly. I only wanted the part; my guys would install it which I though was fair for the dealer and myself. Weeks went by and I as I followed up the replies got more and more vague. Finally I copied my sales person and a few others in the office whom I dealt with on the purchase and let them know that if they didnt send me the part by the end of that week Ill just buy it locally. (I never got the part) The issue here is when buying a vehicle whereby you are having it shipped there is little recourse should the dealer not follow through on its obligation to make deficiencies like this right. If buying a vehicle such as I did be aware of what happened to me and know I didnt even get an apology or acknowledgement that they dropped the ball and didnt do what they said nor make it right. In the end us buyers are on our own once the check clears which is unfortunate. My advice is find a more upstanding dealer.
Called to schedule test drive. Called again en route to reconfirm, told them I was short on time. Arrived and no one knew I was coming. Sales guy finds me, talks up the car. I tell him (honestly) that Im deciding between two trim levels, one of which he has. Due to different engines need to drive to decide. Insert MASSIVE pressure to commit to buy today if he can let me drive it. What? Tell him Im not going to be rushed and not going to buy anything today. He says that GM wont let me just drive a car without a commitment. What? Do they expect people to buy cars without driving them? What the heck do they have 100 cars on the lot for if not to test drive and sell? What kind of idiot buys a used car without driving it? Surreal experience, wont go back.
The worst customer service! At the beginning they are very welcoming, they have their ways to get you financed, no arguing that, but they get pretty bad interest rate, so they would promise if you make 6 to12 payments on time they will refinance the car for way better interest, I tried that! That’s when you start calling and your call wouldn’t get past the person on the front desk or the salesmen who cannot really help you. In my case it went for more than 10 days between me going there filling out the form to refinance and them finally have the financing manager call me to tell me try State Farm Bank! That was with daily follow up! Their reason to not being able to refinance is “ You drove a lot of miles on the car, and the only way is to get a new car for a better rate”!!!!On top of all that, most of their cars have been wreckedThey would try to trick you people, DO NOT BUY THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE
I usually dont write reviews because I have always had bad experience at car dealers, but it all changed when I was assisted by a lovely lady named Kelsey. She made the entire process of looking at cars so much easier from the moment she greeted us to when we left. She vas very nice and lovely. She was always one step ahead of us. During the entire process I would sometimes glance at a car and she would already know which one it was.She does her job so good!!! She is always paying attention to what kind of cars I was looking at.She is one of those persons that enjoys her job very much!I personally like getting treated right when looking at cars and she never seemed bothered by the idea that I kept looking at a lot of cars. If anything she was so nice and always smiling that it made the process so comfortable for me that I would totally recommend anyone that goes in there to ask for Kelseys help when it comes to showing cars to you.In the end I could not pick a car, but not because of that did she stop being nice to me.I would give this review 6 stars but google only allows for five.Thank you Kelsey for making the process of picking a car so much easier and enjoyable. :)
Found my dream car here, however the dealer and management are unethical and not to be trusted. If your buying a car just go somewhere else. Two days after I got my car home the check engine light came on, so I checked the code and took it to an Audi dealer to have it fixed. It needed new spark plugs and coils, so I had it repaired. In the mean time, the dealer would not even call back about the problem. Two days later the check engine light popped on again so I ran the code and the car needs a new thermostat. This is all only 4 days after we bought it! called the dealer again and was able to talk to someone, they refused to do anything. I understand a used car needs maintenance but the lack of communication, support or help is what is upsetting. Also, it’s very obvious that they cleared the code on the engine just to sell the car!
Bought my first car from here, I was being rushed throughout the process which I can deal with. The problem came when I went to trade this car 3 years later, I found out this dealership provided me a fake carfax report and removed a major accident that the car has been in. Explains all the issues I had with this vehicle since it was hit on the passenger side and towed away. I know it was fake because I kept the originally provided one in glovebox and compared it to what carfax actually provided. The whole process with this facility just felt dirty, be cautious.
I wanted to have the car I was interested inspected by the dealer. They were more than happy to take a $500 refundable deposit, and assured me I could take the car to be inspected ANYWHERE I wanted. I made an appointment at a dealership, then everything fell apart. The car was never delivered to the appointment, but I only found that out by calling the dealer a couple days later. I called Chicago Auto Place, who told now told me they dont work with that dealership, but would take it anywhere else I wanted, and gave me a couple suggestions. Conveniently the inspection was at least $150 more expensive at the dealerships they suggested. I finally had enough red flags and asked for my deposit back but even that took three phone calls and a week and a half. My suspicion is that they try to funnel car inspections to dealerships they have arrangements with, and I would be very wary of the results of those inspections. The communication was terrible, and I never spoke to the same person there twice. Definitely buyer beware.
Andy is absolutely AMAZING!!! Saw my car online... It was EVERYTHING I was looking for and more. But, I live 4 hours away from Chicago. Andy walked me through financing and took care of everything over the phone! They even loaded my car onto a flatbed trailer so my husband could drive it home to me!!! I cannot believe how great the customer service was! Or the unbelievable price I paid for my odyssey. Even though I wasnt spending a ton of money on a car, he treated me as if I was spending $100,000! BUY YOUR CAR HERE!! They take care of everything and are an excellent group of people to work with and TRUST! Thank you Andy!!
The whole staff was very kind right when I walked through the door. Very warm and welcoming. I had a great experience working with erick, he was was really helpful and you can tell he cared about getting my family and I into a reliable vehicle at a great rate. The entire process was quick and its for certain that Chicago Auto Place has earned my business. I will definitley be coming back when Im ready for another vehicle.
I bought my car here a year and a half ago. I got great service when I purchased my BMW X3! I got that same great service today when I came into the Service Department! The guys were amazing! I called as soon as my Service Engine Soon light came on and they took me WITH NO APPT! Told me to come in to see what the problem was. Brendon was great! Made me feel like family. I didnt have to wait all afternoon. In this day an age when customer service is lacking...these guys know how valuable it is to treat a customer like GOLD!
What a disappointing experience!!!! I called and inquired about a Jaguar for sale. I was given an appointment time to come check it out and to ask for Bree. After making an hour drive to this dealership I was told that Bree was with a customer so a young man named Alex assisted me. The car was sitting on the showroom floor and it appeared to be in very good condition. Just from the looks alone I had a high interest in possibly making the purchase. Alex asked if Id be trading in a vehicle and also wanted to know if Id be financing the car. I told him I may trade in a vehicle depending on what theyd be willing to offer me for it. I already obtained financing from my credit union so I didnt need their assistance with that. I told Alex Id like to take the car for a test drive and he told me no problem I just need to make a copy of your drivers license. When he returned he said his boss told him they needed to run a credit application on me to see what kind of buyer I am. I said Are you serious? He said yes we have to do that before we move the car. (Hmm now Im wondering if this is because of my race) I told him thanks for his help and I exited the dealership. Since I had a good hour to drive back home I decided to call back to the dealership to get some clarification on this issue from a Manager. The receptionist that answered the phone wanted to know what was the issue I was having. I gave her a brief explanation of what happened and she put me on hold for 15 minutes while she went to get a Manager. After 15 minutes went by she got back on the phone and said Sorry our managers are busy right now but what Alex told you is correct. What a cowardly act by the management team not wanting to address this matter!!! I informed her that I didnt agree with that process if thats truly the way they conduct business. So if youre a cash buyer or you have your own financing in tact I suggest you avoid car shopping here unless you dont mind having unnecessary inquiries on your credit report. Ive test driven a vehicle at this dealership in the past and they did not run a credit report on me. I believe they were just being lazy and didnt want to move other cars out of the way to get the car out that I was interested in. SHAME ON YOU CHICAGO AUTO PLACE!!!!! This unprofessional behavior just costed you a customer that was seriously ready to make a purchase. (If you even care)
Definitely will be going back for our next toy, I mean vehicle! We have been looking for a Mini for a few months and we were not having any luck with finding something used and well maintained and those we did were not what they were made out to be. Bad experiences led us to believe that salesmen have no idea what they are talking about. At Chicago Auto Place that was not the case! Luis Ortega welcomed us instantly and was able to answer all of our questions. The car was pretty new to their lot but you could tell he did his research and wasn’t just telling us we want to hear to make a sale. Also great to be able to enjoy the show room filled with other beautiful cars to look at while you are waiting!
Chicago Auto Place is a well-managed FULL dealership with very personable and caring people. I couldnt thank them enough for saving the day when other dealerships were giving me the run around. They made me feel welcomed and they treated me like a real person - & NOT JUST A CREDIT SCORE!!! They all worked together rather quickly to handle my situation with care. Ricky & Zeeko got me the deal I wanted & they all still know my name when I return for service! VERY CLASSY AND FRIENDLY PLACE!!!I had a great experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a nice car!!! :)
I Have To Say I Have Bought Many Cars At Different Dealerships. But Chicago Auto Place Was one of the best Ones Yet! Michelle Was Great! Her Pleasant Personality Really made me feel Comfortable! Also Stephanie Was Such A wonderful help in the service Dept These Ladies really know their business! Will 100% Recommend!!
I found them on car gurus and was interested in buying a 90k car from them. The site chat took my information and said someone would follow up. That never happened. I called the next day and someone told me the car was sold. I went back to searching and found the same car on a different site. Called back and a different person told me the car was still there. I asked to speak to a manager and was kept on hold for 5 minutes. She comes back to the phone and ask what car I was looking at. I said i was holding for a manager. Hes not available. Ok what is his name? Jack!, ok and what is Jacks last name? She said I dont know. I asked for her name and she gave me Joanna. I said thank you and hung up.I spoke to 3 different people and it sounded like they may have been high school age. Very unprofessional and loud in the background.i am happy I didnt complete a 90k deal with this company.
Came into the service department for a we owe for me to get 4 new tires on. They did a great job installing and mounting and balancing my tires. Chicago auto place is an honest dealership and fufills everything they promise to do for a customer. Brendan the service advisor and George the mechanic are very friendly and kind when helping customers. great experience!
I bought a Mercedes CLA-250 w/30,000 mi. and 2 hrs after driving off the lot the check engine light came on. I was taken advantage of being an out of state buyer, and the dealer did nothing to help. They refused to return my calls, ignored my emails, and stated they didnt believe it was possible the car had these issues. The front tires were bald, the front brakes were warped, and by the time I got it home the next day I had to have it towed to the nearest dealership. I received a repair bill for $3,000 and was told it was highly unlikely this problem was not preexisting. Jack, the sales manager assured me hed look into it and never did.We also wanted to purchase a Tesla model S but will not be considering this dealership ever again. I believe this dealer has no idea the amount of money they are losing by scamming cars off there lot. I would have gladly paid $7k more to purchase this car knowing it was in sound running condition.***OUT OF STATE BUYERS, BE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL**
Shady shady shady lying people. We were going to by a car from here. Had agreed on the price etc. etc. we were going to go back the next day with the payment. Offered to leave a deposit and the manager said it was not necessary. The next morning we received a phone call saying the car was sold. OK! Not a problem. To then find out the price of the car was raised $2,000 and when we asked another sales rep if the car was available he said it was! Hmmmm!!! Called to speak to the salesman that was helping us, he said it was sold, told him about my finding... cat sure got his tongue. He told me he saw they raised the price but the car isn’t taken off the website until the car is picked up. This is all shady and a bunch of lies. Very unprofessional people! I’d be careful before making any type of purchase from these people.
This is not only an amazing business, but they have great employees as well. I was recently in a car reck and needed a new used car on the cheap fast. I needed something a college kid could afford. The sales rep Kelsey really helped me find the best car in my price range. She was very friendly and always smiling. She also knew an TON about cars in general.
Ill try to keep it short. Was looking for a good car. Entered my criteria into cars.com and found a very nice looking 2009 Mercedes C300 for sale at Chicago Auto Place. Spoke with sales person over the phone and paid down payment to hold the car until I could get there on the weekend. Salesman and I had agreed on time when I would be there to make the deal.So I arrive at the showroom and see all these beautiful cars; Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Corvette, even a beautiful Chevelle. Im excited at this point. Looking forward to seeing my beautiful new used Mercedes. NOT THE CASE.When I arrived, the car was not ready. I asked salesman, You knew I was coming today, right?. Salesman said, Oh yes, we confirmed yesterday. We waited 45 minutes before the car was finally pulled up front for us to look at. It was filthy. I mean it looked like someone dumped a salt truck on the car and sprinkled water to make the worst spotty mess Ive ever seen. So I asked, Why isnt the car clean? You knew I was coming today, right? Salesman said, We can wash the car after you buy it. After I buy it? What the heck. Is this how you treat someone that drives from a state away to buy a car?We then took a test drive. I nearly drove through a stop sign as the brakes barely worked. I said to the salesman, You told me that your mechanics had looked the car over and the only issue was oil leak. He didnt have much to say at that point. We went back inside the showroom, discussed a few things and ultimately I walked away empty handed.I dont like writing poor reviews, but as I was traveling back home, I became more and more upset about how poorly treated we were. I cant fault the salesman for it. I actually think he was a decent guy trying to do his job. I fault the management of Chicago Auto Place for running a disorganized business with poor customer experience. I feel they categorize people by how much money they are spending. I imagine that I would be treated like a king if I were buying a $50k to $100k vehicle, but if you are buying something for less than $10k, then they really dont care about you.
I came into Chicago auto place looking for a new vehicle. Im not usually a fan of car shopping! Kelsey helped us and she really made car shopping more enjoyable. She was very friendly and had great customer service! I havent made a decision just yet on what Im trying to get but I will definitely be coming back!
I wish that I could select 0 stars! The worst customer service!! My husband went in to purchase a vehicle cash and they gave him the run around with the pricing. He was told that the pricing was not negotiable but yet when he told them that he was no longer interested, they came back with a slightly lower price. He was not satisfied with the pricing and they suggested financing. Instead of a soft check on his credit, they ran his credit and drew up the paperwork/contract for financing. He never even agreed nor was he aware of his financing options and the contract was drawn up for him to sign. He has excellent credit and yet they ask for references. There was a lot of sales gimmick going on. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all. Finally the finance person said, well since weve already run your credit and did a hard check you might as well buy the vehicle. Overall this was the worst experience for my husband and I for a very inexpensive car. When I asked if I could sit in some of their vehicles, we were not allowed to. I can keep going on but I will stop right there.
I was looking into buying a new car & by far had the best experience through here. I was helped by Kelsey, who was very kind, & amazingly helpful. She answered all my questions accurately & even explained some two or three times for me with lovely patience. You have a great employee & Im sure Ill be returning because of her.
I give this dealership zero stars actually. when I was buying a car of course they were as nice as can be. once I left and started having problems within a month they turned into the complete opposite. I bought a Jaguar from them and within 6 months it was in and out of the shop at least four times. I even had to buy a new engine and in that process I was without a car for a month. then there were other problems including the transmission. I find it hard to believe that they didnt know about these problems before they sold it to me. I ended up having to trade it in after 6 months at another dealership and take a loss. Ever time I called or emailed they acted like I was a nuisance and when ever I asked to talk to the owner he was always busy and never would speak to me. Save yourself the headache and dont buy from Chicago Auto Place cause you will regret it. there are actual honest car dealerships out there, this just isnt one of them.
I have purchased a lot of cars in the past 40 years and Chicago Auto Place deserves 5 stars out of 5. Knowledge of inventory; knowledge of specific vehicle;competitive pricing with trade in and purchase; courteous, friendly and respectable service. Positive attitudes and worked with me.THANK YOU CHICAGO AUTO PLACEIll be back! And Ill refer and refer.
I had an excellent experience at Chicago Auto Place! I had been looking for a second vehicle and was told by another dealership that I needed a 2nd person added to the loan. That wasnt an option for me and Rheizelle, my salesperson, made it happen!!! She was AWESOME!!! Extremely professional and personable! I got the exact car that I wanted and entire process was super fast!!!
Worked with Alex to drive away with a 2014 Focus ST. Throughout the process, I was never pressured into supplemental packages or similar gimmicks after stating my intentions/wants. Info about the car was accurate and I didnt feel surprised nor walked into anything unexpected. Within an hour of getting there I drove away with my new car!
I had a great experience with them when It comes down to buying the véhicule. I highly recommend Robert Weinberg as your point of contact. Hes been very responding and professionel. The car I bought was in great shape. These people were never pushy, and I really appreciated that. They have some very interesting cars too and a pretty large show room. The reason I give them 3 star is because I was promised a few things that never happened once I bought the car. It is disappointing because at the end of the day, you’re. being Reminded that this is a “used car dealership “ and that is the main difference between a place like this and an actual dealership.I wish Robert would have followed through on replacing the tail light, giving me the info I requested on extra keys, and looked at the issue I reported right after buying the car with the top.
I was in the market for a used car and I always drive by this dealership so I stopped by to check out the cars. Alex Kopec greeted me and helped me find a car that would fit my needs as well as my families. He was very knowledgable and kind, he didn’t pressure me like other car salesman which made my experience amazing. I came back the next day and purchased the car. Great customer service by Alex!
Great People to do Business with! Edgar Ortega was very informative very helpful, He made us feel confident and comfortable with our purchase, We were very hesitant and he gave us such clarity and confidence on our purchase! Thank You so much for the Support we received very satisfied with our purchase! Love Our PT Cruiser 10 STARS!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I went to Chicago auto place looking for a vehicle. I was greeted right away by a woman named Kelsey. She immediately got me sat at a desk, with a cup of coffee, and the porters working on getting the vehicle I wanted from their warehouse. Kelsey was very friendly and polite. She was great on the test drive and answered all of my questions. If you would like to purchase a quality vehicle, go with Kelsey! Thanks again to all the great people at Chicago Auto Place.
I was so overwhelmed by all the dealers and how pressured I felt before coming to Chicago Auto Place. I must say that I was greeted by a young girl by the name of Kelsey and she was AWESOME!! She had answers to all my questions and although Im not the easiest person to work with she was very patient with me and helped in my decision. Ill def recommend this place to friends and family!! Super satisfied with my purchase!!
I went into Chicago auto place just looking for some answers on financing and used cars and suvs. I spoke with a nice lady at customer service named Stephanie. She was very nice, helpful, and friendly. She greeted me with a smile on her face. She got me the help I needed and I was very appreciative of her service and help she offered. Definitely a good place to do business with.
Our experience started out great and then went downhill. My husband and I drove 4 hours to pick up a vehicle. While we were test driving it my husband noticed how bald the front tires were and that the vehicle was on empty. The sale girl said they would rotate the tires for us and fill it up with gas (which you would think would have been done prior). So we go inside to start the remaining paperwork. We first had to wait 45 minutes to be brought into the office to finish filling out paperwork. We already had all the loan stuff done prior. Once we were done with the paperwork we figured the car would be ready to go. Nope they informed us we would have to wait. After waiting for an additional 30 minutes without anyone even checking on us or acknowledging us, my husband asked what the hold up was. They said we were next in line, that it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later we had to go track someone down again, apparently they had to replace the break pads too because they were so bad. Wouldnt you think they would have done a full inspection of the car before listing it?! What should have only taken not more than an hour took us 3.5 hours. Weve had the vehicle for 6 weeks, we have yet to get our plates and a belt has now gone out on it. I was skeptical prior to buying the car have read the reviews about this place, but went a head and did it anyway. Once you finish the paperwork for the vehicle they could care less about you. Spend the extra time and go somewhere where they will take care of you
I purchased a vehicle last week from out of state and flew in to drive it home. I worked with Karim, and had a great experience. The car was held with my deposit, and was still there when I arrived. The vehicle was just as described and shown in the photos. We also did our own research using the VIN and Carfax as you always should. Karim was super helpful and very kind. He was always available via phone or text to provide answers to our questions and additional photos when requested. He even drove us to a nearby dealership for a pre purchase inspection. I was skeptical due to the last few negative reviews, but that was not our experience. Ask for Karim, do your due diligence and always look before you buy and youll be fine!
I dropped off my 2010 Ford Flex in the service department. It had a noise in the front and we came to an agreement priory to purchase. Everyone was very nice and they are resolving the issue. I appreciate their service and they even gave my kids some pizza on our first visit. Thanks Guys. I am currently in a loaner so I was able to not use an entire vacation day at work. Thanks again.
I purchased my car via the internet and phone conversations without actually seeing it in person prior to purchase. The car was just as described. No problem with the actual car, the problem came when I was promised by my salesman on a a phone conversation and an actual email sent to me, and by the manager, that there were two keys for the car. When the car was delivered, there was only one key! After several phone calls and emails to both my salesman and the manager, and after several promises from both, it is now two years later and still no second key. I have purchased several high end cars in my life and was never treated so shabbily. I would never purchase another car from them...EVER!
Purchased a $20,000+ car here recently and the same day of purchase driving off the lot a few hours later the car was experiencing ENGINE and TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS and only gotten worse. I was LIED to after finding out what they did, extremely disrespected by the general manager(cursed out) for no reason, considering this is a “business” and also they WOULD NOT fix this expensive problem during warranty nor tried to satisfy their customer. After explaining the problem, the general manager told me ALOT of people ALWAYS comes back with problems stating the buyer is at fault of the defected car...RECONSIDER YOUR BUSINESS with this dealership. Sketchy dealership. For expensive purchases or any others I would take my business somewhere PROFESSIONAL that would treat you like a customer.
I went to look at a used volvo here for my friend in need of a good car. We were skeptical at first but went anyway. Drove 45 mins there. Have to call them to open the door for us. Walking up to the car i noticed there are deep scratches and little dents all over it, when in the pictures they didnt show any of this. Then notice the front tires are completely bald. No tread at all. Get inside, cup holder is broken but thats no biggie. Turn on the car, and time for service appears on the dash, the girl states oh it was a local trade they just got it in. Thats why its in that shape, when the car has been online for a few days because ive been eyeing it.. They obviously planned on selling the car in this shape. With all of that, we left. Just a huge let down for my friend. We didnt even want to drive the car. This place is sketchy yall. Dont waste your time.
I worked a deal online and over the phone on a 2012 Escalade they had in stock. I put a deposit on the vehicle, filled out a credit application and was approved for the truck. I set up a day to drive down to Chicago from St Louis to pick up the truck. I get a call a day before I am about to leave to tell me they accidentally sold the truck last night. I am a Sales Manager at a car dealership in St Louis and the only way this is possible is that the managers at this dealership are insanely unorganized or they chose to take a deal today rather than tomorrow. I will never do any business with them again and I have friends and family in Chicago that I have already warned about this place. Terrible customer service to sell a car out from under someone with a deposit on the vehicle. Whats the point of a deposit if it doesnt hold the vehicle? I have now had my credit run for no reason and nothing to show for it. Keep up the great work guys! Top notch!
Starting with the sales guy it was a great experience, then the financial guy was also great. The manager was accommodating to a car issue i noticed, license plate light wouldnt work. They fixed it, in the process of fixing it they wanted to change my oil because there were oil particles sludge in the engine. Interesting they didnt notice that during inspection. Then drove three hours back home and took it to a local shop. The cars oil plug was put in too tight and without a seal washer. They had to re tap oil plug hole and recommend replacing oil pan due to damage. Also, have to replace most of the exhaust as its falling apart. I know it is a used car, but three weeks after buying it i have to flush engine, replace exhaust, replace oil pan. In my opinion they need a better procedure or practice for there inspections before they sell. There was a warranty option but is was more a month than the car payment. Although if i knew there would be this much work i would have gotten it, maybe. The car runs fine and is in great shape besides what i have listed. So far. If you purchase a car from here, have them fix it before you sign. Also sure if i lived closer they would accommodate me better after this post. So in the end, im giving them 4 stars, because they were nice and helped me out. Just hate to spend money to fix a car i just bought, at least within the first year :)
Worked with Erick Santiago on the purchase of my 2011 BMW M3. I live in eastern Indiana and all of our interactions were by phone until the day I picked the car up. Great customer service. All paperwork was printed and ready for me to sign. Would and will do business with Erick again in the future.
Absolutely worst dealership I have dealt with in my entire life!!! Please please please Do not go here!!!!!!! Has taken over 3 months to get my plate, title and registration due to them filling out my paper wrong and they use a 3rd party to process it all so it takes forever if you are a buyer from out of State like myself. Since I am out of State they will do any and ALL to avoid your phone calls and emails to actually help you! No one will help solve this problem! They always are out to lunch on another call with a customer you will literally get every excuse possible from the receptionist and then will be told the manager that you are trying to speak to will call you back but GOOD LUCK because they never will! They never help. 3 whole months with NO license plate or even proof that this is my vehicle for that matter!!!!!!! Do not I repeat do not buy from here!! You will regret it, they have nice looking vehicles but the service is not worth it.- Also let me add we took our vehicle to a used car inspection and there were several issues that had not been told to us when we bought this vehicle.*** Let me also add if you look at all of these reviews on here it is kind of convenient that Kelsey is mentioned in literally every review but she is one of the girls at the front desk not a sales person-looks to me like someone is writing all these wonderful reviews about Kelsey ... keep your eyes open for the reviews that are actually not 5 stars and not so generic!!! Those are the real truth about this place!!!! Too funny.
Recently inquired about a vehicle here and Michelle answered all my questions. She was very Knowledgeable! Also Norma my Sales Woman was So polite and made me feel comfortable and not too pushy. Also a big thank you to Stephanie for taking care of me with The Service dept. as I scheduled a routine maintenance ! She was very polite and Knowledgeable! Will Be recommending!
I purchased a mercedes C350 on January 21 with trade-in. The payoff was delayed and so I called to inquire. First call to finance manager was met with unnecessary rudeness, also she informed she had 30 days to pay off. Well its Feb 22 and still no payoff. I am now contacting a consumer lawyer. Bad business.
I had a below to average experience with Chicago Auto Place. Due to time constraints, I ended up buying the car without visiting it and had it delivered. Other than being a little slow on the communication part of it, that whole process went smoothly. Communication between my purchase and up until the transportation point was extremely lacking. The biggest negative was after it was delivered and I starting driving it, I discovered that the suspension was completely shot. So the great price ended up not being such a great price after putting $2000 into new shocks/struts all the way around. Its a good thing that their prices are as good as they are, or it would have been a complete let down. In addition, upon delivery, one of the tow hook covers was missing from the bumper, which existed in the photos. Their response - oh, well So...whether you fly in, or drive in, Id recommend being able to see and drive the car of your interest first.
Went in to buy a 2009 x5. Car looked great but when I proceeded to say the tire light was on and that I wanted to look the car over since I saw oil, they were hesitant to show me. I looked at the car underneath and there was oil dripping from valve cover and timing area. They said oh thats nothing to worry about. I understand it is only an oil leak from one place but the cars should be looked over and fixed to top condition. Not just to make money. Also, I told a technician and car salesman to fix the tire light before I left. When my mother got home with vehicle, light was still on and fog light bulb was out. The cars should be more thoroughly checked and repaired correctly and not shady. If buying from here, please have a knowledgeable person with you before giving your hard earned money.
Bought a super clean one owner range rover priced below fair market value. I live in Florida and was only able to view pictures. One tire was noticed by Chicago Auto Place to have 2 bubbles on the side wall, they replaced all four with high quality replacement tires. just because it was the right thing to do. when the tires were off the brake pads were also replaced. this after they had already been paid. Honest peoplethen I had troubles with the DMV and had to send my title back for another signature. this was completed in one day. Then I had trouble at the dmv again this time they needed an odometer disclosure statement from the dealership the truck was bought from. this was taken care of super fast while I was still at the dmv to avoid another trip there. what will make me return for my next car is the fact that all the extras they did was after they were paid. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
I had a super awesome salesperson here. Kelsey was very attentive and was able to help me find the perfect car for me. she was sweet and seemed like she actually wanted me to find a car that was perfect for me (rather than other places that try to sell anything off the lot). im definitely recommending Kelsey to my friends!!
Would never buy a car here ever again!! If I could do no stars ⭐️ I would. I purchased a Mercedes there with what appeared to be clean Car fax report then a month after purchasing the vehicle car fax reports that the car had rear end damage which drove the value down in the toilet. I called them about the issue and they said it wasn’t their problem. Straight scam artists would never buy here again
I cant believe this dealer still in business with such bad customer service and poor comments from everyone. I go look at couple cars, I get interested in a nice car i ask if i can look at it inside and out, drive it they say no to many cars move, only if i am serious. How is someone going feel 100% to buy a used car if you cant even test drive it first. Oh by the way i was in my lovely uniform of mechanic so i guess thats why they was being shady also, not letting me drive at all or look it over.
Hi ! I like to say that I was good taken care of by Kelsey and Edgar, you guys are great doing sales ! my problem is with the financing, I like to say that it would be great if you guys say the interest rate right away! I understand that is a way for you Chicago Auto sales to do business, but you need to give a better interest rate if you dont wanna tell people ahead of time, other wise, I would love to have the chance to check with my bank or somewhere else for the loan ! Thank you anyways for the rest!
Chicago Auto Place has a great team in place and my purchase went swimmingly. From the initial phone call, to the test drive, speaking with finance, inspecting the car in the garage, negotiating and closing the deal, I was comfortable every step of the way. The showroom is worth a look with some vintage cars and luxury inventory. A+++++!
I found Chicago Auto Place through using Cargurus. Once I inquired about a vehicle, Erick Santiago got back to me fairly quickly. The process of buying a vehicle here was easy and simple. Erick was able to talk to my financing company and although I was not able to get financed for the vehicle I wanted which was the 2013 Chevy Equinox, I was able to test drive and purchase my 2nd choice a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited FWD FFV. My experience with Chicago Auto Place was awesome, from the friendly staff, great customer service, and overall aesthetics of the building. I will reccomend this dealership to my friends and family searching for a good vehicle at a reasonable price.
I was working with a very nice gentleman named Joey from whom I secured the purchase of a vehicle. I live approximately four hours away, so I paid a $500.00 deposit (and yes, they charged the card) and provided written notice and obtained a confirmed appointment for a time and date certain to pick up delivery on the week following. Three days before said appointment, Joey TEXTED me (did not call) to tell me that the car was sold that day. He then said I had to wait three to five business days for a refund on my card. When I texted back... crickets. He has simply ignored me since that time.I never, ever write reviews of businesses, but this one is particularly concerning, and so I felt compelled to warn other potential consumers.
Only one star for my initial pleasurable buying experience that was soon tainted by this dealerships untrained, unreliable, downright bad service department that the sales person and manager backed 100%.I was told my car had been given a full service inspection and showed no major issues. I filled up my car 3 times since I purchased and each time after I gassed up I had to turn it over multiple times to get it to finally get it to start and got a check engine light. I finally had time in my busy schedule to take it to an Audi dealership to diagnose the issue. Having bought a used car I expected and had prepared for some minor maintenance issues prior to purchase of whatever car i had decided on but not like this...My check engine light was not only for my fueling up problem (bad EVAP purge valve) but ALSO for a faulty thermostat and a hole in my exhaust flex pipe. Audi also strongly recommended front brake and rotor replacement (only 3 mm left). $2500 later you could say my confidence in this dealership was completely gone. One of two things happened, they either cleared the CEL and sold me the car anyways OR their service department is just that bad. Neither made me want to go back. When test driving the car I had noticed that the sport shift (tiptronic) feature on the car was not working properly. I was assured during the sale and in writing that the dealership would replace the faulty part once they had ordered and received it. How they did not notice and fix this before they showed the car is beyond me, but i understand mistakes happen and gave them a chance to rectify the situation. I called them a week later to inquiry and was told that they had ordered the WRONG part, with not even a courtesy call from them about the delay. Nearly 2 weeks later and they still dont have a proper replacement shifter.I called the dealership to explain my situation and was told by the salesperson and manager that I had an attitude, I bought a used car at a great price, and didnt understand why I didnt want them servicing my car.If you absolute, no other way, must purchase a car from them, do yourself a favor and get a third party inspection. This place is a shady car flipping dealership, dont let the fancy cars in the showroom fool you. I think the only reason they have good reviews is because they get lucky with a majority of the used cars they get needing no major service.
I purchased a car and it was clear that the brake-pads and rotors needed to be replaced. This was part of the negotiation. They only did the front brakes and left the rears completely shot. I called them about it the next day and no call back. It wasnt a brake job it was a half job. I called today before lunch to ask a question, no call back. The vehicle was being sold as having a clean Carfax but many panels were repainted for repairs. The shop which I then paid for, which put new rear brakes and rotors on the car, pointed out that I was missing a front lug bolt as it was snapped off in the hub. The tech at their shop either broke it and didnt want to tell anybody...or knew it was broken and didnt want to tell anybody. Its all sloppy, unethical and driven by the wrong spirit; it would never been written about here if people did their job and called back. Buying a used cars is always buyer beware and thats on me, but the poor work-quality is on them.Updated a few minths later: not only where the back brakes shot, so were both of the rear wheel bearings.
Havent made it into the shop yet but I have been working with kelsey and she has called me back every time she said she would, she has emailed me everything I need, and she is going above and beyond to help me get into a safe car. Shes honest and detailed. I have been working with other places, but told them all I found somewhere new due to Kelsey. Cant wait to come in and get myself a car. Love working with her, and love having her help!
Terrible experience. While in finance office they tried to sell me the car for list price and not negotiated price, they asked for my signature on the contract with incorrect price, was already typed up and finalized on their end and played it off as a miscommunication. Secondly told me I could get the second key to car on Monday when office manager came back in..on Monday was told sorry we dont have a second key. 3 days after I bought the car from them it would start but wouldnt drive..had an issue with electronic throttle control system which was never disclosed and required a sizable repair bill, i opted to bring it to a different dealer for repair because i did not trust Chicago Auto Place to repair it themselves. Ended up trading in the Jeep at Roesch Jeep in Elmhurst 1 week after buying it and lost a lot of money on trade in just to get out from under this car and get a car from a reputable dealer. Called in several times to see if dealer would work with me to remedy the situation and was repeatedly told I had to speak with Mike, who sold the car. Mike failed to return a single call, had to have left close to 20 messages for him Worst consumer experience I have had. To sum this place up....no class, no morals, no business ethics whatsoever ..avoid this place at all costs.
This is primarily an internet selling used car dealer. Hard to find, dark and packed parking lot... not even a little bit street friendly. There were several people working at computers. However, we were welcomed by a nice gentleman. The cars were packed into the display area so close it was very difficult to find some you could squeeze between... most you could not. So, no test drive. They said make a deposit and well pull it out. The car we were looking at was highly optioned and well priced, but showed signs of hard use and had a worrying service record. To their credit the Carfax with this information was offered freely. When we found a tiny spreading crack in the windshield directly in front of the driver we were done with this car. They didnt seem to know about the crack. Buyer beware is always your best policy.
Went to the dealership to look at a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed at $5,000. Another buyer was in the process of buying the car. The dealership used me to raise the price of the car on the original buyers and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. I made an offer, then the first buyers returned to offer a price above I was willing to pay. Needless to say, in the end neither of us ended up with the vehicle and the dealership raised the price online to $6,000. This place left a very poor taste in my mouth and all the negative reviews are warranted.
Chicago Auto Place is Awesome! Will was very transparent and helpful while sharing information about the vehicle. Mario from Finance and Management is super cool and practical. Both gentleman were very involved and informative. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on luxury vehicles.
We had very nice experience buying car from the best dealer in town service was amazing we filled out credit application on line. we got pre approved. Once we arrived at the dealer car was ready for test drive we where limited on time but it was in and out fast service. Highly recommended
Bought a car from there had it for 3 days before it died out on me, got it towed to the dealer they gave me they run around for 11 days from the service tech Ben saying its priority n that its the fuel pump, he stopped replying then Stephsnie told me it was outsourced to another mechanic shop so they can see whats wrong with it so clearly nothing had been done.. she alsostopped returning calls so I went in and then they said the mechanic said it was the alternator n the next day it was ready so I got another call and they said it was the key that got wet n wasnt communicating with the car(made no sense)x whatever I went and got the car driving it home it started acting up again so I took it to my mechanic and come to find out that the alternator wasnt changed and now finally getting it fixed right. Needless to say definitely the worst car purchase of my life dont let them fool you the cars are shiney but all that glitters isnt gold. Speaking from experience
Called-in and spoke with Michelle about a vehicle . She then had Luis the salesman give me a call back . He was very polite knew his cars answered all my questions! Ended up purchasing! Happy customer! Also a nice young lady name stephaniy was very informative with all my questions regarding maintenance on my new vehicle in the service Dept!
Cant give them enough praise! I was greeted by a woman named Kelsey. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered on the spot. She helped make a decision and choose the right vehicle. I definitely recommend coming in here. If you do, ask for Kelsey. You wont be disappointed!
Me & my wife just bought a 2013 BMW SUV 3 months ago, the people there seems to be nice while theyre trying to convince us to sign the documents on buying the SUV, of course theyre so nice while trying to convince us but after the purchase everything was totally different. They will give u a cold shoulder when u start to complain about something u forgot to ask during the transaction. One more thing I found out while cleaning the SUV was theres no spare tire inside the trunk. I was about to call them but my wife stop me from doing so, she told me theyll just deny & u cant do anything about it. Im really very disappointed!
I work in the local area and was driving by, went into the parking lot and ran into Stephanie. I asked her if she was a Sales associate and she said she was a service advisor but she would get someone to help me. She walked me in and introduced me to Michelle, whom was very friendly and and assisted me in getting the help I needed. Michelle walked me around the dealer, and even got someone to check my car because I am considering trading it in. Im glad I stopped by and Im happy that Stephanie took the time to assist me. Michelle was also working quickly to get someone to look at my trade. The attention you get there is amazing, and I wont go anywhere else.... and YES I did drive out with a brand new car!. Thanks Stephanie, Edgar, and Michelle for all your help!!!! You guys are amazing!!!!!
I purchased a BMW X3 from this place. I should have walked out the door when they tried to slip a auto theft insurance policy/feature in my purchase agreement. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it. They added it to the purchase agreement without asking me.I made them remove it as I have auto insurance that covers theft. My next issue was that the vehicle had a oil leak that was obvious. They told me bring the vehicle back so they could look at it. That’s where another problem comes in. The BMW would not start! When I called this stealership they refused to let me speak with the manager. I live in Wisconsin and towing the vehicle to their dealership wasn’t a option. When I purchased this vehicle I was charged a extra $75.00 so my vehicle could be registered as I live in Wisconsin. I was issued a Illinois temporary plate that was valid for a month. That plate is now expired and I still have no Wisconsin registration plates. My past experience with Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles is that you receive plates within a week or two. I called Chicago Auto Place and they have no explanation!!!DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!They could care less about you once you’re out the door!!!
I inquired about a vehicle through the Chicago Auto Place website, and Kelsey was the person I spoke with. I really liked the way she handled my business, and if the car didnt have too many miles I would have purchased it. If I find a vehicle I like I the website, I will definitely contact her again.
This place is a joke .I have bought a few cars online and NEVER had an issue like I have with this company. I purchased a Bentley with these people From day one everything was beautiful I was provided with customer service Michelle who is the represenative continued to stay in touch with me BUT ! Once I signed those papers everything went downhill, I had found out that the car was not in good condition and expected to speak to someone immediately about this situation unfortunately MICHELLE THE representative was NO LONGER receiving my calls they took Three weeks to get back to me a worker with the company told me that there was a problem with my car. There was a scratch on the bumper when I called back to speak with someone in charge I explained what the worker told me and nobody knew that employee nobody knew what was going on they just continued to acknowledge the fact that this car wasn’t in good condition as they said I received the Bentley with no key the only key I had was a spare the spare key cannot open the trunk so I have to go spend $1200 on keys . I had to wait two more weeks for the dealer to make my keys for me to open the trunk once I open the trunk there were parts missing in the trunk that I also have to purchase so in total I spent almost $16-$1700 all stuff that shouldn’t be spent I highly do not recommend this company to anybody once they receive your money you’re no longer cared for I don’t know how these people are still in business I own my own business and that’s not how you treat customers please be aware and be careful because once they get their money you’re no longer important I would never buy another car or recommend anybody to buy from these people.
Showed up today, drove 2 hrs to look at a car we were positive we were gonna buy. Gino was the salesman we were working with leading up to this, did a great job. But the finance manager named Will was a complete prick. We ended not buying the car specifically because of his attitude. If I could leave them negative stars I would.
Honestly, Id be happier rating negative stars. I arrived with my boyfriend into a parking lot, jam-packed with cars we could barely find a spot because they dont have a space for customer parking, only their inventory. After calling on the phone ahead of time to see a Ford, the person who was supposed to meet with me wasnt even on site. A nice yet pushy female helped us instead, only gave us the chance to ride it around the block which was concerning because getting up to speed on those small roads was taxing on the car already, the ac didnt even blow air, much less cold air the heated seats didnt heat, and what problems or cool features the website described had been either undersold (like the dent in the doors-picture was taken at an angle so the pic seemed relatively okay and the actual door seemed worse in person) or just didnt work the way it was supposed to (like the ac). We still brushed past these issues and decided to buy. We waited a total of 2 HOURS after filling out our paperwork for our service lady to come back to serve us. She kept walking past us saying it would be a few minutes, went out and showed other people cars, and never even checked on us. After the first hour she came over asked us if we wanted some food (something sitting on a counter in a food pan with some tinfoil on it) and thats when we (mainly me) just about lost it. We didnt want the car anymore they offered us an unsatisfactory APR- only after we waited that final excruciating hour- and the food safety was disgusting (coming from a licensed ServSafe manager, its 1 illegal to offer something that wasnt made up to the specifications of the FDA or by someone without a food handlers degree, and 2 it was sitting out on a counter with no control of the temperature) I would never come back here. Very unprofessional training in the staff, not very set on catering to the customer (no pun intended), and overall just very disorganized.
Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Michelle was my sales lady she was very pleasant very helpful and most of all i did not feel pressured. Soon After Stephanie helped me out to schedule and apt for service she was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend!
BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle here, prior to me driving to pickup the vehicle the salesman told me the history of the vehicle but when I showed up and asked for vehicle history and carfax, it was completely different from what I was told over the phone, carfax and mechanical history did not add up, and not only that but the inside of the vehicle was dirty, smelly, and the sterio screen was very blurry (not functional) so then they offered me a $200 credit to buy a new one, really? I mean if the vehicle needs new tires and some other necessary repairs before driving off the lot is it ok to just offer a fraction of the actual cost of repair? I didnt think so. Not only is this unethical but very unprofessional as well. As a customer you should never be asked to buy parts for a vehicle youre intending to purchase in order for it to be functional. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!.
I recently purchased a 08 WRX STI from Chicago Auto Place. I worked with Reeve, he was more than willing to answer any and every question I had over the phone and online. My only issue with the place is that the music in the building is a little loud but other than that theyre really transparent about the whole car buying experience. Would I shop here again? Yes, I would.
I have been going to the service department to get my car fixed for the past 6 months now and it is the best experience of my life. Brendon the service advisor always takes care of me and gives me great prices. The mechanics fix my car excellent everytime. I love coming to chicago auto place to get my vehicle serviced! Overall Great experience every time!
The staff were incredibly proficient in their jobs and all around very professional in every aspect. They handled any issues and questions I had and I was able find the vehicle I needed that worked best for me. Would definitely recommend and will be coming here again in the future.
Recently bought a car here with a friend and basically we have thrown our money in the trash. The sales guy told me the car was fine, and actually it looked like. There was a weird sound when I tested it, but besides that it seemed it was ok. He told me he would have fixed the problem and that he would have delivered the car to me completely fixed. I had received the car a week later, the weird sound had disappeared but only for a couple of days; then, it came back. I tried to contact them to explain the issue and to tell them I need the car fixed. The sound was related to the brakes. They did nothing; in addition to that, even the brakes after a week started to whistle. After going to the mechanic, I have been told that these guys had reset the engine light in order to sell it. Therefore, not only there were issues with the brakes, but also with the engine. On top of that, after contacting them again for the issue, they said they cant do anything cause the sales guy that sold me the car had been fired. Besides the dishonesty of the sales guy, the dealer itself had the same behaviour; I dont care if you have fired that guy: your employees and their behaviours are under your responsibility, even if they do not work with you anymore. I did not sign the contract with the sales person, but with the dealer. Moreover, I dont believe that the guy himself had reset the engine light; he was not a mechanic so I guess more people of the dealership are involved. I am talking about a almost brand new car, that has less than 50,000 miles. I dont even imagine what they do with cars older than the one I got.I WISH I COULD HAVE RATE THIS DEALER WITH 0 STARS BUT UNFORTUNATELY 1 IS THE MINIMUM. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima in October. By far Chicago Auto Place offered the best price around which happened to be well below blue book value. Ive had the car for about two months and there have neen zero issues. They were very upfront and even provided me a Carfax on the vechicle. I went through my local credit union for financing, but the lender Justyna at Chicago Auto Place did go over my rates on my loan to ensure that I was getting a great deal. The sales agent we worked with was Rob and he was very personable and friendly. Id highly recommend this dealership.
Submitted an inquiry through car gurus on a car. Robert contacted me the next morning. I specified that first I would like the carfax then I could set up a viewing the next day which would request a 3rd party inspection from my mechanic in New Lenox. Note the location of the shop was discussed before my visit. It was said to be of no issue so long as they understood I was serious and we could reasonably agree to a price, essentially so I dont have a number far below what theyre willing to accept. Understandable.I arrived to the dealer just after lunch the next day as planned. I asked to see Robert and he was apparently busy, so a seemingly less experienced, and honestly was unaware of the previous agreement, showed me the car. I began giving it the once over noting some obvious issues. I then explained I had setup a 3rd party inspection and would like to take it there for a test drive time as well. The accociate then went back to speak with a manager while I continued to inspect the car in the show room. He returned to ask for my willingness to provide a deposit on the vehicle that would be refundable, a exact amount wasnt discussed, but I was taken back a bit as this has never been my experience with any dealer in this stage of purchasing. It was also discussed that we be in the ball park of cost of the vehicle. I agreed with the accociate that I did understand the price was actually very good but in no way would I make an official offer without inspection and in my mind I would expect a some room for negotiation per anything found during inspection that would influence the cost the of vehicle. Audis are not cheap to repair...He returned to the management to see what he could do.. He returned with another manager who I cannot remember the name of, and this is when the entire situation changed...I explained I am only confident moving forward with a 3rd party inspection after a non-biased inspection from my mechanic. Also noted, my mechanics close friend actually works at the audi dealer it was most recently serviced at for the last 4 years, was willing to help with the inspection. The manager was unwilling to agree to this at all, first offering to take the car themselves to the shop, then once he learned it was in New Lenox, said it was too far and told me I should take it to a local audi dealer. Which I was unwilling to agree to as I value an unbiased opinion outside of a dealer. He explained that their insurance wouldnt cover it as they had a previous situation where a engine was removed from a car during a inspection. Which Im sorry to hear of, but dont assume this of your customers. You will have the car I drove there as a collateral, along with my DL and insurance information...he seems to believe that this is not a process that anyone does.. Well it has been for me before so....But he was in no agreement and told me to have a nice day. We both walked away at that point.I was planning on viewing about 3 other cars there. But I dont believe I will ever return after this situation. I did email Robert expressing my disappointment on the matter, and I will only return if everything is in place for me to come in and take the car for the inspection per my terms.I have test driven many cars in this situation for 24 hours. Never having to make a deposit, agree to a price or only go where they wanted me to go... My last time I requested this process was with a Ford dealer for a f350 dually and I was in and out of that dealer within 5 minutes with the vehicle I requested for the next 24 hours to inspect and test drive. No one batted an eye twice at the situation.Sorry that was lengthy, but that has been my experience today. Again, if they wish to apologize for the situation and want to have it ready for me to inspect as previously agreed, I would in fact move forward as planned. But this was too sketchy for me to agree to in any way.
This is the worst business ever. They are non professional. This dealership is worst then Matildas dad. The staff ignore you then whisper remarks amongst each other. Purchased vehicle from them 3/23/19 car overheats on highway 3/29/19, we take vehicle into their service department 3/30/19 they refused to keep and and thoroughly inspect. John in service department refuses to give documentation of our visit, argues with fiance. Due to Chicago Auto place unable to assist until following Tuesday we take car to Lexus of Arlington Heights for proper diagnostics, They conclude needs a head gasket, amongst many other things. I returned to Chicago Auto Place 04/04 John and Jack Wisznicki with Chicago Auto place advised They did us a favor by replacing thermostat. After thermostat replaced on 04/04 I get 7 minutes away from the dealership and the vehicle still over heats. I return to service dept. and began recording experience, Jack Wisznicki gets aggravated by me and aggressively slams garage door down and locks entrence to service department. Since my 6 year old and I had been there all day Stephanie in service dept. Decided to give us a loaner. On 04/05 without my knowledge or consent the loaner is taken and my vehicle is left in the visitors parking of my apartment complex leaving me with no transportation because they gave no one keys. Hours after Jone is frantically calling me requesting the keys to the loaner. Here we are 04/06 I have key to loaner, no key to my car, still have not had the chance to test drive my vehicle for all I know they may have towed it here.
We bought a Trailblazer from them on Labor Day. I should have known something was fishy when they said they were going to go detail it, which then turned into we are going to do an oil change on it. Which then turned into, they needed to keep it over night because they wanted to put new break pads on and couldnt get the parts until then. The car ran ok for about a week and then started leaking trans fluid. Then the exhaust started making noise. Then the rear wheel started making a rattling noise.Took it into my mechanic and they said breaks were never done. In fact we only have 10% of our rear pads left. They had rigged the the trans lines to seem fine full well knowing it was going to leak. Need an exhaust manifold, rear evac, rotors, break pads, and the list goes on. By the time we are done it will be almost $2000 worth of repairs. Plus they had some shady loan company call us to ask a bunch of questions that we had already answered at the dealership, but the guy wanted to make sure I knew he was recording me.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Dont go to this dealership. These people are nothing but liars and will tell you anything to get your money. I put a down payment for the vehicle drove it off the lot and after 2 days had issues with the AC and other mechanical problems , I took it in to get it fixed 3 weeks after since I have a very busy schedule , then they hold my car and tell me the financing didnt go through ? When they told me first I was approved? Afterwards they tell me they dont finance for uber drivers? I asked the sales representative and manager if they do before I purchased the car, they said yes first and switch the story up when the vehicle was purchased and is getting repaired . These people didnt want to give me my money back, did not let me get my things out of the car, they refused to give me my license plates back, ignored my calls and refused to let me remove my city sticker from the vehicle. After continuously calling them and having to go in multiple times, having to contact a lawyer, they finally gave me my refund and let me remove my city sticker but said they got rid of my license plates. If you still decide to get a vehicle here after reading this review good luck.
Brendon the service advisor always treat me great when I come into the service.the mechanics fix my cars perfect every time.very helpful and knowledgeable with my cars. Justyna in sales is very kind and friendly and aslo treats me very well when I need help getting a car or financing. I highly recommend coming to Chicago auto place for your next car or service
Ive been to several dealerships in the Chicago-land area this past week. I visited Chicago Auto in Bensenville just yesterday afternoon. As I was browsing through their merchandise, a nice young lady by the name of Kelsey greeted me with a very professional handshake, and a friendly smile 😀 She showed me around a bit. She was an outstanding customer service representative, answered all the questions I had for her. I had actually then been called into work at the time. So, I reluctantly had to run 🏃 Although, Im confident that my experience there at Chicago Auto Place with Kelsey will be the reason why I drive out of there in a new car very soon! Thanks again, Kelsey, and all the nice people of Chicago Auto Place. You guys rock!!
I just bought an Escalade from this dealer and I am very impressed and very happy with my purchase. I couldnt feel more satisfied with my purchase. My saleswoman was Norma and she is AMAZING! From calling me and texting me even after / before dealer hours to make sure she answered all my questions, to taking the time while I looked over the vehicle, she was NOT pushy at all and very helpful!
Great place to buy a used truck! 6 stars !!!Nice staff and a pristine clean show room with a variety of designer cars - fun to admire while they crunch numbers for yah :)$.Found exactly what I was looking for- they were able to take me in and have me driving on the E way within an hour and a half. The truck runs great 👍 - put your hard earned bands into a car from Chicago auto !
Recently purchased a 2006 325xi from here. Reeve was super helpful and patient and allowed me to check over everything on the car before purchasing. He had no problem with me seeing the underside up on the lift and while looking under the car, we noticed a broken suspension sensor. Without me even asking, the mechanic ordered up a new one and installed it while I waited. They gave me a more than fair amount on my trade-in (2006 VW GTI) and the whole process was as pleasing as buying a used car can be.

2021-08-04I searched long and hard for an exclusive Black Widow Silverado and found it at Chicago Auto Place. I picked up the phone and called from California. Jorge answered the phone and kindly assisted me remotely. He was fast and very efficient. The deal was wrapped up in a couple days. Jorge even arranged transportation and had the my California plates processed for me. I’ve been a General Sales Manager for 20 years in the auto industry and wish I had more professionals like Jorge at my dealership. Thank you Jorge!! Keep up the great work!!

2022-05-02Saturday was my first time at Chicago Auto Place and it was my best experience ever buying a vehicle hands down. My sales associate was Rob and I’ve already told about 10 other people and will continue to refer my friends and family to him. The whole process couldn’t have been any easier. This is how buying a car should be no pressure and nice and smooth from beginning to end.
