The chairs were awesome- great quality, sturdy, beautiful and delivered right on schedule. The office staff were incredibly easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend!
I cant say enough good things about this company. I did A LOT of shopping around and they were the best price for the beautiful gold and black chairs I needed. They were very responsive and accommodating- I had to move my date a year due to COVID and also needed an after midnight pickup in Downtown Chicago. The quality was great and just as every bride wants on her big day, I never spoke to them the day of. They followed my direction and contacted my coordinators and handled it all. Also they were able to reserve a general number and narrow down 10 days before the event for an exact count, which saved me money. Look no further!

Ordered these chairs for my backyard wedding. Everyone thought they looked so nice, and they were very comfortable. Delivery and pick-up was on-time and very quick. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone and plan on using them again for my next event.
I had a great experience with YourDay Rentals. The chairs were in excellent condition and looked beautiful! They were affordable, and also had wonderful customer service. I initially put a deposit down for 330 chairs prior to COVID, and when my wedding numbers drastically changed because of this, they allowed me to only rent what I needed without charging me for the additional chairs I no longer needed. They were very understanding and it was great to do business with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for event chairs!
Great service! Our wedding was 11/17/18 and we were referred to Your Day Events for our Chiavari chairs. We went to the office, saw all the style of chairs and decor ( a lot to choose from!) and decided with the gold chair and ivory seat. THEY made the room so elegant. The price was the best we found. Delivery to the hall and pick up at 2am was effortless with them. Very lovely company to work with. I would use this company again, as well as recommend to anyone. Your Day Event Rentals was absolutely wonderful! We asked them to deliver chairs on a Thursday for a Saturday wedding and they did with no problem. They were very accommodating and great to work with. The price per chair was excellent unlike other companies who charge way too much. There was a deliver fee which was completely reasonable. We paid a great price for everything all together. I wish other companies were like this for weddings.
My wedding was this past Saturday December 7th and we ordered black chair with white cushions and it put a classy spin on things for us. We absolutely loved the whole vibe of our wedding and got many compliments on the chairs. We had over 250 guest and Colleen and her team were by far the best price around, some think with such a low price you may not receive quality but that it certainly not the case with Your day chair rentals! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for elegant rentals and would use them again if needed. The promptness to emails and any questions I had was excellent and was easily the easiest vendor we used on our special day. It has been a pleasure planning my event and having Your Day as one of the vendors. They are very responsive and professional in what they do. They have also been very accommodating with the changes occurring due to Covid. We had to downsize our guest count and they were able to change the number while keeping the same rate as initially offered. Other places are giving credits to future events but this place has been so helpful in such a difficult time. Everything looked beautiful and I am glad I went with Your Day!
I am SO incredibly thankful we found this company. Colleen was a delight to work with, super helpful and always very kind. We ordered 123 chairs for our wedding and they arrived in beautiful condition and early which is always extremely appreciated. Colleen worked with us on using ivory seat covers with white cushions underneath to give the seats a lighter ivory color, allowing us a more custom look (which we greatly appreciated). The chairs were beautiful and sturdy and actually 1/3 of the price of any other chair rental in the Chicagoland area! I cannot recommend this company (and Colleen!) enough if you are needing beautiful Chiavari chairs without breaking the bank.
I really appreciated this company. They were very friendly and professional. Also, the items I ordered came at the exact time of delivery and the same for pick up. I ordered the Chivari Gold chairs, they were inexpensive ordering from this site opposed to others I have come across. My event was beautiful as well! Andy and Colleen were AMAZING! I ordered 440 silver chiavari chairs for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning! He even was okay with me changing my number from the original quote. None of the chairs were scratched or had dirty cushions. The beat part was that I didnt have to coordinate the chair delivery with the banquet hall. Andy took care of all of it! One less thing I had to worry about on my wedding day. They really are the best deal in town. I heard a few other companies quotes before choosing the best one for my day. Im so glad I did! Your Day Event Rentals was great to work with! For my large wedding, they were able to set up 400 chairs. My wedding day was more complex than normal, and I required half the chairs to be set up in the morning and the other half to come later in the afternoon. Your Day Event Rentals made it a breeze and it was one less thing I had to worry about that day. They came both times and set up the chairs in a timely fashion, and all of the chairs were in excellent condition. They are really easy to work with, have the best prices of any chair vendor Ive seen in the Chicagoland area, and are really friendly and nice, which is always a great bonus! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again myself for future events.

We used them for our wedding of 300+ guests. They were amazing! All I had to do what give the contact information of the reception and they did the rest. Super easy to work with. The chairs ARE NOT flimsy at all. Very sturdy and look brand new. I 100% recommend them. (and no I do not know them personally or anything like that for a biased review)
Andy & Colleen were instrumental in making sure our receptions chairs were one last thing for our families and I to worry about. They got in on time, came well after guests had left, and provided an A+++ service while *still* keeping their rates reasonable and fair. My experience with Your Day Event Rentals was wonderful! For the drop-off the team actually arrived on site early before I got there and when I told them I couldnt make it until the scheduled time they had no issue waiting. Once the unload began it was a very smooth process and everyone was friendly and very helpful. I found this company through Google they were awsome, timely and great communication. The chairs were clean free from scratches and dirt. I recommend them hands down... I wanted to raye them a 10 but it only go up to 5. Because customer service and satisfaction is a 10 for me!

2022-06-13Amazing service, great communication and they updated me frequently about the chairs needed at my wedding reception. Delivery was prompt and they easily handled setting and removal without me needing to do anything. Chairs were at a much more reasonable price than most where the hotel at my event was asking almost 2x for the exact same chairs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Chiavari chairs for their event.

We were able to coordinate everything perfectly over email exchanges, and they were even willing to make several quote updates for me due to the uncertainties we dealt with regarding guest count related to planning a COVID wedding. Their rates were much lower than what our venue was offering for gold Chiavari chairs, and they did drop offs and pick ups the same day. It was truly seamless, would highly recommend!

2018-06-25I used Your Day Event Rentals for my June 23, 2018, wedding at Danada House. Both Andy and Colleen were great to work with and were prompt with their responses to my phone calls and emails. The company charges $4 per chair, as well as a $100 delivery fee. They delivered, as well as picked up, 185 gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions at the exact times I had requested. I was so nervous about going over my rental time at the venue and being charged extra, but I had nothing to worry about. The set-up and take-down of the chairs turned out exactly how I wanted. Great company to work with!
