I had originally called in regards to insurance whether or not the accepted a picture of it instead of the physical copy and they said yes. I had to get some blood work done but, I never thought it would be this fast! Everyone in there us super friendly, and welcoming!
I called to ask a couple questions that were of a sensitive topic and the receptionist was very rude short and off putting. I paid no attention to that and thought maybe she was having a bad day but when I went in the whole office seemed to be very annoyed and rude. Would not recommend going there they clearly hate their jobs and dont have any sympathy for their patients.
As usual the visit went very well. the doctor was very kind and considerate. He explained everything concerning my condition, in a way that I understood his recommendation for treatment.
Very professional and courteous..Staff was prompt and very knowledgeable..I would highly recommend them and glad to have gone to this particular urgent care
The doctor is excellent and did a professional work as if he had a lot of experience also the nurses are polite and friendly well what can I say all the staff is great.
Eh.. guess it depends whos working there, last lady made me feel terrible about it going there after I waited 2 hrs for x-ray results they were given 3 days prior, its like I had to remind them about it, but yea this lady who was the doctor basically told me to stop going there in the nicest way possible told me to start going to the e.r, instead of there, the e.r? For non emergencies. Ok, but until her I had felt great about this place, ig it depends whos on staff I would still recommend it based on how the people at the front desk treat u and other doctors there are very sympathetic and seem to take you serious but this last doctor, she was awful maybe just having a bad day but Im trying to avoid her from hear on out

Easy to get appointment but Doctor is incompetent. Messed up my MRI order and then asked that I come back in so they can fix it. Terrible bedside manner too. Will not recommend.

This place is weird and requires people to take a urine sample just to see the see dr for something as irrelevant as an ear ache?? They made us wait over an hour and their medical staff is very rude. Would never come here again

I WAS OFF WITH COVID FOR 2 WEEKS AND I NEEDED PAPERWORK FILLED FOR FMLA FOR MY JOB ABSENCE .... IM GRATEFUL THE PAPERWORK WAS FILLED OUT BY DOCTOR JOHANNA MONTOYA BECAUSE THE PAPER CHASE IS THE MOST STRESSFUL ASPECT OF THE CLINIC VISIT. THANK YOU.

My family and I went to this location to get Covid tested and a worker named Nina help us out with our paper work and told us what to expect for the test. She called us in less then 30 min after to give our results which was great since most places make you wait days for an email or call . she was very helpful
Took my son for a possible ear infection and sure enough thats what it was. The doctor was so nice to my son and showed compassion. Made him feel comfortable. The m.a. who took my sons vitals was so nice too. We probably waited half an hour for the whole thing. Very fast!!! Thank you so much.

All of the staff at Cermak Immediate Care were super kind. Check in was very quick and easy and the receptionist was patient and knowledgeable. The nurses were very kind and friendly with my sick son. The doctor was knowledgeable and very down to earth, giving me honest answers and actually showed concern and sympathy for my son. Also, the entire staff is fluent in English and Spanish. I would definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.
No appointments available but did a walk in for covid test… solvhealth showed like 50 people ahead of me but the wait was about 40 minutes to get tested. Rapid results were pretty fast. Overall, good experience unlike other covid testing cites.
Got an appointment online, very fast and easy. Once I got there the following day, the check In was easy and smooth. The waiting time to be called was a little over 10 minutes as I was seeing a doctor and not just getting tests done. Very respectful doctors and nurses. They actually ran extra tests on my daughter in order to give an accurate diagnosis on what she had.
I got seen pretty quick, the nurse was really nice and gentle when she took blood out and did some test. Doctor was nice and prescribed me meds .
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and I knew no matter what Id get great care. I travel nearly an hour just to go here!
Reception is useless, they have no idea of services offered. They didnt know the difference between the covid tests, and wouldnt even ask the doctor to assist me. I asked for wifi password so I can look up testing requirements for my destination country, but they just say they dont know the password. I ask if they accept Amex as payment, again they just say we dont know, try. What is your job exactly??
The center is convenient cause its close to home.Staff is friendly & welcoming when you go to clinic, however whoever answers the phones so rudely made me drop them down two stars. You ask questions and they give you the nastiest attitude. Horrible customer service skills !!! When I go to clinic I will be reporting this to a manager !!!
Excellent medical facility and staff. The check in staff, nurse and physician assistant is professional, pleasant and I felt like my concerns were heard. I was not rushed. Quick and efficient. And of course staff is Spanish and English speaking.The building doesnt look like much from the outside. Once youre inside you will find a bright, clean and modern facility. Kudos to the design team.While waiting in the exam roomthere is a tablet where you can watch short videos about various health related issues like nutrition and fitness and other topics. You probably wont have much time to do this though because the wait time is so short.

Everyone I came across in Immediate clinic was super friendly and so nice. I wish my doctors office was this lively and friendly. I was called in fairly quickly from the waiting area and maybe waited about 2 minutes for the doctor to coming in after checking in with the medical assistant. Amazing staff and service.
The girls at the front desk deny me a walk in they said I had to get an app witch is a lie the place was completely today is Dec 20th time is 7pm. There were people calling the clinic but they were too busy chatting kept telling people on hold acting like kids hitting Each other with Folders telling each other no you do it.. my son is 9 no place is allowed to deny a visitI never once hadI never once had an issue

I needed my son to be seen ASAP for a possible fracture. I walked in with my son checked in and was seen within 20 min. I then received a follow up call to come in for a follow. I received the necessary paperwork and was on my way. To be quite honest, I was hesitant to have him seen at an immediate care facility but they definitely made my son and I feel comfortable and all my questions answered.

I was very disappointed in how careless & carefree the young lady at the desk was. For this to be a Covid testing site there was no hand sanitizer available no disinfectant wipes NOTHING! Upon arriving to the desk to check in you have to check in on a tablet/ipad that is set up for patients however everyone is touching the screen. When it was my turn to register i asked do they have a wipe or hand santizer. The young lady repiled in a nasty way NO! I asked, how is this safe? She reply I dont know thats what you have to use. I responded the young lady before me is here also for a text what if she sick & i am coming behind her using the same device. I had to go in my purse & spray the device with my personal disinfectant spray. Highly upset about the service of the clerk & the disregard that covid is still very much relevant! Your a clinic for goodness sake! That definitely needs to be addressed! Unhappy patient
They are a very busy clinic but some of the receptionist are actually friendly and always multitasking. I always go there. Average waiting time but super fast results.

This Medical Center (in my experience and opinion) is a business scam. I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureaus). I had gone there the first time when they were doing the Covid testing around the back door of the office. Im not sure if they are with that office or with another business just for Covid testing. Had no problem with the girl that did my test was very nice and professional.The 2nd time I went was a disaster; I went to the urgent care unit because I had a bad ear pain and scratchy throat plus a slight temperature. I know my body- I knew there was some kind of infection going on. I work at Northwestern Hospital Downtown over 20yrs. but figured Id go to the nearest Immediate care instead of driving downtown.To make a long story short: Took 35 mins after I checked in to be called to the patient room. 5 minutes later the front receptionist comes in she ask me why I was there today and I told her, how I was feeling, so she walks out and comes in with two sticks to (in her words to take swabs/samples) sticks one down my throat and one in my nose to test sample. (Strange thing when she was walking out, I realized there was no cotton on the end of the sticks) I thought it was strange but it really didnt click in right away. Ten minutes later the P. A. walks in and introduces herself as Dr. Montoya (shes a P.A. Physicians Assistant), tells me I was negative on both test, and not to worry everything is fine. Mind you she did NO Exam of throat or ears or physical, not even temperature. I was so upset at this point, I got up and on my way out I said NO I know my body there is something definitely wrong with me and walked out.Anyway, the next day I was feeling worst then the day before so I went downtown to Northwestern Immediate Care where they took swabs of my throat and nose (with cotton on the ends) and I was diagnosed with an ear infection & strep throat.Now here comes the best part- Cermak Immediate Care charged my insurance BC/BS PPO almost $400. and have been sending me bills for $24.00 my part of the visit. I called billing and said I am not paying this and why Im not paying it. I still get the $24.00 bill, but I will not pay it and I am talking with the BBB to do an investigation on this facility. I think they are scamming insurance companies and most people are none the wiser. All the good reviews are friends and family. Im pretty sure.
I’ve gone here only here for covid testing. It’s quick, simple, and the staff is friendly. I’ve never had any issues. Staff is well organized. I’ve gone with appt and as a walk-in and the process is speedy.
This was my return visit and the support staff and nursing team were just as considerate and professional as during my first visit. The facility is very clean. I’m very happy with the care I have received. I like that the staff is bilingual and very welcoming to all patients. Keep up the great work and Thank You!

Had an appointment for 1030 am it is now 1205 & im still waiting . I do understand patience but to what extent ? Im just here waiting in my car for a call because that little waiting room is jammed packed with people waiting in the hallway . It’s a mad house . 2 front desk clerks are overworked and I’m pretty sure underpaid and that’s sad . I don’t understand what was the purpose of an appointment if I still have yet to be seen for a test that takes 10 min max

I took my son for a sports physical for basketball tryouts because his PCP had nothing available immediately. Wed gone to Cermak Immediate Care before for other services. Cermak Immediate Care got us in and out quickly. Dr. Robbie was very thorough. The ENTIRE staff was friendly and helpful.
Wait was about an hour as a walk in. The front desk girls were polite. The nurse was nice, talkative and friendly. The doctor was ok, very brief and not too informative besides telling me what medicine he was going to give me. I had to ask him what the diagnosis was and he didnt tell me anything else really. I wouldve liked to know the affects, any precautions to take, what the medicine was going to do, how to take it. I didnt ask because it was the end of the day and they all seemed to be counting the minutes to leave.
The staff was very friendly. Checking in was fast and easy. The doctor answered all my questions and the medical assistant or nurse, she was so sweet and fast at her job, which was great!
I had one visit to this location and I was not only very impressed by the care and assistance of the staff, but I was also extremely grateful for time they took to take care of my son. I was here recently and I was having a really bad day and they totally helped me out with the exam and tests that I needed done. Super friendly staff and very kind hearted. Would def recommend especially if youre a mom. They completely understand. They went above and beyond with their service.

I scheduled my appointment online and added the info that was needed. Got to my appointment 15 minutes early and the ladies let me in. I was out within 10 minutes, waited in the car and the results were ready within 15 minutes. The ladies were friendly and everything ran smoothly. As long as you follow instructions, you shouldn’t have a complain

I visited to get a covid test at the beginning of this year. The service was quick and dealt with a great level of professionalism. However, the billing department (if they have one) was a disaster. I dialed the billing number in the invoice only to be passed between 3 different people who I needed to explain the request for my call each time and were just answering the phone with hello and I needed to figure out that it was someone else since they wouldnt even advise me that Id be talking to a new person.I then call the Cermak Immediate Care center to request the information and the receptionist stated I needed to send an email to their billing department since they couldnt help me over the phone. Forward 3+ months later from my email and I never received a response.
I still haven’t received any lab results or reports and it’s been past a week now they never got back to me.

This is not immediate care. Its to our convenience care very time I called, I was just left on hold. No on every picked back up. Over an hour of trying and nothing. If you want to see for yourself that they are unprofessional then just try calling them. Youll be on hold for hours. Qith no service.
Ive been here a few times and it was great. So great I called yesterday to schedule a Covid test for my son today. The untrained young girl on the phone told me that I didn’t need an appointment. I asked questions and she reassured me we didn’t need an appointment, we can come in anytime and there are no restrictions, just bring my sons insurance. So I got there today at 7:39 pm (because I do work) and I was refused service. They stopped taking walk ins at 7:30pm... I was late 9 minutes!!!! Mind you it was pouring!!!!! Turns out they took the next guy behind me because he made an appointment online. I was also told they met their limit of 100 walkins for they day and had gone over by 47. So they took 47 extra walk ins, we were 9 mins late... which one is it? Why wouldn’t they take one more child!?!?! None of this was told to me over the phone when I called the day before. Convienently nobody who was working there when I walked in worked the night before or was a Manager on-site. Really upset this happened because my son came back from Mexico yesterday and his Covid test results were thrown out by accident and he needs a negative test to return to summer camp, he will miss out on a field trip they are taking all because this clinic is incompetent and don’t know how to train the staff and communicate the appropriate information. As much as they were “sorry” I’m also sorry I had to share this horrible experience.
The entire staff was so friendly and positive. Highly recommend this immediate care! They were able to get my sibling in and out with no appointment for a school physical. Even a 9 yo was completely comfortable seeing the physician due to her positive attitude.

From the moment I stepped into the door, I was greeted with rudeness. Then I was unprofessionally refused care and not even told when I could come back another day. The receptionist said the doctor left early. Shocking because there was 3 receptionist and NO doctor. This office seems to be insensistive and have lack tolerance for other ethnicity outside of the demographic in the area. I will never go back to this location and I will encourage others not to as well. This place lacks proper patience service and professionalism!
If you need to get a rapid covid antigen test this is the place to go. Booking is easy online , I arrived about a half hour early, waited 10 minutes , and I was in. They also stated results take about 25 minutes , but I got mine in under 10. They also did the PNC test too just to make sure. I will get those results today!

Great people working here. Came here for some testing and didn’t realize it involved getting blood drawn. For some unreasonable reason I’ve always had a phobia of needles, especially blood drawn/IV. Been avoiding this stuff for a long time. Today I had to finally cross that bridge and deal with it. I was as nervous as I’ve ever been, but everyone was understanding about it. The male physician( Ramal?) was the most helpful. He did the blood work himself and pretty much held my hand during this. It was easy, didn’t really feel a thing. In the end, he helped me cross that bridge and I’m very thankful for it. It may seem like nothing, but this was a big deal for me. You guys helped me get through this silly fear. Thank you.
Called to obtain information regarding COVID-19 testing. Was put on hold for over 10 minutes then they hung up. Called again 3x after that and was immediately placed on hold again for over 10 minutes. Horrible Customer Service!

The staff and doctors there are fantastic. I live out in Elgin. This is my Primary care physicians, that itself should say a lot.What i love about this place is that the level of service here is so good. They go way beyond the norm. They are so informed and have a great network of affiliates. From the common Cold to Cancer they have you covered. I recommend this place all the time. Its a clean facility and that is important. The whole staff is so nice and patient as well bilingual Spanish and English.
In my recent visit to Cermak Immediate Care I went for a refill of my medication because my primary was out of town. I was treated promptly by the front desk staff who were very polite. The clinic was very clean and ran efficiently. I had a great experience with the doctor and will definitely be going back. I will be recommending this clinic to my family and friends. 🙂🙂🙂
I got tested for Covid here, the nurse was very nice and gentle. HOWEVER, the front desk receptionist was very rude. First of all she was NOT wearing a mask, sits all the way to the left when u face the desk. Then she gave me attitude bc I asked the phone number they have on file for me. I never received a call from them to make a patient portal and was never notified my results were in. I was forced to go into the office to get my results and be exposed to a highly trafficked area along with a non-mask wearer in a Dr. office.

Being in lower income community I think it’s ridiculous that you are charging 95$ dollars for a Covid test. With people out of work or working less how is that suppose to help us? When I made the appointment the lady did not inform me that the test cost that much. And then to not get the test results 4 days later when other places are doing 2-3 day and those are free. And I had to call to get the test results they didn’t not email them to me. Another thing is that when I have my number so they can call us to go and get tested. I have gotten more then 5 unknown callers a day. Are you not keeping the numbers safe?? I am very disappointed in this immediate care. I will not recommend going there nor will I be back.
I stopped here to get tested for Covid. The nurse that helped me was wonderful! However the receptionist at the front desk was very rude, and unprofessional. Very glad that she was not a representation of the entire staff, because if she was I would not be using them again. But she needs to understand that reception is someones first impression, and that she needs to be respectful to the people coming into the clinic. If it wasnt for her I would be giving 5 stars.
My 15 year old had all the Covid symptoms.I googled this place. Such a fast and wonderful service. The staff and provider were very attentive and professional.They got back to me in 2 days about my daughters results. I will come again if I need to.Highly recommend it.
Avoid this place at all costs. They will scam you any way they can. My last visit they failed to tell me there was no Dr. Available only a nurse practitioner, I would have never wasted my time here. By the time i found out it wasnt a Dr. I was already in the room. The nurse practitioner seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. They did flu tests and said they were negative. They very next day i went to a real Dr. They gave me the same tests which came back positive for flu b and i was actually treated. Now they ware trying to double charge me for a past visit. I have been here as a self pay patient before the fee was either $95 or $99 i dont recall exactly. When i got insurance they were unable to verify it so they said I would have to pay for the visit upfront which was either $95 or $99 and i did. Now theyre double charging me for a visit i already paid for because they still billed my insurance after I already paid. This has to be some kind of fraud stay away from them.
Took my 8yr old son for a covid test since the school needed one cause he has a runny nose. No wait, test done in seconds, and he giggled through the process. Staff was extra friendly and polite.
This clinic is really professional, very friendly , very patient , & really amazing . Especially front desk . Saira the receptionist is really amazing she is really caring & very nice & kind . She is also respectful. I love how she treated me well & made me an appointment to get tested for covid knowing exactly that they were fully booked that day & she took some of her time to set me up an appointment with all of my information . I am so glad that there is people like Saira . Cermak has the best employer .

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Went in just to get a COVID test and was charged a co-pay for a doctor visit just for having my vitals taken by the nurse providing the test which were not necessary for the COVID test itself. I emailed the office several times regarding this and some solicitation mail I received after the test and have not received a response to date. I also called multiple times and was transferred around and given attitude regarding my questions. I do not recommend this office, there are other test sites more professional, friendly and efficient.
Great environment and fast services except hope you dont have to deal with a P.A. names Filimon Ramos he is the rudest person to ever work in the medical field very nasty attitude rude and disrespectful to women and children he made the visit there a nightmare dont ever want to encounter him again stay away from Filimon Ramos when you go there.

I had a walk in appointment and the service was super fast. They asked me what I was there for and gave me a diagnosis. They seemed genuinely concerned. The nurses and assistants were all super professional. When the doctor got there he got straight to the point, which I liked because Im not huge on the small talk. He was also fast and professional and made sure at the end I got any questions I had answered.
Receptionists very rude and not wearing masks upon arrival. I received dirty looks and attitude from the moment I stepped in there.I filled out what they needed me to and gave them my insurance.I misplaced my debit card because I ran out in a hurry (Very much my fault) and when I asked if they could bill me the receptionist made a VERY exaggerated sigh of disgust. I said I was running to my car and left.Rather sit with an ear infection and go somewhere else than be treated with disrespect.Customer service is a simple concept.

I love this clinic all the staff is nice and friendly & super patient with you . The receptionsts and the nurses are really amazing . Saira the receptionist is amazing she is really patient and really knows how to do her job . If you need any help ask Saira to help you i always call to ask for her to set me up appointments. Very nice experience today! Made an appointment for a Covid test, friendly staff, got seen quickly, and results should be back 48-72 business hours. I was a little confused by the directions to go around the back of the building to the alley, but quickly got it all figured out. Recommend their facility.
I really had a great experience here . I came here because i was sick and i got seen by the doctor immediately i didnt have to wait long. Front desk are really nice . Dr. Thakkar is such an amazing doctor really informative and nice. Saira, bianca, and isabela are good and kind employees from cermak .
They were very organized and efficient in the covid testing. All staff members were kind and pleasant. They also lent me a shovel because I got stuck in the parking lot. Plus its great to get the results right away.

I had been sick for some time and started to have difficulty breathing. I Googled urgent care places and saw the positive reviews of Cermak Immediate Care. Well, I will add to these reviews with a very positive response. The office is clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The doctor was very professional, empathetic and thorough, explaining each thing that she was doing. After getting several breathing treatments I walked out extremely impressed with all who work here. If/when I find myself sick again I will go here first. I highly recommend this clinic and will also tell all my friends to go here.
Ladies in the front were very friendly. Got to my appointment about 15 min early and they let us go in. Waited about 10 minutes for our results, they called me to go inside for the form and out! They were professional

I was in desperate need for a Doctor, it was sunday. I had called 20 different immediate care centers. All had 2-4 hour wait time due to covid. I didnt want to go to the ER. So I called Cermak Immediate Care, booked an appointment. My insurance was accepted and got seen within 15 mins of walking in. The Dr was so professional and answer all questions I had. Every one was so friendly, medication was sent to pharmacy before I left. So I didnt have to wait long at all. Great clinic to go to, very flexible. I definitely will be coming back.
Hello,I’m not sure to whom I should speak to.I’ve been a patient at your facility for years. Unfortunately, I brought my son in for testing & medicine and one of your front desk staff got completely belligerent with me. Her Name was Angela! I brought my son in for covid testing and never received the prescription for his medication for an entire week! Unfortunately, I called and spoke to angela, she hung up on me twice & said yes she know she was rude. She’ll let the owner know? I was totally out done! I’ve never experienced disrespect like that in my life! I hope this reaches the right person because anyone dealing with an issue should not have to deal with that level of disrespect I was simply trying to get the prescription for my son who’s already dealing with other issues.One bad apple can ruin the entire bunch!And my son still doesn’t have his medicine due to Angela
I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. Ive managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment. The staff is great and the Doctors have fabulous bedside manners. Im very impressed with this facility. Dr. Thakkar is very caring and nice, he will not rush and always makes you feel confortable. If your looking for a clinic where you can get the care and attention you need this is the one.

I left after waiting 4 hours in Loyola hospital waiting room . Called these lovely people and they took me in ASAP!!! The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The Dr. T listens and gets you fixed up and out the door ! Fast service and wonderful staff! I recommend if you need a quick fix me up ! I’ll would go here ! You can also make appointments online !

First time coming here and would not recommend. First visit I came for covid testing which wasnt so bad. The wait time wasnt so bad and i was offered a flu test which isnt comfortable. Second visit i came, everything was great, I was assisted right away and reps were professional. However, they never wrote down or kept track of my flu test from the previous visit. Which i had to take all over again. A minor inconvenience but i was ok with it at the time because of well everything was going. I was referred to an xray specialist nearby. Third visit came for follow up lab results and to talk about them. They had lost my place in line for almost 2 hours until i finally spoke up and they rushed to get me in. All that just for the doctor to not even talk to me about xrays and only my lab results. I felt as if the doctor was trying to rush me out of the room and he didnt really know much about what was going on. Which i can only blame on the disorganization going on there. I brought it up to him and he just simply said can you please ask the front desk to send them to me. I do so and the front desk said i need to call them myself to have them send them over. I would of understood if i was told from the start that i needed to follow up with the referral place from them but that was never something i was told. Not even an offer to follow up with me and make sure my xrays are sent back to them promptly. The xray specialist place is closed now and im sure there will be another co pay just to come in for that. I wanted to like the place but i am very disappointed with my 3rd visit.
Annoying that they make you make an appt for Covid test, but I suppose most places now require appts. When I showed up in-person without an appt last Wednesday evening, the lady at the desk was a bit rude and short - even though the website mentions walk-ins. She turned me away without saying much.Thankfully, I was able to secure a last minute appt the next day (last Thursday) and the staff that day was MUCH more friendly and warm, and the young man who performed my test that day was AMAZINGLY warm and friendly, and he was very gentle doing the test as I was nervous. I got my results quickly (2 days) with a personalized phone call, and they were able to send me a PDF of my results, as well! Recommend trying them out - if youre able to get an appt online.
We were able to get a quick appointment for a COVID test and had the option of a rapid test or regular (24-48 hours). Very nice staff and very convenient!

I call to make appointment, the lady who answered the phone tells me they dont take appointments over the phone she ask me to do it over video call, i spoke with a dr. Dr ask me to go in the facility to check me i get there and the ladys in the front desk they were not friendly and annoyed by me i share my text that i got to confirm my video call, because they couldnt find me, and they give me a bad faces, looking each other like i was crazy i was feeling very sick, I feel you guys should have a more compassion people work in the front desk.
This place is kind of amazing. Sprained my ankle over the weekend and really didnt want to go to the emergency room, so I chose to go to Cermak Immediate Care.They were friendly and quick. I was in and out within an hour, including x rays. They gave me crutches, wrapped me up and all gave me all the prescriptions I needed. I would highly recommend.
So many five star reviews--seems fake. First and last time there. We were there 2 hours.Did not appreciate that they forgot we were there and saw everyone who arrived after us before attending to us. I didnt expect them to have adults seen before sick children that arrived first. Didnt even get to see a dr., only a nurse practitioner was there that late. She was fine but I expected a dr. Staff was courteous.
Best walk-in clinic Ive EVER been to. They are super friendly and attentive to your needs. On top of that they actually GIVE you medicine to make you feel better. Other clinics always say take Tylenol. Worth the drive.
Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and professional! The doctor was on time, very informative, and overall great! The only thing that concerned me during the vitals check, is that there were blood tubes in arms reach. Anyone with bad intent could just have picked up the tubes and thrown them out. Ive never seen that in other doctors offices. Keeping blood filled tubes in a closed place would look much more professional and ultimately safe overall.

I made an appointment for Covid-19 for 10:45am, however I’m listed as a “walk in” when checking the solvhealth.com site.Immediately told to step out but being asked questions about my insurance at the same. Fine.No questions were asked regarding the test. Cool. I need it to return to the office at work. No concerns about being positive because I’ve been social distancing. Told to park in the back of the building.There’s only an alley in the back of the building. A very small alley. Stated they had parking available for 3-4 cars that were there for testing also, but no one was in those cars. I’m constantly moving my car, going around the block because again I’m in a small alley waiting for someone to come out. May this isn’t the best process to have patients waiting in an alley to be tested. I left.

I went on a Saturday afternoon after wanting to know why I had a sore throat. It was very tidy, clean, and nice in the facility. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. I waited only 5 minutes after filling out a tiny bit of paperwork and they took care of me. Its a pretty big space and I recommend going to this facility. Your needs will be met. My brother in law went today to try to get a covid test and the people in charge were extremely rude. She yelled at him and he witnessed her treating other patients the same way. Patients are already nervous to get tested and being treated that way is not okay by any means. Your facility needs to check how your employees treat patients. As cliche as this sounds I wish I could rate this place 0 stars.
Had a very great experience with my visit to this facility Dr. Thakkar was extremely helpful I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly and attended to me fairly quickly, in no time I was given the medication I needed and out the door I went, I was even followed up within the next few days by the office to check how I was feeling after the visit. Difficult to find parking for the facility, but i was seen in a reasonable amount of time with great customer service. The check-in process was extremely fast and seamless.
On top of our bad experience we had with the facility and the way things are organized, me and my roommate went to get rapid covid tests here after having been exposed. We planned ahead and even called to confirm our appointments, and upon arrival (1+ hour drive) they informed us there were no more rapid tests. We settled for the normal test, got tested and left.Three days later they called us both confirming we did test POSITIVE for covid-19. We were obviously very upset and confused because we had no symptoms for days afterward.We decided to get tested at a more reputable medical center, and tested NEGATIVE as we expected. Please avoid this place, it is very shady and clearly not sanitized or tested correctly !

One of the few places nearby that let my son get a Covid test without having multiple symptoms or a doctors note. Although I wish the test result turnaround time was quicker (mine took about 5 days), I understand that Cermak Immediate Care hopes to be conducting rapid result Covid tests soon. This will be key to keeping our kiddos in school!
Great experience! I got in right away & was out in about a little more than an hour.The ladies at the front desk were excellent also. The Doctor was very nice.
I paid $250 for COVID test to travel internationally. I missed my flight due to wrong COVID test. I had to retest at Ohare airport for $380. Paid $300 extra for another flight and was angry running around all the airport. Cursing this clinic making me miss my fathers funeral. I called them the clinic and I was told it was my fault.
The employees at Cermak were prompt, thorough, very professional, and kind in my two COVID testing experiences there. One doctor/ nurse/ person especially (the one who conducted the test) offered such reassurance given my nervousness about possibly having COVID - I felt so relieved by her presence and health care. The Cermak Care women are heroes.
Doctor was able to see me quickly and was very helpful. He understood my situation and I felt much better after the visit. Everyone there was very nice as well.
They have always been accommodating. If the complaint is that they didn’t have a last minute test for you, that’s not their fault. Easy to book online. Got some same day COVID appts but you have to check throughout the day, they do usually fill up fast. They now offer telehealth, and even though my first attempt wasn’t successful, they have the # for the facility that handles their telehealth, and I was seen in about 2 minutes (i was on the video link for half hour, but seems like another glitch). Regardless, this facility does their best to fit everyone in- and maintain distance with the new telehealth option. If they’re running behind it’s most likely due to the fact that they are COVID testing children. I couldnt test a child if they paid me 😂 and they work with most insurances including public aid.
Very disappointed to say the least. I was very sick dealing with a fever and chills. I couldnt sleep all night and it was getting worse. I couldnt wait to make an appointment, so I looked up Urgent care near me. This place popped up in my search with very good reviews so I went to their website to make sure they accept my insurance (BCBS). Under type of insurance that they accept, there it was, so I made my way there. Upon arriving there was a lady waiting at the front desk but no receptionist so I got behind her to wait. Took them a good solid 10 min for someone to appear and check me in. They ask for my insurance so they can verify it and what a surprise, they say they cant accept it. Well maybe they should change that on their website. At this point I feel so bad that Im not going to go looking for another urgent care so I ask if I can just pay. I pay and wait to be called. Throughout this whole time I can hear someone having a really loud conversation through speaker phone from one of the rooms. I really hope its not the dr. Because Ive now been waiting about 30 min waiting for this phone call to end so someone can see me. Finally as the conversation is still going, a young lady comes to get me. She takes my vitals, as suspected i have a fever and she takes me to a room and says the dr. Will be with me shortly. Mind you, now Im right next to whoevers office thats having that teleconference. I wait another 10 min and I finally hear the person on the call say give me one minute. The dr. Then comes into the room introduces himself and tells me to open my mouth. He looks at my throat and says hes going to give me some antibiotics that will help with that. Asks for my pharmacy and sends me on my way while returning to his call. It was ridiculous how he conducted that checkup didnt ask me anything, didnt even do a thorough check up! Maybe because he was too busy tending to his call. A client should never feel like a burden specially when youre paying these people. Then I finally go back to the front desk and tell the lady who took my vitals that I need a note for work and if the dr. Was going to send the meds to my pharmacy since I just said Target and there are a thousand Targets around. The lady looked at me like I was stupid and inconveniencing her with my questions, she said he asked you yes, but he was also really busy returning to his call that he didnt tell me which pharmacy. All in all, i dont know where they got these reviews from, maybe friends and family but dont go here. Go elsewhere where they actually care about your well being.

I love this clinic. They are professional, fast, friendly and know their stuff. When I walked in I was given personalized care from beginning to end by a team of wonderful and lovely women. Thakker doesn’t even like to have a full conversation on what’s wrong with his patients when we’re the ones providing for the stuff on his table! His worker Natalie who was so rude to my daughter! I have no clue what his worker Natalie could be going thru but you have issues at home you need to leave them at home! My daughters boyfriend recently passed & Natalie made my daughter cry! Thakker didn’t do anything he needs to check his MA’s it’s really frustrating because these are people who are supposed to care about people’s health. I have never received the Best, MOST ATTENTIVE and highest quality of care until Ive been to this place. Dr Thakkar is 100% the coolest guy and most helpful doc there is for an urgent care facility! Will definitely go back if needed, and will tell everyone i know! I hate going to the doctors office/clinics/ER; but this place was great. QUICK-CARING-THOROUGH!
I loved it. Super fast and easy. Nice staff and finally no freaken guessing what my daughter has like other doctors or you have to wait a day or two for the results.. they got right to the point and diagnosed my daughter with the flu thank god for these urgent care facilities.

Had the best experience ever! I was on my way to Loyola urgent care only to learn it was closed. I did a quick Google search and this clinic popped up. I walked in with the worst case of food poisoning, weak and in a lot of pain. Within 20 minutes of registration I was seen by the Doctor diagnosed, given immediate treatment and prescriptions in hand. I was on my way within 45 minutes. Meds kicked in within 20 minutes of leaving and woke up the next day like a new person. I even received a courtesy call from the clinic to follow up on me. I totally recommend this clinic.
My mom wasn’t feeling well and this was one of the only immediate care centers that was open. The doctor was amazing with her. Now she is feeling so much better.
Great place to go for a checkup or whatever you need urgent care for. Everyone was nice to me and very promptly ready for me. I saw the doctor within a matter of minutes. Just to the paperwork and that was it.
I went here to have a Covid-19 test. My results came back positive. I quarantine myself and I have no more symptoms. I went back to have a second test done. My insurance is in-network with this clinic and my insurance is covering all Covid tests needed. This clinic denied me from taking the test because according to them, I have to wait 14 days after my results so my insurance can cover it. They told me if I wanted to take the test now before the 14 days, I will have to pay $250 out of pocket and won’t be reimbursed. Again I spoke to my insurance (BCBS PPO) they told me as of April 2020 all Covid tests needed will be covered by them. It even says it on their FAQ page online. But this clinic did not want to check with my insurance. I work in the Medical field and all they had to do was to call my insurance and my insurance would have given the ok. But this clinic did not want to call my insurance. They stated the clinics manager told the staff not to take any test on patients that have not waited the 14 days because they don’t want to be stuck with the “$250” bill. I can’t stress this enough, my insurance was going to cover the costs but this clinic was too lazy to check with my insurance.If you tested positive for Covid I suggest you go to a clinic that will work with your insurance and is not just afraid to be stuck with a payment do to them not wanting to do some work and check with your insurance.

Not professional at all. As an office manager at a large medical office, to call your office and have someone very rude answer the phone. I called to make sure appt were confirmed. I stated “my kids have a COVID test appt” right away Lupe said you have to make the appt online. I stated they do have an appt. Lupe searched one child’s name when I said there 3 others, because someone in my household tested positive Lupe literally stated “OMG your going to have to fill the insurance portion online”Then we get there and told my one daughter does not have an appt when I have the confirmation email stating she does. Even though we said the correct way to pronounce her name they proceeded to say they do not have a Yesiana. My child’s name is pronounced Yes-C-Ana. Front desk needs to be trained on phone etiquetteAs of the looks of it there’s been several complaints and no call back from the office manager . That’s really ashamed.
I was told by my primary care physician at Northwestern (downtown) to go to an Immediate Care Center asap. I had no experience with one, but did I ever choose the right place. Within minutes I was seen by Dr. Tucker who diagnosed bronchitis and gave me treatments right in the office that left me feeling so relieved before I even left. Following up with meds. I will not hesitate to seek treatment there again when necessary. Dr. Tucker and the rest of your caring office staff, thank you.
Went in with my daughter and my head was pounding very bad. I just wanted my blood pressure check. From the front desk to the Dr they were extremely kind and very easily to talk to. They listen and treated my high blood pressure. Im happy to say now I have a primary Dr. They all get a high score from me 5s all the way.
The guy that did my test was amazing I was really scared of taking the Covi-19test he was really patient and understanding he gave me my time without pressure and was kind even though I gave him a little of hard time.. People like him make us feel good

Dr. Thakkar is wonderful at what he does. Ive seen him several times and am always very satisfied at the results. He gives great advice for all questions asked and takes his time to discusses different possibilities. The staff is sweet and very accommodating, the wait time is minimal. The office is welcoming, clean and bright!
Ive never had a problem with this place and theyre usually really friendly, but I had some questions about my recent visit. I called and to whomever answered the phone. Cuts me off, continues to talk over me, puts me on hold while Im trying to explain to her why Im calling. Completely rude and unprofessional.That woman was absolutely rude and couldnt give me any useful information

Real bad experience, first time there ! Comming from Aurora and the receptionists had an attitude! Also the medical assistant didnt let my wife go in with me because of covid, what does that have to do if we live together we have the same germs it wont be extra!! Also why I need to take the papers to the front desk so they can scan them? Isnt that the MAs job?Never coming again. Another thing they let covid ppl in?????? Omg no wonder why the city like this!
The staff there is friendly,kind and helpful through and through, Everytime Ive needed an emergency (non appointment) visit I am always welcome, and I find that amazing, Id definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit them. The doctors are always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable.

2022-01-20It is seriously so easy to acquire an appointment and hassle free. All you do is schedule your appointment online it literally takes two minutes and you can upload your insurance on their website. When you walk in you just enter your phone number and check in and wait to be called. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to be called and the staff is always so friendly. The staff will bring me to the back and tell me what test they will be performing, they are always so gentle and friendly I’ve never had a problem with any of their procedures I would definitely recommend. I’m usually in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes you usually have to wait another 20 minutes for your results but that’s in your own car and they’ll call you and let you know when they are ready for you

2022-02-16Very friendly and informative staff. They make you feel comfortable. I wasn’t able to get an appointment with my regular provider so I went here. I walked right in and was seen within 10 minutes of being there. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a medical setting as I did here. I highly recommend this location.

2022-04-30This clinic is fast,staff is friendly. and a great plus is that they are one of the few urgent cares in my area that accepts medicaid. I am a school nurse and when I encounter parents with state insurance that come to me with a hard time finding an urgent care to see their sick child right away I always refer them here. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. As a loyola patient,I can honestly say this facility is more efficient and gets turn over done faster than Loyola urgent care. Their staff is also much more personable.

2022-04-08I can not begin to express my gratitude to this facility. Seen them twice and have had amazing experiences both times. Isabella was sweet and really cared about my concerns. Dr. RAMOS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!Thank you for bring me back to life from this horrible upper respiratory infection.

2022-03-02I recommend this clinic to anyone. Their hours are perfect for those who worked late. After not being able to get an appointment at my PCPs office they took me in. Mr. Ramos was efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to see me and not rush through the appointment.

2022-03-30Wow so pleasantly surprised I called @6pm to see if I can take my two little ones who were complaining about ear pain in and was told to bring them in it was our first time we were checked in tested for covid & strep, walked out within an hour with our prescriptions. I usually am the worst at doctors offices they hate me it never goes so smoothly for me especially with two small ones @the last minute these people are professionals did it fast and the right way. (Girls in front made check in a breeze n doctor wasnt playing).

2022-04-20They used to have some outstanding professionals working there.They were easy to talk to and work with.They really seemed sympathetic and non-judgmental.They seemed to listen closely and took the time to address any doubts or concerns.Now, thus far, Ive been encountering a couple of uncompromising, seemingly prejudiced, quick to brush you off individuals if you ask certain questions.I guess they dont like being challenged; all that needed to be done is to further communicate to address concerns and doubts instead of taking me as an annoyance.Once again, this place was great before; it was the people there that kept me coming back.Its regretful to say but Im not going back for a long time.Hopefully by then different people are hired.Also, the people at the front desk and the medical assistant Ive last seen are fine by me.Yelp probably gives a more accurate portrayal of this place.

2022-07-09The wait time was short. They lady that took my vitals was super friendly and very concerned for me. The doctor was also concerned. The overall service was great, with the friendly polite staff.
