They charged me $2 dollars to buy the milk in a glass bottle. and the girl who is checking the cashier lines is rude she understands spanish but she doesnt want to talk to clients when they really need help and she doesnt pay attention because shes always on her phone scrolling memes or TikToks . . .

Bought a birthday cake, right before cutting it noticed mold in the strawberries went to return it an I felt like they did not care about the health hazard was told I could either have another one or a refund, not even a store credit or a sincere apology, don’t get me wrong they did apologize but felt they didn’t truly care
The most impressive Hispanic grocery store Ive ever seen. Fantastic produce selection and overall just huge selection of everything from meat to frozen foods. Store is clean, well lit and modern. In my experience, this store stands out well above others in its space, even among Southern California comparisons.

Poor customer service! Opened check out station with no regard to numerous customers already in long lines. Three lucky customers were out the door at the newly opened lane before I finally reached the front of my line.My main reason for writing though is the little care the staff had for the situation. Stopped here on my way home. Compare to Fresh Market near me in Chicago, the aisles in this store are very wide. Its easy to navigate and found everything quickly. Big thumbs up from me

This is our “go-to” store for produce and meats. Sometimes prices are low and sometimes they are not. It’s conveniently close to where we live. It is usually clean which I do appreciate.

I had a really sad experience at this store. Arrived a 8:45 pm, the man picking up the carts as soon as he saw me, he left the carts RAN so fast to close the doors in my face. I know they close at 9:00 pm I was only going for milk and tortillas. It wasnt going to take me more than 5 mins inside. If you guys close at 8:45 pm maybe you should change your closing hours online, as this is considered False advertising. Very disappointed.
Some prices are really high, like the fruits and vegetables but overall i like them.
This is a good store with large selection of fresh produce and foods. They have a lot of International and ethnic stuff; I primarily noticed a lot of Mexican and Middle-Eastern stuff, which I like. The store is clean and prices are ok (some items are over-priced; so you need to pay attention to what you are buying there). The location of the store is good and accessible; I am not a fan of their parking lot as it is small and not much room for each car. Other than that, this is a good store that I encourage you to go explore and see if it fits your needs,,,,

They had lots of great looking fruits and vegetables,and bakery items. The bakery stuff on the standing shelves was not very fresh. I bought donuts, kind if hard. Also the cupcakes said coffee flavored, but it didnt have a coffee flavor. Also there was a meat smell over in the meat department.
I have a friend who loves the strawberry cheesecake. The deli is the best. Their meat always looks fresh. People who work there are so helpful.
8/25 at 5pm: I’d say you need to rethink who your front end manager is today. I’ve watched her be downright nasty, on the verge of verbally abusive to paying customers. More than once. One star for having what I needed. One star for the kind cashier. There’s plenty of supermercados. Maybe it’s time to find a new one.

Love this store! I shop here for veggies and meat. Quality is always superb compared to the other grocery stores in the area (like jewel, marianos, WF..etc) I wouldn’t recommend it for normal items as the prices are a little bit more. But I highly recommend for meat and veggies! And the store is always clean!!

Nice grocery store, lots and lots of fruits and vegetables at very good prices compared to other stores. They also have a hot food section with fresh Mexican dishes and usually have tamles and chicharrones available fresh. They have a lot of Mexican bakery goods. They have fresh manteca which is hard to find in other places and I dont what a stewing chicken is but a friend told me it is one of the few places you can still get those. There is a liquor dept. And they sell tamale steamer pots in a wide variety of sizes.
Produce section was very nice and well stocked. Bakery was hectic and other departments were looking good.
This store is very convenient. Near where we live. Fresh produce all the time at excellent priced. Cashiers move extremely fast. Down side, their meat prices have been going up ridiculous. The deli girls here are extremely rude, they dont make sure youre taken care of and everytime an employee comes they serve them and act like youre not even there. This has happened 3 times already. Totally disrespect.

My parents have been coming to Cermak every year for their tres leches cakes for almost a decade, our birthday traditions wouldnt be the same without them. Whether its picking up snacks for a party, or reminiscing about the little girl who watched, fascinated by the Fresh Tortillas rolling hot out of the oven, Cermak is full of memories, still being served fresh every day.
Terrible service. Came in at 9:59 pm and they said they were closed when the sign says they close at 10:00 pm. Most stores will let you in before closing time and it is understood to hurry up (besides, there were at least 10 other customers still shopping). I was in and out in one minute, therefore, I was out by 10:00 pm.They are more worried about going home on time than serving a customer and making the company more money. The young man at the door had let me in but a young black girl and a middle age hispanic male (seemed to be a manager) was telling me they were closed. I said it is 9:59 pm and I would make it quick (and I did). I got my one item, thought about the horrible service, and decided to just put it back.Note, I spend upwards of $500 a month on food, but I will never return to this store. It was my first and last time there. I recommend you not shop at a place that has management who is more concerned about punching clocks than serving customers. How do you think they would treat your food?

Huge selection of fresh foods, plus a lot of Mexican and other ethnic food products, though some of the pre-packaged stuff can be pricey but thats what you get in a fresh market! Produce has always been top-notch and very affordable!
Best fresh produce around the area. Plus the bakery is very good. Just the meats are in the middle range when it comes to quality. The cashiers have made mistakes occasionally but we all make mistake just be sure to check your receipt before you leave.
This is the closest grocery store to our house. There is a lot of good selection and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and meat, and lots of different ethnic food options. But the service is usually slow and the prices are pretty much outrageous, so we only go there in emergency.
I liked this store very much. Its clean and organized. Huge assortment of items. I drove from Elgin just to shop here. Theres a huge monitor as soon as you walk in and it takes your temperature. All stores should have this.

Produce, produce, and more produce. Despite how it looks from outside, this store is spotless. The produce is fresh and plentiful. Im not much into meat but the butcher section seems to take up the entire back of the store. This store is a chefs dream come true! I go because they have giant cartons of guava juice for $2.
Grocery store has very good vegetables and fruits for a good price. Meat prices are ok at times. Do not buy their chicken when it states Perdue because its not. Deli wirkers young ladies are have no no manners and the manager can care less

This fruit market has fresh fruits and vegetables for less. I shop there every week. I also buy meet from there sometimes but mostly I go there for greens and fruits. I have been a customer since day one and before that I used to buy from the store across the street that closed after Cermak opened. I have never been had any issues shopping here and will continue to shop as long as the quality of products remain the same.
This is a great place to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables. I go there at least once a week to buy my greens and I end up picking up some groceries occasionally. Prices are good so is the quality of the products.
My first time shopping here, I just went in for a few tomatoes for my sandwich. This place was quite neat and tidy. And Edgar was a kind employee who noticed Im disabled and offered assistance three times, made my day.
I want to start by saying I been in customer service for over 12 years so the fact that Giselle one of the register girls is eating chips while handling our food that is so unprofessional and also not sanatary. Second of all she doesn’t greet the customers she just starts scanning food,and not only did I not get a thank you have a great day after I told her that myself I think it says a lot of the people they hire there , you guys can hire better people to represent your store because the register people are the last he customers see and that can make or break your experience at the store
I have photos and videos of WORMS eating and living on the romaine lettuce no way it came from me I just got the lettuce yesterday !!!!! I had to throw it away because there multiple in my lettuce !! I was expecting better scared if I cut into my tomato there will be more because I spent 298 dollars on groceries there most were produce and meat etc disappointed
Produce at this store is awesome. Prices cant be beat. We do produce and deli at fresh market, grocery and dairy at woodmans, and buy our meat in bulk from a butcher. It works well for us and our budget!
Great selection and prices. Bakery is awesome. Butcher meats turn brown quick and some corns have had earworms in them. Some fresh Produce has also had some critters in them.
If I could select a negative number of stars I would. The rude and unprofessional customer service I experienced today is unacceptable. From being blatantly ignored at the customer service counter to dealing with a cashier, Esmeralda, who clearly didnt want to be at work. I guess you have to look a certain way to get good service there. I would have to say the experience with the cashier was the worst ever. She didnt acknowledge me as a customer or anything I said. She wouldnt even look in my direction but gave eye contact to the customer in front of me a behind me. Again, disrespectful and discriminatory. If Esmeralda cant deal with a diverse group of people she is in the wrong profession.
Mostly fresh and cheap fruits and vegetables. Store is clean and checkout is usually not bad. I mostly buy produce, meat and bread from this store and occasionally some groceries as well. Overall good experience.

Found hard to find cuts of meat that I was looking for. A little pricey on some things but worth it to get exactly what I was looking for.
I usually just come here for their produce now. Every time ive bought meat here, whether its steak taco meat, pastor, chorizo, or ground beef, there is ALWAYS bones and tendons mixed into the meat. Yikes. In this case I am willing to spend more somewhere else for better quality meat.
4 star store with 1 star customer serviceThe regular prices here are higher than other grocery stores but on sale items are priced pretty low, with good selections too. The down side is that the customer service is poor, or non-existant compared to other stores. They seems to be unwilling to offer solutions. I got run-around several times. And the manager John is very rude. The bath room is dirty too. My advice: avoid customer service and bathroom, buy the on sale items only if possible.

I will rate this place at 5 starts. However, deli department really needs improvement. Everytime I go there and stop by deli, the ladies moves really really slow. If you mention how slow they move, they look at you and move slower ... Many times I just refuse to stop.Managers took it seriously when I complained and listen to my crying ... so they, definitely deserve the 5 stars.
Bad customer service ever that I have seen in my life. Bryan who was claiming to be Manager but according to another associate Manger is off today.Bryan was rude and wouldn’t take back $9 worth rice even for Store credit after a week. I spent about $600 every month but now they are totally loosing my business.

Even Japanese and Chinese food, Hispanics food.and more. They sale everything that you need to make all your selection of meals. This is my store to go. They even sale Mississippi spice ham lunchmeat at deli... they sale all the holidays foods and more I rate this store.(5stars and 👍up).. I go there about 2-3 times a week. I love there sales.. Best produce for a great price.. Lines are all over the place for deli departments.. Meat has went up a lot $7.99 for a lb of skirt steak from $3.99 its... Oh my.. All others $5.99.. Check outs are awesome and quick... I miss our old and crowded corner fruit market for sure... I stopped going here.. Thanks for the good years at the beginning...

Cermak Fresh Market is an awesome location in aurora. Unlike some of the other grocery stores like Walmart, this location has a lot of fresh goods on the shelf daily at very competitive prices.
The store always is clean which is very good, but your Deli and food service must improve need more employees.

Customer service is horrible.When I tried to return an item I purchased a week back, I was told it has been over 2 days which was not stated on the receipt. Manager refused to give me my original recept.Mangoes, cucumbers, papayas rot after a few days but dont ripen.
I have two XL German Shepherds that get chicken as part of their diet. Cermak has the best prices on the chicken quarters. I no longer go anywhere else.

Cermak market has an issue with pricing. Items are incorrectly priced and the manager that is slender with glasses is rude and comes up with excuses as to why things are incorrectly priced rather then resolving the issue. However, today I decided to return the items. After processing my refund a cashier Blanca ran out the door detaining me asking if I took the 1.19 beans off the shelf. I told her to pull the tape and call the police she had no right. However, I called the police because far to long do people have to be subjected to harassment from store staff following you around. Blanca shame on you. You and the manager could have said Im sorry for being wrong.

I walked in the store am handicapped and I got 2 Romanian lettuce heads and had to live because there are no handicap carts available unless you walk about 800 feet and theyre not anywhere near the front of the store where they should be and there was one by the register when I left but it was broken so I called the store manager after 10 minutes nobody answered so I called again and told them they missed out on a $200 sale because I was already home by then

2022-02-10I like to go in this store mainly for their produce, meat and bakery. The store has a seriously wide selections and different options in their produce, meat and bakery department. The products are also always fresh, in a good quality and when it comes to their bakery, any pastries I bought from it is always delicious. I love pastries and the likes and it is a good thing that they have wonderful selections of it and I got to try different options which are always good and I observed that their bakery is way larger than any store I could think of near the location. The prices of this store on the other hand are noticeably cheaper compared to the other stores and I could always save more whenever I chose to have my groceries in here. Everything in here is honestly great except for their customer service. The staffs arent friendly and they are a bit rude too. I like the store but when it comes to their staffs, nah.

2022-04-05Great place for fresh vegetables in aurora and large amounts of rice and beans with a variety of ingredients for making many styles of dishes. Large butcher section and little area for seafood, friendly staff, and always clean. Large frozen food area I always stop here on my way to visit my son. 2022-05-27Its awesome they have very well stalked everything and very very clean. I wish the entrance had a ENTER HERE sign so you dont get confused. They also have a wide variety of international foods and I love that I can get Mexican foods and Indian foods and Italian foods and Chinese...Just one thing.... I regret getting some Capicola because it went bad within 2 days and I definitely wont get ham here. Also wish they has more bakery items that werent fully sugary and more plain with sesame seeds and some with almonds. Also love that the sell MASA and fresh TORTILLAS 😍 👌

2022-01-16The store is massive and offers specialty items that you may not find at other stores. The cashiers are always nice and fast. It may sound silly, but I love the variety of the music they play especially the 80’s and around Christmas time. It’s a little loud, but it makes shopping fun. The produce department is huge and very organized. The deli is decent and priced well. I am a little hesitant when I buy meat here, as it can be a hit or miss as far as quality and flavor especially during the holidays. I really think it’s because of the massive quantities they have to provide. We love the bakery and buy their fresh sweetbreads weekly, although it has been a little off the last year or so. The cakes look beautiful and they sell a ton of them, but they used to taste a lot better in my opinion. I just bought a tres leches cake which was ok, but the slice of tiramisu I got had a very strong maple flavor in it which was weird. I think there may be some confusion there on the ingredients.Overall they do a good job and we appreciate them.
