Awesome day. They have a lot of facilities but due to covid most is closed. Grass and trails were well groomed.
Excellent place for family fun, kids practicing a ton of stuff. Pool and tennis are awesome.

Best park around the western burbs. Numerous newer playgrounds to keep the little and older ones busy. Lots of trails and a Frisbee course.

Wonderfully maintained, nice par 3 course. Great for beginners and those working in their woods, turnover and jump putts.
Winter lights walk was beautiful. Short route with masks and social distancing suggested. Posted photo opportunities will delight! Donation box easily accessible. Wished it was longer!
The Christmas lighting event was done really well & beautiful
Been living in OB over 10 years and I love our park district. A lot of activities, very nice splash pad and the park is well funded so they are always making improvements. If your a resident or just visiting and want to relax, I recommend checking the park out.

Fun and very challenging disc golf course. 9 holes and goes quick so its great for a 35 minute solo round or just over an hour for 2x.
Nice festive walk
I just played my first disc golf round of 2017 at the 9 hole course at Central Park. I was surprised to see the course was freshly groomed and trimmed. I didnt expect that so early in the season! It was nice to see the course in such good shape so soon. Keep up the great work. I look forward to many rounds here in the coming year :)P.S. If you guys could trim just one more tree out of the fairway on Hole 7 I might finally birdie that hole! There are few among us that can reliably hit a 4 foot gap 35 feet from the tee! XD
A great park with a lot of room and a variety of things to do. Many walking paths, play grounds, tennis courts, sports fields.Its a great place to walk around and relax. Also a great place to play both Pokemon Go and Jurassic World Live.
I am so disappointed in your Aquatics Department. Saturday was my best day to take classes, but now none are available on Saturday. Then I saw that an afternoon class had been added during the week, so I thought that would work out. When I came today, NO CLASS!! The 3 people at the desk could not have cared any less. The one woman actually shrugged and said,” Oh well,” in a sarcastic tone. They said the schedule had been updated to reflect the change. Not true!! It still lists a Friday 1:30 class. Both your scheduling and lack of professional customer service are disappointing. I see no reason to continue my membership.
This park has easy access off of 31st Street and has free parking. The trail circles the park past lakes and a waterfall and has a playground for children. It is just over a mile around the track, which makes it easy to plan walks of one, two, three or more miles.
Fun park with great space and many different things to do. The park district rec center includes an outside soccer field, playground, outdoor as well as indoor basketball courts, gym and weight lifting equipment, a pool, and more. Be sure to check out this place if you are in the area.
One of the cleanest parks Ive been to in a very long time. My three girls enjoyed the park very much.

Awesome park with lots to do, we came to play the 9 hope disc golf course, it is a very nice well built course. Hope to come back some day with the kids after seeing all the activities around the park
Very nice, clean park with slides different from the standard slides. Kids did not want to leave.
Great area. It has one access point. So you dont have to watch your kids running away. Good for kids of age 2 till 8
It nice and semi-modern but the playground could be a bit bigger or spread out for more space for kids to run around.
Awesome park! No shortage of activities. Football, soccer, frisbee golf, biking, jogging......tons of parking. Great place.

This place has a very woodsy disc golf course! One great feature is a lot of the trees are padded to help protect your discs.
4 stars just because I was only on the playground for kids I guess the hole park is great.

This Park is designed to play soccer, Tennis, Basketball, walking around & enjoy the most Spectacular Lakes with Animals & Flowers.

This place. Is huge. Frisbee golf, soccer fields. Baseball fields, parks. Lots of open space.
My fiance and I took the kids here and they really enjoyed themselves. Very clean and safe.

Wonderful fields! This is such a beautiful place to be in the Spring and Summer.
Saw some punks playing soccer and one of them was punching on another kid. I tried to intervene and they ran away.
Get place to go walking and fishing and have family events and great play ground for the kids.

2022-06-05Ive driven past this park a thousand times on my way to the post office, but never really noticed. When Darian and I went searching for parks near me, this popped up and off to it we went. Ballparks, walking trails, ponds...I also discovered that my nephew knows whats cool, because he pointed out to me a bird (crane, maybe?) that appeared to be strolling along in the water. Turns out that, either the water was shallower than it looked, or that bird had very long legs. 😄Either way, it was a great day.

2021-12-14Amazing job with the Christmas lights. Nice little walk to see some beautiful lights. I loved the positive messages. Only bad thing is someone didnt pick up after their dog and I stepped in it on the path.

2021-12-13Very cute display of Christmas lights to brighten up the holiday season. It’s a 1/2 mile easy loop on a paved pathway that is one way in direction. Plenty of parking and it wasn’t too crowded tonight and it’s FREE to the public, although donations are accepted.

2022-04-13Nice, family oriented, community park with fields, play areas, a pond, walking path, and an indoor facility. Its right near a busy highway so you hear the white noise of traffic near the pond. But I like visiting.

2022-07-01A walking trail goes all throughout the park which contains various sports fields, courts (basketball, pickleball, tennis, baseball, etc), and rec center. Lots of trees plus the creek and ponds are nice.

2019-10-24This is a wonderful spot for a family gathering. We had both a wedding and a family gathering. The kitchen prep area and fireplace were so nice. Not to mention staff on hand and a playground for the kiddies.

2021-12-26Beautiful light decorations on a nice paved path. Just wish it leaned towards the reason for the season, Christmas! The birth of Jesus Christ. Stroller friendly path that kids of all ages would enjoy.
