Went here to switch carriers as well as upgrade phone. Confusing promotional pricing on new phone because the trade-in value is taken off the amount owed on new phone and then the rest of the credit is processed monthly on the bill. Had phone shipped to the store by the salesperson and after we finished the upgrade, was told phone had to be shipped back by me. Still waiting for the ‘return kit’ over 10 days later. Paid an extra $10 to upgrade in-store, but if I have to ship myself, I could have saved the $10 fee. Also, the salesperson got the plan I asked for wrong and I had to call and be on hold for 3+hours to change it and get a credit for the difference.Save your time and do upgrade at home because the salespeople don’t do anything you won’t be able to do and will mess something up anyway.
Ive been here when its very busy and when Im the only one at the store. When its busy you get annoyed at the long wait buy as far as customer service Ive always had positive experiences. Ive never felt rushed. All my questions were answered and both times Ive walked out with great phones. It helps to go during the week before 4PM.
Izzo was a great sales representative he answered every question I had when I came in to do an upgrade on one of my lines, after chatting with him I up graded both lines he is extremely excellent at his job I recommend you go to this store if your looking for and experience.
I went in about 2 weeks ago to get an estimate on opening a new account and the service I received from Izzo was phenomenal he was very professional and is very helpful he answered all my questions that I had so I decided to open up a new account with Sprint and even got an upgrade on my phoneif you are looking for a great quote and customer service ask for him:)
Went in on a Friday evening had the best sales representative Ashley! She’s is absolutely amazing hands down went in with a mind set of thinking I was not going to get what I wanted she defiantly made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond of explaining things to me I got exactly what I wanted!
I am floored by the lack of transparency at this location. The woman who sold me the phone a year ago added 4 accessories that I didn’t want and flat out refused. She stated that I was already getting these items free anyway so if I didn’t take them, there would still be no charge regardless. I took them thinking they were “gifts” as part of the new plan and buying a new phone. She flat out lied and come to find out, I paid those accessories for an entire year hidden in some charges. It’s frustrating. When I went in for help, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it. While they helped me understand the charges, they too offered no restitution or solution. I can’t wait to be finished with this company and this location.
Adrian Garcia helped us out, he was very fast and efficient he was very knowledgeable in the product and plans. We did an upgrade for two lines and he was able to answer all of our questions.He provided us with great customer service!We will definitely be back in to see him, for any other upgrades and add ons.
My husband and I came in not expecting anything to happen. The sales person Anahi Alcala is excellent. She approached us friendly, welcoming and with a smile. She was very detailed and explained everything. She reviewed our account and was very specific and detailed. She went over and beyond gave us her special cell number for any further assistance in the future. If you ever need to go to sprint ask for her. She is great and deserves a raise.
Great customer service! The supervisor Adrian was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in dealing with our situation. He even spoke with square trade (an insurance company not affiliated with sprint) on our part to make the process of switching from my broken to my new one easier. He also assisted my mother with figuring out how to set up her phone so that she has the ability to receive text messages and search on the internet, while still on the phone. I highly recommend this location, and am even considering extending my contract up in December.
The girl, Sonia, was so unhelpful. First she told us that if we wanted to get the fee waived to go home which was so rude. Then she refused to help sync the new phone which is literally their only job when we’re upgrading. She tried to convince us to get a phone other than what we wanted and sent us on a goose chase to see if we would find it somewhere else when the next employee told us he would call to another location and check. These things wouldn’t be a big deal if her attitude wasn’t so horrible. It’s like she was mad that we were purchasing from her store. Will not be returning to this location. In all fairness, maybe it was just Sonia who sucked and not a reflection of all employees there. Ended up in the location in Berwyn where the employees went above and beyond.
Izzo,Jose & Julian,,,,Display excellent Customer Service skills. I felt like I knew them for a while. They helped me with my new IPhone Watch series 4...Took there time to explain to me the process of Apple Watch. I finally found me a Sprint Home(Store) 💯💯This is the store to come to if you want professional service.

2022-07-04At 1st big problems. After a year i was able to work them out. I have always had great service. My daughter on the other hand in order to make a call has to stand in her back yard with her arm in the air and pray! This isnt a joke!When I go to her place, I have to stand in the back yard with my arm in the air.T mobile took down her tower to make it 5G, then forgot I guess. Well thats the story they are telling. I know that if the phone cant get 5g it should auto drop to 4lte not send you to the back yard!Good luck folks!

2022-02-03Purchased a wall charger that was supposed to be fast charging and it was not. My husband tired to return it and was told he cannot return it because it was purchased with my credit card. He was told that we could return it to any T-Mobile.Just waited over a 1/2 hour at a different T-Mobile to be told that I can not return it there. Doesnt anybody at T-Mobile know what the hell they are doing?Tried to give No Stars but you have to, in order to post.Since no response back from my email to T-Mobile. Poorest Customer Service. Soon we will be switching carriers.

2022-06-09I have a grandfather account with t-mobile and you would think theyd treat their long term customers with respect but they dont we are nothing but a dollarto them a dime in a million if they loose my business there will be another dummy along right behind me to fill my shoes, its so sad that this company forgot that its their customers who made them grow
