Gabe was awesome in providing great customer service. He was professional, thorough and honest. He also addressed every customer upon entering, asked what their issue was and told them how long it would take for him and his co-workers to help. He multi-tasked, made you feel you had his attention and followed through with great results.
We were very pleased with the help and information we received from the manager, Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and professional about all of the cell phones and the services that they came with. He helped us to easily navigate through the confusing world of todays cell phones and services. He showed us our best options for saving money and was even able to reduce our monthly bill, even though we just bought brand new cell phones. We would highly recommend this store for your cell phone needs.
Went to this location because the location near me was out of stock for replacement screen protectors. Although they were busy, I was greeted by Terran he was quick to get me taken care of, very friendly and informative, with employees like him I’m glad to be an AT&T customer. I may just have to make this my new location for my AT&T needs …keep up the great work.
Terrain is a great salesmen & very friendly & helpful!! My Galaxy s21 5g kept getting hot. Every time I used it, it was only a week old. He took the time to call technical support!! Which tried to help him to figure out. What was going on. In the end technical support said that my phone was under warranty. So they would send it to me at no cost. When I got my new phone. He activated my new one. Even though he was busy. With another guest!! Which u dont find that very often!!

I ordered an iPhone 11 and brought it in to be activated and a discount applied. I waited 45 minutes just to be skipped 5 minutes before I left. Was there just WAITING for about 40 minutes. Was also purchasing $100 in accessories. I work retail and this was not a customer first customer service experience. This location lost my trust and as well lost a sale from a NEW customer to ATT. Its pitifull. Staff needs to be coached on customer service. My 1st visit was great, but I also was being taken care of by the store manager. He was great. Anyways, I recommend going to a different location if you want quality customer service and fast acting employees.Tarren specifically, is the gentleman who noticed when I came in initially but also proceeded to help a lady who had arrived about 20minutes AFTER I had. And had no inclination of retaining me in store to help make it right.
The associate was great, and friendly, and answered all our questions. My reason for the neutral rating is, I had already been without a phone for a month and wanted the S21 ULTRA, They were out of stock, so I had to get an S21+. Understandably stock can run low or out, but a flagship device like the S21 ULTRA should be available. Also I got the last S21+ that was In stock. Very disappointing, as I have been with AT&T from the beginning. Well actually since it was cingular wireless, lol.
Tarren was a great salesman. He went above and beyond to help me as well as the other couple that was in the store. He explained in detail all my options before I made any change to my plan. I feel that I made a well and informed decision based off the excellent service I received. Thank You Again Tarren!!!
Had dealt with several ATT reps the past few months attempting to fix my phone or get a new phone. Daniel helped me get a new phone while also getting considerable trade in value for my previous, enough to handle the taxes and new accessories of buying a new note 9.Handled in a very professional and friendly manner. Highly recommended and will return here for any other cell phone needs.
Purchased phones here a year ago. I was misquoted by the rep on my bill, and the NextUp feature I explicitly stated I wanted was only put on 1/4 devices. Called back to the store to get this resolved as I’m wanting to upgrade, the store refused to help and told me to call customer service and complain.Customer service says only the store can fix it, to call them back.Sick of the ridiculous back and forth, I am also a wireless manager and escalations that COME from a store are and should be HANDLED by the store.
Daniel, the Manager, is a very competant multi-tasking person that really made my wife and I feel so much better after not getting satisfactory responses from people who had trouble speaking English for well over an hour on the telephone.We had issues with a combined plan that was good when my children were also on it, to plans that were much better for our current needs. Daniel answered every question we had and showed us things we never thought possible, like Direct TV now, that runs off your internet connection and not a satellite. We were very pleased with this in-person visit.
Recently I’ve considered switching providers and shopping at one of the big box stores to save few $’s... I decided to stick w/ AT&T because the service provided by store manager Daniel H. He has gone above and beyond to help understand my wireless plans, insure I have the best pricing for business packages and his follow-through is 2nd to none! Thx again Daniel, appreciate all your time and efforts!
First time to this location. I called around the different AT&T stores looking for a specific phone hand these folks were the most helpful. I had to work late so I didnt get there until just before closing for them but they still stuck around and took care of me and didnt rush or act like it was a bother. I really appreciated their help.
Looking for new phones, we went to several ATT stores before we found the right group of people to handle our total lack of tech abilities. The guys answered our questions and went aboveboard to make sure we left with the feeling that they were there for us anytime we have problems or inquiries. THANX GUYS !!
I have a different carrier and dont intend on leaving it but I recently stayed for a week in rural Petersburg, IL., where AT&T was the exclusive carrier. Since I had personal and professional business to conduct during that week, being cut off from the Internet was not a good thing for me. I decided to unlock my iPhone and purchase a SIM card for a pre-paid account with enough bandwidth to see me through the week. Matt in the Springfield store was immensely informative and patient and helped me decide on the right plan and answering my many questions. Thank you! I know where I will go the next time I visit my family in this area and need to connect to the Internet.

2022-03-23Jake saved the day! He was able to troubleshoot and activate my daughter’s phone in Alabama. After we spent several days and attempts to get her replacement phone working at another store and with phone representatives, he quickly worked to get her back on the network and working properly! While waiting in the store, Jake was very polite and professional to all customers. Worth the drive to this store if you have any issues.

2022-04-20Jake was absolutely amazing! I had a horrible experience with customer service number that resulted in 4+ hours of torture. Went in the store the next day and Jake helped me get the entire situation fixed and helped me get a new device for my business. If you need phone help, go see Jake!!

2022-03-09I was recently at the AT&T store on veterans Parkway in Springfield Illinois and an employee named Jake helped me. I purchased a new phone. My old phone was very old, so it took a very long time to get all of the information moved over to the new phone. Jake was wonderful and patient and helped explain the process along the way. I did not do a review, because I honestly didn’t think about it. However tonight I ran into Jake at a restaurant. He recognized me, probably because we had spent so much time together trying to move my information to my new phone, but he was kind enough to check on the purchase when he saw me. I told him I loved my phone but I was still trying to figure a few things out. He actually took the time at the restaurant to help me with my questions. That was going above and beyond. I am so grateful that I ran into him but I am more grateful that he actually offered me help outside of his working hours. I wish I knew his last name, but I know his first name is Jake (Kearns, maybe?) from the veterans Parkway store in Springfield. He is absolutely amazing and I will purchase all of my phones from him from now on. I am definitely spreading around his name for anyone interested in shopping at AT&T.

2022-02-26I walked in the door and Jake greeted me right away. I needed a new screen protector and he was going to get one for me. Before he did that a settings app popped up and I told him this was a problem for me as well. I tried to change the password and it still didnt work. He was very patient and set the password for me. I would not have been able to be that patient or even know how many times it had to be typed in. I had several questions about my phone and he answered them all. The store on veterans parkway is my favorite one. All the employees are very helpful!! Keep up the great customer service!! They are 10 stars for me.

2022-06-14Service was good, woman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a problem in front of store and so 2 staff members were in the back and were asked by another staff member to wait on me, it took longer than it should have however, I wasnt in a hurry so not really a proble..

2022-03-11We went to the AT&T store on veterans in springfield I’ll. We had very good help in this store. Jake helped us with a internet problem with our tv. He call and helped us try to get this problem fixed. He does have very good costumer service. 10 stars.

2021-10-16Had a really pleasant experience with this store. The associate that helped us, Jake was super quick, attentive and resolved all of our questions. We have had poor experiences with another carrier and this visit definitely made up for all that stress! Would 10/10 recommend visiting this store for any needs.
