I took the car to get an oil change and they left the gasket open. I was stranded because of the whole oil leaking and then I had to get a rental car the next day. Because of that my car starter stopped working and Cats auto charged me $300 to repair. Also my car broke down a few months back after I took it there for an oil change. I had to get a tow but I didn’t connect the dots that it broke down after taking it to cats. This time I took the car after you fixed and they said the oil was low. That really upset me. I did read that this has happened before. I

Charged for 65 diagnostics, to see if its battery or starter.even though got service done there. Very over priced , staff is nice but I feel they are more expensive than a car dealer.90 dollar for battery installation and 20 dollars for battery supplies. 130 for battery. I am sorry , but would think twice coming back there... Most place charge very little of no charge at all if you buy battery from them.i am sure they charge a lot for other services as well. I took time to write this so it might help someone else who is reading before going and they do y get shocked like I did.

Pretty scummy, So I usually work on my own car, anything from engine down. Well I took it in for a specific test I wanted performed on my car(because I didn’t have the tool for it). Then they came out and told me everything I basically already knew (literally what you could get from your own reader tool Or just looking at the car data logs etc etc ) BUTTT they didn’t perform the test I asked for specifically for the car. So then they charged me for over an hour of labor (Cat wasn’t even there for An hour, and no work done to it at all!). So what I was told would be around seventy five dollars turned out to be over double that. Obv I didn’t fight it and didn’t let them know everything that I know, wasn’t going to make a scene there. Eventually I got the machine and solved the problem myself.Advice to you: Don’t trust this place, specially if you don’t know about cars, I can see this place is definitely the type to take advantage of people and squeeze anything they can from right under their nose. But if you must, go with someone that knows about cars.

PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY HERE. I brought in my car for stalling and high idle. I spent 2300 dollars while in college which was half of my student loan money. I gave these guys the codes my personal scanner picked up they told me I needed an O2 sensor changed I had them do it come pick it up the engine light was on. They then said it needed a catalytic converter I said okay they did it I get it back drive it and it dies again 2 weeks later. I come back to have it checked and they tell Me its throwing the same code I told them it was showing and they say their initial scan never picked it up when I told them multiple times. they tell me I need to pay a diagnostic fee I told them I paid that initially along with $2300 Dollars they tell me thats that They wont see whats wrong with it. These guys dont have an honorable bone in their body because if they did they would find what they didnt fix and fix it. They took money from a kid struggling in college and left him 2300 dollars more broke and with a broke down car. Dont come here

If I could give 0 stars I would! Wasted 5 months of my life coming back and forth here. Originally came for an oil change in June and was informed I needed front brakes. I trusted CATS to do the correct work on my brakes. Well two weeks later…..GRINDDDD!!! Bring it back and they replaced the brakes and told me to not press on the brakes hard for the first 100 miles, okay done. 3 weeks later…..GRINDDDDD. They replaced them again and I was told the same thing. I decided to go back to them for an oil change again, they informed me they topped off coolant and windshield wiper fluids and the levels were “ok”. Well I’m doing a little highway driving and my car informs me that it’s running HOT! I wait until the next day and check the coolant and it’s EMPTY! I don’t have a leak as it’s been checked so CATS mechanic just never put any coolant in the car. Now fast forward two weeks after oil change incident……brakes still grinding and I bring it back. The gentleman at the front checking us in is RUDE and does not listen when we tell him we have had an ongoing issue with the FRONT brakes. I get the diagnosis that my BACK brakes are at 20 percent and need pads and rotors?? Excuse me, but as a mechanic doing oil changes and fixing my front brakes multiple times, you all never mentioned my back brakes pads needed to be replaced let alone the rotors as well so now I’m paying twice as much when you could’ve fixed the pads when you completed the front brake service. Rewind to the diagnosis and I specifically asked “so the front brakes are good? The grinding is the back?” He replied “yes, the back brakes needed to be done. Me stupidly allowed them to complete the back brakes and rotors and when I go to pick the car up, 5 seconds after pulling off…..GRINDD! I go back to the shop, and they have a mechanic come ride with us…his exact words “oh I didn’t hear that. I was listening for squeaking.” Huhhhhh???? So now my front brakes are STILL grinding and they inform me that my calipers and brake line need to be replaced, for an additional 700.00. You all should have listened to what I said when I dropped the car off and not misdiagnose my car 3 times prior. This is ridiculous and unprofessional and not one apology for wasting my time and money and being horrible mechanics that are just after your money.

This is the absolute best car repair place Ive ever dealt with. I came in for an oil change. They offered a fantastic price and even included a very thorough inspection. I had the mechanic actually take the time and go through what he had checked and he answered all of my questions. As a petite female, I have experienced other places take advantage of me when i was by myself in these situations. This place not only gave me an honest report on my car, but also told me what was most important to address and how long i should be able to go before it was necessary. Completely trustworthy. I will come here from now on and I appreciate fantastic, unparalleled service they provided.

I had an emergency situation this morning involving an almost empty gas tank, a locking gas cap, and a missing key to said gas cap. I was referred to CATS by the woman at OReilly Auto Parts and I was not dissapointed. I walked in panicked and walked out overjoyed with my experience. They were able to fit me in first thing this morning and assured me they would be able to help. It took the technician about 20 minutes to free my gas tank and get me on my way to work. I highly recommend!

What a lovely place. Great service, kind and welcoming staff. I got my oil changed there through a Groupon and I was having some issues with my car after. I called the staff and let them know the issues and they fixed a leak that I had no charge. They are great people and extremely experienced. My car runs great now!
