Caseys always a great place to go. Find everything there you need.
The Casey’s on Mulford and Harrison I Rockford, Illinois is way under staffed. I’ve been there on August 12th, 13, 25 ,and today around 6pm. I walked in to get a single sliced pizza and there where 3 people that were waiting for their pizza’s. There where no single sliced pizza’s. Three people were working the store. One was making pizza’s, but was talking some much that his production rate was horrible. The other guy was doing the cashier and the last guy was back behind the counter were they make the pizza’s, but not doing anything. So I asked him when is there going to be more single sliced pizza’s, at that moment he was bringing up a supreme pizza which was suppose to be for one of the customers that were waiting for theirs. He was to cut it square cut not in triangle slices. This lady ordered it on line and drove across town to get it and it was not ready. She was in the facility for 30 minutes, and they cut it wrong and knew he made a mistake because he said he was talking and list his concentration!! REALLY! So he looks at the other guy to find out when they were goin to make more. Anyhow I was told he wouldn’t have any single slices for at least another 10 minutes. I was there already 10-15 minutes. Way, way, understaffed in that store. Every time I have been in there I over heard someone is not working any longer that day and told the person to tell the manger I am not going to work the rest of the night. So sounds like management better step it up or get fired and bring someone in that knows what they are doing. And they need to be there every night to make certain people are doing their jobs correctly. Put some more camera’s in there and monitor your staff!! I’m at done going there! So sad because I have been waiting for Casey’s to come to Rockford for 15 years!
This has station had many different types of fuels that most other gas stations in the area dont have. I filled up quick and easy, and they even accept hy-vee gas rewards cards which I thought was pretty cool.
Went there to get gas, the girl taking money was no where to be found.when she showed up i was told her hours got cut and Caseys wont give her a raise. i asked her why she didnt quit and was told she needed to get fired for unemployment. so i stood in a gas station 10 minutes during a pandemic . thanks casey. i ended up going to mobil to get gas
Went there for some pizza, it was delicious. The store is extremely clean and has very friendly employees that work there. Perfect place for a late night snack.
Caseys beats all other gas stations in Rockford hands down. Had a big, delicious biscuits and gravy made fresh this morning from here. Only $2.50.
Cool place but pop prices in coolers is outta hand! $3 for a bottle of coke? $1 in a machine anywhere.
The gas pumps are a pain to operate. Press this button for this this button for something else and something else before you can pump your gas. Inside staff is friendly.
If the employees would wear their mask properly and enforce that when people walk in the store that there should be wearing one when theres signs on the doors saying no shoes no shirts no math no service then thats the way it should be
The store has never stopped and you have one employee that goes around talking about all the other employees and how they dont do their job

A fairly recent development in the area. Its a nice, well-lit and clean place to stop at any hour of the day or night. I stopped here to pick up a soda on the way home.

2022-04-09The slowest diesel pumps Ive seen in my life. So slow in fact, that I had plenty of time to pop the stopwatch up on my phone while waiting. 53 seconds to pump a gallon of fuel. I thought it to be a fluke with a bad pump so I moved to the diesel pump at the other end of the station. Same slow pump situation Well, thats 20 minutes of my life Ill never get back...

2022-05-27Every time I go to this Caseys on lunch at 12:00 p.m. they never have food ready. Just went there again and they had 1 pc of pizza (breakfast pizza? Left over from 9 a.m. ridiculous.

2022-02-11Ordered 2 taco pizzas. Hardly any toppings on it, mostly cheese. Usually the taco pizza is great but I was disappointed this time. Highly doubt I will be back.

2021-11-24Well lighted area. Employees stand at the door smoking together, which is unprofessional and then run in when they see a customer walking in. People gathered around visiting employees kind of makes you uncomfortable, and you dont know whose in line or who isnt.

2020-08-10What a great experience. I just stopped for a fill up but the smell of the food inside made me slow down. I stopped and glazed over the food ever so hungry. And it was the fresh hot pizza 🍕 that I went with .and yup great choice. I highly recommend it. I did notice public restrooms, wheelchair parking and how clean the establishment was. A plus was the very friendly staff.

No issues with ordering or the quality of food through the app or in store.Their new rewards system is a great way to ear discounts on fuel, Caseys cash for use in-store, or you can even donate it to a school of your choosing.Or, do what I do and keep stockpiling points for a massive payout whenever

2019-08-30Id give zero stars if possible. I ordered a pizza and it took them 1 hour 45 minutes to get my order ready from the time I placed it. I ordered a pizza, square cut, and they gave me a regular cut pizza that was half-burned and hard. The employees just stood there ignoring everyone who was waiting until we started asking about our pizzas. Maybe this was just a fluke and an especially bad day, but Ive got no intention of finding out. Caseys lost my business after this atrocious lack of customer service. I wish Id taken a picture of the pizza itself, but Ill have to settle for a photo of the crusts.
