2022-04-16None of the employees knew how to make a sub sandwich… we waited at the counter for someone to help us, no one did. So after being ignored, I asked for someone to help us and the two employees who were working said they didn’t know how to make subs… Seems like there’s a gap on training.

2020-09-01Weve been to lots of Caseys stores around the area and the arcola store always has had clean bathrooms and the best staff!! The management is on top of everything. And the rest of staff is ALWAYS helpful in helping you get whatever it is you need.

2019-04-23I stopped there yesterday for gas.I went in to pre pay for my gas (35.00) and the red head that waited on me tried to give me 35 cents back.I told her I hadnt even pumped my gas yet.She looked at me like I was nuts. There was a lady that come up front to fix problem. She had put the 35 dollars on wrong pump and then tried to give me back my 35 dollars.I finally go out to pump my gas 10 mins after getting there.I pumped 26 dollars of gas so they owed me 9 dollars. I go back into store and tell her I pumped 26 dollars and she turns and walks over to tell other register and and starts helping someone else. The other lady comes back up and then she asks me if I hung the gas pump back up.Are you freaking kidding me. No thru it on the ground. This is why I quit doing business with Caseys. They hire people and dont train them properly.Unfortunately Tuscola Caseys is far worse than the Arcola store. You have dumb and dumber running these stores.

2016-05-26I am owner of 3 Js Transmission across the street and we go here about 3 to 4 times a day. Janine the manager is always greeting everyone with a smile and is kind to all her customers. She does her job very well and store is always looking nice.

2018-10-02The place to get a quick bite late night. Standard gas station selection of candies and snacks plus made to order pizza, burgers and sandwiches. Competitively priced Gas.

2020-01-16Between the 4 hour old pizza, moldy fruit and cold case food thats 2 weeks past the expiration date, I cant imagine getting anything aside from food poisoning from this place.
