Always get my nails done by Lily. Shes great.
Two of my girls and a friend made a 10am appt for a Friday(today), signed in & waited patiently. They open at 9:30am. When the girls got there they already had 2 people being attended to. The girls sat & waited for TWO hours before anyone else even came in the building. Those people were waited on BEFORE them! The people that came in had a 2pm appt. So why were they getting waited on at 12pm when my girls had been there since 10am? They FINALLY did a rush job on their nails.... which they said they liked because they were tired of waiting but werent what they wanted... or asked for. One of them had to have theirs re-done because they were falling off before getting painted. Still paid $50 each.
I love my nails(feet & hands),they were friendly and they took their time, like I was the only client there. Much appreciated, keep up the good work
Lilly is amazing!! I have never had a nail break or come off!! I went to another one time and within 3 days 2 nails came off! New pedicure massage chairs and they give the best deluxe pedicures

Several people recommended this place to get my nails done. Keep on mind Ive never had my nails done professionally. He was rough, not friendly at all, and also made me very uncomfortable. About half way thru the process, he started talking to another worker, couldnt understand a thing, he stopped paying attention to what he was doin and started paying more attention to her. It felt and seemed like he was complaining and griping about something. He would stop doin my nails and start talking with his hands, like, really?! My son even mentioned after leaving that he thought they were cussing at us. He was definitely agitated. Could tell my the tone of his voice. I dont know if Ill go back or not.

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would! Went in to get a full set and they ended up only painting them and when I corrected the man he acted as if it was a huge inconvienence so I politely just had him finish with painting them. It was $25 just to have them painted which is ridiculous and from the way he did them I could had done them better myself from home. Get to the front to pay with a $40 gift certificate I had and they say its expired. Which at the bottom it has the date it was purchased. Thats it. Then I ask her since some how this certificate is expired does the $40 just expire too!? $40 in tour cash register and no work done!? She had absolutely nothing to say to me through all of this then asks me how much cash I have on me. Paid her $19 in cash which was all I had on me at the time. So all in all I practically paid $60 for an extremely crappy manicure. I absolutely will not ever be going back and do not recommend them.
Ive always had great service here. Sometimes I wait but thats okay. My polish lasts 3-4 weeks and I am very hard on my hands and feet. I get shellac on my toes and the dip on my hands.
My wife has came here for a long time until recently. About 7 months ago (September, 2017) she started complaining of the quality and workmanship at this business.She began looking for other places to get her nails but still sometimes stops in to get a manicure and get them painted. I can tell you this is the last time she will be coming here!They were using unstaril tools, were very rude and rough to the point of making her bleed, were skipping steps in the process, painting the skin on her fingers, and didn’t even put a clear coat on them! Not to mention the quality of this paint looks like pure trash. Out of her 10 fingers, there was only 3 that they did not make bleed.Once she got out to the car after having them done, still sitting in the parking lot, she immediately began picking at them trying to fix them and complaining about pain in her nails.If I were you, I would travel the distance to find a new place to get your nails done at or find a different shop here in Anna like Sylvia’s Brushstrokes or scissor hands. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment up front!
I will not be going back to Carls Nails in Anna. Before my husband and I went on vacation to Jamaica, I got shellac done on my nails & a pedicure. Just for the pedicure and shellac on my toes was $65. Less than 3 days later, the Polish had completely came off of 2 toes. Within 5 days, it had came off all but one of them. Carls Nails said they would repaint them for free. Today I went in and when I was getting ready to leave she decided to charge $60 for something she had told me an hour before wouldnt cost anything!!!! Terrible customer service. #peedmymoneyaway

I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up, waxed. I told the woman to clean them up, I know I had some straggly hair up there. She tells me to sit in a regular chair. The chair you sit in to get your nails done. At that point I shouldve known that something wasnt going to be right. She proceeded to wax, then pluck at my skin, not the hair then finished off with brushing and cutting with the scissors. She handed me a mirror, but I couldnt see because I took my glasses off. When I looked, I was mortified.. This woman had taken off half of my eyebrow. I asked her about it and she told me that it was thin when I came in. I said my brows grow far down, yes, they were thin at the end, but not in the middle. She had no remorse or regret, she didnt even apologize. I refused to pay for that service. I normally pay and tip, but not this time. I was very upset when I left Carls nail.As you can clearly tell by the picture, half of my eyebrow is Gone.. 😢😭
The customer sevice gets worse every time I come in. I waited almost an hour just to get my head jerked around when I was being waxed, to the point I was about to tell him to let someone else finish me. The guy was so rude and complained about his hours the whole time. As soon as he got his tip, he walked away from the register without a word and I stood there for a while before I realized he was done - no pleasantries or goodbye or anything, just took the tip and was gone. I’ll find somewhere else with kinder service.
The people are very nice but the nail polish needs to be thrown out & new polish used. Most bottles were almost empty & just old colors.
Do not get your acrylic nails taken off here. One of the guys took mine off by putting another acrylic nail underneath the ones I had on and just ripped the glue away. I barely have a fingernail left. Not only did it hurt, my nails are paper thin.

I have been going there for 8 months. The quality has steadily went down hill on the products they use. Top coat bubbles up after 3 or 4 days. Im not going back!!
