Stale food both times we tried going there after leaving 6 Flags. They also wouldnt let us add fries to our order without driving around and getting in line again. We had already paid, but wouldve paid again for fries. We were still waiting for our food, my 2 year old wanted fries and I realized I didnt order any. We spent all day at 6 flags and didnt have the energy to argue or get in line again for fries.
The customer was okay. The restrooms were clean. All in all Ill give it a C. The only thing I didnt like was when one of the female workers was giving us our ice cream cones which we had 6. She didnt wear gloves and her fingers were touching the top of the cones. Which is disgusting and unsanitary especially with Covid -19 going on. Attention!! All Burger King Workers Please Wear Gloves When Handling All Food Products... Thanks! An Concern Customer.
I just went through drive thru, I got a whopper, an original chicken sandwich, two orders of the 8pc CHEESY TOTS, & two Hershey’s Sundae pies. Imagine my reaction when I get home, & realize that the CHEESY TOTS I ordered, one bag came with 6, the other one came with 6 as well & 4 cheddar jalapeño bites. Not what I wanted. I just called about 5 times, no answer, it goes straight to voice mail. I don’t blame the guy who took my order, but who ever was in the kitchen working tonight.
Apparently they close at 10, that’s not posted any where that makes sense. You pull up to the drive thru where everything is on and looks like it’s open. You wait there for 5 minutes patiently, give up and finally pull around and then finally see that they put their hours of operation on the drive thru windows.. unprofessional. And we weren’t the only ones in line
If I could go ahead and give a negative star I definitely would. Unfortunately it extremely lacked customer service. Very rude wanting to rush to take the order and snappy plus still had the decency to ask for us to park and wait on the order when they had no cars. Unfortunately it seems like they’re putting wrong people on the window to take orders. The person who dropped off our food was extremely polite. Unfortunately thanks to the person in the window they screw the rest of the team.
This place has to b the worst Burger King EVER!!! I mean this is after everything is open from Covid n they still have half their restaurant closed. Make matters worst the tables they do have available they were all dirty!!! They dont have the Texas Whopper. N ofcourse there soda machines dont work. There employees dont care much either. Stay away from this place!
Weve stopped in a number of times for breakfast before visiting the Six Flags theme park across the street. The food has always been prepared quickly and correctly. The dining room has always been as clean as youd expect with ample seating. I like how you can order a Whopper even during breakfast hours. This convenient location has an indoor playground, so thats nice for kids that finish eating early.
Not a bad place but the service is not the best sometimes. I had an offer for a free impossible from T-Mobile and I redeem the code and put it into the Burger King app but for some reason it still wasnt showing up in the offers so I try to put it in the app again but it already said that I did it so I couldnt do it again. I explained this to them when I got to the window but she kept asking me for the code in the offers but I told her three times the offer is not popping up but I have proof that the offer is still there (from T-Mobile app) which I showed her but still couldnt get it. She just walked away so we drove off. Also I had to spend some money to even get the impossible Burger for free so the fact that I could get it even though I spent money to get it was very upsetting. Called the Burger King in Waukegan and explained what was happened and I was able to get my impossible burger for free like I was supposed to.
Bathrooms and tables were disgusting. Asked them to clean the tables and they told me to find another one, I said all of them were dirty so someone came out to clean the table and wouldn’t wipe the seats she said that she can’t because it’s unsanitary, but serving food on dirty tables is sanitary???
You could not meet ruder staff than at this facility. I didnt have my glasses with me and the lady at the drive thru refused to help me if I couldnt read the code on the coupon. Have you seen the size of that print!! I asked for help and she said sorry, I dont do that.
If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. I have been going to this location because its close to my work 4/2 years and nine times out of ten their shake machine is broken. What is really ridiculous is they have signs all over the outside and on the Marquee how their hand-spun shakes are all a 1.99 but yet their shake machine has been down 4 months now
Don’t go there after midnight. I live in Zion and only come here because it’s the only other option after midnight . There’s always the same old guy thats rude and lazy. He refuses service if theres more than two cars at the window. It’ll take a half hour to get your food and with a frown.
Lets talk about the Burger King on Green Bay Road this is the worst Burger King in the world they always screw up the orders they never get the orders right and when they do get the orders right they end up parking us for 30 minutes because they dont want their times to go up in drive-thru and then when they bring the food out the orders always wrong then we have to drive all the way back around and then they have to park us again and because theyre so busy they forget that they parked us I think this is so ridiculous in the managers there are so rude and outrageous and all theyre worried about is their hourly pay they dont care about our customers they always screw my food up all the time
July 4th was a great time until I crossed the street from SixFlags great America and went to the drive thru at this Burger King. My family of five were so excited to just get an ice cream cone before going home. I get to the drive up and had an awkward silence for a good 10-15 seconds before being greeted and than I’m greeted with “ummmmm......can I help you?” I guess I’m more irritated because the way I was greeted was like I was an inconvenience. So I get past that and I ask what size ice cream cones and the answer I got was in a defensive tone “ well, they’re not by size but how y’all they are”. I asked, what is the price because I can’t see it on the menu? Response with an annoyed tone $1.40. I’m confused at this point because she stayed it’s not by size but by height but she only tells me one price. So than she assumed I meant a cup while I’m asking about cones specifically. I wanted to know if they had small and bigger cones. (Legitimate question since I have a 3,10,11 year old so I would grab a small cone for my youngest.) point is there was a back and forth about something so simple but I seemed to be a nuisance. I got out of the drive thru and just went home so disappointed. My kids were even more disappointed since the ice cream shop we wanted ended up being closed. I’ve worked in retail for almost 20 years and this was so disappointing to experience at the end of such a great day. I just wanted an ice cream for my kids and see their smiles.
Drive thru guy didn’t understand my order and tried charging me for more then I asked for. Then when I questioned him to make sure I was getting what I’d asked for he kept blowing me off and shutting the window and not responding and was giving a horrible attitude the whole time. Food was ok not great. I doubt I’ll ever go to that Burger King again.
When my family and I walked in, there was NO ONE to be seen up front/near the registers so we used the kiosk option. Upon check out there is an option to pay at the register. Go to the register and wait for someone to arrive. She was having a hard time and asked the other guy there for help. He was no help to the poor girl trying to figure out the issue at the register and when he walked away he was making comments on how we should have just ordered up front if going to pay cash instead of using the kiosk option. When asked if he were the manager and if we heard the comments correctly he said he was the covering manager from another store and did admit to making the comments. Since we were still waiting to pay we informed them we would just like our money and would take our business elsewhere, to a place that was not rude to their customers and we would be back to place a complaint. The “manager” then decided to yell his name was Francisco for when we call/come back to complain. Then kept yelling taunting and provoking comments towards my husband.

2022-07-08Me and my daughter go through the drive-thru we ordered chicken nuggets they should have been eight we get 7 each and on top of that there was no barbecue sauce so we asked for different kind of sauce and we did not get what we asked for the nuggets were cold and old then they try to charge me for extra sauce

2021-12-04Eh... all the food was room temperature when I ate it in the parking lot. Before hand I asked if they had hot sauce and the bird hands me a Taco Bell Sauce Packet.I guess u get what u paid for.AndYouWork what you get paid.So do your self a favor and go to the gas station down the road and get a bag of m&ms

2021-06-22The young lady working the drive thru on Sunday 6/20 at 8 pm was absolutely amazing. She separated all the sandwiches & onion rings into meal bags(2 sandwiches & 1 lrg onion ring per bag) and i I didnt even ask her to. It made it easier to put our daughters food to the side bc she wasnt off work yet. The young lady was super nice also. Made sure we had plenty of zesty sauce & napkins. I will definitely be coming back to this BK.
