No one was in the restaurant for ordering. Only one clerk and one cook. Had several cars at drive thru but you had to sit in line for several minutes before you were waited on. Went inside to order and eat but service was still very slow and when we got our orders it was not correct. Went to counter to bring it to their attention but after 5 minutes and no response we just picked off what we didnt want on the wrong type of sandwich and made the best of it because we had already paid. Will never again come back to this burger king.
Definitely the worst Burger King I have ever been, I waited for my order for over 20 minutes and then left without it
So me and my man decided to go eat here but as soon as we came in the blonde hair chick cashier was having an attudide towards us. No greeting, being impatient, rolling her eyes when we said three time we are still looking at the menu. We were in there for 3 minutes and just walked out. I worked at a restaurant myself. Show some respect to ur customers. They are paying and u work to get that money. Also the store looked gross. Water dripping from the ceiling and tables looked dirty. The other burger king does better than this one.

HORRIBLE!! The only reason I gave it 1 star was because 0 wasnt an option! I had ordered over $20 in food and not 1 item was fresh or even warm!! Absolutely Terrible service!!!Went there and asked for 4 original chicken sandwiches with extra mayonnaise and Jalapeño Bites. The chicken tasted terrible and looked like it was burnt, there was close to no mayonnaise added at all so just forget about the extra mayonnaise, and to make this even worse they forgot to hand me over the Jalapeño Bites and told me that the 2 bags I had was all I ordered. Like seriously, if I were to walk out with my order then I potentially would have paid for something that I didn’t even get!!!Absolutely disrespectful and one of the worst burger kings that I have visited.This place took horribleness to another level!!!
Went there yesterday for a quick bite of lunch on my way home. Bad idea. This is the second time in a row that I got chicken from there that was well below servable. The first time was a chicken sandwich that was undercooked and actually made me a little nauseous before I realized and stopped eating it. This time I got chicken nuggets that could crack a tooth. I swear they had been sitting there at least an hour. When did this place go this far downhill?
Really good. They informed us it took 7 minutes because the spicy chicken sandwich was made to order and it was worth the wait. Everything was fresh and I even LOVED the fries and they are just usually okay.
Not sure whats happening, as the service used to be very good. Ive been here a couple times the past few weeks, the 1st time I was in drive up for 10 minutes and the line didnt move, so I went to Arbys next door. Today I went thru drive up and cars were sitting, car in front of us sat at ordering for 5+ minutes b4 they took their order. Then our turn, they told us theyd be right with us, we waited another 4 minutes. CRAZY SLOW...get it together guys or Im done with ya.

Fast, friendly service. great value menu and classic burgers. Good fare here given the expected BK menu. Whoppers are awesome! Custom toppings done to perfection. The fries arent McDonalds nalds, but they are good.The two for $4 breakfast sandwiches were also great...ham egg and cheese croissant. 🥐Will return to BK and this location
Went to the drive thru and had the nicest young woman wait on us her name was Keyona. She had our order correct and the prettiest smile. Very pleasant experience.

Place was filthy. 6 employees all with additudes. Slow service stood at counter for 5 min why employees stood there doing ntn. Not one table was clean floor was sticky throughout the dinning area. Worst bk in decatur.
Rude costumer service was first in line no cars behind us waited at the window for 10 minutes then paid then handed our drinks then 5 minutes later.told us to pull up didnt tell us why another 10 minutes go by and we see all the cars behind us getting there food and then another 5 minutes pass we get our food ask what took so long said we were making the impossible whopper fresh all our food was cold and we could see them playing around through the window
If you like cold food and dont get proper order relying on the person that just got his cold food to circle back around and wait in line for them to get you right order and warm. Maybe its the culture of the people who work there to not care about their product.
0 stars!! Drive thru was a long wait,finally got up to speaker just to be told after I ordered all my order that they dont make coffee after 5pm. Keep in mind I get coffee here everyday. So I cancelled that order and went to McDonalds. Who was happy to make coffee. My family will not go to burger king again. When I said cancel my order she said ok bye.
My family come here for lunch after Church on occasion when were looking for something good, quick and inexpensive.Always been pleased with the service and quality of the food. Convenient location for grocery shopping and access to the highways.North side of town so youre not in the slums of the city

Came to this one so I wouldn’t have to go to the other one and it’s just as bad. waited a whole hour in line, finally i get my order and the girl just walks up and hands me the food and walks off very rudely without saying a word.

We did not receive a milk and a small frozen coke we had ordered and paid for. When we want to the counter to tell them they ignored us and did other stuff.No other customers to wait on. Each time we had to get their attention. We had been on the road all day! Food was just OK
They Left out an item... No big deal. Went inside to retrieve it, thats where it went downhill. None of the workers that I could see had gloves on. THREE workers looked me in my eyes and ignored my existence. I had to request assistance. When someone finally came over, there was no sympathy or even apologetic tone. Handed me my item and said nothing. Will not be back. Very disappointed. Mistakes happen. Its how you correct them that counts. And these ladies couldnt be bothered.
The bun on my fish sandwich was cold.The bun on the whopper was stale and the sandwich was tasteless. Prices have went up and it was ridiculous!
Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes with two cars ahead of me. The line moved once within that timeframe. From looking in the window there appeared to be 2 employees who were just standing around.
Some issues with the app today, but thats not the locations fault. Made my custom order perfectly. I enjoy their Frappes as well, but did get a disgusting one once. Overall this is a great location.
Food at this location has always been good. The staff has always been friendly. Burger King offers a much greater value than mcdonalds. There is easy access to the store from the highway. I will be back soon.

The counter/drivethru gal was wonderful. We are disabled and she did everything she could to help us. Another young lady, on break, got up and carried our food to the table.The only down-side was that the sandwiches were not assembled very well.
Describe my experience; one word terrible. This restaurant is consistently dirty and the employees are not only rude but they seem to go out of their way to be extraordinarily rude. The manager upon me calling and explaining that they got my order wrong, instead of apologizing and saying what can I do to make it right, she proceeded to give me a dissertation and attempted to recite our conversation at the drive up device word for word, however , just like my order she was incorrect and offered no resolution, no solution much less an apology, her name is Michelle or Michael, when I finally got her on the phone I had to ask her twice for her name, introducing myself first with my name. so my review I give this a double negative 5 dark stars out of a possible five positive stars, this is indicative behavior and attitude for this particular area, I will never go back to this restaurant, the chain as a whole has been one of my standby favorites for years, but the people in particular at this location need some serious training or this location needs to be shut down, every other fast food restaurant in town had a line of at least 6 to 8 cars at the drive-through, this Burger King had no wait whatsoever and now I understand why.
I used to have tons of issues at this location with staff and quality of the food. The last 3 months they have really turned it around. Most people seem happy and the food is coming out fresh, accurate, and Tasty. Hats off to whomever took the initiative and got this place back on track!
Worst customer service ever. One lady waited 20 minutes for milk shake. Why u ask? Well two workers sitting out back in black truck smoking weed, which then assuming the lady whos supposed to be at counter inside dating one of guys because shes put there cussing him out w every new phone n book. So mean time no one is at the two registers inside. I see store is managed real well.
Staff and servers were very rude and had bad attitudes. They seemed overwhelmed and took forever to receive the very subpar “service. Recommend going to a different restaurant.
Beware of the child play area. Nothing more than 4 stairs and a small slide. I dont know why you should BEWARE of it, but they advertise that they have a place for kids, but come on. You might as well pull over three dining chairs and a few serving trays and you have something better than their kid area.
Still as slow as Moses when using the drive up food is hot so no complaint there and the one dollar chicken nuggets have McD beat by far. I did not go inside.

Try the chicken nugget special as it is excellent. Service is a little slow using the drive up. Count the nuggets you might be shorted on the food order.
I couldnt choose anything lower then 1 star so Ill just say its less then half. Service was slow and orders were wrong and orders getting lost. All in all I dont recommend anyone coming to this location.

2022-01-25My meal was discounted a lot. Used App. Had the impossible burger. All plant based. I could have had the Whopper, but am so glad I stayed with veggie burger. You could have fooled me, didnt have the taste of their flame cooked burgers, but could have been a burger to me. Onion rings were very good too. Dont hesitate if you can afford it. It is Large.!

2022-06-19All tables were right down gross and dirty... Garbages running over. All four employees including the mgr. On duty just talking and standings around... Needs new people that want to work. Gross. And food was not fresh and its was around 2pm... They do not fix food fresh. U get was is left from lunch time

2022-03-15No matter were you go burger king cant get an order right . Stop trying to save on oil. the quality of your fry food is suffering for it. Stop hirring people that dont care about others. Cook less more often . How hard is that . Im pretty sure people would not mind waiting a little longer for great quality food. We get it !! Especially know our world if messed up. Stop it . 2022-06-28Last Friday I went through the drive thru ordered a chicken with cheese an ice tea and 2 kids meals I received a chicken sandwhich no cheese and no ice tea my grandkids were with me so didnt realize the tea was missing I went back today and ordered another chicken sandwhich with cheese I received a chicken sandwhih no cheese on a moldy bun both times I paid for the cheese the moldy bun did it I wont be back

2019-02-15Got 2 bacon burgers and fries the burger was basically warm. The fries were old and the fountain drinks are mostly carbonated water and little syrup. Would not recommend.

2019-01-136 items half hour, no one through the drive through and we were the first people inside. Couple people did manage to come in get their food eat and leave since we got there. Food was wrong chicken nuggets could break the windows, and I literally thought she was going to try after waiting strapped in a high chair for so long. Remade the food and somehow came back cold?
