No body buys blinds every day and I was some what worried about finding the right blinds for our home because things change so rapidly. Disregard the 1 star review…he does not have a showroom, but comes to your house and kindly recommends what will work best with your space (many options and colors).

My faux wood blinds were measured, ordered, and installed within four weeks. Leslie went out of her way to make sure my selection would be mounted as desired even on the windows of an older home. The result is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process.

We used Bucktown Blinds for the window treatments in our new home. I thought I wanted shutters, but was disappointed because I didn’t think they would work well with the windows we have. But Matt had great recommendations for shades that would work with our windows. I love what we ended up with. Matt was great. The shades even arrived early, and Matt got them installed ASAP. Highly recommend.

He came to my home for the initial consultation with a myriad of different design, color, and material options to choose from. If you’re indecisive like me, this part might seem daunting. Luckily, Matt has been in this business forever so this was no shock to his system whatsoever. He listened to me and patiently helped guide me through which product options would best serve my purpose and vision. After a couple days of contemplation and competitor comparison research, we decided to go with Matt. His customer service and attention to detail really sold us. Great experience from start to finish. They were very accommodating when it came to our schedule. Lauren came to our home and helped us find great blinds for each of our rooms. Our family experience with Budget Blinds was great - from sales to installation.With Lauren we were treated with courtesy and respect, we felt heard, and we believe we got a “good deal” with regards to pricing during sales.Additionally, our installation went smooth and quick. Our installer, Mike called ahead and offered to come earlier which we appreciated, took off his shoes so as not to track ice salt and garage dust through our home, and after installing, took time to show us how to operate our blinds but also adjust them to our satisfaction.Finally, all of this was done during the COVID-19 pandemic and both our sales representative and installer wore a mask at all times.If we want blinds again, then we’ll start with Budget Blinds Blinds of Naperville.
Mixed review - Great quality blinds and drapes once you get them. Installation went great - Mike knows what he is doing. However the Customer service is lacking from the shop - no response to texts or calls, very hard to get status on my large order, months of waiting and questioning. Any response to a call or text would be appreciated - even just to acknowledge it and let me know you are working on it. Or a call back to maybe pick something different if my order is that hard to fulfill?Just frustrating not knowing what is going on with the order.

Our experience with Budget Blinds was great from start to finish. Lauren presented different options that was within our budget. She was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. The installer Greg was in an out of the house in under an hour for 7 windows! We are really pleased with the blinds and have no complaints.
Not sure if I’ll get to experience their service. The only offer weekday appointments for a consultant to come and the last one is at 3pm. Should at least offer Saturday appointments.

We had shades, blinds, and shutters installed in our home and are very pleased with how they look. Leslie came to measure was very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing different window treatments. Mike did our installations and was quick and did a great job! With a new baby, we were nervous about Covid but everyone who came to our home was very professional, wore masks, removed shoes, etc.
Lauren was amazing and helped me pick just the right blinds and valances to really pull all of the home decor together. Manny was so detailed and efficient when installing the blinds. Leslie, the sales rep at Budget Blinds of Naperville was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. She sent samples and was very accessible even when I had even more questions. I had a roller shade installed for my patio door and wasnt really familiar with them. She explained the whole process from beginning to end and gave me a very accurate time frame for order and install. I was recommended to this place by someone else and I would definitely recommend them to someone else. I am very happy with my roller shade..it is easy to use and it looks great!
I bought cellular shades for two skylights. It was pricey but worth it. Installation was great - quick and they look good. Only complaints are that the pole to open and close the shades is an extra $50 (you would think it would be included when considering how expensive the shades already are)and that it took almost 6 weeks from the order date for the blinds to be installed.
We had nearly all of our blinds replaced by Budget Blinds about 3 1/2 months ago. One set was custom for an odd window, it is exactly what we envisioned, and we could not be happier with the final result for everything. We have had zero issues and the blinds look beautiful. Leslie was amazing and was so helpful in helping us decide the exact color and pattern to match our home. I highly recommend this company!
Earl came to our upcoming doggy daycare business in Montgomery to install blinds for us. He was completely professional, friendly and helpful. I was beyond happy and satisfied with his workmanship. I highly recommend this company! I also highly recommend if possible to ask for him. Both Stephanie and Earl were incredibly helpful and responsive.
Worst customer service experience. This is especially disappointing because I was dealing directly with the owner. My initial purchase was at the beginning of December where she promised a 6 week delivery and install. Well that passes and she said should only be a few more weeks. Finally in mid February I get about half my order delivered and installed this is at about 12 weeks. Then the powered rolling shade for my slider stops working. I leave her more than one message regarding this and she finally gets back to me 1 week later. She states that the custom drapes were ordered for our first floor have been discontinued and that I need to pick out a new pattern. So we picked those out at the end of February and nothing has been completed since then. Not one phone call to update us on the status of the rest of our order. It is now the end of June 2021 and we are still waiting for the rest of our order and for the replacement slider shade. I have paid over half the total of the invoice which I paid her back in December of 2020 yet she didn’t even finish over deliver half the job. Please stay away from this place if you value your time, good customer service and on time completion of the job.
Matt did a fabulous job! I had been looking at blinds for weeks. The choices were overwhelming. Matt helped me to pick out blinds that worked well for my house. They are beautiful. When Im ready to get blinds for another room in my house, Matt will be first and only call.
We just had whole house plantation shutters and an over-the-sink roman shade installed - we absolutely love all of it! Budget Blinds of Naperville was great. Lauren was so friendly and came to our house two times before we even placed our order. She guided us through the whole process and provided really good ideas. Most importantly, she wasn’t pushy! It was so easy. Stephanie, the owner, came back to independently verify measurements as well. Mike, the installer, did a great job and had the project completed within 1.5 days which helped to minimize disruptions to our crazy household! The price was competitive and the turnaround time from ordering to completion was as stated. Overall, I would 100% recommend Budget Blinds of Naperville!
Manny and Jose arrived on time as scheduled to perform our blind installation. They both followed covid protocols and were professional as well as efficient. Excellent customer service is hard to come by so we were thrilled. They addressed all of our questions to our satisfaction. We had alot of blinds to install yet they were able to complete rather quickly without affecting the quality of their work. Definitely not their first rodeo. From the first experience of the consultation to the installation everything went perfect. On installation day, Manny came in, worked much faster than I expected and gave me instructions on how to use the blinds to include charging the motorized blinds and recommendations. Great experience.
Manny did a great job with installing our blinds. He was efficient and very polite! When there was a small issue, he let me know right away and told me what he would do to fix it. I was in the loop the whole time and felt good about the process. The blinds also look so great!
Needed new blinds and shades in a few rooms plus valances for living room. There was a problem with the blinds that was immediately corrected. The designer recommended products and helped us pick out the perfect products. They have a wide variety of window options. Manny and Jose were the installers. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

I have tried contacting Budget Blinds for the past year regarding warranty work on two Hunter Douglas Shades I purchased there. I have tried emailing the email provided on this webpage-no response. The phone numbers just ring and ring. I have left messages, and have never received a return phone call. Use at your risk.

The representative came to my home, listened to me regarding the product I wanted, and showed me many samples. She accurately measured the window for an inside and outside mounted blind and explained the entire process to me.After ordering the product, within three weeks I heard from the installer and we set a date and time for installation. He arrived on time, and completed the installation perfectly. He reviewed the warranty as well as ensured I knew how to open and close the blind.Sounds simple, but the blind automatically closes when you gently push it up.I highly recommend Budget Blinds of Naperville.

Mike the installer did a great job. It took six months to recieve shutters. Too long of wait. Not once did they call us about the wait. They need a training class in customer service. Every time i called it was a different answer about the wait. Never again would I buy from them.

I recently replaced the blinds throughout my entire house. Stephanie provided a virtual and then an in home consultation so I could make a decision on the type of blinds I wanted. BTW - Stephanie wore a mask the entire time she was in my home due to COVID19. Stephanie was so great and offered wonderful expertise to help me in making a decision! In the end, I decided on the illusion blinds for the entire main level of my home! They were installed yesterday by Greg, who was also great, and the blinds look fabulous! BTW - Greg wore a mask as well. Not only do the blinds look wonderful inside the house, but they also look great from the outside. So many compliments by my neighbors already! For the upstairs bedrooms, Stephanie proposed the darkening shades as it gets quite hot in the bedrooms in the summertime and the opposite in the wintertime. So, this will definitely help! Due to two of the upstairs bedrooms having the windows behind the beds, Stephanie recommended the remote controls for those two to enable easy blinds access. Wonderful idea! Overall, Im so pleased with my new blinds, with Stephanies spectacular consultative skills, and Gregs installation expertise (completed the installation for the entire house in a hour/forty minutes). Very pleased and would highly recommend!

I needed a quick fix to a kitchen window, made a call to budget blinds! Budget blinds came to the rescue to install a fabric style blinds in my kitchen. The customer service was on point, the install was quick and professional. If I had to give negative it would be the pricing $500 for a piece of cloth, the price was ridiculous, I guess when they walk in your house and see how you living the price changes.🤷♂️

Our blinds were broken, outdated and in one window, non-existent. But with two kids in college we needed a super low cost solution, and Budget Blinds sounded like it would offer a great price and bare-bones service. Thats not what we got. Our salesperson Mark Wagaman, definitely kept us in budget, but he showed up with a wide array of quality options, listened carefully to our requirements, made thoughtful recommendations, and even offered unexpected solutions. And since he also did the prompt, professional installation himself, there were no surprises anywhere in the process -- except for the fact that Budget Blinds totally exceeded our expectations.

Turnaround time on a repair was terrible. Poor attitude towards customers. Be advised if you have something repaired they absolutely will not take a credit card.

Stephanie was so easy to work with. I started out with another company and used their design consultant. That company was not willing to back up any of their design services or product after the colors came back that completely clashed with the color scheme of the room. That’s when we turned to Stephanie. She knew exactly what to show me after looking at my home and listening to what I wanted. I love the professionalism of the sales rep and the tech Manny but everything else about the process was lacking. It took a while to get my order after I placed it. I was notified that my appointment was scheduled via text. There was no phone call to confirm that I was available on that day. Then when I canceled because my son and I was sick it took over a month to reschedule. I had to call back in because the person who was supposed to schedule dropped the ball.

2022-01-24Leslie has brilliantly helped us pick out and order 11 blinds, custom shutters across three large dining room windows, honeycomb shades in a sitting room, and a power shade on our sliders. Who I am: someone who has no clue on design and every clue on value. The fact that Leslie advised me so courteously with my budget in mind while also staying true to the beauty and architecture of our house, is what made all of this happen. Installers Mike & Joe are professional, and very courteous.

Matt was very transparent and didnt have any hidden fees like other quotes I received. His recommendations really helped, especially the blackout blinds for our kids rooms. Thank you again!

We knew very little about blinds and were definitely on a budget, but she did not let any of those obstacles stand in the way of us getting blinds for our home, a great deal & FAST! It was the most seamless home visit we have ever experienced. I felt like we weren’t “sold” to, Kate truly cares about you getting the right product for your home, aesthetic and expectations, without breaking the bank. This was the one item for the house I was dreading doing because I felt overwhelmed with it the options - Kate came prepared, narrows down our options, listened to our concerns and expectations, and made the whole process so quick & painless. We will continue to refer her & this company - cannot wait for our installation & will post an update at that time!

2021-10-22I had a great experience with Matt. His consultation was friendly and professional, I never felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. He offered really great advice on styles and materials because I felt like I would drown in indecisiveness! It took a few weeks for the blinds to arrive but once they came, Matt was really quick to come back and install. The blinds look and work wonderfully and we saved a lot compared to other companies. Highly recommend!

2021-11-02We purchased a home built in 1895 on the River that has dozens of windows that required shades. Our order was very large and Budget Blinds of Rockford & Sycamore did an outstanding job! They really took their time to make sure the installation was PERFECT. It was a huge project and the white blinds that we purchased look PERFECT. Stan the owner, was directly involved, but I must also commend the installation staff & Laura who handles the incoming calls. All professional, kind, respectful and the quality of the blinds and installation process was seamless. I highly recommend this company and its staff as well!

2021-11-10The installer Mike showed up on time wore a mask, was very polite, informative and did an awesome job on our install. He went over each blind and did adjustments where needed. We loved the blinds and roller shade we purchased and we have a couple more we still need to buy, we will definitely request Mike to come back. Great experience as this was the first time ordering custom treatments, would definitely recommend Budget Blinds.

I reached out to Matt, and less than three weeks later I have absolutely perfect window coverings installed.
