I went and got my eyebrows threaded there a second time by Benita and I have to say, she does an amazing job! She takes her time and makes small talk to make me feel comfortable in the chair. Absolutely love the end results.
Went on 7/20/20, lady did not take her time with me. Didn’t even clean my eyebrows before doing them. She started threading without even asking me if I wanted thread or wax. I told her I wanted wax & she completely damaged both my eyelids. How? No idea. I’ve never had a problem w anybody else before. My eyelids both look like I got punched in the face, I have a red spot on both lids as if she pulled my skin off, now I know why she was cleaning it up so much, she really made me bleed, they started feeling irritated til a hr after, if I would’ve known she did that I would’ve NOT given her my money. I always get them done w wax and this is the first time this happens. Completely unacceptable.
This place used to be great a few years back. The staff that works there now is not trained properly. My eyebrows have been coming out uneven and sloppy the last few times I went. Definitely not worth $10. Back when they used to charge $8 the results were better.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I moved out of state and make it a point to stop by here when I’m in town because they do a great job. Binita is amazing and has helped reshape my eyebrows after going somewhere else (which was a big mistake)
I have to say that, Binita does an amazing job!! Super sweet and very friendly and of course professional.I highly recommend her to take care of your eyebrow needs, wax or thread.
Amazing service . Very professional and personal attention to your needs. I had no eyebrows due to plucking and age. I had the microblading service and now I look and feel complete with natural looking eyebrows.
Probably the most terrible place I have ever been to have my eyebrows done, the women rushed me out, made me bleed, and took a chunk out of my eyebrows. I have finally found a new lady to do my eyebrows and she has been helping me repair the damage and unevenness of what this salon did. If you want crooked eyebrows and bad customer service this is the place to go!
Definitely my go to for my eyebrows and everyone’s very nice and professional I’ve been coming here since before corona virus as well and the quality kept me coming back even after. Binity does eyebrows very clean and the price is great.
Terrible customer services . Very stuck up girls that work who think there all that, they make people think they are walking into there salon. Learn how to more respectful. As far as services wasn’t to crazy about how they do your eyebrows. There way to generous with the amount of hair they remove from your eyebrows. And they don’t seem to listen to wht you want done when you go in. They do things the way they feel should be done. Which is wrong!

Ive been coming here for years! Best and only place i will get my brows done. i only go to Shona she knows exactly the shape i want and is very quick! I always get compliments on my eyebrows and its all thanks to Shona!!
I’ve been to a couple different places and Brows & Beyond is hands down the best! Has been my go-to for about 2 years now and i have no intention on changing that anytime soon. Meena does an excellent job! Avoid the older lady(Not the owner).
Awful! Eastern European lady ruined my arches...she took the top of the eyebrow off...looked terrible. She missed stubborn hair on my chin and refused to put effort to do her job. Was very confrontational when I complained. $40.00 completely wasted. I used to go and had some very nice Indian women service my face and brows. This is close to home, in my town, where I like to spend my money whenever possible. I wont go there again and I dont suggest others do either. I really feel I was treated badly because I am older and in a sweatshirt instead of expensive clothing. The woman was cold and snobbish.
$10 for threading eyebrows. But she left them asymmetrical, and she didnt even pluck any smaller hairs, I had to do that at home. Plus when I got home, I realized she had cut my upper eyelid. Bright red line, still there. Hit or miss honestly.
This place saved my eyebrows, I messed mine up so badly plucking at home. Been coming here for over a year and my eyebrows are finally back to normal, with some threading and tint, thanks to Binity!
My go to place! If you do end up coming here ask for Nina! She is absolutely amazing! Her technique is incredible. Always leave with my eyebrows on fleek 😜
This place is horrible. Did not make my eyebrows symmetrical and completely thinned them out. I do not recommend brows and beyond, there are way better eyebrow places that actually do quality work.
A little pricey and the staff could be rude. Plus they don’t abide by their own hours. They’ll close early if they feel like it which makes it REALLY unreliable if you’re trying to get there quick after work or something. The eyebrow work is done pretty well though
After not having my eyebrows done for a while due to quarantine... Binity did an AMAZING JOB. 10/10 Definitely recommend!!!

It was quite a wait for my first time going but it was def worth the wait. She did my brows very quick and she did them so nice I was very happy.
Theres only one girl that does them good thats the youngest girl in there the other ladies are horrible they messed mine and my sisters eyebrow they made them so thin and disfigured we had such a beutifull shape now were gonna have to wait atleast a year to get them how we had them were never coming back again

Before they begin I specifically go through what I want and what areas I’m trying to grow out do to their mistakes. But once again back at square one (4th time now). I’ve been growing them to have them ruin it all over again. It is so disappointing and upsetting. Why do your own version of things instead of taking off only what I request to get taken off.
I only come here to get my eyebrows threaded. The ladies are fast and I barely feel pain at all which is why this is my go to spot for eyebrow threading.
Lady charged me $20 for just eyebrow and upper lip (threading)... And they are cash only!

Bini is always attentive when caring for your brows. She provides good feedback regarding brows and let you know when something you request may not be necessary. She is very supportive during the process. My brows have always been on point.

2022-04-292022: I’ve been coming here for about 5+ years, but as of lately the woman that works to the left of the front desk (B) seems to rush through her threadings. She doesn’t take her time because it’s been several times that I’ve had to go home and finish plucking hair that was left behind. There was a time when I did a walk in, and the owner of the salon did my eyebrows, “B” was in the back sweeping or something but I’m sure she noticed I was okay with having her BOSS do my eyebrows instead of waiting for HER. So the next time I went in I felt like she didn’t really care to do them right and she said to “stick to one person”… that made me uncomfortable because I felt like she was bothered about the ONE time that someone else did my brows. I’ve been back one more time and again she rushed through my service even though the salon was empty, I was the only customer in at the time.

2021-11-16I’ve been coming here every month for the last 3 years, and it is so easy, fast and consistent. They do an amazing job every time and I’m always completely satisfied. Binita is there in the morning and she is absolutely wonderful and do a spectacular job. :)

2021-08-12Binita is amazing! She is friendly and makes one feel so comfortable. She truly knows her work and how to make you look your best. This has been my place of choice for a couple years now, I used to live in Wood Dale which was not even a 5 minute drive. I now live in Niles and will happily make the 30 minute drive because the quality never disappoints. Thank you Binita!!!

2020-09-16Today was my first time at brow and beyond but will not be my last! Right when I walked in, Bonita was there to greet me. She was so sweet. I let her know I just wanted a “clean up” and from past experience this is hard for people to understand. However, Bonita did exactly what I asked! Cleaned them up but kept the shape. I highly recommend this business!

2021-03-17I just left from getting a Brazilian Wax and I usually only get my brows done.This lady was getting wax all over my fingers and leaving the door open as if someone won’t walk in. Very unprofessional and when it was time to pay she says “Tip only in Cash” I tipped her and she counts in right in front of me, hands me my card with an attitude and didn’t give me my receipt after asking me if I wanted it and I said yes I asked for my receipt she reprints it gives me to me I say thank you and she’s just looking down didn’t say you welcome nothing . This will be the last time I come here! Very upset, I have to find a new place for my eyebrow threading.
