I love the staff and the care at Bourbonnais Family Dental. Incredible care in a relaxed environment, with all the latest technology, and an incredibly knowledge staff.
Very kind, was good with my son who really really doesnt like dentists after a few bad experiences before.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if she was contracted under Medicare blue cross blue shield but I will look into aetna.

My experience at Bourbonnais Family Dental has always been exceptional! Dr. Rashid is always attentive to my questions/needs and takes time to explain everything to me. She is up to date on all of the current recommendations and guidelines to provide the best dental care. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to which makes going to the dentist a breeze. The front desk staff and hygienists are always friendly and welcoming too. I travel far to see Dr. Rashid and the staff at Bourbonnais Family Dental because I fully trust them with my dental care. I would not choose to go anywhere else!

Dr. Alex is very talented. I had 3 cavities treated and repaired with NO local. I did not have any pain or problems. I don’t think anyone offers that kind of care. Thank you Dr. Alex and your amazing staff ( Jill & front office staff) Truly exceptional care.
Dr. Alex was very gentle and receptive to my needs and concerns. I get anxious with dental work. He took his time to explain everything to me as he was doing it to ease my worries. I was grateful for his gentle hand with the fillings I had done. Dr. Alex, the hygienist Jill, and Janet are so friendly and welcoming. They always remember me and my family. I will be coming back even though I am out of network. This service is worth it.
I was pleased and impressed with my first visit in comparison to my previous dental office. Staff here is very etiquette and welcoming, both in person and over the phone. Dr. Dolgov’s first impression is very kind and personable, you can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. I feel I am well taken care of here
The best dentist Ive EVER had!!! Dr. Dolgov has the ability to make anyone feel comfortable and explain things so that its easy to understand. He takes his time and you can tell he really cares about his patients. If you are looking for a dentist in the area, look no further! My drive is out of the way from my work and home, but WELL WORTH IT! I refuse to see anyone else. Highly recommend him and his lovely staff!
I am so happy to have found Dr. Dolgov after what feels like countless searching for a dentist that fulfills my needs. I came in for an exam and everything just felt right! I’ve been a patient since I was a child and I’ve always had a great, positive and comforting experience, especially with Mary Anne whos been my go-to hygienist since day one. Shes amazing along with the front desk staff!
I came in with a broken front tooth. I was devastated. Dr. Dolgov and his staff were very welcoming. They assured me I would be ok. They explained how they would be able to fix my smile. I ended leaving with a whole tooth again and smiling. I highly recemmend this dentist to everyone!

I’ve had my share of dental work done, but the most comfortable dental work I’ve ever had done was by Dr. Alex. No pain and it’s very easy to tell he is extremely knowledgeable. I’d recommend every time.

2022-03-22Had my first visit today and just walking in everything was clean and very nice looking. I loved that everyone was very welcoming and friendly from the receptionists to the dentist herself. Dr. Rashid was amazing and explained everything in detail and was honest not like some other dentists I’ve been to. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. My dental assistant Alec was also amazingly sweet and took his time to do my X-rays and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

2022-03-30Dr Rashid and her Staff make coming to the dentist a relaxing, comfortable, & enjoyable experience. My son and I both see her and every time we leave we are excited to come back for our next visit. Cora has been our hygienist for years, and we are so thankful she is still available to clean our teeth.

2022-06-08My dentist in Michigan did a crown and replaced it 3 times to get it to fit but it never fit correctly. Dr Rashid fixed the crown on my first visit. Cora cleans my teeth and does a great job. All staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Bourbonnais Family Dental!

2022-03-31This place is AMAZING. I made appointments for all three of my kids in the same day and the ladies in back knocked it out in under two hours. Everyone we spoke with in the office met us with kindness and went above and beyond without hesitation. Everyone here made my children and myself feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Needless to say the kids can’t wait to go back!!

2022-03-29I had my first visit with Dr. Rashid after my dentist retired. The office is great and the office staff is friendly. Dr. Rashid was excellent, took her time with me and gave me a great exam. I would highly recommend her!
