This is the second time this has happened I have been going to that store for over a year and a half and in the last 2 months I have gone in there to pay my bill and he has taken my money and me processed the bill in which my phone has been shut off I paid it again there 6 16 2018 and he again took my money and NVR processed the bill now my phone is yet again cause of this guy is gonna be shut off again Im tired of being stole from

2022-07-24Switching to ATT. Deals used to be really good in the past. They cut alot of services that were awesome. Terrible customer service, network is so slow, phones break way too easy and they never have phones.

2018-05-05Joey is the best! Real Honest people in this store!!! He took really good care of me when i wanted to buy an apple device. I purchased an apple IPhone 6 and joey was able to switch my number over from t-mobile and made everything smooth for me! Great job will be coming in to get my wife a phone here real soon!

2019-12-15I came to this location about two months ago to order the IPhone Xr for the BOOST UP upgrade promotion. I was asked to put a $20 deposit down and would be notified in 2 weeks or less of when the phone came in. Fast forward two weeks later I’m calling about the phone and constantly getting told that it’s a high demand phone and it’s taking longer than normal. I understood and told the guy to call me when the phone came in. After another week I called everyday and I got the busy tone or no answer at all. I called again just recently asking for a refund (with proof on my bank statement that I put the $20 deposit down for the phone) because I ended up getting the phone by myself on the boost mobile website and the guy who took my order said I never had an order with them! Are you serious ?!? Why take my money and then lie ? Yes, it was only $20 but it was mine! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

2017-06-04The website says theyre open until 5 I believe, I called and they said they were open until 1. It is 12:30 right now. The door is locked, nobody is here, I called twice and no answer. If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. I drove 20 minutes to get here to give them my money and buy a new phone. Guess Ill go to cricket directly across the street. Ill never come back to this store.

2016-08-27Theres always more than just a fancy store that makes a business successful, I walked into this store and I met Murad who was more than helpful with my needs, I will admit I was on a budget, but regardless Murad kept giving me options until I was happy with what I choose. Behind every successful store is a worker and Murad is that worker!

2020-08-23I was trying to get info on phones in their plans, but I could understand the guy. I asked 3 times and even asked for spellings - still couldnt understand what he was saying. But he was a nice guy.
