Worth it!Must try!!!The best part is the route and the scenic views. A little bit of history and some modern life facts of Chicago. Our guide was awesome! I purchased the deal from Groupon. Will go again next Summers.
I paid for a Townie and the bike I got was NOT a townie. It was much less comfortable to ride than the Townie. And they need to fix their Google maps location because the bike stand is located at the end of Illinois, but the map directed us to halfway down the actual Pier.
NORA was great, even though we were late due to could not find location.
I would give them 0 star if I can! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! DON’T LET THEM FOOL YOU! I came to redeem my citypass tickets but they told me they CAN’T! You ask me why? Because certain kind of bikes aren’t available! And there at least 50 bikes parked and no one is using them!! They Sucks 😷😷
Had a really great experience, did the 6pm Segway tour. The training only took about 15 minutes and then we were on our way. Our tour guide Jay was really energetic and nice and made the experience a whole lot better. There were no problems with the segways.
We did Navy Pier segway tour on our last day in Chicago and Jade was our guide. Since me and my girlfriend were segway amateurs, Jade made it so comfortable for us and showed us how to ride. On top of that, she took AMAZING photos of us. We would highly recommend Bike and Roll Chicago and especially Jade as your guide for this segway tour.
Family had a Segway tour scheduled. We were up from Tennessee for sons birthday. They cancelled tour at last second because the guide for that particular tour did not show up for work. They were unable to re-book us because we were leaving the next morning. Could not add us to later tour because it was full. We did get a refund. We were all disappointed.
All about the location. Gets busy here on weekends so budget 20 minutes to get your rental and another 10 minutes to turn in. We rented rollerblades and had a great time. No half sizes but they run large.
Rebecca, our tour guide, was great! She has such wonderful insight and knowledge on all the sites we stopped at and the buildings around us. She is very pleasant and funny, nd mostly importantly, FUN! Will go back next time in Chicago! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great tour guide for the segway
Reserved a bike three days in advance for 9:00. After calling a few times, they sent two employees around 9:45. The employees were rude and actively worked to help us last.
We loved our tour with Peter! Super knowledgeable, great personality, and made learning to ride a Segway easy.
We walked all the way here just to be told that they didn’t have any more kids bikes for rent. Would have been great if they answered their phone so that we can check in future.
Decent, reliable bikes for a very affordable price (if you preorder online, which I highly recommend otherwise you may be waiting at the door).
We had a great time on the tour. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was a great way to experience Chicago!
The worst place to go. They were an hour and half late t open for our reservation on the last day. Didnt remotely care. The attitude is we dont really care. Dont waste your time with this company

2021-07-21We struggled to find the location due to an old address listed on Google. We had reserved and paid for a tandem bike online the day before and were very excited about trying it. When we showed up that day, they had no tandem bikes on site and gave us two of their cheapest bikes instead. The staff told us we could go to another location and exchange them for a tandem bike, but provided no instructions or support on how to get there. Neither of the staff seemed very helpful or excited to be there. The bike worked fine but I was not impressed with the business.

2022-08-12Great experience! We had so much fun on the Segway tour!!!! We had a very friendly and down to earth tour guide named Ivory who did an amazing job! We were sad when it was over. Highly recommend the Segway tour!

2022-07-25We did the Navy Pier Segway tour and it was so fun!! Our guide was Ivory and she was awesome! We were visiting Chicago (we lived there for 17 years) and she told us stuff about Chicago we didn’t know! If you’re concerned about safety she made sure everyone felt safe before starting. She also took great photos! Definitely recommend!!

2021-08-09Booked a Segway tour through Groupon. Easy to book online and easy to find stand. Our instructor was run and informative. Out instructor was cool and relatable. Our group was funny and had a good time.

2022-07-24We rented the mini quad bike for 2 people and while it’s fun to ride up and down the lake front, my husband and I are fit (my husband more so) and it is not a relaxing easy ride. It’s much easier to ride a regular bike. Additionally, one the employees there was particularly rude. Too many other companies that offer similar things to go with this one.

2022-06-01Rented two comfort bikes here on memorial day (Monday.) We rented full day. Location worked for us, because we rode from Navy Pier to Hyde Park (and back). Lovely ride along the lake (although it was hot, especially on the way back). Bikes were in good shape. Renting and returning was easy and smooth. No complaints.

2022-06-22I came to do a Segway tour on June 15 from the Navy Pier location and waited for 30 minutes past my appointment, but the instructor never showed up. Worst yet I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I called and emailed, no response. Please contact me. Thank you.

2022-08-02I went on the Segway tour with Ivori, and we had a blast. I learned so much about Chicago all while riding the Segway which was super fun. Our guide was amazing, funny, knowledgeable and kind.

2019-07-08My wife and I took the Navy Pier segway tour offered by Bike and Roll Chicago for her birthday over the July 4th weekend and it was amazing! Lenny our tour guide was patient and helpful in getting us familiar with the segway and was very energetic, nice and informative throughout the 2+ hours of the tour! The weather helped as well and we were able to see the amazing skyline with a few recommendations from Lenny to go for, after! Thanks again Lenny for making her birthday an unforgettable one!Definitely recommended especially for Chicago first timers!
