My wife and I have been going to Bellemore for at least 10 years. Throughout the years Dr. Fischer and her staff have always been nothing short of amazing and so helpful with our pets. If I could give more than five stars I would.
I had an older dog who had been misdiagnosed at a different vet clinic. After many visits with no results, I finally decided to bring him here, and I have never looked back. They got to his health problems quickly, and made the last months of his life as best as possible. They are compassionate and knowledgeable. Shes the only vet I trust implicitly.
Dr Fisher & staff are great. My cat is a wild rescue & is terrified of anyone but me. The original vet I took her to had to sedate her in order to exam her.Ive taken her to Dr. Fisher several times & shes been able to examine & treat her without a problem. Sedation has never even been mentioned!!!
Dr Fischer truly loves animals. She has the perfect balance of professionalism, skill, compassion, and practicality. Thanks for your service to our community!

It is a small place. Not upscale. Wonderful vet and staff. Extremely affordable services and medications. They care about your animals not your wallet. I have never had any issues getting appointments when I needed them either.
This place is always friendly and their Vet Clinix are the best. With COVID, they had to change things a bit, but still super friendly and professional with the socially distant interactions.
I have taken all my animals here for years! They are amazing and care nuthin about making a profit over the health of ur animal...very good place

Dear Bellemore,Thank you for absolutely nothing. You basically sent my familys dog down the path to die and all you could say was sorry. My family trusted you. We trusted you to help our dog back to health. You were selfish by accepting a patient that you couldnt care for. Your staff gave several different stories when we asked what happened. Everything was so sketchy. We gave you your chance to make it right and now that opportunity is gone. They change for something that they didnt even do for my kittens. Didnt tell me what they were going to do to my kittens. They just gave the kittens dewormer and I had asked what they were giving my kittens. They are outrageous on cost! The receptionist wasnt friendly at all. Will never take my kittens there again!

Friendly and caring staff. When the doctor walked into the room, she started examining my kitty and didnt introduce herself. I had to ask her if she was the doctor.
Our Vet is, Bellemore Animal Hospital on Johnson Rd in Granite City. This has been our vet for Daisy and Macee for years! From vaccinations, medications, 8 teeth extractions and xrays. When we woke up yesterday, we knew it would be her last. She was in so much pain :( My husband called Bellemore to get her in ASAP, only to be told that they are booked and cant get her in until Friday to help her cross the rainbow bridge. Reminder, this is Tuesday. Well, today I called to receive an explanation only to be told they were booked and according to the associate, Dr Fishers rule is that appointments cant be changed or rearranged because others have been waiting for a week. Well, I find this horrible and disgusting! I would have no problem changing a routine appt for another family having an emehurgency! If you currently go here, I would be asking for an explanation as well! Horrible place and of course we will not be back.At the time you need them the most, they turn you away. This is a zero star!Outcome: Thank you to Horseshoe Lake Animal Hospital. They got her in immediately ❤❤❤!!

Its surprisingly how much different the rates are. They go to Royal King and give shots and ect. For like a 3rd of the price. I dont know what else to say.
Took my dog initial visit and a diagnosis. They were friendly and extremely efficient.

Excellent staff. They also hold shot clinics at Rural King. Just call and preregister. You can also do walk ins at the clinics.
Been there a few times and have never had any problems with them! They dont try to get every dime you have like most places and very friendly!!

2022-06-04I had called you about my dogsquirrel he was dying And you didnt have time to see him Oh yeah its good it was common outside and give him a shot and put him to sleep And you couldnt even do that 5 minutes Of your time Of your time So I took I took him to Edwardsville and he hadnt put to rest thanks for nothing

2018-03-08As usual a fantastic group of caring and delightful people to interact with, especially when you are taking some of , or in this case my 2 most special friends and family . Max and Junior are my little JEDI and only Bellmore Animal Hospital has a Doctor and Team that are worthy of having the FORCE! MAY THE FORCE BE WITH THEM!😎😎😂😂

2020-10-03I have to leave a very positive review about this veterinarian and the staff. My husband and i took our cat here to help her cross the rainbow bridge, the care from all the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so gentle with her. They gave us all the time privately that we needed to say our final goodbye. That empathy and compassion meant the world to us. People that work in this field, do not get enough credit. As difficult as it is for us pet parents, I imagine the veterinarian and the staff also have difficulty helping these fur babies cross the rainbow bridge. You are all earth angels. Thank you for helping our sweet girl to the other side

2021-07-26The price increased after every service; especially at the clinic. I felt that if I really needed help they only saw dollars. They may also have had an extremely unqualified person answering the phone that day but, that is not my issue. All trust is gone. The report I felt wed established must have been a perceptual anomaly from my end. Bummer.

2020-06-26Their focus is on the pets and the family therefore they try to make it as inexpensive as as they can holding clinics every now and then while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.A cheerful and outgoing team and supportive during the hardest of times we have taken all our pets to them and our rescues as well.Although we live 35 minutes drive away we choose them over other vets closer to us.
