Called on Saturday to try to make a reservation for Sunday, 3 pm for 13 people. The girl said they dont take reservations, but it shouldnt be to bad at that time. Got there on Sunday and there were a bunch of young kids ordering at the counter. I asked if we could please go back and take the large table. The girl told me that we all had to be there, which we were, and we had to place our orders before we could be seated.. This was absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to order cocktails, appetizers, and then our food. I had no idea what everyone wanted to eat, and I certainly felt rushed to place the order. I told her that we would be there for awhile and be spending some good $$.. She was very rude and ignorant to me and proceeded to tell me that they arent a full service restaurant and we should go to Oak Forest...I hate to say this, but we were obviously the wrong color for the Kedzie location...I am extremely disappointed that we were NEVER given this information on Saturday when we called or we wouldnt of wasted our time..I guess one good thing about this whole experience is that I now know you will never, ever receive any more of my or my companies money...
Hands down the best pizza in Chicago. Id eat this every day if I could. Ive never had a bad experience, no matter if Im getting it delivered or dining in. And their employees are very friendly.
Went for lunch after my uncles funeral. The food was good. Plenty of room so the family could have our own space. Staff was friendly and attentive.
I say it still bugs me some of the Discrimination behind Beggars delivery services. I do appreciate their constant service. I grew up on this food. I have been disrespected by management before, however they put out a good product and my family has many memories with them. So Ill still give them a 5
Limited service due to Covid restrictions in Chicago. Was well attended by employees that were there. Pizza was exceptional. Recommended!
They have a very large oven that can cook up so many pizza I wonder how long its been in the family or business, but I have to say the food is good maybe too good to be true I ordered the deep dish pizza with veggies such as tomatoes and mushrooms and it was all so good as you can tell by the picture.Only downside is price but good things always taste because of green ingredients Android staff are not cheap to maintain so the price makes sense good food good place to get a taste of Chicago.
Food is good and has a great selection. I would recommend cutting the pizza a little bit better.

We ordered 1 deep dish and 2 thin crust. Deep dish was lacking meat, plenty of cheese. Thin crust was great.

The chicken wings were just okay. I asked for the pulled chicken on the nachos and received big chunks of chicken that werent tasty. The pick 3 for $9.99 were okay also.

I love Beggars, grew up on it and its THE BEST pizza. I say that to say that the location on Kedzie is very short staffed. They are doing their best and showing up. We had a party of A LOT of people and we enjoyed our time. Please be patient.

Not like the other locations. Water dripping from ceiling in lobby, seat yourself & slow service. Pizza had way to much cheese and the pop was flat as ever!
Its winter time and they have the air on which is fine but the food gets cold in less than 5 minutes. Totally unsatisfied!!!!

I stopped by to get a pizza slice. Theyre getting really ridiculous for pizza slices. 5.00 plus t was 2 wider than my thumbnail.Thats really ashame. Not to mention Beggars is not all that like it used to be 10 years ago. The quality has gone done drastically.
Its so cold in tge restaurant. I dont know if they think if they freeze u. U wont stay long or they just dont want u there. The pizza is good but u cant enjoy it because your so cold and the pizza gets cold fast too.

As long as they get there money they don’t care what happens to your food i went to the store with my brother and as I got home we noticed the food that got dropped and they tried to blame us for dropping even though we carefully took the food home

The place is like a maze if you ever take take the route from the front of the restaurant to the to-go area. I was amazed by all of the opem rooms.As for my meal I had a Dinner Salad and a slice of cheese pizza.The salad turned out to be delicious, much better than a cheap iceberg salad that I had imagined it to be.The pizza was good as well, the remainder of it I distributed it upon the birds and ants.
Food was great! I didnt like the express ordering very much! I normally order appetizers and etc and made the process feel very rushed now I have to make my family hurry to see what they want didnt like that part. I was weirded a server was almost not needed you even get your own drinks which I didnt mind too much. I however can only guess its hurting the servers income horribly because there isnt much service provided to actually get decent tips!!
I am giving two stars. The food is good, ordered catered food. Ordered 100 wings, plus other food. The menu on line read wings not party wings in the chicken package. I paid $262 dollars for everything. Call the manager to let them know there is mistake with the menu. She said unfortunately she cant do anything. I calling to tell them to fix the mistake. She told me next time I need to ask what kind of wings.Like I was at fault.
Ordered Beggars Pizza catering package (pizza package) for a high school event for 75 people. The price was just right - and the value and quantity of the food was excellent.The delivery gentleman (Clyde) was amazing. He went above and beyond to help carry the food to the event space and reviewed all the food items to ensure accuracy. When we noticed the store forgot to add the plates and utensils, Clyde drove back to the store and returned them in time for the event. Great service!
Chicken was good. Service was not great. Cashier at front seemed genuinely irritated from start to finish. It was.... Rough. I hope she has better days because she is actually a lovely young woman.... Just when you are in customer service the customer shouldnt walk away feeling like they interrupted your day or are bothering you.
Didnt have a restaurant style experience here. Not set up to accommodate a large party. Felt like employees didnt care about paying customers.

I want to start off by saying I love beggars pizza, their absolutely delicious!!!! But I’ve ordered 2 times now within 30 days, including today (5/20/21) and i have requested no contact delivery because I work in a hospital with very sick patients, so I avoid contact as much as possible and both times upon delivery the drivers have ignored the request and waited for me to open the door, instead of just leaving it there after waiting at least 5 minutes to open the door in hopes the driver would just leave it or read the ticket delivery instructions that say “leave at front door, no contact delivery , when I told the driver I requested no contact delivery, he apologized and said he didn’t read it, but this is now 2x from 2 different drivers , this is getting frustrating I’m worried for their safety not mine!!!!!

Service was not pleasant and front line workers need to be a bit more humble to customers. If I spend over $100 there is no reason I should have to pay for Beggars paper plates🤦♂️really will not be coming back and or top it all off, no napkins.

At the hostess desk I was informed that they were down to two staff members and if I choose to dine in I will have to place n pay my order now before seating. 😖 Maybe it was my imagination but to me the pizza just did not seen as good as it once was.
I had called to order a pizza and some pizza bread and the lady name Micah(i hope i spelled her name correct) had answered and took my order! Wow amazing to see a lady with amazing customer service, very patient & made sure my order was correct! I dont really get bad customer service when ordering but this lady was exceptionally great! I have worked in customer service for almost 15years n this lady has honestly overly exceeded great customer service! She was great & she deserves great recommendations!! Thank you Micah you are an amazing person!!
First time going to this place and was not amused by the place. Took about 20 mins or so to get my cheese burger and then had to hunt down a worker to get extra mayo. Needless to say I was not happy. Other than that the cheeseburger was good.
Quite honestly it SUCKED,my 2 slices of pizza were soaking wet, they were already boxed up when I stopped,never again, I threw them out the truck window.

I ordered a family size pizza half with no cheese the other half light cheese that was a great pizza not a cheese pizza person but everything was good every now and then Ill eat there maybe twice a month
I order loaded Nachos. They were hard as a rock. It looks like a mixture of cheese whiz and small amounts if shredded cheddar smouldering the chips. I could go on. My pizza was cut in pie slices versus squares and the edges filled with chunks of tomato sauce. The Italian sausage earned a star and both were hot. Never again from this location. Very disappointed!!!
Good pizza. I was here for a kids birthday party, the room set apart was a good size. Our servers were attentive. The bathrooms were really darkly lit, I had to go in 3 times (kids) and each time, there were 2 girls who seemed to be stationed at the front desk when we came in, just hanging out in the bathroom. Didnt affect the quality of the food.
First visit @ this location and found it to be nicely appointed with a speakeasy type atmosphere along with flat screen tvs. Im a fan of Beggars Pizza, however I ordered their chicken tenders and I was not disappointed. They taste good ! 👌

I ordered a large deep dish pizza with sausage and half pepperoni and half mushrooms around 3pm, September 5, 2020. I was celebrating my sons birthday. I decided to dine in instead of carryout. So, I had to drive to pickup and pay for my order. I informed them to please take my food to a table. I dont know if my tone (a little anger) got me in trouble. I felt it was unnecessary to ho to pickup when they could have brought the pizza to the table. I was feeling something when I walked out. I have been sick since 10pm. I cannot release the toilet. I am throwing up. I have not eaten anything since devouring the good pizza that is not so good. What did they do to my pizza?? I will never eat from 127th & Kedzie again. No one asked us if we wanted any water or dessert. This establishment/location has changed for the worst.
Love this place, great pizza. Only thing I dont like is they dont cook your ingredients they add to the pizza, they are always raw as far as green peppers and such...

Let me preface this by stating that I love Beggars Pizza. Ive never been disappointed. I visited the 127th & Kedzie location to dine in, which is uncommon for me and my family but we were celebrating my granddaughters 6th birthday and she wanted pizza. The service we received was awesome! Our server (Juan) always checked on us, was courteous, fast and thorough. The food was hot and delicious! The staff greeted us with smiles and were very nice. The bathrooms were clean. Needless to say, my family and I will consider dining in at this location more than eating the pie at home.
I had a company Christmas party hosted at this location close to a month ago and it was GREAT! Maria the banquet manager was great to work with. The room rented was decorated beautifully along with the table setting. We had a waitress whom i wish i could remember her name but she was incredibly helpful and kind. The food was amazing and the dessert even better. Will definitely consider having another event here. Thanks Beggars!

This location has outdoor seating in the summer and on a Friday evening there was no wait for a table. The waitress came promptly to take our drink and food order. The food took a while but the drinks were good. The thin crust pizza was served hot and it was delicious. We got full and had enough left over to take home and eat later. The bill was reasonable and I would say this is also a good place for groups. Highly recommend a visit.
I love the pizza, it’s a very nice place no complains about the staff, my only issue is that on Saturday I made an order and the total was almost $75 dollars. And they didn’t let me pay with a 100 dollar bill and I just can’t understand why? I know about counterfeit money but I also know there are ways to approach that problem to verify bills. I understand when you go to dollar menu places or even if I had order fewer things. But not in this situation.

Ordered for delivery and this pizza exceeded my expectations. Wasnt in the pizza mood but figured that would be the easiest to order since we are staying in a hotel. The crust was thin and the sauce had extra flavor outside the normal tomato sauce flavor. We ordered extra cheese and that made it amazing. I have never done an online review before so it had to be that exceptionally good for me to do my first online review!!!
The food is good. BUT BEWARE given a 1star rating bc I’ve recently discovered that they give what ever size pizzas when they feel. Basically ordered a medium received smaller than a medium called and explained sent pics ended up driving up there with a old box I had from the last week. Yet even still tried lying to my face. I knew for months now that I wasn’t crazy about the sizes being different but this time I actually had proof with a old box. The staff went as far as looking up my previous orders as if I had ordered a different size the week before lol. Yet still was talked to as if I was crazy when she saw it was a medium I pretty much order the same size all the time it’s just sad smh. They getting over they have sizes in between regular sizes so pay attention!!!!!

Waitress we had was great. The pizza didnt take long to come out and it was pretty good. We had a veggie pizza. The only thing we we rent a huge fan of was the mozzarella sticks. Maybe it was the sauce but just tasted a little off. But it was good overall.
Me and my fiance went there and it was about 8:00 we ordered a pizza had a seat did not receive any water drinks or anything until 45 min for the pizza service was not as great as usual but was short very short-handed on staff
Its was my birthday and my sisters tonight. Service sucked. Place was dead yet service was slow. One hour for 2 pizzas? Pizza average. Used to be great.Drinks service bad. No offer of a free drink, piece of dessert? NOTHING. I WILL NEVER EAT AT BEGGARS AGAIN.
The food here is fantastic. Exactly what you would expect from a Beggars. The reason I went with 3 stars was the service. We were a table of 5 with just about no one else in the bar area on a Saturday afternoon. We had our drink order taken in the first five minutes but the bartender (who was serving us) took over 20 mins to bring us our drinks. Disappointed in the service, but food is fantastic!
We went to my nieces baby shower here. The food was very, very good. The waitress was friendly, and fast. She brought each table water with lemon and a carafe of Pepsi and lemon- lime pop. The food was set up buffet style. The waitress came to each table to refill water and see if we needed more pop. She served vanilla ice cream for dessert. We ate our cupcake with our ice cream. Yummy!! Beggars is a great place for baby showers!!!
My first and most likely last visit to this location. Had a party of 20+, and as I can see how that could be a lot to handle the service was very lackluster. Waitress was mostly inattentive, non engaging, and not very friendly. Bartender was extremely snooty, and manager wasnt very accommodating either. Other locations have much better pizza as well.
Beggars, which means perfect pizza in Italian is a great place to get chicago pizza. They even sell it by the slice at certain locations for a fair price. Literally everyone I know loves beggars, eat here now!
We waited 50 minutes for pizza that was supposed to take 30 minutes before they came out to tell us the pizza had just gone in 10 minutes earlier because of a problem with the oven. We were told they had put the pizza in the quick oven for out wait...whatever that means. We ordered 3 pizzas that finally came out after 75 minutes and one of them was the wrong toppings. Manager was going to comp us 2 sodas for the inconvenience and when I complained he was going to take off the wrong pizza but seemed mite annoyed than anything. We informed him that he wasnt doing us a favor by not charging us for an incorrect pizza but his customer service was bad at best. We asked him for a number to corporate and he said hed get it and never came back. I got his name from our waitress, it was Marco. I will be contacting corporate about him and the situation. I enjoy Beggars Pizza but I wont be going back to this one. The only reason I have two stars is because the correct pizzas were good and the waitress was really nice and apologetic. I think maybe she should be managing instead of Marco.
I loved my dining experience at Beggars Pizza. I was at the resturant attending a baby shower for a relative. The entire restaurant was clean, neat and tidy even the bar and restroom areas were nice. I know because I took several selfies in the restroom and they were a hit!. The waitstaff was attentive, timely and friendly he went above and beyond serving us hot delicious food and beverages. I loved my experience and will return to this location on my visits to Chicago.
The customer service is really good here. I art drive past a Beggars to come to this one. As usual the pizza and salads were very good and the drinks were outstanding. They have Chicago style deep dish pizza or thin crust if you like that sort of thing. Theres also a wide variety of appetizers and salads or you could go with a sandwich. Bathrooms are clean and the hostess is always at her station

Went yesterday for my grand daughters graduation celebration. Called a month in advance got information that was apparently incorrect. Called on Monday, got more information that was incorrect. Got there yesterday before 1pm. Place was almost empty. Waited about 45 minutes to be seated. My family and I drove an hour to this location. Reason why, my grand daughter had her kindergarten graduation celebration here also. Our waitress was great. However, Ill NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The entire ordeal was completely unnecessary. My out of town guest were completely dissatisfied with the way things were handle by the store Supervisor, Sue.
Good waitress. Buffet had pizza (thin and pan), fried chicken and catfish, pasta, chicken noodle soup, salad, and desert options like a cookie pizza and cherry pie pizza. The pan pizza is good but the crust is a little too hard to eat and it seems like regular crust, no special flavor for it.
Sat down at.my table for 15 minutes before anyone came over to my table. I immediately ordered my food in hopes that wouldnt take forever. She brought my salad finally but never brought my glass of water. I had to flag her down after asking twice for it she finally brought one. I waited 45 minutes for my pizza that never came and finally just cancelled the order and left. Plus not to mention the place smells horrible !!!! And the bar area is just trashy. Never again !!!!!!¡

I grew up going to the original beggars pizza on a 147th and Western Avenue and have watched this great pizza parlor grow into a successful franchise. And the reason why is because its simply one of the best deep dish pizza has as well as thin crust pizza has in the South Suburbs. There is a reason why its popularity has grown so much is because of the great recipe and fantastic tasting pizzas

Decent location. I was welcomed with a warm smile and guided to the area where my family was. Our server was ok. He wasnt bad, but he wasnt great. Our pizzas didnt come to our room hot, just warm, but the taste was pretty good. Salad was very fresh and dressings were tasty! But let me tell you about their ice-cream. Omgosh! It was so delicious! Melt in your mouth ice-cream! I would go all the way over there just for that! It was that real good old-fashioned like my granny used to make, taste!P. S. The bathrooms though, were very unkempt and the carpet could have used a cleaning .....f. y. i
This place is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I feel like having a delicious lunchon, this place comes immediately to my mind. superb and food and a large menu.helpful team, and pleasant mood. In addition to that, the price is reasonable. I praise this restaurant with great pleasure.

Great optional for a sit-down pizza night. Huge dining areas, relatively swift and courteous service, and great pizza if you are a fan of lots of cheese (I was surprised to learn that everyone isnt!!!) Plenty finger-food appetizers, a cash-operated jukebox, and a very family-friendly atmosphere make this decent option to treat the kids or celebrate with a larger group. Compulsory gratuity doesnt hit until groups of 12 or more, which is also really cool in my book...
I lived in Blue Island for ten years moving there from Rockford to be closer to my oldest brother and family.I used to order a least once a month,I was only disappointed 2(I think they had a different pizza maker those two times).Beggars is the BOMB,it is hands down the best pizza in the USA! Im back in Rockford now and I crave Beggars all the time,I wish they would open here,Id be sooooo happy,but I have to settle for Rockford pizzerias.Thank you Beggars for 10 years of awesome pizzas.

Great lunch buffet. Oh and let me not forget to mention the excellent service,the pizza is my favorite the thin crust and deep dish. Now if youre a fan of mixed drinks the long islands made at their bar has to be the best Ive tasted.👍👍

I never been to this Beggars Pizza before. This is a new one. Its a nice place. This was a large group. With kids and adults. We had a good time. Our waitress was patient and nice. The pizza was great.

Six slices of pizza cost more than a whole one. I wish the cashier would have told me! Thats would have been good customer service. Also you have to pay for each individual pack of parmesan cheese when other pizza places give a few to you for free.

Im not exactly sure how many Beggars they have, but Im proud to say I have made it to almost every single location. I love to eat!!!! I love me a good pie!!! My wife thinks Ill die because of my love for food. Well, as long as I die eating a good slice of pizza, itll be happy. Fill me up with Beggars. I dont even need to review Beggars since everyone and their mother knows how good their pies are. I just wanted to leave my footprint at Beggars.
The best pizza in chicago by a landslide. Generous toppings and lots of cheese. They lay it on thick and its not a lie! Whenever i have a taste for pizza. Beggars is my one and only spot. I love them!!!

First time in this location! Came for the buffet lunch. Not impressed with the setup as some if the salad items were mixed up as was the salad dressings. For example, there was croutons in the cucumbers, cheese in the onions, ranch dressing dripped in the French dressing. There were no labels to indicate what was what. Likewise, couldnt easily identify the pizza or desserts. Food was warm and some of the meat was soggy (chicken) or it was too hard (fish). Id probably come for the buffet again at this location-just wouldnt get my hopes up too much.
Love the pizza, I grew up eating it! But the restroom was disgusting and my six year old lost his dollar in one of the games and was not able to be refunded. That was a damper on the evening. We rarely get the chance to go out as a family.
I love Beggars thin crust pizza! They use the right balance of cheese, sauce, and meat. The pizza sauce is semi- sweet ( I prefer my pizza sauce that way). They also offer family size pizza at an affordable price, which can easily feed a family size of 4. The Kedzie location can easily accommodate large groups/ or parties. This location can also serve as a nice date night for pizza lovers. Staff members are friendly and the place is clean throughout. M-F, this location also offers a lunch buffet from 11-2 (double check the time, Im not 100% on the ending time). We love this place and will definitely be back soon!
The waitress tried hard to please but had no idea if there were any specials and didnt know what was on the menu. Manager checked on us and was really nice. Food was very salty. Not normal pizza salty but worse.
We were there to celebrate the retirement of a co-worker and were expecting a casual evening enjoying friends and good pizza. To our surprise, the host arranged for a complete Italian dinner complete with sausage and peppers, mostaccioli with meat sauce, Italian beef, fried chicken, steamed green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. Who needs pizza! Beggars was great.

Has several party rooms & pizza is delicious. My only issue was while theyre for my great-nieces 3rd birthday party I walked past the area where the young man was filling our pictures of soda and I saw him sticking his fingers down in the soda have no idea what he was doing but it was pretty gross. Also he had no gloves on while putting lemons in the water with that all I have to say is I hope his hands were clean! 127th Kedzie location.
My favorite pizza. I live in Minnesota and had to find a pizza place that was similar so i didnt have to come home every other week

Stopped in to grab a slice and it was so delicious half of it made it home because I was taking a bite at every stoplight.
I had the lunch buffet, everything was mediocre. Waitress came by rarely and said hows it going? Finally she showed up with the bill and walked away without seeing if I was ready to pay. After 5 minutes I took the bill to the front desk and was told I had to pay the waitress. Said I had not seen her, had to wait until they found her. Not a good visit.
Considering a Banquet = Be Warned!This was our 2nd time having a large party at the 12700 S. Kedzie Ave. location. Unlike our 1st experience last year, Beggars did an overall poor and unacceptable job with our 2017 party. As instructed by their party coordinator we arrive at 12:30 for decorating for our 1:00 party. Having dropped our tablecloths off the day prior we expected to find the banquet room almost ready by 12:30. Instead, we arrived at 12:30 for our 1:00 party to a completely dark and empty room! Communication throughout our event was terrible, we had to find the servers and ask the servers for everything. The servers had no idea how to host or communicate with us. Around 1:30 the food started coming out at random but no one ever communicated with us that all the food was out on the buffet and that the food was ready to serve, so the food sat out longer than it needed to. We had to hunt for and find the server and ask if we could start eating. Then once we started serving food from the family-style buffet, food items naturally started running and the Beggars staff were not around to replenish the food items on the buffet leaving the balance of our guests standing in a line. Once again, no communication and no server around. I had to find the server and tell them we ran out of food which then took forever to replenish at this point because literally every food item was empty. Please think twice before booking a banquet event at this location! We never found a Beggars manager during our entire 3 hour event.

Beggars is expensive compared to places like Dominos and Pizza Hut. However, the pizza is worth it. They put lots of toppings and plenty of cheese on their pizza. Its my favorite pizza to get!
On my first date with a woman that never had beggars. Id sworn by this place saying its awesome n good is ok( it is) but THE atmosphere was horrible in the private party area.They were LOUD and RUDE. The people in my area moved from the location and im sure management heard it but was to scare 2 say something.Asked for manager..he came over and I addressed my issue and he didnt even make mention to the private party members of theyre loud behavior. Just heard me out and walked away.The two(2) stars only fits for that one particular day. Handle the crowd better next time.

Went for a friends going away dinner (we havent seen each other in years!), Ive been to beggars a million times always good pizza (some say too much cheese, but the more the better for me!!!) The waiter had my pizza come out BEFORE my drink which is crazy as hell to me but a good time with my girls none the less
Usually its a great time and good food.. Today was off because of the bartender being overwhelmed by an unusually large crowd.. We were served a cold pizza that seemed to be sitting by the warmer for way too long.. After speaking with the manager, he rectified the situation and listened to my concerns.. This is still a place that I will leave my state just to go visit.. Todays service was a blip and not the norm..
The food was really great with great service. Ambience was well set up which suited the atmosphere. Make sure to have a taste of the beggars bread before you leave!
This location is way better than the one by my house which is literally less than 5 min away however I started going here due to the unprofessionalism on 103rd Halsted. Pizza is good always have ingredients and everything u want unlike the other location.
I called to place an order for delivery. Phone representative informed me of a no delivery notation listed next to my number for an address that I do not live at. I requested a manager and received no help besides the manager that implemented the notation is out til Monday and doesn’t see what address is listed. The customer service has really gone down. I order pizza here regularly and never had this problem.

I picked up my pizza from this particular location. The cashier was nice and friendly, as well as Brian, the manager. Beggars Pizza is the best Pizza I have ever eaten regardless of the location (e.g., Blue Island, Lansing, Harvey).

I would have given this Beggars Pizza NO STARS! I had a horrible experience there tonight. First off the waitress SUCKED. We had a big party so she knew her gratuity was garunteed. She never came to refill our drinks UNLESS we asked every time. Then the food was not hot when it came out. Lastly when we all paid for our meals at the end... she came out with an extra bill for $50 saying it was for the gratuity and taxes. Like why the hell wouldnt you factor that into our bills when we first paid them. Idiotic manager and waitress had NO damn Idea what they were talking about. Ive been going there since I was a kid... Never again will they recieve another dime from me. Save your time and money!

Pizza was really good mozarella and sauce was also very tasty. The only thing i didnt like is that they used caned olives and mushrooms in tha pizza. I am sorry but thats not how a restaurant should prepare a pizza using premade products. I prefer fresh cut vegies rather than caned food.Also the daught was good and well toasty crunshy I liked it.
I loved the atmosphere and the food of course!! Im Italian so I can eat Italian food like its going out of style lol!! Plus the employees are very nice and respectful. I recommend this place!

Food is good. However when a customer buys 1 or 2 slices you should give them 1 pack of a red peppers and cheese to go. Not have them open the slice package and use the lobby shakers!!! Whats up with that???😐

I happily enjoy the pizza I get at the kedzie location compared to the western one. Idk what they do at the western location but you can definitely taste a huge difference.This is my go-to beggars now.
The service, food and atmosphere is phenomenal. The waitress was very friendly andcattentive and the pizza was delicious. The restaurant was warm and inviting, there are slot machines and the music was nice.
I decided to check out this Beggars Pizzeria out this way. The pizza was fresh and very tasty! The mozarella cheese sticks were fresh and cheezy to my liking! The breaded mushrooms were very tasty and breaded well.
Pizza was good the wings were not tasty and very small wouldn’t order them again at this location.
Very nice, clean, and quiet restaurant. Respectful, friendly, polite staff. The prices are reasonable. Beside that the pizza very much delicious. I highly recommend to come over to this place.
We had a graduation party. We had a room to ourselves, the pizza was great, and the service was good.
Love there meatball sandwiches, chicken parmesan, chicken ceaear salad, and italian beef. These items are to die for. Their pizza is ok. I also love the chocolate cookie. It never disappoints.
Gratuity is 18% for groups over 12.They add everything to one bill and you have to figure out what everyone should pay. Service was slow, but our server was nice. Not from the area, but it wouldnt be a place I would recommend going to for large parties.

Appetizers are horrible. Water tasted rusty. Server could never be found. And the hostess appeared to be segregating guests. I wont be back. They have a security guard sitting on the bench in the front, but yet this young lady walked through the restaurant several times asking guest if we knew someone she was looking for. She came to our table twice. We were very uncomfortable.
This location refuses to deliver to certain zip codes which is a very discriminatory practice, although they said they will deliver to health care center a block in but refuse to go a few houses down. So disappointing in this day and age to run a business this way

WE WENT FOR THE BUFFET WHICH IS REASONABLY PRICED AND THE STAFF IS VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS BUT SOME OF THE OTHER ITEMS ON THE BUFFET BAR WERE UNDERWHELMING. HOWEVER, THIS COULD BE JUST BCUZ WE CAME DURING THE LAST 20 MINS OF THEIR SERVING. DEFINITELY A SPOT ID RECOMMEND FOR CHEAP EATS TO FEED A FAMILY.

We were a little skeptical about this palace after reading the reviews but as it turns out this place was quiet good. Food was good service was also, the only issue I found was the one stall in the womans bathroom. Should have more then one tolit for the womans bathroom if u r gonna have one make it to where the main door can be locked. Other then that we had a very good experience

Visited the location today, asked the clerk Lee to allow me to the slices. This was asked so that i ciuld select the best looking slice that they had available. Instead of complying, i was meet with unprofessional respomse, such as what are you talking about? As well as, Im not bringing the pizza over there. When asked for a manager. Employee went to the back office audibly said, This guy wants to talk to you. Instead of there is a customer whod like to speak with you. Manager Saundra seems to be a nice lady, but not assertive, nor aggressive enough to truely be a manager. Please remember this is a business, not a free food pantry. If a customer asks to view your product, there shouldnt be an issue. Im paying you my money for your product. What was offered to me was take what i say you should have, give me your money, accept how and what i say and leave the establishment. One word for your next staff training meeting: Professionalism.

2021-12-20Really cool experience. Its like a maze inside this place. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I drank a few beers in the sports bar area while I waited for my food to be ready for pick-up. Then I had the baked mostaccioli with meatballs and side salad. It comes with one huge meatball. Id have preferred 3 or 4 smaller ones, but it was really good anyways. The staff seem caught off guard by a kind southern gentleman. I heard a couple of the other customers be kind of demanding and rude, so maybe its just the area. When I picked up my order my side salad didnt come with it, I called to make sure they had it, they remembered me and told me I could go for it.

2022-04-20Really ONE meatball. I would have thought it come with 3. Because it said spaghetti and meatballs. The staff was a little rude and called the police like we were going to hurt them. Yes we had a large group. But we were coming to have dinner as a Commemerance of my grandmother and two children that all passed away. We just wanted a little privacy. We were willing to pay. But somehow they call the police on us. REALLY!!! I Thought this was so racist. Even after I explained to her why we were all there. They could have made $3000 off us if she wasnt nasty. I would like to hear from corp. I have also sent a message to your primary email and would like a call back please. Ask of today 4/20/222 no one has call me or email me.

2022-02-20This location is amazing! It was very clean and the music was phenomenal. The business was playing a different variety of TV shows. If the customers asked for a specific channel to be played, an employee would change the channel. The atmosphere was beyond cozy! I’m vegan and had a taste for some good pizza. The cheese less pizza was AMAZING! It was fresh and hot (right out of the oven.) I will definitely be coming back to this a specific location. Awesome job staff! 😀

2022-04-19We stopped here bc the kids were hungry and we were in the area. Didnt expect much from the looks of the place. Gives off a slightly better pizza hut vibe. The Appetizers were nothing to write about. The pizzas though were bomb. 4 adults and 2 kids ate on 3 pizzas and we had almost 1 and 1/2 left over. Decent prices too.

2022-06-18This is the creepiest and weirdest pizza place I have ever been to. Its looks like an old abandoned basement. Everything in the bathroom was broken, toilet broken, no toilet paper, diaper changing table broken. It was so disgustingly dirty. Looks like they took a blow with covid as the bar isnt even up and running. You order your food when u walk in and pay then sit at a table and wait for your food. So basically the workers there arent giving great service, or any service at that because they arent working for a tip. They were rude, ignorant and rolled their eyes when we asked for something. I will maybe stop by for Halloween to celebrate the holiday, but wouldnt be eating here again.

2022-03-25Front staff was great. Pizza was ok appetizers were excellent. Terrible sweet tea heard someone loudly complaining about it as well. Wonder if the dispenser was ever cleaned.I would def go for pick up but not for dine in again.

2022-06-17Beggars has always been my go to for pizza. But, never order 1/2 pork sausage and 1/2 turkey. They dont delineate the separation line, it all looks the same. My guests who never tried Begars couldnt eat any because of their religion they couldnt chance eating the pork. I sadly had to eat it all. $35 to impress my guests with the greatest pizza, and they ended up eating chicken.

2022-06-01Pizza 4 stars.. u order and pay at counter when u arrive u get your own limited drinks fountain drinks..had out of order on 3 of 5 or 6 flavors..beer/wine only for libations..some one brings out pizza not masked or gloved and they charge you a gratuity for what u do all the work..use to love this place..now Ill get it to go
