Been going here for several years. If you need help there is someone around. They know more about the products they sell or will find out for you. Easy to return items also. Good sales and love their coupons. Very friendly.
Nice selection of items for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, but prices are full retail. Sometimes theyll throw things on sale, and the 20% off one item coupon helps, but the store is mainly for browsing for ideas, and then buying cheaper elsewhere.
Usually good about having those items the big boys wont stock. Usually good quality, too. Did not have twin size bed sheets in stock which seems like a common item to me. But they took the time to show me they were ordering it and gave us a confirmation printout of the order. 20 percent discount by ordering. The sheets are 1000 thread count 100 percent cotton and the price seems big, but they last a long time and have a good wide band of elastic all around them. Some things are ok buying discount, but we feel, if you can (and we cant always), it is better to pay some more and get good quality.
Great store. First time there nice rugs & other stuff. Will return if need anything in future.
Brianna at the checkout desk was so helpful. She helped me with finding the best deal on a price match. I was extremely pleased with her customer service this evening.
Last time I was in they priced matched an item and got me to sign up for the beyond+ Annual membership to get another 20% off they told me I’ll receive another coupon which you can do it again with. Just tried it and they said they won’t do it so they basically lied to get me to sign up for the membership. False advertising for memberships is not okay and bad business. Definitely calling corporate, it’s bad enough your prices are outrageous but to lie to boost memberships is just awful.
The place was a mess. Shelves were empty and items that were present were rarely marked with a price tag. The isles needed straightening up and stray items were laying everywhere.
Terrible customer service from this company. My mom bought a latte machine and there is no proof the machine was delivered. They insist it was and that it was stolen and refuse to make it up to my mom without a police report. Never supporting this company again.
We went here to return something we purchased from them online. Customer service is in the greatest thing in the world here, and the return policy can sometimes be ridiculous, requiring form on top of receipts. that being said the staff were always nice and theyre always willing to help out.
Their kitchen item selection for products made in USA were pretty good. I was surprised to find they had no silverware sets. The staff is always quick and friendly.
This BB&B is like most others in that theyre backed to the brim with stuff and makes you feel very claustrophobic in their space. They always seem to be 1-2 cashiers short in this store too. My last visit was the fastest wait Ive ever experienced and still waited about 5 minutes to checkout. We also did our wedding registry there and felt that their salespeople are really pushy about registering for 3/4 of the things in their store, even stuff you dont need.
Love this store for gifts, plus we always seem to find things we didnt know we needed for ourselves. They are especially good for kitchen items. I wish they would get a bigger facility, as it is cramped and challenging to navigate sometimes.

A toy store for adulting. They got nearly everything you didnt know you needed. The kitchen gadgets alone could keep a person browsing for an hour. Its impossible to walk through the store without saying Oooo, I want one of those! From the cool techie knick knacks to the super practical pots and pans and bedding and towels, theres something for everyone and every room of the house.
Good place for college shopping. We visited while our son was moving into college, and they had stocked up with things a new student would need. The staff are very helpful.
Had my wedding registry through BB&B here in Champaign, and it was so perfect! My mom and I were able to go and scan stuff in the store and then since everything was online, it was super-easy to manage from my house. Would totally do it all over again!

I had to return an online ordered item that arrived broken. I had originally called customer service, but discovered it would be simpler to just bring it in.The staff was incredibly helpful, and though it took longer than I would have expected, the order was abnormal for several reasons (out of state, coupon), and instead of making a big deal over price/tax differences, they refunded me a small amount. I was disappointed that a Christmas gift couldnt be given on time, but they certainly did the best they could to make it right.
Very big shop and they carry lots of household items.. the store has narrow pathways because of this reason... They carry quality goods, but pricey than Walmart and Target kinds..
You can pay 29$ to become a member and get 20% off everything!! I cant remember exactly how much, but it was ~$130 discount on the same visit the guy sold the membership to us
The store must have been in a state of transition. Not much to look at and they no longer seem to carry blinds in the store.
Bed Bath and Bullsh**. They no longer take coupons from RetailMeNot even though they are on the app. I had unfortunately forgot my coupons and tried to use the same coupon from RetailMeNot but they don’t accept them, I will not be back.
This is a good store. They regularly send out 20% off coupons, so it is worth getting on their mailing list. Great for household needs.
Tons of gadgets and as seen on TV stuff.. store really never changes. Some products were more on sale than elsewhere not on sale so you have to pay attention..
Didnt find what we were looking for (table runners) but for as busy as it was during the holidays, I felt like the staff was moving the line quick. Overall I was pleased at this bed bath and beyond.
Dont enjoy shopping there. Would rather be at a hardware store. The staff realized that and helped to make my experience as painless as possible, with a smile!!

2022-04-23The store is awesome! I love it. Only problem is, I always get emails and stuff from them, and everything I want to buy isn’t available in store. I either have to buy it online and have it shipped to my house (easiest option), or go to the store and have them order it for me and go back and pick it up. I would give 5 stars if the inventory was boosted a bit. But still a great store!

2021-11-24I went to Kohls for an Amazon return and stuck around looking since they gave me a gift card. $5 wasnt worth feeling dirty walking around there. Bed bath and beyond was clean, smelled great, and had a wide selection of what I was looking for.

2021-11-27I went to this store to pick up an item that was showing as in stock at this location. After a walk through the store, I couldnt locate the product. I sought help from the lady at the entrance counter, who looked it up and saw they had 2 in stock. She said she was on hold on the phone, or shed help me. She asked another cashier about this item who pointed to a location Id already been and stated that it wasnt there, only another brand. They said they didnt have time to help me and got another employee over, who looked around the same area and then suggested that they could order it for me. Each time I encountered a different employee, NOT ONE of them actually looked for this product outside of the one area they thought it should be. This was the laziest service Ive ever seen.They even changed the stock to out of stock after I kept looking, saying they must be or now. I then proceeded to order it online, and lo-and-behold... the item was door dashed to me tonight... from that store.Thats some epic level customer service failure.

2021-11-03Good choice of products, but customer service must be improved. I left without purchase.Shop managers did not know the assortment. I waited 20 min at the check out because at first there was no-one there and people were waiting in line. After someone showed up, the process was very slow
