Have to do a two hour drive because apparently each Walgreens pharmacy follows their own rules and tell me their own different story, despite being corporate-owned. At least the other pharmacies are definitely more helpful, youre better off going to the one in schmale for sure.
They deserve ZERO STARS, I called on Friday to see how long it would take for my prescription to be filled. The man told me he sees my meds but doesnt have them till Monday. Monday comes around and a lady answer the phone telling me they never got my prescription from my doctor. I get placed on hold for 15mins then they hang up. i called my dr. and she said that someone deleted my prescriptions. I pay good money for someone else to delete my meds and prolly steal them. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER TRUST THIS WALGREENS EVER AGAIN. IVE HAD IT WITH THESE MISTAKES.

2022-03-18I like the pharmacy staff here! People have to understand that it’s not the employees who are the problem for long wait times, it’s the company. Walgreens doesn’t want to hire - shame on them. I like the staff at this location because they’re doing their best.

2022-06-29Spoke to the pharmacist Mickie after being on hold for about 20 -25 min! For him to tell me I can’t help you it’s 7 and we’re closed now I want to go home!!! I’ll take care of this tomorrow!!! When he knew I needed my medication for epilepsy. And this was my second time going at it with him about something. I just can’t believe people can be like this. SAD!!!

2021-12-26Pharmacy here is straight up garbage. Don’t listen to anything you have to say and don’t treat you like a customer. Stopped picking up at this location because they didn’t want to give me my order because it wasn’t the correct date. Argued with me for 2 hours before letting me have my order.

2021-11-30The pharmacy is criminally under staffed. I have never seen less than 30 min wait time for simple pick up. I have been coming here for years, every time same old results. How are the pharmacy associates expected to do 5 different functions; consultations, scheduling, shot delivery, pick up, drop off and all other miscellaneous activities.

2021-10-07Extremely rude staff. I nicely called with a question on my RX, with so rude answer. After being on hold for more then 20 min, pharmacy tech said they are busy and have other people on line, She only allow to help with one medication, not others. She was giving attitude and putting me on hold again and again. I ended up wasting 45 min on the phone for small thing.I wish I can review lowest then 1 star :(

2021-12-01Called this walgreens to transfer a prescription of mine from Palatine walgreens. I was on hold for 29 mins, the automated system said there are 3 callers ahead of me,, which was fine, after 29 mins the phone rings and nobody answered,I had to hang up and call again, So totall 38 mins on call to just transfer a prescription!!! Never had this experience at my previous walgreens.

2021-11-22Plan on spending at least 30-40mins just waiting in line to pick up your medication. I wish I didn’t have to come here but it’s the closest to my house and one that my insurance prefers. An absolute joke of a pharmacy, they are rude and unorganized.

2021-10-14Employees in this store have the worst customer service!! Employees that work in the pharmacy are so rude, especially the Indian middle age lady!! Corporate people need to come and teach them the importance of having good customer service!!

2021-03-12Took my Spanish speaking mother to receive her 2nd COVID shot and was received by a very rude pharmacy employee, Joanna (apparently from a different pharmacy). She asked my mom for paper work with a very rude demeanor by practically yelling at my mother. When I approached the desk to help with translation, she continued to yell. I asked if she was ok and that I sensed aggression. She quickly flipped the switch when she was giving the shot but never apologized for her unprofessional behavior. Another customer noticed and mentioned to me she also noticed she was being rude for no reason. I spoke to assistant manager and was told they would address this so hopefully she receives some coaching to avoid another poor customer experience.

2022-05-16Pharmacy was closed for over 3 hours due to under staff!!!! This is ridicules!! People need there medication.
