I’ve been going to beauty concepts for a while now and Noorani did my eyebrows today and she did an amazing job. I’m so satisfied with her work and I love when she does my eyebrows! Perfection every time! I recommend coming here for great results (Always ask for Noorani to do your eyebrows)
I had a facial treatment and threading done by Noorani and she did an AMAZING job! She made me comfortable and feel relaxed. She is very skilled and professional. My face is GLOWING and it feels FRESH and YOUTHFUL ! I will definitely come back every month for my monthly facial care🤗
Noorani was amazing at threading my eyebrows! She was gentle when threading (as gentle as you can be) and gave a vary natural look to my brows. She even tinted them with a great color to match my skin tone and hair color. She’s also super nice and I will definitely be back!!
I have been to many salons before but the service I got here was much better and they make you feel very comfortable. Noorani was very friendly and her waxing/ Facial techniques were quite skilled. I got my hair styled by Carol and that lady is an expert at what she does. Overall this place would suit your needs and make you look fabulous and listen to what you want and get it done the way you desire. I love these folks and I am going back again.
Miji was the lady who did my mani and pedi. She was very professional and answered my questions about the no chip nails which I had never had done before. She suggested a very nice neutral color for my nails as I asked her opinion in a neutral color. Overall the cost of the Groupon was well worth the results. I was early for my appointment and they got me in right away. I will for sure be going back to this salon again. The salon was clean and calming and I enjoyed my service.
Noorani is such a friendly person that I love to get my eyebrows done by. She is very professional and always goes above and beyond to make it a painless experience. I would recommend beauty concept to anyone who would like to have an amazing experience.
Noorani gave me the best eyebrow thread and tint ever. It was quick and painless. Then she also did my upper lip. Great conversations and so easy to talk too. Highly recommend beauty concepts in Aurora and any service you need, go to Noorani. She’s also a huge sweetheart!
Noorani did a great job on my eyebrows! I love the threading eyebrow process and she makes my eyebrows look very clean and sleek. Ive been a long time customer of this establishment and would recommend them if you are in need of eyebrow services. She also tried to upsell me on a Facial service that they provide. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase their facial but hopefully in the near future, I can take advantage of their special.
Noorani did a FANTASTIC JOB on threading my eyebrows. She made them clean, even, and completely pain-free. With my facial, she left my skin glowing and soft. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!

Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. I had Noorani for the first time and she was amazing. She fixed the uneven job from the previous person and was super friendly also. Highly recommend her.

The lady messed, messed up my eyebrows. She clearly did not know what she was doing. So asked her, if she could just remove the extras. Even that she couldn’t. I had so many cuts, she said it was my skin is bad. I decided to stop, before it got completely messed up. She got mad & raised her voice. So decided to pay & leave. She charged me more. Never going back, would recommend for anyone not to
This was my first time going and I took my mom. I originally found Noorani on Groupon and I called to inquire about a particular service I was looking for, 24k Gold Facial. She was very patient with us over the phone as this is my mom’s first facial, EVER, & she had a lot of questions.🙃 I usually get facials every so often but I’ve never received a facial like this one! The best way to describe it is: getting a full body massage…but on your face! It’s perfect for the weather change and our new norm of daily face coverings 😩😭After my facial my face felt rejuvenated and had an amazing glow! Noorani is extremely patient and makes you feel relaxed the entire time. I felt like it was my best friend giving me a facial. That’s the kind of service I look for, professional and friendly service! I recommend Noorani! You must try her facials, you won’t regret it! ❤️ Thank you again Noorani for your wonderful service! Great place and value! Noorani did an excellent job with my eyebrow threading and facial! A tip if you are going through Groupon is to cancel your Groupon or avoid it all together. She will most likely honor the Groupon price (she did with me). Small businesses need all the help they can get without companies like Groupon taking the cut. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Well they insisted that i write a review, so here goes. Noorani threaded my eyebrows and she did a wonderful job. She just was not very friendly. She told me that i needed to get a facial because i looked tired. First, Its important to be kind to your clients or they will find another place to go. Second, i will decide what services i purchase. Stop trying to push services or manipulating customers to think they need a service.
I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded at this salon for around 16 years now and have always had a good experience. Noorami did my brows today and they look great. The face massage afterwards was an awesome bonus!
I LOVE THIS SALON! THE STAFF ARE AMAZING! I walked in with no appointment and was able to get a beautiful Polish. Their wonderful manicurist: even though she was completely booked they took me in @ an affordable price! I RECOMMEND giving them a try! You wont be disappointed

For the first time i went to this beauty concepts saloon for eyebrow, upper lip and chin threading. Would must say Noorani was friendly and did wonderful job.
I went for the first time a couple days ago and could not have been happier with my experience! When it comes to my eyebrows I am very picky and specific bcuz my eyebrow shapes either makes or breaks my face and the lady did an absolute amazing job at enhancing my natural brows while also fulfilling what i wanted with the thickness and the arches! I’ve been to other salons where they would pretend like they were listening to what i asked for and be like boom all done and i would open my eyes to thin brows or straight lines but that was not the case here! She took her time to craft each brow and asked after doing one “is this okay?” And only then when i was satisfied with the shape did she move on to the other one. I am never going to another salon for my brows again!!
I love this place for eyebrow threading. The ladies do an AMAZING job for a great price! I would not go anywhere else. Highly highly recommend (Old management)New management started around winter 2019. The new lady is good. Im still figuring it out and I think they are too. I say its still worth going. They still have the prices.

The nail tech did a great job!!! I went once before and didnt care for the nail tech but figured Id give it another try. This was a different tech and she was so good! Very caring and made sure she did a good job. Fairly priced too.

The lady messed up my eyebrows and she had the audacity to say that it was my shape. She didnt even clean everything, I had some cuts and no after lotion or anything that they put on the eyebrows. NEVER AGAIN!

I was warmly welcomed every time; when I booked the appointment they were very clear about the wait which when I followed, really resulted in no wait at all. The service is great, they truly have excellent experience in threading and only certified trained professionals who perform amazing Dermalogica and Aveda facials. The beauty routine and home care ideas they provide have always been useful too. As per affordability, I have been to top rated salons in Naperville and Oakbrook and the facials they do are not even half the worth the money spent. If you want good results, bang for your buck and to maintain consistent beauty routine, I would strongly suggest Beauty Concepts. Thank you!
I was very pleased with the service I received from Crystal. My daughter and granddaughter will be booking appointments in the near future. Since I am only here visiting I probably will not need another appointment but if I was here permanently I would definitely reschedule with Crystal.
Bought a Groupon to go here. $35 mani/pedi...$15 to upgrade to no chip. Tried eyebrow threading, didnt like it...I dont prefer my hair ripped out, I like my eyebrows razor arched. Pedi was OK...nothing spectacular...standard. Didnt remove an ingrown nail. No drying equipment for feet so I wound up smudging both big toes and was too far by the time I noticed. Mani was also standard...they put marbles in the hand soak water (?....yeah idk)...again standard. The no chip is working well. Moderate variety of colors to choose from. Very clean. Staff was very nice. Wouldnt necessarily go back though.
Finally went to Gita about 4yrs ago on the recommendation of a friend... very glad that I did. I will never stray from Gita. She does my eyebrows the best out of any person Ive gone to. Ive referred several people to the salon. She is professional, courteous and I never have to wait more than 10mins. Also, Irena does really good no chip manicures and is reasonably priced.

My husband wanted to plan a special spa day for us to enjoy together for my birthday this year and he found this place through groupon. When we went in and asked about pedicure, manicure, and facial services. Then lady stated that her nor anyone in the establishment would do services for males. She stated the reason being they werent trained for it? I googled afterwards about what the difference between doing nail or facial service on a male vs female would be and found nothing about specific training and that apparently men being rudely refused salon services like this is not uncommon. All I have to say is this is 2022 do better.

2020-12-24Miji did a beautiful job on my mani pedi! Very affordable and she had the perfect pace!! With a 3PM appointment, I was done and writing this review by 4:10 PM! I didn’t feel rushed at all, but wasn’t stuck here for hours either. I really appreciated being able to come in and be her only appointment! The staff was very pleasant!Very pleased.

2022-09-02New nail lady. Does not do no chip mani. Quick and not as good like the last nail lady that was there. Quick with the Pedi as well. I could have done all myself and save a lot

2021-09-15Noorani is INCREDIBLE, her face massage is heavenly and all the stress I was holding completely relaxed. Shes lovely to talk to, compliments you shamelessly while she does, and in general is a delight. She provides about 500 other services: waxing, threading, phone repair, jewelry. She truly is a jack of all trades.If youre looking for a place to get a great facial, come here. Just remember not to wear makeup.The face massage was so great it stripped every speck of makeup off and I didnt even care.Dont go through Groupon either! Go straight to her for great deals and combos and everything.Ask her about the Jonas brothers, and have a great time!
