I collect lotions from here. I have over 50 in my collection at the moment. Every bath and body works employee, no matter what location I go to, REALLY loves the brand. This makes the shopping experience that much better. Love it.

This place has different items that you may be interested in. They have hand soap, perfume, hand sanitizer, and lotion. These items can be perfect for special occasions, and restrooms. The black lady went above and beyond to help me she is also good in sales by the way. One other lady told me to put my bag on trash can, I got the same trash can in my store I definitely never thought like that, also not a good selection for men.

Unhappy Customer!I loved shopping at Bath & Body Works up until last week when I tried to redeem my coupon for one free item up to $13.50.The spray that I was trying purchase was for $14 the staff told me I couldnt pay the difference nor could I use my 20% off coupon. The coupon clearly states on the back that you can use both coupons together.Staff are saying something different from whats printed on the coupon and I have a problem with that!I was very unhappy when I spoke to the Cherry Vale store manager she said she didnt have a copy of the coupon and know what it stated????That seems strange to me to not have a copy of coupons.
I was very impressed with the staff. The store was packed with holiday shoppers but the staff was calm and efficient. Wait time to check out was less than 5 minutes. All registers were opened and I counted 3 on the sales floor

I went there today and I was going to try the soaps to wash my hands. There wasn’t any handles to wash my hands with so I had to wipe off the soap with a paper towel
Only bad thing I was there in therevearly afternoon and there was only one person working and checking people out. Totally ridiculous, stood in line almost 15 minutes along with a number of other people. This was not the employees fault it is the companys. I almost walked out.
Always helpful staff. Sometimes will even let you know when a good sale is coming up on items.

2021-05-21There are so many wonderful scents! Strawberry Pound Cake combines fruity and sweet baked goods and is one of our favorites right now. The eucalyptus and spearmint aromatherapy has eased my headaches. Feel I must add that there is way more than candles and lotions at this store. If going for a first time do yourself a favor and sign up for the reward program. 😉
