OUT OF, THE 3 SALES ASSOCIATES I ASK FOR HELP ONLY 1 WAS POLITE. IF, YOU ASK ARE THERE ANYMORE OF, AN ITEM THAT MEANS YOU NEED HELP FINDING IT. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH 2 OF, THE EMPLOYEES.
The staff were very helpful and kind. I usually buy online but will stop in a store to smell the new candle franfrences. The staff helped me find new frangrences and told me to download the app to get more savings even though she knew I was planning to buy online. The staff was awesome!
They are always adding new items. I love the buy 3 get 3 sales. They also have some friendly and welcoming employees. If you sign up for the emails they send some awesome deals
Very nasty employee i went in this location yeasterday just to price the candle i was yelled at to go back out the store and put on hand sanitizer.their was no sign to do and i watched another girl go in their and she dident put no sanatizer on she yelled so loud the other customers stop what they were doing to see what was going i will never return and you will not get my money

I could go broke in this store! Lol 😜 between the candles and the soap, spray, sanitizer,.. everything smells so good!! The options you have when it comes to sizes is pretty cool too. The big bottles are pretty expensive but they usually have a travel size of almost everything they sell for like.. .99 cents - 2$. They also have great coupons that come in the mail so that every time a new set comes out,..you can go get your choice of a lotion or spray or sanitizer..its a cool deal.
Me and my wife stop by here often. She love the wide variety of lotions and body sprays. My only gripe is they need a bigger selection of mens products we like to smell good too stop forgetting about us.
Look Ma, New Hands used to be our favorite hand lotion, but now its gone.Now we like The Naked Bee, just as good! Several sents!

2022-05-26I had 2 rewards that I went to claim before 1 of them expired. Customer service told them that I used my rewards 3 days ago. I hadnt been to any of their locations nor had I shopped online in 2 months. Then they said that I didnt have an account with my email. After I left the store my rewards mysteriously disappeared.

2021-06-03I went into the store to take advantage of the sale on the room spray. There wasnt a large selection to choose from in the store. They had some scents online that wasnt in the store (I understand its more online than whats in the store). I literally placed an order online the previous day and wasnt going to pay for shipping for a few scents they didnt have in the store. I really loved the pink lemonade candle but didnt see a room spray. Not sure if you have a pink lemonade room spray but I think its worth considering. The customer service was excellent!! All the staff was helpful and friendly. I gave four stars because they didnt have all the scents I wanted.
