Great place when they have sales...
Large selection of soap, most of it smells pretty good. They have sinks there so you can wash your hands for free. Employees are very helpful and would like you to buy all the soap.
Staff was absolutely terrible. 2 managers refused to answer my simple questions about a sale price or check something. They talked about me in the back room of the store. Totally unprofessional and utterly rude.
I like the variety of products to choose ftom. Bath N Body works has a great rewards program and decent coupons. The staff at this location was friendly and not pushy.
The ladies were pleasant and very helpful. I felt welcome and was invited back. Megan was the young lady who made me want to come again and again. Way to go Megan.

I drove 30 mins to this location I arrived at 8:37pm & they had their doors locked ! They locked their doors 23 mins to closing.
Very poor location. No parking unless your real early or late. Store has nice things but not worth the aggravation to get in and out. Other locations are better.

After they hired me I told them that I couldnt make it to ONE Saturday because I am standing up in my cousins wedding. because of this, they told me that I couldnt work for them anymore. I am appalled by this poor management. wow its one saturday people! that apparently made me not felixbe Im sorry, but Im not going to tell my cousin that I cant stand up in her wedding a week before her wedding! HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR.
My go to place for body washes and lotions and their sanitizers are a must have. They have amazing offers almost daily and the store has all the variety you can look for.

Second best Candles on the market today! First best is Clear candle. Refillable all natural with real flowers fruit and foliage... soot-free and toxin-free.

The semi-annual has up to 75% and the most usual 50% discount, all stores are different in the amount of product they have, so it is good to go around two stores, they are very clean and prepared in the care of the covid, an entrance, an exit, distancing and those who choose it that way wear masks.

2022-04-23Love all The aromatherapy product of bath and body works. The place is smell good because of their products. There’s have a lot of assorted mist perfume, scented lotion, and also a shower gel. They have more selection product. Staff are very knowledgeable of the product. And very polite, helpful and attentive. The price of their product are reasonable. Sometimes they have great deals. Fantastic customer service.

2022-05-17Great location. I love coming to this Bath and Body Works because they always have what I need and are never too busy. The Sales associate is always willing to help you. They were very patient as well when we wanted to know about a few products. And so friendly and well knowledgeable of their products. Wonderful customer service! Whenever I came here it was top notch service I received. Store is clean and stocked neatly. They have the best products!! And they have a wide selection of mist fragrance, lotion, shower gel, hand sanitizer and candles. Love their lotion and the sanitizers smell amazing, and also the scented candle too. This is my got-to place when I needed the aromatherapy products.

2021-11-25This location used to be staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people who were professional and helpful. Over the last few years it has taken a serious nosedive in terms of customer service... Ive been in MANY times, and each time I am never greeted, never offered assistance, never said goodbye to. I dont get it. No one cares. Some guy literally stood at the front of the store on his phone and ignored people coming in, they arent really engaging with anyone except each other, everything is a mess. There is zero shop floor awareness. Where is the management?

2021-06-22I went to the Arlington Heights location in hopes that I would have a better customer service experience compared to my store that is much, much closer to me. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the door!! Sandee was so friendly and reassured me that they would make sure that I had a positive experience. Caryn and Melissa were also friendly and reassuring. My ultimate superstar was Angelica!! She was with me from start to finish!! She had me smelling so many different scents trying to find ones that I would enjoy. I truly appreciated her efforts as Im extremely picky. We kept plugging along and had a lot of laughter. I rubbed my nose a lot!! LOL Angelica was the epitome of a trooper!! She took care of my transaction in a timely manner and unfortunately I had to be on my way. I will definitely be back as this store exemplifies what customer service is supposed to be with every customer all the time. Im so incredibly happy that I had this experience!! It made my day!!

2020-08-23Employees were very helpful, helping me pick out gifts for my 12 year old niece, and also a couple of new things for me! The best part is a had a very hard time, setting up my account with you, I went back into the store, and a nice guy employee, wish I got his name, only Male person, set up everything for me, and even called Customer service for me, he made my day!! nice store, thank you everyone!!😊👍👏

2021-03-19Of course my favorite fragrance store. Lots of items. Helpful staff. In nice area. Not much parking space in front since it shares with surrounding stores but there is underground parking.

2020-12-08Super unfriendly staff. One girl was helpful. I was looking for a particular scent one girl said no another walked by me and said we absolutely have that Ill show you. So be aware. Id go to a different store. Parking is horrible also.

2019-07-16Pros:Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and smells amazing. Close proximity to my house and nearby restaurants.Cons: Hard to find parking, unless it’s earlier in the day or the latter part of the evening. The store is bit small. Some items that you find at the Woodfield location are not available.Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.
