Went in here to get stuff for dungeons and dragons. Adam, the guy whom I asked to help me, patiently explained out options and answered my questions thoroughly and genuinely. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great selection, welcoming and helpful employees with a fun environment. You can get in and out with your selections easily or you can spend hours exploring new reads and gadgets. If you do spend hours you can grab a bite and a refreshment while your there. I adore Barnes and Noble.
Sometimes I think some of the books are a little expensive but I do enjoy the walking atmosphere and service persons are always very polite and helpful

My clumsy friend had accidentally split his pumpkin spice latte all over the floor. The Starbucks staff refused to let us clean it up, and they went above and beyond to clean up our mess. However, extremely impressed with Carla. Sweet girl who gladly cleaned spotlessly and was super friendly, will be coming back for sure!!
Never have I ever had a cheesecake thrown in a bag before. No container, just thrown in there with a fork. This woman with blue hair told me they ran out boxes so she didn’t think to offer a plate. I came in today and there was nothing available it seemed no Sandwiches or pizzas. Extremely disappointed in how its managed and just receiving a cheesecake in a bag that could have gotten smashed of. I dont check.

Really good selection of books, particularly the fantasy section. The staff is really friendly, but both times I’ve visited there has been no one at the checkout and I’ve had to go search for someone when I wanted to pay for my books.

My kids found what they were looking for. They enjoy reading manga books. They had a good assortment of board games which we enjoy as a family but a bit expensive. I like biographies and they didnt have a great selection. Great store for any reading materials you may need. And of course no seating available but obviously because of Covid.

Barnes & Noble rhymes with Farms and Hobos. Its a book store. Whattya want me to say? Let me give this a go. B & N as I will refer to this from here forth in this review is a top quality chain bookstore that has partnered up with Starbucks to form a formidable 1-2 punch when it comes to hard-core book fans everywhere. Even though it rhymes with Farms and Hobos, I didnt run into either during my visit. Instead I got lost in the wonder and charm of the different genres throughout the store. The woman at the help desk kiosk was very helpful and took me to the correct section and even helped me find the book. B&N is a clean store with helpful folks willing to put in an honest days work for their own love of literature. All in all this place is a 5 out of 5. I just love this store! Hadnt been here in well over 4 years up until recently. They have books to cover any and every subject! I recommended Aimee. She is awesome! She made my recent experience so memorable with her smile and pleasant personality. Jeff was pretty helpful too with assistance for my laptop. Thank you Ms. Cindy and to the other staff who stopped to see if I needed help.

In our digital world of books, movies, and music. Sometimes it’s nice to take a step back to feel and smell a traditional book and book store. You can also smell the coffee 😋. The staff is helpful, the store is clean, and you can always find a clearance book at a great price.
This rating is purely for the Starbucks inside of this location. The workers are always so nice and attentive. I have been coming here pretty regularly for a few months and most of them know my order by heart. It’s a great experience every time I come in!
So comfortable browsing the bookstore. Help is there if you need it. I noticed a few tables available in the coffee shop, this was good to see as the tables were unavailable in the past few months.

I love this bookstore. Its always quiet and the staff are always helpful. Lots of times I just stop in for the Starbucks after which I am always pleased.
When they were closing I was already at the register paying and my card didn’t work so my friend was gonna pay for it but they wouldn’t let her in the building because they were closing even though it was just to pay for my book the employee that rushed us out and wouldn’t let my friend in didn’t have to be so aggressive when the cashier told me it was fine for my friend to come in and pay just rude customer service on that employees part.
I really like this location. It has plenty to choose from, particularly in the periodicals. I always see people sitting in that area reading through magazines. Staff go about their business and allow people to thumb through the magazines. It is always clean and has a Starbucks sitting area. Nice store overall.
It smells delicious. I would go again just to sit and smell the air. Besides the deliciousness in the air, theres a wide variety of books; obviously. Theres chairs to sit down and drink/eat while you read a book. Theres a childrens section where they can read. Theres a help counter where you can ask for a specific book youre looking for. Sometimes employees walk around giving samples. Get them; theyre good. Plus they give you a coupon. Now go and read.
Large variety of books and for all ages, careers, and hobbies. They also have a great selection of items for those that are fans of specific series, from toys to board games. The in-store Starbucks provides a nice place to relax and read.
Ive been coming to this location since I was a kid. The employees are always friendly, no workers are following you around like a criminal if youre seen browsing a bit to long or sitting in a chair reading. There inventory system is usually up to date and has the correct location which allows workers to find the book your looking for very quickly!
After taking a sabbatical from B&N, due to an absence of certain amenities, I’m tempted to come back. I’m impressed by the extended hours. It’s nice to have late night options for adults who...oops never mind. They are closing as I type this review. Guess the hours of operation was incorrect on google. I love this store but some basic things are missing. Please get WiFi and more outlet plugs. Customers like to hang out but we’re missing basic gadget amenities. I would bring my family here more often if we had accessibility....and plugs for our gadgets!

Barnes and Noble is my only go to store for all things books and e-readers. The selection is great and service is always on point. Its nice to have a local store to go to for individuals who prefer paper books that you own. Most of their prices are the same as Amazon or better. I love being able to support a brick and mortar shop local to your neighborhood. Memberships have gone down in price and most deals are for paper books not digital content but still pays for itself.
Was very clean and neat. Had a comfortable atmosphere and relaxing. A lot of people just sitting in the cafe relaxing. Some people in the book nook reading. Very good place for comfort and relaxation while you find your favorite reading material.
Love the bookstore but the 2 girls working at the Starbucks during the day are terrible.People are trying to read and study and they are laughing and giiggling so loud no one can concentrate. Its like a teenage sleepover. Jeez. behind counter.Returned a week later. Same obnoxious girls making more noise than ever. Good job Starbucks scaring away customers.

Great variety of media as well as toys. My only gripe is the starbucks inside is not a corporate store so you cant redeem the points or drinks from the app. They also have a great variety of local books etc.
There is always something interesting at Barnes and Noble. I go here to get a slice of cheesecake and a drink while I catch up on emails and such. However, I always leave time to peruse the stacks for something new. It never fails. I find something that catches the eye and buy it without a second thought. Its just not the same with online stores. If only they had more power outlets in the cafe area!

I didnt know that Barns and Nobles Starbucks didnt take Starbucks gift cards and for one I think its dumb. If its a starbucks then it should take it, just because its in a barns and noble doesnt mean you cant take it

The atmosphere of every B&N has always seemed great to me. You walk in and are immediately struck by the comforting smells of great coffee and fresh books. The staff is very kind and the selection of books is fantastic.

Its a book store! It sells books! Todays kids may not know what those are, but we sure do am I right? Check them out. Not only books, but games and stuffed animals and the like. While youre there, teach your kid what a card catalog was, most dont know.
I visited the Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble. The barista was friendly and patiently took my order that consisted of 4 drinks. She made them in a timely manner. My only disappointment was that they couldnt accept my Starbucks gift card.
Employees were helpful and very friendly. The book I was buying was much cheaper online. They advised me to make the purchase online and pick it up when was ready. My book was ready right away ( it was supposed to take an hour or so)
I love coming here and the employees are really nice. Having a Starbucks makes it 10 times better!! I wished they made the store bigger since they always seem to be moving stuff, but its still a great place to go!

I love the cafe at this B&N. There is almost always somewhere to sit even though the space is lively with patrons. Today we brought a chess board and enjoyed coffee, delicious pastries, and took in a few magazines.
The place is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. Good selection of Manga and various other fictions.
It was very organized, clean and the workers there are very helpful. I went to two book stores to find Godly books, with no luck. Then I went here and bingo!
This B&N is very much lacking compared to every other one Ive ever been too. Their selection of titles needs more quantity and variety. They have no music or video section. The bathroom are disgusting and in serious need of a makeover. Half of the tables in the cafe wobble. They need to crack down on the people who come in using the venue as a library not a bookstore by taking stack of books to the cafe or somewhere else to read, with no intention of making a purchase and leaving them somewhere for an employee to put away.
Angelina, the wonderful woman who works at the Starbucks, is a mean, lean, drink making machine. The matcha latte is like an uppercut to the face of rich, luxurious, green tea flavor. She always mixes it just right. The blueberry muffin is ravishing, like a crumbly fresh berries that pop-in-your-mouth. I was washed over in pleasure and delight after my experience. The service is so formidable that I feel like Im in a five star hotel in Dubai. The books make me feel as if Im rich in knowledge as I fill my brain with delicious information. Im never leaving.
I LOVE the redesigned layout at this location! Ive been going to barnes & nobel stores for well over a decade and this is my favorite one. I can always find what Im looking for easily. Having a Starbucks cafe doesnt hurt, either ;)
Always some there to help. Went specifically for a board game that their website had shown they carried. Couldnt find it among the wide variety of games so went to the customer service to ask. And she walked right to it. If it was a snake it would have bit me, as my parents would say. Lol. Good place and very organized. Even went a month or so ago to find a magazine for my grandmother that she said couldnt be found anywhere else and wallah they had it in stock. This made my grandmother very happy when I returned with it.
Came here for some reading supplies. Got a book night light. Surprisingly, I think I spent 10 minutes debating which one to get. Also picked up some post it tabs and a bookmark. Everything has come in handy as Im trying to be self-taught another language. Definitely useful when I need to go back and check things.
Who doesnt love this place? I am particularly fond of their adult collectibles aka funko selection! You could spend hours here finding a plethora of books you would like to read.. or a few minutes grabbing a book your kid needs for school! Dont take your bratty 2 year old in an umbrella stroller that screams for everything she sees!
Ok, so I know you can read ebooks or have them read to you..but seriously? There is nothing better to go to this bookstore. Get Starbucks. Get lost in the isles...dreaming and choosing. You can literally find something for everyone in here. And you cannot beat the friendly and knowledgeable staffers!
I post this as I sit here working and doing homework. My biggest fear is that this wonderful bookstore will go the way of the malls. Shop here, please. The staff are well-read, helpful, and theres always the fantastic café.

Havent bought baby books in a while but need to start a library for my 1yr old Grandson. I asked for help and the staff led me to books specific to what I know he likes...rhyming is a big one, trucks and fish to be specific. The Lady that helped me also does storytime and I wish I got her name because she really knows her stuff. I will bring him in for that after meeting her for sure! I also saw a great area to sit and enjoy books with him on any ol day. Very clean and small kid friendly. Every person there was happy and helpful. Thanks B&N!!!
Employees are very helpful but they tend to be a little too eager in helping you when you walk around they are always approaching you asking you if you need help. A little overbearing. Book selection was good, and plenty of sales.
The selection was mediocre at best, much like Shaolin Soccer, however, I enjoyed perusing the endless aisles of wonderment, the captivating leather bound Christian fiction teen novels. I did not enjoy there lack of inspiring girl power stories. Big lots has a better selection
I shouldnt have to but as a Black Muslim woman I feel I have to be observant of how I move in the world. Its important I not only observe microaggressions as well as macroagressions but that I call them out too. A lot of microagressions at this location with customer service. At the cafe, a clerk asked the couple behind me in line how could she be of service. The man was kind to point out I was first. The clerk in a condescending tone asked me what did I want. I told her to have a good day and walked away. The Cafe is a bit pricey too. I love book stores and Im a Barnes and Noble member. Great selection. If they dont have they will find it and have it shipped to your home.

Peaceful and friendly, as usual, Barnes & Noble is my get-away and sometimes my therapy.I went in for a planner and left out with a Starbucks Grande Somethin, a cookie, a book and a new journal. The planner selection wasnt so great this year, but all else was lovely as usual.

Clean and organized well but staff is less than knowledgeable about products and even location of products in their store. Theyre also not very helpful in finding items known to be in store, and im not talking about when theres 1 book left, I mean finding an entire section......

Rip-off store. $8.21 book VS $18.48 more than $10 dollars in deference.If you want to give away your hard earned money this is the place to go.See for yourself. Look at the picture and see the difference. Staff in this store are rude and don’t care about costumer service. I got it when there’s nothing you can change to provide competitively but you have to do it in a profesional way. This manager told me that price adjustments are not posible because the costumers have to pay for the building and the decor and electricity this store needs and that online stores are cheap because they don’t have this expenses. So leaving the costumer no choice than buy everything online.

I love Barnes and Noble! My family comes here sometimes just to escape from the hustle and bustle. Its nice to just relax with a cup of tea or coffee and just put your nose in a good book! I was sad when the Barnes and Noble in Plainfield went out of business. I used to go there very often when my son was just a pumpkin after preschool; now fast forward several years and hell be heading to high school this fall. He was devastated to hear they were closing their store because he wanted to continue with the tradition. Oh well... im just glad that we still have one around town!
So many books to choose from. Just wish you didnt have to pay a membership fee to get discounts. If I want it, I buy them anyway...😏

This review is for the in-house Starbucks, Thank You Thank You Thank You. For 3 years now, the wonderful people at this little known coffee spot have made the most consistent, and overall best coffee I have had the pleasure of enjoying. I have had starbucks at dozens of locations across the country, and it never compares to what I get here. I dont know where the magic comes from, I just hope they keep it up.Grazie, Sei il migliore

I loved how much different manga there was and how they had a bunch on merchandise on BT21, gudetama, and studio ghibli which I love them!

Its a book store, pretty much one of the only chain bookstores left. Cherish it, youll be telling your kids how it was back in the old days about book stores. Staffs pretty knowledgeable and helpful.
I called them to check in the status of my application, the first manager I talk to was a man he was very nice but didnt know much about it and told me to call back after 3pm to talk to the other manager who I believe name was amy. So I call back to speak with her and she tells me the way their policy is set up it doesnt allow her to review applicants at all, the only way I can see it is if it came in that day. And that I would have received an email by now saying if they are interested in me or not. So I said thats strange, I dont know what to say your company doesnt allow you to review applicants? And maybe within 5 to 10mins of me getting off the phone with her they sent me an email saying they are not interested in me. So I called their hr office to try to confirm or deny that managers claim, and the assistant tried to justify her saying maybe she ment something else but I told her no and that is what the manager told me exactly. The assistance assured me she will go over it with her manager and i would recieve a call back i have not gotten anything from them. I believe this situation needs to be felt with asap. Many people have similar stories to mine were she refuse to talk to the applicants and misguide them to get them off the phone to quickly get an email that says they are uninterested. Not begging for a job here but I do believe your managers need to stop lying to applicants an potential customers.

My high school student has required reading books. And if you look up a book on the website, they say they have it in stock. But when you get there the say all of the copies are on hold for other people. So you make the trip for nothing!
This is a no thrills BN. It does have a Starbucks and a kids book area. It is always clean and the people who work there are always friendly.

I had problems getting by email on my Nook. In less than 5 minutes the trouble point was found and solved. It is always successful whenever I have difficulties with the NOOK and the staff is friendly.

The store is great, but if you have to call them, forget it! I called to see if they had something in stock and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Talk about bad customer service... They forgot all about me!

2022-04-29Great place to get books. Organized and easy to locate what youre looking for. I noticed that some items are in stock but their website says it isnt so its best to call or look in person. Found some manga volumes for series I needed which is great!

2022-08-25Coming here is like a vacation to me. The smell of new books just calms me and rids me of all of lifes woes. The icing on the cake is the cafe. I can drink coffee and browse for books has always been a wish of mine for so long. I always have a five star experience. The staff talk to you like you have been friends for a long time. 😆 I love it!

2022-06-20Im not sure why this specific location has such a poor selection of scifi and fantasy. Consistently only have the second or third books of series and many of the covers are starting to bend outward on their displays. Even the series that are employee recommended with little signs often only have the third book in stock. Thanks for the recommendation but its hard to listen to your recommendations when I cant even start at the beginning of the story.
